Eight Dawson‐type polyoxometalates were successfully prepared and used in an octanal/air oxidative desulfurization (ODS) system for model oil. Among which, the classical 2:18 polyoxometalate K6[α‐P2W18O62]·14H2O exhibited the best catalytic performance with a sulfur removal ratio of 99.63%. Then, K6[α‐P2W18O62]·14H2O was supported on graphene oxide (GO) to afford K6P2W18O62/GO using the hydrothermal method. Due to the in situ adsorption of the supported catalysts in the ODS process, the sulfur removal ratio was 96.10% without extraction treatment. Compared with the octanal/air ODS system using pure GO as an adsorbent for the oxidation products, the sulfur removal ratio increased from 89.21 to 96.10%, and the n‐octanal/S molar ratio decreased from 24 to 4. To facilitate the recycling of the catalyst and avoid catalyst loss, K6[α‐P2W18O62]·14H2O was supported on magnetic graphene oxide (mGO) to afford K6P2W18O62/mGO. The results showed that the supported catalyst could be easily recovered with the aid of an external magnetic field, while maintaining high catalytic activity during five cycles of reuse with little catalyst loss. Furthermore, all the prepared materials were analyzed by a series of characterizations, and the reaction mechanism of the studied system was proposed through contrast tests and GC‐MS characterization analysis.  相似文献

With the increasingly strict standard for sulfur content in fuel, it is necessary to develop high-efficiency catalyst for extractive and catalytic oxidative desulfurization systems (ECODS). Herein, a series of three remarkable complexes H3PMo(12-n)WnO40@rht-MOF-1 ( 1 a , n=1; 2 a , n=2; 3 a , n=3) have been designed and prepared. Complexes 1 a , 2 a and 3 a were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and FT-IR, PXRD, SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms, etc. Upon complex 3 a was applied as catalyst, it exhibited remarkably high catalytic activity in the ECODS reactions of aromatic sulfur compounds under optimal conditions. On the basis of its excellent heterogeneity, the catalyst could be recycled for nine consecutive cycles without significant losing of activity centers. Then, the reaction kinetics and mechanism were investigated and the activation energy have been calculated and discussed. Further, the complex 3 a is employed to catalyze the ODS of commercial diesel oil. As a result, the desulfurization efficiency reached 90%. These results provided important structure data for study the structure-property relationship and potential heterogeneous catalyst applied in ODS in industry.  相似文献

Fe3O4@SiO2–APTES‐supported trifluoroacetic acid nanocatalyst was used for the one‐pot synthesis of α‐aminonitriles via a three‐component reaction of aldehydes (or ketones), amines, and sodium cyanide. This method produced a high yield of 75–96% using only a small amount of the catalyst (0.05 g) in EtOH at room temperature. The catalyst was also employed for the synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles from nitriles and sodium azide in EtOH at 80°C. The tetrazoles were produced with good‐to‐excellent yields in a short reaction time of 4 h. Both synthetic methods were carried out in the absence of an organic volatile solvent. Because the supported trifluoroacetic acid generated a solid acid on the surface, thus the acid corrosiveness was not a serious challenge. This heterogeneous nanocatalyst was magnetically recovered and reused several times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

A novel chiral magnetic nanocatalyst was prepared by the surface modification of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with a chloropropylsilane and further by arginine to form Fe3O4@propylsilan‐arginine (Fe3O4@PS‐Arg). After the structural confirmation of Fe3O4@PS‐Arg synthesized MNPs by Fourier transform‐infrared, X‐ray diffraction, field emission‐scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, vibrating‐sample magnetometry and thermogravimetric analyses, their catalytic activity was evaluated for one‐pot enantioselective synthesis of 3‐amino‐1‐aryl‐1H‐benzo[f]chromene‐2‐carbonitrile derivatives. The results showed that in the presence of 0.07 g Fe3O4@PS‐Arg nanocatalyst and ethanol as solvent, the best reaction yield (96%) was obtained in the least time (5 min). Easy operation, reusability and stability, short reaction time, high reaction yields and good enantioselectivity are the major advantages of the newly synthesized nanocatalyst. Also, this study provides a novel strategy for further research and investigation on the synthesis of new reusable enantioselective catalysts and chiral compounds.  相似文献

In this article, the synthesis of a novel and highly efficient recyclable and reusable heterogeneous nanocatalyst has been reported via the functionalizing of the Fe3O4-magnetized graphene oxide nanosheets with the N6-Schiff base Cu (II) complex (GO/Fe3O4@SPNC). The structure of this novel nanocatalyst was determined by different analytical techniques such as FTIR, FE-SEM, TEM, TGA-DTG, and VSM. The catalytic activity of the synthesized GO/Fe3O4@SPNC nanocatalyst was explored for the synthesis of several new 2H-pyrido[3′,2′:6,7]pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-7-carbonitrile derivatives with excellent yields. All new derivatives were fully identified by various spectral (1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR, ESI-MS) analyses. In addition, this nanocatalyst carried out satisfactory catalytic maintenance of activity and high chemical stability in the titled reactions after seven-time of recycling without substantial loss of leaching.  相似文献

The catalytic performance of the superparamagnetic nanocatalyst Fe3O4@SiO2@Sulfated boric acid as a green, recyclable, and acidic solid catalyst in the synthesis of chromeno[4,3,2‐de][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives has been studied. Chromeno[4,3,2‐de][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives via a pseudo four‐component reaction from aromatic aldehydes (1 mmol), malononitrile (2 mmol), and 2′‐hydroxyacetophenone in the presence of Fe3O4@SiO2@Sulfated boric acid (0.004 g) as a nanocatalyst in 3 mL of water as a green solvent at 80°C has been synthesized. The advantages of this method are higher product yields in shorter reaction times, easy recyclability and reusability of the catalyst, and easy work‐up procedures. The nanocatalyst was reused at least six times. The nanocatalyst retained its stability in the reaction, and after reusability, it was separated easily from the reaction by an external magnet.  相似文献

DABCO (1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane)‐modified magnetite with silica‐MCM‐41 shell (Fe3O4@silica‐MCM‐41@DABCO) as an effective, magnetic and novel heterogeneous reusable nanocatalyst was synthesized and analysed using various techniques. Evaluation of the catalytic activity of this nanocatalyst was performed in the clean synthesis of substituted 2‐aminodihydropyrano[3,2‐b]pyran‐3‐cyano in high yields via in situ reaction of azido kojic acid, malononitrile and various aldehydes.  相似文献

This paper reports the green and in situ preparation of Fe3O4@SiO2‐Ag magnetic nanocatalyst synthesized using safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) flower extract without the addition of any stabilizers or surfactants. The catalytic performance of the resulting nanocatalyst was examined for the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol (4‐NP), methylene blue (MB) and methyl orange (MO) in an environment‐friendly medium at room temperature. The main factors such as pH, temperature and amount of catalyst influencing the nanocatalyst performance were studied. The apparent rate constants for 4‐NP, MO and MB reduction were calculated, being 0.756 min?1, 0.064 s?1 and 0.09 s?1, respectively. The catalyst was recovered using an external magnet and reused several times with negligible loss of catalytic activity. The as‐synthesized nanoparticles were characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, UV–visible, Fourier transform infrared and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopies, dynamic light scattering and vibrating sample magnetometry.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of Fe3O4@diaza crown ether@Ni was explored through one‐pot synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐ones and it was used as an efficient and recoverably constant nanocatalyst. FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, XRD, BET, ICP, EDS, and TGA techniques were employed to specify the nanocatalyst. This heterogeneous catalyst demonstrated acceptable recyclability and could be used again several times with no considerable loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

We report a simple process for the synthesis of Fe3O4@SiO2/APTMS (APTMS = 3‐aminopropyltrimethoxysilane) core–shell nanocatalyst support. The new nanocatalyst was prepared by stabilization of Pd(cdha)2 (cdha = bis(2‐chloro‐3,4‐dihydroxyacetophenone)) on the surface of the Fe3O4@SiO2/APTMS support. The structure and composition of this catalyst were characterized using various techniques. An efficient method was developed for the synthesis of a wide variety of biaryl compounds via fluoride‐free Hiyama cross‐coupling reactions of aryl halides with arylsiloxane, with Fe3O4@SiO2/APTMS/Pd(cdha)2 as the catalyst under reaction conditions. This methodology can be performed at 100°C through a simple one‐pot operation using in situ generated palladium nanoparticles. High catalytic activity, quick separation of catalyst from products using an external magnetic field and use of water as green solvent are attributes of this protocol.  相似文献

Regulations on the permissible levels of sulfur in transportation fuels are becoming ever more strict, with a global shift towards “zero sulfur” fuels, and the revamp of existing hydrodesulfurization (HDS) facilities to meet these lower caps is cost-prohibitive. Metal-catalyzed sulfoxidation chemistry is viewed as an economically viable desulfurization strategy that could complement conventional HDS technology. In the present work, the complex [η5-IndMo(CO)3Me] ( 1 ) (Ind = indenyl) was employed in the catalytic oxidative desulfurization (CODS) of model and real liquid fuels, using aqueous hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as oxidant. After optimization of the CODS reaction parameters (diesel/H2O2 ratio, catalyst amount, temperature), a high-sulfur (2000 ppm) model diesel containing benzothiophene, dibenzothiophene, 4-methyldibenzothiophene and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene could be completely desulfurized within 2 hr under solvent-free conditions or in the presence of the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM]PF6) as extraction solvent. The catalyst formed under solvent-free conditions could be recycled without a significant decrease in desulfurization activity. The high performance of the CODS system was verified in the sulfur removal from a commercial untreated diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 2300 ppm, and a jet fuel with a sulfur content of 1100 ppm. Solvent-free CODS in combination with initial/final extraction gave desulfurization efficiencies of 70% for the diesel fuel and 55% for the jet fuel. CODS with [BMIM]PF6 in combination with initial/final extraction led to a sulfur removal of 95.9% for the diesel fuel, which is one of the best results yet reported for ODS of commercial diesels.  相似文献

Isatin‐SO3H coated on amino propyl modified magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@APTES@isatin‐SO3H) is found to be a novel, efficient, and reusable magnetic nanocatalyst, and characterized by FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, XRD, EDX, VSM, and TGA analysis. The magnetic nanocatalyst demonstrated outstanding performance in synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐d] pyrimidines derivatives via one‐pot three‐component reaction of various aromatic aldehydes 1, malononitrile 2, and barbituric acid 3 under reflux conditions in mixture of H2O:EtOH (1:1) as solvent. Easy workup procedure, short reaction time, high yield, simple preparation and easy recovery of the catalyst, mild reaction conditions are some advantages of this work.  相似文献

In the present work, an innovative leach proof nanocatalyst based on dendritic fibrous nanosilica (DFNS) modified with ionic liquid loaded Fe3O4 NPs and CuI salts was designed and applied for the rapid synthesis of imidazo[1,2‐a]pyridines from the reaction of phenyl acetylene, 2‐aminopyridine, and aldehydes in aqueous medium. The structure of the synthesized nanocatalyst was studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS), energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD), vapor–liquid–solid (VLS), and adsorption/desorption analysis (Brunauer–Emmett–Teller [BET] equation) instrumental techniques. CuI/Fe3O4NPs@IL‐KCC‐1 with high surface area (225 m2 g?1) and porous structure not only exhibited excellent catalytic activity in aqueous media but also, with its good stability, simply recovered by an external magnet and recycled for eight cycles without significant loss in its intrinsic activity. Higher catalytic activity of CuI/Fe3O4NPs@IL‐KCC‐1 is due to exceptional dendritic fibrous structure of KCC‐1 and the ionic liquid groups that perform as strong anchors to the loaded magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and avoid leaching them from the pore of the nanocatalyst. Green reaction media, shorter reaction times, higher yields (71–97%), easy workup, and no need to use the chromatographic column are the advantages of the reported synthetic method.  相似文献

A magnetic inorganic–organic nanohybrid material (HPA/TPI‐Fe3O4 NPs) was produced as an efficient, highly recyclable and eco‐friendly catalyst for the one‐pot multi‐component synthesis of malonamide and 2,3,4,5‐tetrahydrobenzo[b ][1,4]oxazepine derivatives with high yields in short reaction times (25–35 min) in aqueous media at room temperature. The nanohybrid catalyst was prepared by the chemical anchoring of H6P2W18O62 onto the surface of modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) with N ‐[3‐(triethoxysilyl)propyl]isonicotinamide (TPI) linker. The magnetic recoverable catalyst was easily recycled at least ten times without any loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The efficient synthesis of novel spiro[indeno[1,2‐b]quinoxaline derivatives via the four‐component condensation of amines, ninhydrin, isatoic anhydride, and о‐phenylenediamine derivatives catalyzed by ( 3‐oxo‐[1,2,4]triazolidin‐1‐yl)bis (butane‐1‐sulfonic acid) supported on γ‐Fe2O3 as novel heterogenous magnetic nanocatalyst was described. The novel nanocatalyst was characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE‐SEM), and thermal analysis (TGA‐DTG). The nanoparticles covered by (3‐oxo‐[1,2,4]triazolidin‐1‐yl)bis (butane‐1‐sulfonic acid) showed enhanced catalytic performance in the preparation of spiro[indeno[1,2‐b]quinoxaline derivatives in excellent yields. Moreover, this method showed several advantages such as mild conditions, high yields, easy work‐up, and being environmentally friendly. The catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture by an external magnet, recycled, and reused several times without a noticeable decrease in catalytic activity.  相似文献

A novel Mo(VI) tetradentate Schiff base complex based on two pyrrole‐imine donors was anchored covalently on Fe3O4 nanoparticles and characterized using physicochemical techniques. The catalytic epoxidation process was optimized in terms of the effects of solvent, reaction temperature, kind of oxidant and amount of oxidant and catalyst. Then the novel heterogeneous nanocatalyst was used for the efficient and selective catalytic epoxidation of internal alkenes (cyclohexene, cyclooctene, α‐pinene, indene and trans ‐1,2‐diphenylethene) and terminal alkenes (n ‐heptene, n ‐octene, n ‐dodecene and styrene) using tert ‐butyl hydroperoxide (70% in water) as oxidant in 1,2‐dichloroethane as solvent. The prepared nanocatalyst is very effective for the selective epoxidation of cis ‐cyclooctene with 100% conversion, 100% selectivity and turnover frequency of 1098 h−1 in just 30 min. The magnetic nanocatalyst was easily recovered using an external magnetic field and was used subsequently at least six times without significant decrease in conversion.  相似文献

In this research, the nanocomposite of multiwalled carbon nanotubes and magnetic metal oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4/MWCNTs), as enzyme mimetic, was synthesized using an in situ chemical reduction method. The structure, composition and morphology of the prepared Fe3O4/MWCNT nanocomposite materials were characterized using X‐ray diffraction, FT‐IR and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, respectively. The magnetic properties of the nanocomposite were investigated by the vibrating sample magnetometer. A colorimetric system involving nanozyme, phenol/4‐aminoantipyrine and H2O2 was utilized for the determination of peroxidase mimetic catalytic assay. The obtained results confirmed that the synthesis of Fe3O4/MWCNTs nanostructures was successful. It was found that Fe3O4/MWCNTs nanohybrid exhibited peroxidase‐like activity without any pH limitation. Colorimetric data demonstrated that the prepared nanocatalyst had higher catalytic activity toward H2O2 than MWCNTs. The kinetic parameters of the nanozyme, Km and Vmax, were estimated to be 8.3 mm and 1.4 mm min?1, respectively. The Fe3O4/MWCNTs nanostructures were also successfully applied for glucose detection. In addition, peroxidase‐like activity of the nanozyme increased in the presence of butyl‐imidazolium bromide ionic liquid. These biomimetic catalysts have some advantages, such as simplicity, stability, reusability and cost effectiveness, which makes them great candidates to be used in various fields of biotechnology applications.  相似文献
