Two new xanthones, designated garcimangosxanthone F (1) and garcimangosxanthone G (2), were isolated from the EtOAc-soluble fraction of ethanolic extract from the pericarp of Garcinia mangostana. Their structures were established as 1,6,7-trihydroxy-5-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-8-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl)-6′,6′-dimethylpyrano[2′,3′:3,2]xanthone and 1,6,7-trihydroxy-5-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-8-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl)-6′,6′-dimethyl-4′,5′-dihydropyrano[2′,3′:3,2]xanthone, respectively, on the basis of their 1D, 2D NMR and MS data interpretation.  相似文献

Yeast reduction of rac-ethyl 2-methyl-6-oxocylohexanecarboxylate (rac- 1 ) yielded selectively (+)-ethyl 2-hydroxy-6-methylcyclohexane carboxylate (+)- 2 (Scheme 1) which has been alkylated with 5-iodo-2-methylbut-2-ene by (the dianion method to furnish the 4-methylbut-3-enyl derivat 3 (Scheme 3)). NaBH4 reduction of (+)- 1 led to three hydroxy-carboxylates (?)- 2 , (+)- 5 , and (?) -6 (Scheme 4). Allylation of the dianion of (+)- 5 afforded (+)- 7 .  相似文献

Allylboronic esters with various structures were synthesized for the first time based on [2.2]paracyclophane derivatives containing one or two hydroxy groups. It was demonstrated that these esters can be used as chiral inductors in the asymmetric allylboration of benzaldehyde. The highest enantiomeric excess of 1-phenylbut-3-en-1-ol (60%) was achieved in the reactions with acyclic bis-O,O′-(paracyclophanyl) allylboronates based on (S)-4-hydroxy-and (S)-12-bromo-4-hydroxy[2.2]paracyclophanes. Investigation of the tubers of Eranthis hyemalis (Ranunculaceae) afforded six chromenone glycosides. Their structures have been elucidated mainly by spectroscopic (FAB-MS, 2D-NMR techniques) and chemical methods (acidic and enzymatic hydrolysis) as 9-{[(β-D -glucopyranosyl)oxy]methyl}-8,11-dihydro-5-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one ( 1 ), 9-{[(β-D -gentiobiosyl)oxy]methyl}-8,11-dihydro-5-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one( 2 ), 9-{[(β-D -glucopyranosvl)oxy]melhyl}-8,11-dihydro-5-hydroxy-2-(hydroxy-methyl)-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one( 3 ), 8-{(2E)-4-[(β-D -glucopyranosyl)oxy]-3-methylbut-2-enyl}-5,7-dihydroxy-2-methyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one ( 4 ), 8-{(2E)-4-[(β-D -glucopyranosyi)oxy]-3-methylbut-2-enyl}-5,7-dihydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one ( 5 ), and 7-{[(β-D -glucopyranosy1)oxy]methyl}-2,3-dihydro-2-(l-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-4-methoxy-5H-furo[3,2-g][1]benzopyran-5-one ( 6 ). Three techniques for the resolution of 4-formyl[2.2]paracyclophane were examined with the separation of the diastereomeric derivatives with (R)- and (S)-2-hydrazino-2-oxo-N-(1-phenylethyl)acetamide followed by their hydrolysis being found to be the most efficient, allowing (Rp)- and (Sp)-4-formyl[2.2]paracyclophanes to be obtained with 99.5% and 98.7% ee, respectively.  相似文献

The anti-isohumulones [5-(3-methylbutanoyl)-2-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-4-hydroxy-4-(4-methylpent-3-enoyl)-cyclopentane-1,3-diones] and the anti-acetylhumulinic acids [5-(3-methylbutanoyl)-2-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-4-ethanoyl-4-hydroxy-cyclopentane 1,3-diones] have been isolated from an isomerisation reaction mixture of humulone [2-(3-methylbutanoyl)-4,6-di(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-6-hydroxy-cyclohexane-l,3,5-trione] by counter-current distribution and identified by spectroscopic techniques. The formation mechanism is presented and the stereochemical consequences are discussed. The anti-isohumulones are the most bitter hop compounds presently known.  相似文献

This paper reports the synthesis of 4,7,12,15-tetra(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (1), 4-(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)-7,12,15-tri(4' '-nitrostyryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (2), 4,7-bis(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)-12,15-bis(4' '-nitrostyryl)-[2.2]paracyclophane (3), 4,7,12-tris(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)-15-(4' '-nitrostyryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (4), 4,15-bis(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)-7,12-bis(4' '-nitrostyryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (5), and 4,12-bis(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)-7,15-bis(4' '-nitrostyryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (6). These molecules represent different combinations of bringing together distyrylbenzene chromophores containing donor and acceptor groups across a [2.2]paracyclophane (pCp) bridge. X-ray diffraction studies show that the lattice arrangements of 1 and 3 are considerably different from those of the parent chromophores 1,4-bis(4'dihexylaminostyryl)benzene (DD) and 1,4-di(4'-nitrostyryl)benzene (AA). Differences are brought about by the constraint by the pCp bridge and by virtue of chirality in the "paired" species. The absorption and emission spectra of 1-6 are also presented. Clear evidence of delocalization across the pCp structure is observed. Further, in the case of 2, 3, and 4, emission from the second excited state takes place.  相似文献

Hermonionic acid and its decarboxylated product have been isolated from Garciniaquaesita. 13C NMR spectral and chemical evidence indicate that hermonionic acid is 2-0-[2-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-3-methoxy- 4-hydroxy-5-(3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dienyl]-4-methoxy-5-(3-methylbut-2-enyl-6-hydroxybenzoic acid. Acetone extraction of cultures of the marine ascomycete Leptosphaeria oraemaris (LINDER) on cornmeal disk gave the novel polyketide derivative leptosphaerolide ( = (+)-7-[(1E)-l,3-dimethylpent-1-enyl]-10-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzo[1,2-b:5,4-c′]dipyran-2(9H)-one; (4+)-8) besides the o-dihydroquinone 3-[(1E)-1,3-dimethylpent-1-euyl]-8,10-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-8-(2-oxopropyl)-1H-naphtho[2,3-c]pyran-9(8H)-one ( 1 ) as a 10:9 mixture of epimers. retro-Aldol reaction of 1 gave leptosphaerodione ( = (?)-3-[(1E)-1,3-dimethylpent-1-enyl]-10-hydroxy-7-methoxy-1H-naphtho[2,3-c]pyran-8,9(8H)-dione; (?)-6) which was also present in small amounts in the extracts and which gave 1 on reaction with acetone. It is thus likely that 1 is an artefact of the extraction by acetone. Biogenetically (+)-8 might derive from (?)-6 via an unusual oxidation with loss of CO2.  相似文献

New planar-chiral hydroxycarbonyl [2.2]paracyclophane derivatives, 4-acetyl-13-bromo-5-hydroxy[2.2]paracyclophane (Br-АНРС, 63%) and 4-benzoyl-13-bromo-5-hydroxy[2.2]paracyclophane (Br-BHPC, 53%), were synthesized and reacted with the enantiomers of α-phenylethylamine to form corresponding Schiff bases, 12-bromo-4-hydroxy-5[1-(1-phenyl-ethylimino)-ethyl]-[2.2]paracyclophane and 12-bromo-4-hydroxy-5[1-(1-phenyl-ethylimino)-(phenyl)methylen-[2.2]paracyclophane. The diastereomers of the imines were resolved and their absolute configurations and consequently the corresponding configurations of the enantiomers of Br-АНРС were determined by X-ray diffraction. Enantiomerically pure Schiff bases were applied as ligands to form catalysts for the enantioselective addition reaction of diethylzinc with benzaldehyde where 1-phenylpropanol was obtained with 77–91% ee.  相似文献

The crude petroleum-ether extract of the root bark of Hypericum revolutum VAHL (Guttiferae) exhibited in vitro growth-inhibitory activity against the Co-115 human colon carcinoma cell line. Activity-guided fractionation of this extract resulted in the isolation of two new hyperforin derivatives 1 and 2 . The structure of 1 (hyperevolutin A) was established by X-ray analysis as the 4-hydroxy-8-exo-methyl-5,7-exo-bis(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-1-(2-methyl-1-oxopropyl)-8-endo-(4-methylpent-3-enyl)bicyclo[3.3.1]non-3-ene-2,9-dione. The structure of the homologue 2 was deduced by comparison of its UV and 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra with those of 1 .  相似文献

The preparation of optically active (S)-(+)-4-(2-propenyl)[2.2]paracyclophane 1b is described. Cycloaddition reactions of this diene with N-phenylmaleimide 2 and maleic anhydride 5 were carried out under high pressure conditions. A series of alpha,omega-bis donor substituted oligophenylenevinylene dimers held together by the [2.2]paracyclophane core were synthesized to probe how the number of repeat units and through-space delocalization influence two-photon absorption cross sections. Specifically, the paracyclophane molecules are tetra(4,7,12,15)-(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (3R(D)), tetra(4,7,12,15)-(4' '-(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)styryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (5R(D)), and tetra(4,7,12,15)-(4' "-(4' '-(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)styryl)styryl)[2.2]paracyclophane (7R(D)). The compounds bis(1,4)-(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)benzene (3R) and bis(1,4)-(4' '-(4'-dihexylaminostyryl)styryl)benzene (5R) were also synthesized to reveal the properties of the "monomeric" counterparts. The two-photon absorption cross sections were determined by the two-photon induced fluorescence method using both femtosecond and nanosecond pulsed lasers as excitation sources. While there is a red shift in the linear absorption spectra when going from the "monomer" chromophore to the paracyclophane "dimer" (i.e., 3R --> 3R(D), 5R --> 5R(D)), there is no shift in the two-photon absorption maxima. A theoretical treatment of these trends and the dependence of transition dipole moments on molecular structure rely on calculations that interfaced time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) techniques with the collective electronic oscillator (CEO) program. These theoretical and experimental results indicate that intermolecular interactions can strongly affect B(u) states but weakly perturb A(g) states, due to the small dipole-dipole coupling between A(g) states on the chromophores in the dimer.  相似文献

Chiral NiII and CuII salen complexes dissolved in the polymethylphenylsiloxane phase OV-17 were used as the phases for capillary chromatography. Chiral salen lignads are Schiff's bases obtained from salicylaldehyde (SA) and (1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane and Schiff's bases obtained by condensation of (1R,2R)- or (1S,2S)-diaminocyclohexane with (R)-4-hydroxy-5-formyl[2.2]paracyclophane (HFPC). The stability constants of the intermediates were calculated from the retention times. The complexes based on HFPC are stronger Lewis acids than those based on SA. The ability of the substrates to form intermediates decreases in the sequence: aromatic aldehydes>halogen-substituted aromatic compounds>halogen-substituted aliphatic compounds.  相似文献

The ether extract of the females of white-spotted longicorn beetle Anoplophora malasiaca showed activity as contact sex pheromone to males. The extract was fractionated, and a pheromonal activity was revealed only when three fractions; n-hexane, n-hexane/EtOAc 9:1, and EtOAc were blended. The relative structures of gomadalactone A, B, and C, three active components isolated from the EtOAc fraction, were determined by spectroscopic studies to be (1S,4R,5S)-5-hydroxy-4-[(E)-7-hydroxy-4-methylhept-3-enyl]-4,8-dimethyl-3-oxabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-7-en-2,6-dione, (1R,4R,5R)-5-hydroxy-4-[(E)-7-hydroxy-4-methylhept-3-enyl]-4,8-dimethyl-3-oxabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-7-en-2,6-dione, and (1S,4R,5S,8S)-5-hydroxy-4-[(E)-7-hydroxy-4-methylhept-3-enyl]-4,8-dimethyl-3-oxabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2,6-dione, respectively.  相似文献
