以6-叔丁基-3-氯甲基-2,4-二甲基苯酚和氰尿酸三钠盐为原料,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中合成1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苄基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮(抗氧化剂1790),确定较佳的缩合工艺条件。考察了溶剂种类及用量、物料配比、反应温度及时间对反应收率的影响。实验结果表明:在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为2.5 h,n(6-叔丁基-3-氯甲基-2,4-二甲基苯酚)/n(氰尿酸三钠盐)=3.2∶1,产品收率为89%,纯度99%(HPLC面积归一化法)。产品结构经IR、MS和~1H-NMR表征。  相似文献

用N,N-二甲基丙烯酰基二硫缩烯酮类化合物2与各种脂肪胺类化合物3在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中60℃条件下,氮乙烯基发生分子内的亲核取代反应,通过[5C+1N]成环反应,合成了系列吡啶-4(1H)酮类化合物4,产率在75%~95%之间。  相似文献

以2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶(CCMP)、无水乙二胺和硝基胍为原料,运用串联反应方法合成了吡虫啉[化学名:1-(6-氯-3-吡啶甲基)-N-硝基-2-咪唑啉亚胺]。该方法反应中间体无需纯化处理,操作简单,同时解决了活性中间体进一步进行副反应的难题。通过单因素实验,探讨了pH、反应溶剂、温度以及时间等因素对产物收率的影响,得到的优化工艺条件为:以乙腈为溶剂,nCCMP∶n无水乙二胺∶n硝基胍=1∶5∶1,于30℃反应120min,产率可达96.35%。其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、IR表征。  相似文献

报告多官能团化合物苏—(1S,2S)—2—(N,N-二甲胺基)—1—(对硝基苯基)—1,3—丙二醇与聚合物支载条件下的溴试剂发生的—种新的选择性N-甲基氧化为N-甲酰基的反应.在Na2HPO4存在下,苏—(1S,2S)—2—(N,N-二甲胺基)—1—(对硝基苯基)—1,3.丙二醇于水—CCL4体系中被717阴离子交换树脂支载的溴在60℃氧化24h给出51%收率的苏—(1S,2S)—2—(N-甲基—N—甲酰胺基)—1—(对硝基苯基)-1,3-丙二醇.这种选择性N—甲基氧化为N-甲酰基的反应在2—氨基—1,3—丙二醇衍生物化学中是第—次观察到.  相似文献

以2-甲氧基-4-氟苯胺(2)为原料,用硝酸铵代替硝酸钾进行硝化反应得2-氟-4-甲氧基-5-硝基苯胺(3),进而与丙烯酰氯进行酰胺化反应得N-(2-氟-4-甲氧基-5-硝基)苯基-2-丙烯酰胺(4)。4与N, N, N-三甲基乙二胺进行亲核取代反应时,加入阻聚剂对羟基苯甲醚,成功地降低了副反应Michael加成反应的发生,得到N-[2-[[2-(二甲基氨基)乙基]甲基氨基]-4-甲氧基-5-硝基]苯基-2-丙烯酰胺(5)。用锌粉、无水氯化钙代替Pd/C催化对5的还原反应,产物不经纯化直接与3-(2-氯嘧啶-4-基)-1-甲基吲哚进行偶联得目标产品奥希替尼,总收率43.2%(以2计),纯度为99.85%。改进后的工艺路线步骤少、反应条件温和、操作和后处理简便,为奥希替尼的制备提供了一种新的方法。  相似文献

偶氮化合物是一类重要的合成染料。本文报道了一种便捷高效的合成芳基双偶氮化合物的方法。该方法以2-硝基-4-甲基苯胺为原料,与2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯胺经过重氮化反应合成偶氮中间体2,5-二甲氧基-4-[(4-硝基苯基)二氮烯基]苯胺(A),收率93%。中间体A再经过重氮化反应与N,N-二羟乙基苯胺偶联,合成芳基双偶氮红系染料B,收率67%。在优化条件下,以68%的收率得到红系染料D。该反应的后处理方法简单、经济。目标产物结构经1H NMR,13C NMR确证。  相似文献

开发了无催化剂条件下4-羟基烷基-2-炔酸乙酯与N-杂环芳基甲基-N-2,2-二氟乙基-1-胺的串联反应.应用该反应在甲醇中回流,以39%~83%的收率合成了一系列4-(N-(2,2-二氟乙基)(N-杂环芳基甲基)氨基)-5,5-二取代呋喃-2(5H)-酮,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-ESI-MS表征,并进一步通过3-氯-4-(N-2,2-二氟乙基)(N-嘧啶-5-基甲基胺基)-5,5-螺(4-甲氧基环己基)呋喃-2(5H)-酮(8)的晶体衍射间接证实.测试了所合成化合物的生物活性,结果表明,在600μg·mL^-1浓度时4-(N-2,2-二氟乙基)(N-6-氯吡啶-3-基甲基胺基)-5,5-二甲基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(3a)和4-(N-2,2-二.氟乙基)(N-6-氟吡啶-3-基甲基胺基)-5,5-二甲基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(3c)对桃蚜的死亡率均为100%.  相似文献

An efficient approach to the synthesis of highly congested di, penta and hexacyclic pyrazoles as well as imidazole fragment containing novel heterocyclic molecule has been developed through a carbanion induced transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones, benzo[h]chromene and thiochromeno[4,3-b]pyrans. An efficient tandem approach for the selective synthesis of 4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 6ag and imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 7ah by the reaction of 2-imidazolyl anilines 4ac with aryl aldehydes 5ak under mild reaction conditions is described. The Diels-Alder reactivity of 1,2-heteroborines (H4C4B(H)X, X?=?NH, PH, AsH; O, S, Se) has been computationally explored by means of Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. The influence of the HB?=?X fragment on the reactivity of the system has been quantitatively analyzed in detail by means of the so-called Activation Strain Model (ASM) of reactivity. It is found that the interaction between these species and the dienophile is significantly stronger than that computed for their all-carbon isoelectronic counterpart, benzene. In addition, the strain energy plays a key role in the observed reactivity trends. The role of the aromaticity strength of these heteroarenes on the reactivity is also assessed.  相似文献

A variety of N-aryl and N-alkyl carbazolones were conveniently achieved in good to high yields via Pd2(dba)3-mediated intramolecular coupling of N-substituted α-iodo enaminones under microwave irradiation. The Pd(0)-catalyzed cyclization was found to proceed favorably with the more electron-deficient phenyl ring during the reactions involving unsymmetrical N,N-diaryl α-iodo enaminones. Both substituted 2,4,5,6-tetrahydrocyclopenta[c]pyrazoles and 2,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazoles have been synthesized by the 3+2 intramolecular dipolar cycloaddition of nitrilimines to alkynes. An efficient and benign method for the preparation of aminomethyl-substituted fullerenes has been developed. The process, involving catalyst free, visible-light irradiation of 10% EtOH-toluene solutions containing fullerene C60 and N-trimethylsilylmethyl-substituted amines by using a 20 W compact fluorescent lamp, leads to formation of aminomethyl-substituted fullerene adducts in a highly efficient manner. The photoaddition reaction takes place via a pathway initiated by visible light absorption by C60, followed by SET from the amine to the triplet excited state of C60. Ethanol-promoted desilylation of the resulting a minimum radical then generates the corresponding α-amino radical which couples with the C60 radical anion to form the anion precursor of the fullerene adducts. The new approach using visible-light takes place under mild conditions and it does not require the use of photocatalysts. Thus, the method developed in this effort could broadens the range of functionalized fullerene derivatives that can be readily prepared.  相似文献

The reactions of various nitrones with indolyl- and pyrrolylacrylates proceeds regioselectively with high diastereoselectivity in the case of aldonitrones, and represents an effective method for obtaining new indolyl- and pyrrolyl-substituted isoxazolidine carboxylates stabilized by weak (CH?O) and moderate (NH?N) strength intramolecular hydrogen bonding. Multifunctionalized 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridines are concisely synthesized in good yields via l-proline-catalyzed or l-proline/FeCl3-cocatalyzed one-pot multicomponent reactions (MCRs). The MCRs involve a domino hydroamination/prins reaction/Mannich-type reaction/intramolecular dehydration-cyclization process. The molecular structure of 5baa, one of multifunctionalized 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridines, was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

An efficient four-component reaction was developed to take advantage of the reactivity of the 2-aminothiophene-3-carbonitrile functionality, which is obtained during the classical three-component Gewald reaction. Various α-methylene bearing ketones were reacted with malononitrile, elemental sulfur, and aryl/heteroarylnitrile derivatives in t-BuOH/NaOH to afford 2-arylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amines in high yields. Preliminary studies revealed the photophysical properties of the products and their potential for use as metal sensors.  相似文献
