Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions between a variety of alkyl halides and unactivated aryl boronic esters using a rationally designed iron‐based catalyst supported by β‐diketiminate ligands are described. High catalyst activity resulted in a broad substrate scope that included tertiary alkyl halides and heteroaromatic boronic esters. Mechanistic experiments revealed that the iron‐based catalyst benefited from the propensity for β‐diketiminate ligands to support low‐coordinate and highly reducing iron amide intermediates, which are very efficient for effecting the transmetalation step required for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to synthesize and characterize a new magnetic polymer nanosphere‐supported palladium(II) acetate catalyst for reactions requiring harsh conditions. In this regard, an air‐stable, moisture‐stable and highly efficient heterogenized palladium was synthesized by the coordination of palladium(II) acetate with poly(2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐1‐propanesulfonic acid)‐grafted modified magnetic nanoparticles with a core–shell structure. The structure of the newly developed catalyst was characterized using various techniques. The catalytic activity of the resultant nano‐organometallic catalyst was evaluated in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura reactions to afford the corresponding coupling products in good to excellent yields. High selectivity as well as outstanding turnover number (14 143, 4900) and turnover frequency (28 296, 7424) values were recorded for the catalyst in Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck reactions, respectively. Magnetic separation and recycling of the catalyst for at least six runs became possible without any significant loss of efficiency or any detectable palladium leaching.  相似文献

A novel heterogeneous magnetic palladium nano‐biocatalyst was designed by utilizing Irish moss, a family of sulfated polysaccharides extracted from algae, as a natural biopolymer. This magnetic Irish moss decorated with palladium (Pd–Fe3O4@IM) to form a biomagnetic catalytic system was synthesized and well characterized by FT–IR analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The catalyst was stable to air and moisture and displayed high catalytic activity in ligand‐free Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions conducted under green chemistry reaction conditions. The aromatic ketones are produced by the cross‐coupling reaction between acid chlorides and aryl boronic acid derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

A heterogeneous montmorillonite K‐10‐supported palladium triphenylphosphine catalyst is reported for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction at room temperature. A library of electronically diverse aryl bromides and arylboronic acids underwent the cross‐coupling reaction at very good rates in aqueous solvent. The reusability of the catalyst was also examined and it was found to be effective up to three catalytic cycles. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Highly selective synthesis of 1‐substituted (E)‐buta‐1,3‐dienes via palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling of (E)‐alkenyl iodides with 4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐2‐vinyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaborolane ( 1 ) is reported. The vinylboronate pinacol ester ( 1 ) acts as a vinyl building block to show high chemoselectivity for the Suzuki–Miyaura pathway versus Heck coupling in the presence of biphasic conditions (Pd(PPh3)4, aqueous K2CO3, toluene and ethanol). We report the preparation of supported palladium(II) acetylacetonate, Pd(acac)2, coordinated by pendant acac groups, by reacting palladium acetate with acac‐functionalized doubly silica‐coated magnetic nanoparticles. The solid support consists of an amorphous silica‐coated (as magnetite protecting layer) magnetite core and a mesoporous silica shell. The magnetically separable palladium nanocatalyst is active for Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of acyl halides with boronic acids. The catalyst is simply isolated from the reaction mixture that allows fast and efficient isolation of product and catalyst compared to traditional methods that generally make use of time‐ and solvent‐consuming procedures. A water‐soluble, cyclodextrin‐supported palladium complex (DACH‐Pd‐β‐CD) catalytic system was designed and synthesized, which can efficiently catalyze Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions between aryl halides and arylboronic acid in water under mild conditions. The catalyst was successfully characterized using the methods of transmission electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectrometry, X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and Fourier transform infrared and NMR spectroscopies. Furthermore, the catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture and still maintain high catalytic activity after ten cycles. No leaching of palladium into the reaction solution occurred. The advantages of green solvent (water), short reaction times (2–6 h), low catalyst loading (0.001 mol%), excellent yields (up to 99%) and reusability of the catalyst mean it will have potential applications in green chemical synthesis.  相似文献

Silica‐supported terpyridine palladium(II) was prepared and used as an effective and recyclable catalyst in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions. The catalyst was very effective for the Mizoroki–Heck reaction of aryl halides with olefins and conversion was in most cases excellent. The catalyst showed good thermal stability (up to 230 °C) and could be recovered and reused for four reaction cycles. The Suzuki coupling of aryl iodides with aryl boronic acids in the presence of the catalyst was also investigated and the reaction proceeded with a short reaction time and excellent conversion. A polyaniline‐anchored palladium catalyst was prepared and screened for coupling reactions of aryl halides. The robust and recyclable catalyst was effective in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura reactions of aryl bromides and aryl iodides. The catalyst system was further employed for one‐pot Wittig–Heck and Wittig–Suzuki combinations to build conjugated compounds in good conversions. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this work, an easily obtained procedure was successfully implemented to prepare novel palladium nanoparticles decorated on triethanolammonium chloride ionic liquid‐functionalized TiO2 nanoparticles [TiO2/IL‐Pd]. Different methods were carried out for characterizations of the synthesized nanocatalyst (HR‐TEM, XPS, XRD, FE‐SEM, EDX, FT‐IR and ICP). TiO2/IL‐Pd indicated good catalytic activity for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction of arylboronic acid with different aryl halides in aqueous media at ambient temperature. The recycled catalyst was investigated with ICP to amount of Pd leaching after 6 times that had diminished slightly, Thus, was confirmed that the nanocatalyst has a good sustainability for C–C Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction. The catalyst can be conveniently separated by filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for 6 times without significant loss of its activity. It supplies an environmentally benign alternative path to the existing protocols for the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction.  相似文献

Copper‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura‐type cross‐coupling and carboboration processes are reported. The cross‐couplings function well with a variety of substituted aryl iodides and aryl boronic esters and allows for orthogonal reactivity compared to palladium‐catalyzed processes. The carboboration method includes both alkynes and allenes and provides access to highly substituted and stereodefined vinyl boronic esters. The alkyne carboboration method is highlighted in the simple one‐pot synthesis of Tamoxifen.  相似文献

Phenyl‐modified natural rubber was prepared in latex stage by bromination of deproteinized natural rubber followed by Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction. First, the bromination of natural rubber was carried out using N‐bromosuccinimide in latex stage. The bromine atom content increased as amount of N‐bromosuccinimide increased. Second, the allylic bromine atom was replaced with a phenyl group using phenyl boronic acid in the presence of a palladium catalyst, according to the Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction in latex stage. The resulting products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Signal at 7.13 ppm was assigned to the phenyl group of the product, while signals at 3.98, 4.14, and 4.44 ppm were assigned to the remaining allylic brominated cis‐1,4‐isoprene units. The estimated phenyl group content and the conversion of the Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction were 1.32 and 23.7 mol%, respectively. Glass transition temperature (Tg) of deproteinized natural rubber increased from ?62°C to ?46.7°C, when the phenyl group was introduced into the rubber.  相似文献

A palladium‐catalyzed C(sp3)−C(sp2) Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling of aryl boronic acids and α‐(trifluoromethyl)benzyl tosylates is reported. A readily available, air‐stable palladium catalyst was employed to access a wide range of functionalized 1,1‐diaryl‐2,2,2‐trifluoroethanes. Enantioenriched α‐(trifluoromethyl)benzyl tosylates were found to undergo cross‐coupling to give the corresponding enantioenriched cross‐coupled products with an overall inversion in configuration. The crucial role of the CF3 group in promoting this transformation is demonstrated by comparison with non‐fluorinated derivatives.  相似文献

Monocoordinated palladium catalysts derived from sterically hindered, electron‐rich phosphines or N‐heterocyclic carbenes have revolutionized the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction. The emergence of organotrifluoroborates has provided important new perspectives for the organoboron component of these reactions. In combination, these two components prove to be extraordinarily powerful partners for cross‐coupling reactions.  相似文献

The one‐pot sequential coupling of benzylamines, boronic esters, and aryl iodides has been investigated. In the presence of an N‐activator, the boronate complex formed from an ortho‐lithiated benzylamine and a boronic ester undergoes stereospecific 1,2‐metalate rearrangement/anti‐SN2′ elimination to form a dearomatized tertiary boronic ester. Treatment with an aryl iodide under palladium catalysis leads to rearomatizing γ‐selective allylic Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling to generate 1,1‐diarylalkanes. When enantioenriched α‐substituted benzylamines are employed, the corresponding 1,1‐diarylalkanes are formed with high stereospecificity.  相似文献

This paper describes a simple and a very quick protocol for biaryl synthesis using the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction. A quintessential role of salting‐out agent LiCl was observed in the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction that enhanced the reduction rate of Pd (II) to a considerable extent, resulting in the formation of nanosized palladium in a few seconds. The isolated Pd nanoparticles were characterized with X‐ray diffraction, dynamic light scattering, TGA, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy. The Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction proceeded very well with the in situ‐generated Pd nanocatalysts furnishing the desired biaryl adducts with excellent yields.  相似文献

A stable and powerful heterogeneous palladium catalyst was synthesized using immobilized palladium on (S)‐methyl histidinate bonded onto the surface of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes. The catalyst was characterized using a combination of Fourier transform infrared and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies, transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction and inductively coupled plasma, thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. This new air‐ and moisture‐stable phosphine‐free palladium catalyst was found to be highly active and reusable in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions in poly(ethylene glycol) and aqueous ethanol as green solvents using an extremely small amount of palladium under mild conditions. Nanostructured palladium pyrophosphate (Na2PdP2O7) catalyst was synthesized and well characterized by using different techniques (TGA, XRD, SEM, TEM....). This nanocatalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the synthesis of biaryl compounds via Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling to produce their corresponding products in good to excellent yields under mild conditions. The catalyst is recyclable and was recycled for four runs for the reaction of 4‐bromoacetophenone with phenylboronic acid without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Immobilization of Pd(II) nanoparticles on silica‐coated modified magnetite particles has been readily achieved via a surface modification of Fe3O4 particles with 4‐amino‐5‐methyl‐4‐H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol (4‐AMTT) as a ligand. This magnetite nanocatalyst was characterized by various analyses such as FT‐IR, SEM/EDX, ICP‐AES, VSM, TEM, XRD, XPS and TGA. This nanocatalyst showed admirable catalytic activity for Suzuki‐Miyaura and Mizoroki‐Heck cross‐coupling reactions under mild conditions in water, and could be simply separated by an outer magnet and reused for several times.  相似文献
