The coordination polymer [Cu(CH3COO)(C5H5N)2]n was synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction technique. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=1.183 2(1) nm,b=1.512 1(2) nm,c=1.3911(1) nm,β=97.137(3)°,V=2.469 6(4) nm3,C12H13CuN2O2,Mr=280.78,Z=8,Dc=1.510 g·cm-3,μ=1.759 mm-1,F(000)=1 152,R1=0.048 2 and wR2=0.122 5 for 1 515 observed reflections [1>2σ(Ⅰ)].In the crystal the copper(Ⅲ) atom is tetra-coordinated primarily by two oxygen atoms of two symmetry-related carbexyl groups of acetate anions and two nitrogen atoms of two pyridine ligands in a parallelogram fashion. All of the pyridine rings linked to Cu(1) and Cu(2) are arranged centrosymmetrically on Cu(1).The neighboring copper complex molecules are linked together by the carboxylate oxygen atom of acetate anions to form an infinite one-dimensional linear chain structure.Moreover,π-π stacking interactions between intrachain pyridine molecules play the crucial role in constructing of the supramolecular structure.CCDC:709977.  相似文献

The ternary Cu(II) complex with 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) and L‐methioninate (L‐Met) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, UV‐Vis spectra, IR spectra and pH‐potentiometric titration methods. The structure of the complex [Cu(L‐Met) (bipy) (H2O)]ClO4 · 3/8H2O was characterized by the X‐ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with four molecules in a unit cell of dimensions, a = 0.7656(2) nm, b = 1.3142(3) nm, c = 2.0596(4) nm, α = 97.70(3)°, β = 97.96(3)°, γ = 94.33(3)°, V= 2.0244(8) nm3, R1, = 0.0441 and wR2 = 0.0678. The crystal contains four crystllographically independent [Cu(L‐Met) (bipy) (H2O)]+ complexes (Cu1—Cu4), having a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with the same coordinated atoms around each copper center. The base plane is occupied by two nitrogen atoms of one bipy, the amino nitrogen atom and one carboxylate oxygen atom from each independent L‐Met moiety, and one water oxygen at an axial position. Cu1 and Cu3 are essentially enantiomers of Cu2 and Cu4. The four molecules are packed with each other by intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding and aromatic‐ring stacking interactions.  相似文献

The β‐diketone 3‐(4‐cyanophenyl)pentane‐2,4‐dione crystallizes as the enol tautomer 4‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐oxopent‐2‐en‐3‐yl)benzonitrile, C12H11NO2, (I), with an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [O⋯O = 2.456 (2) Å]. Reaction of (I) with copper acetate monohydrate in the presence of triethylamine leads to the formation of the copper(II) complexbis[3‐(4‐cyanophenyl)pentane‐2,4‐dionato‐κ2O,O]copper(II), [Cu(C12H10NO2)2], (II). In the structure of (II), the Cu atom is coordinated by four β‐diketonate O atoms in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.8946 (11)–1.9092 (11) Å. The nitrile moieties in (II) make it a candidate for reaction with other metal ions to produce supramolecular structures.  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

The reaction of dichlorido(cod)palladium(II) (cod = 1,5‐cyclooctadiene) with 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline followed by heating in N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) produces the linear trinuclear Pd3 complex bis(μ2‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolato)bis[μ2‐2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinido]dichloridotripalladium(II) N,N‐dimethylformamide disolvate, [Pd3(C7H4NS2)2(C13H12NS)2Cl2]·2C3H7NO. The molecule has symmetry and a Pd...Pd separation of 3.2012 (4) Å. The outer PdII atoms have a square‐planar geometry formed by an N,S‐chelating 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinide ligand, a chloride ligand and the thiolate S atom of a bridging 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligand, while the central PdII core shows an all N‐coordinated square‐planar geometry. The geometry is perfectly planar within the PdN4 core and the N—Pd—N bond angles differ significantly [84.72 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to the same outer Pd atom and 95.28 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to different outer Pd atoms]. This trinuclear Pd3 complex is the first example of one in which 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands are only N‐coordinated to one Pd centre. The 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands were formed in situ from 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline.  相似文献

The dimeric title copper(II) complex, diaqua‐1κO,2κO‐bis[3,9‐dimethyl‐6‐(2‐pyridylmethyl)‐4,8‐diazaundeca‐3,8‐diene‐2,10‐dione dioximato(1?)]‐1k4N2,N4,N8,N10;1:2κ5O2:N2,N4,N8,N10‐dicopper(II) diperchlorate, [Cu2(C17H24N5O2)2](ClO4)2, crystallizes with one Cu atom in a square‐pyramidal environment and the other Cu atom displaying a distorted octahedral coordination. In each case, the four N atoms in the core of the ligand (two imine and two oxime N atoms) form the base of the pyramid, with a water molecule at an apex. The two parts of the dimer are linked by an interaction [2.869 (2) Å] between one of the Cu atoms and one of the oxime O atoms coordinated to the second Cu atom, and also by a hydrogen bond between the apical water molecule on the second Cu atom and the pyridyl N atom from the coordination sphere of the first Cu atom. The pyridyl N atoms of the lariat arms are not coordinated to either of the Cu atoms. Thus, this potentially pentadentate ligand is only tetradentate when coordinated to CuII.  相似文献

The structures of [Cu (S2CN (CH2)4)2] (1) and [Zn2(S2CN‐(CH2)4)4] (2) have been determined by X‐ray crystallography analysis. They are all isomorphous and triclinic, space group of P1?, with Z = 1. The lattice parameters of compound 1 is: a = 0.63483(2) nm, b = 0.74972(3) nm, c=0.78390(1) mn, α = 75.912(2)°, β = 78.634(2)° and γ = 86.845(2)°; compound 2: a = 0.78707(6) nm, b=0.79823(6) nm, c = 1.23246(9) nm, α = 74.813(2)°, β = 73.048(2)° and γ = 88.036(2)°. The copper atom is located on a crystallographic inversion center and zinc atom lies across centers of symmetry. The Cu(II) ion has a square‐planar geometry while Zn(II) has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The thermal gravity (TG) data indicate that no structural transitions in the two compounds were abserved and the decomposition products can adsorb gas. Also they all have a high thermal stability.  相似文献

In recent years, the use of copper N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes has expanded to fields besides catalysis, namely medicinal chemistry and luminescence applications. In the latter case, multinuclear copper NHC compounds have attracted interest, however, the number of these complexes in the literature is still quite limited. Bis[μ‐1,3‐bis(3‐tert‐butylimidazolin‐2‐yliden‐1‐yl)pyridine]‐1κ4C2,N:N,C2′;2κ4C2,N:N,C2′‐dicopper(I) bis(hexafluoridophosphate), [Cu2(C19H25N5)2](PF6)2, is a dimeric copper(I) complex bridged by two CNC, i.e. bis(N‐heterocyclic carbene)pyridine, ligands. Each CuI atom is almost linearly coordinated by two NHC ligands and interactions are observed between the pyridine N atoms and the metal centres, while no cuprophilic interactions were observed. Very strong absorption bands are evident in the UV–Vis spectrum at 236 and 274 nm, and an emission band is observed at 450 nm. The reported complex is a new example of a multinuclear copper NHC complex and a member of a compound class which has only rarely been reported.  相似文献
