A new nanostructured coordination polymer of divalent lead with the ligand 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (dmp), [Pb(dmp)(μ‐N3)(μ‐NO3)]n ( 1 ), was synthesized by sonochemical methods. The polymer was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction, IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. Compound 1 was structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The single‐crystal analysis shows that the coordination number of PbII ions is seven, (PbN4O3) has a “stereo‐chemically active” electron lone pair, and the coordination sphere is hemidirected. The chains interact with each other through π–π stacking interactions to create a 3D framework. The structure of the title complex was optimized by density functional calculations. The calculated structural parameters and the IR spectrum of the title complex are in agreement with the crystal structure.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Ni(3,4‐pybz)2(H2O)]n ( 1 ), was hydrothermally synthesized from Ni(NO3)2 · 6H2O and an unsymmetrical 3‐pyridin‐4‐yl‐benzoic acid (3,4‐Hpybz). It was characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In complex 1 , the 3,4‐pybz ligands act as linear linkers to join 4‐connected nickel(II) ion nodes, to build a 3D 4‐connected twofold interpenetrated 658‐cds coordination framework. In addition, the magnetic and thermal properties of complex 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Pb(1,4‐BDC)]n ( 1 ) (1,4‐H2BDC = 1,4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized under solvothermal conditions. Its structure was determined with single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies and further characterized by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) spectrometry, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and X‐ray powder diffraction studies. The results revealed that complex 1 has a two‐dimensional network with (6, 3) topology observed in the [110] direction. Moreover, the layers are connected into a framework through 1,4‐BDC2? ligands. The μ6‐bridging coordination mode adopted by 1,4‐BDC2? is unprecedented in metal/1,4‐BDC2? complexes.  相似文献

The 1D chain red luminescent europium coordination polymer: {[Eu2L6(DMF)(H2O)] · 2DMF · H2O}n ( I ) (L = 4‐chloro‐cinnamic acid anion, C9H6ClO2, DMF = N, N‐dimethylformamide) was synthesized by the reaction of Eu(OH)3 and 4‐chloro‐cinnamic acid ligand. The structure of the coordination polymer was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. It reveals that there exists two crystallographically nonequivalent europium atoms in each unit of this coordination polymer and Eu3+ ions are connected by two alternating bridging modes to form an endless polymer structure. The luminescent properties and energy transfer process in the complex are investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

合成了一种新型不对称Schiff碱铜前体配合物KCuL和一种化学组成为[(CuL)2Mn (H2O)2]·0.5CH3OH·0.5CH3OH的顺式异三核配合物,并通过元素分析、IR谱的方法对其进行了表征(其中H3L = N-(2-{[(1E)-(5-氯-2-羟基苯基)亚甲基]胺基}乙基)-2-羟基苯甲酰胺)。利用X-射线单晶衍射方法对三核配合物的晶体结构进行了测定。该三核配合物的每一晶胞单元含有一个顺式中性异三核分子和两个无序的甲醇分子。中心锰离子Mn2+处于O6形成的变形八面体几何构型,而两个配阴离子[CuL]-在Mn2+周围呈顺式排布。磁性表明该三核配合物不仅具有分子内反铁磁作用,而且三核单元之间具有弱的铁磁交换作用,磁参数分别为J = -12.1 cm-1, g = 2.20 and zj¢ = 1.37 cm-1.  相似文献

Three position isomers 1,2‐, 1,3‐, 1,4‐phenylenediacetate and 1,4‐bis(benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bmb) were used to assembly cadmium(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(bmb)(1,2‐phda)]n ( 1 ), {Cd(bmb)(1,3‐phda)] · 0.5(bmb)}n ( 2 ), and [Cd(bmb)0.5(1,4‐phda)]n ( 3 ), which are characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectra (IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Single crystal structure analysis shows that complex 1 is a two‐dimensional wave‐like layer network. Complex 2 features a (3,5)‐connected three‐dimensional frameworks with (42.6)(42.65.83) topology, whereas complex 3 shows a (4,4)‐connected three‐dimensional (4.64.7)(42.62.82) topology. The structural versatility reveals that a significant structure‐directing effect of the position of the acetate groups during self‐assembly of these coordination polymers. Moreover, luminescent properties and thermal stabilities of three complexes were discussed in detail.  相似文献

The new nanostructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Compound 1 was structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and the single‐crystal X‐ray data shows that the coordination number of PbII ions is six, (PbN4O2), with two N‐donor atoms from aza‐aromatic base ligands and four O‐donors from two perchlorate anions and two N‐donors from two azide anions. It has a “stereo‐chemically active” electron lone pair, and the coordination sphere is hemidirected. The supramolecular features in these complexes are guided and controlled by weak directional intermolecular interactions. The chains interact with each other through π–π stacking interactions creating a 3D framework. The structure of the title complex was optimized by density functional theory calculations. Calculated structural parameters and IR spectra for the title complex are in agreement with the crystal structure. The PbO nanoparticles were obtained by thermolysis of 1 at 180 °C with oleic acid as a surfactant. The average diameter of the nanoparticles was estimated by the Scherrer equation to be 23 nm. The morphology and size of the prepared PbO samples were further observed using SEM.  相似文献

The one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[diaqua(sulfato‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ2‐glycine‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(SO4)(C2H5NO2)(H2O)2]n, (I), was synthesized by slow evaporation under vacuum of a saturated aqueous equimolar mixture of copper(II) sulfate and glycine. On heating the same blue crystal of this complex to 435 K in an oven, its aspect changed to a very pale blue and crystal structure analysis indicated that it had transformed into the two‐dimensional coordination polymer poly[(μ2‐glycine‐κ2O:O′)(μ4‐sulfato‐κ4O:O′:O′′:O′′)copper(II)], [Cu(SO4)(C2H5NO2)]n, (II). In (I), the CuII cation has a pentacoordinate square‐pyramidal coordination environment. It is coordinated by two water molecules and two O atoms of bridging glycine carboxylate groups in the basal plane, and by a sulfate O atom in the apical position. In complex (II), the CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment. It is coordinated by four sulfate O atoms, one of which bridges two CuII cations, and two O atoms of bridging glycine carboxylate groups. In the crystal structure of (I), the one‐dimensional polymers, extending along [001], are linked via N—H...O, O—H...O and bifurcated N—H...O,O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional framework. In the crystal structure of (II), the two‐dimensional networks are linked via bifurcated N—H...O,O hydrogen bonds involving the sulfate O atoms, forming a three‐dimensional framework. In the crystal structures of both compounds, there are C—H...O hydrogen bonds present, which reinforce the three‐dimensional frameworks.  相似文献

The complex Eu(btfa)3 (phen) (btfa=4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenyl‐1, 3‐butanedione, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex have been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/c with a = 0.9700(2) nm, b = 3.7450(5) nm, c = 1.0917(3) nm, β = 92.51(2)°, V = 3.962(1) nm5, Z = 4, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, μ = 1.676 mm?1, F(000) = 1936, R1, = 0.0388, wR2 = 0.0775. Structure analysis shows that the europium(III) ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms of β‐diketonate anions and two nitrogen atoms of phenanthroline molecule. The heteronuclear polymeric complex, [Zn(teta)Ni(μ‐CN)2(CN)2]n (teta: triethylenetetramine), was synthesized and characterized by elementel analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single crystal X–ray diffraction techniques. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c and in which the ZnII ion exhibits a distorted octahedral coordination by one tetradentate teta ligand and two bridging cyano groups as a trans position, whereas the NiII ion has square planer coordination and is coordinated by four cyano ligands. The decomposition reaction takes places in the temperature range 30–600 °C in the static air atmosphere.  相似文献

A novel manganese(III)–porphyrin complex, namely, catena‐poly[[chloridomanganese(III)]‐μ2‐5,10,15,20‐tetrakis(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐21H,23H‐porphinato(2?)‐κ5N21,N22,N23,N24:N5], [MnCl(C40H24N8)]n, 1 , was prepared by the hydrothermal reaction of manganese chloride with 5,10,15,20‐tetrakis(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐21H,23H‐porphine. The crystal structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The porphyrin macrocycle exhibits a saddle‐like distortion geometry. The MnIII atom has a six‐coordination geometry. Each porphyrin unit links to two neighbouring units to yield a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. These chains are further interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional network. The complex shows red photoluminescence emission bands in ethanol solution, which can be attributed to ligand‐to‐ligand charge transfer (LLCT) accompanied by partial metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer (MLCT), as revealed by TDDFT calculations.  相似文献

In the present work, the nickel(II ) synergist complex with isobutyric acid (HLI ) and 5‐hydroxy‐4‐octanone oxime (HBI ), which were the corresponding short‐chain analogs of the active synergistic mixture of Versatic10 (HL ) and Lix63 (5,8‐diethyl‐7‐hydroxy‐6‐dodecanoneoxime, HB ), was prepared and studied by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD ). The crystal structure of the nickel(II ) synergist complex showed that the composition of the complex was Ni(LI )2(HBI )2 with a cis ‐form octahedron geometry structure. Both intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bonding were observed in the crystal lattice. Compared with the free ligands, similar band shifts of Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR ) spectra assigned to the stretching vibration of carbon–oxygen single bond (C O), the stretching vibration of carbon–nitrogen double bond (CN), and the disappearance of the scissoring vibration of α‐hydroxy (OH ) were correspondingly found in both the nickel(II ) synergist complex and the extracted nickel(II ) complex in the nonpolar organic phase. Combined with the results from ESI‐MS , XRD , and slope analysis, it was concluded that the major species of the extracted nickel(II ) complex in the nonpolar organic phase might possess a similar coordination structure [Ni(HB )2(L)2] as the nickel(II ) synergist complex, along with the neutral complex [Ni(HB )(B)2].  相似文献

The single crystal X‐ray analysis data of the new hepta‐coordinate cadmium(II) complex of N,N‐dimethyl‐N‐(4‐pyridyl)amine (DMPA), [Cd(DMPA)3(NO2)2]·0.5H2O, shows that the coordination environment around the CdII is pentagonal bipyramidal. Furthermore, self‐assembly of this complex as molecular squares that interlink via π–π stacking interactions is observed. This network contains voids that are filled by water molecules.  相似文献

The doubly deprotonated form L2? of indigo=H2L can bind two [Ru(acac)2] complex fragments in the cis ( 1 ) and trans configuration ( 2 ), as evidenced from crystal structure analysis. While the latter type of N,O; N,O coordination has been observed earlier, for example, with [Ru(bpy)2]2+, leading to two equivalent six‐membered ring chelates, the cis arrangement in 1 is observed here for the first time in a dinuclear complex, producing one five‐membered ring chelate with N,N coordination and one seven‐membered chelate with O,O coordination. The different structures of the isomers result in differing electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical (EPR, UV‐Vis‐NIR) responses for various accessible charge states 1 n and 2 n, n=–, 0, +, 2+. The associated electronic structures were analyzed by DFT (structures, spin density) and TD‐DFT calculations (electronic transitions), revealing mainly metal‐based reduction but largely indigo ligand‐based oxidation of both neutral precursors.  相似文献

A copper cyanide coordination polymer [Cu8(CN)8(bbtz)2]n ( 1 ) [bbtz = 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐trizal‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene] was synthesized following a synchronous redox and self‐assembly reaction under the solvothermal condition, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Interestingly, complex 1 exhibits a two‐dimensional conjugated pillared double‐layer architecture and an unprecedented (3,3,4)‐connected network with the point symbol (6.7.10)2(6.72)2(62.73.10) topology. Moreover, the thermogravimetric analysis indicates complex 1 has highly thermal stability, and the solid‐state emission spectrum for its crystalline material displays a strong green luminescence band (λmax = 565 nm) at room temperature. The electrochemical behavior of complex 1 is determined by the scan rates in the range from –0.5 to +0.3 V at room temperature, and exhibits different redox processes.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(SiF6)(C12H8N2)2]·CH3OH, contains a neutral heteroleptic tris‐chelate ZnII complex, viz. [Zn(SiF6)(phen)2] (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), exhibiting approximate molecular C2 point‐group symmetry. The ZnII cation adopts a severely distorted octahedral coordination. As far as can be ascertained, the title complex represents the first structurally characterized example of a ZnII complex bearing a bidentate‐bound hexafluorosilicate ligand. A density functional theory study of the isolated [Zn(SiF6)(phen)2] complex was undertaken to reveal the influence of crystal packing on the molecular structure of the complex. In the crystal structure, the methanol solvent molecule forms a hydrogen bond to one F atom of the hexafluorosilicate ligand. The hydrogen‐bonded assemblies so formed are tightly packed in the crystal, as indicated by a high packing coefficient (74.1%).  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer {[Cd(BDAC)]2 · H2O}n ( 1 ) [HBDAC = (1′H‐[2, 2′]biimidazoly‐1‐yl)‐acetic acid] was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the acentric orthorhombic space group Ccc2. The Cd1 atoms and BDAC2– ligands construct [Cd1(BDAC)] rhomboid grid (4, 4)‐topology layer motifs, whereas the Cd2 atoms and BDAC2– ligands form [Cd2(BDAC)] 1D coordination polymer ribbons. Furthermore, adjacent lay motifs are linked into 3D net structures by 1D coordination polymer ribbons with 4‐connected 3D trinodal {4282102}{4462}{43628}2 topology. The measurement of electric hysteresis loops indicated that complex 1 displays a ferroelectric characteristic.  相似文献
