利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法研究双马来酰亚胺树脂固化过程中的结构变化,认为双马来酰亚胺树脂固化反应分两进行,第一步是低温下的“ENE”反应,第二步是高温下的Diels-Alder反应,树脂第一步固化反应达到一定程度后,要进一步提高固化反应程度,必须提高温度才能使第二步固化反应发生。  相似文献

本文将超支化树脂(HBP)与UV固化粉末涂料相结合,研究了超支化树脂对该涂料的树脂体系玻璃化温度、流变性能及涂膜各项物理性能的影响.结果表明:添加改性与未改性超支化树脂都能降低树脂体系的玻璃化温度,改性超支化树脂不影响体系的流变性能及涂膜性能,未改性超支化树脂可以降低体系粘度但使涂膜性能变差.  相似文献

The diffusion phenomenon of pyrene in silicone coatings prepared from various commercial silicone resins with different viscosities was investigated using steady state excimer fluorescence technique. The amount of pyrene lost from the coatings by diffusion at different temperatures ranging from 25 to 70 °C was estimated from the excimer emission intensity. The diffusion coefficients (D) and activation energy of diffusion of pyrene in silicone coatings were determined. It was found that the kinetic parameters of pyrene were comparable in all the four silicone coatings and independent of the viscosity of the resin. The D values were lower than those expected for pyrene in PDMS resins in the corresponding viscosity range. This may be attributed to restricted mobility of pyrene due to cross-linking of polymer chains in the cured silicone coatings.  相似文献

The results of investigations of the effect of solid petroleum resins, epoxide oligomers, and type of curing agent upon the properties of varnishes and coatings based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene are given. It is shown that the use of cycloaliphatic isocyanates and amine-containing organic silicon compounds allows one to obtain coatings with a complex of high processing and operating characteristics.  相似文献

Fundamental aspects of synthesis and the properties of fast-curing epoxyurethane polymeric coatings based on ED-20 (Russia), Epikote 862 (Great Britain), and Der 331 (USA) epoxy resins, industrially manufactured domestic polyesters PDA 800 and PS, polyisocyanate, and Lapramol 294 were studied. It is shown that the foreign epoxy resins can be replaced with ED-20 resin and this resin can be used to obtain high-quality fast-curing epoxyurethane polymeric coatings that can be used to protect metal surfaces.  相似文献

Atomic-scale material deposition is utilized to achieve uniform coverage and modification of the surface properties of natural fiber and woven fabric materials, where irregular nanoscale features are embedded in a macroscale interpenetrating fiber network. The complex surface topology of the woven fabric results in significantly different film-growth thickness per ALD cycle as compared to planar surfaces coated using the same process conditions, likely due to reactant adsorption within the fiber starting material, as well as impeded reactant transport out of the fabric system during the purge cycle. Cotton textiles modified with conformal nanoscale Al2O3 are found to show extreme hydrophobic effects, distinctly different from planar surfaces that receive the same coatings. The results highlight key concerns for achieving controlled conformal coatings on complex surfaces and open the possibility for new textile finishing approaches to create novel fabric-based materials with specialized function and performance.  相似文献

Antifouling coatings are the most reliable way to prevent biofouling of immersed surfaces. As concerning the high toxicity of organotin paints, the tendency is the development of coatings, which do not present environmental risks. In this work, we prepare binders from modification of acrylic copolymers containing free carboxylic acid groups. Biocides chosen are tertiary ammonium salts; alkyl chain substituents with different length are considered. The chemical modifications of resins are carried out via a single step reaction. Modification extents are monitored through proton nuclear magnetic resonance and thermogravimetric analysis and the modified resins are characterised by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The glass transition temperature of the acrylate systems is assessed by dynamical mechanical analysis (pin point method) and compared with data obtained by differential scanning calorimetry. The erosion and antifouling properties of the binders are followed during an exposure to marine environment by a visual observation.  相似文献

The effects of allyl ethers in coating resins have been studied in relations to different systems. The details that have been investigated are: the reactions between allyl ethers-styrene-cobalt salt in air, the influence of cobalt salt on oxidized allyl ethers, and the interaction between allyl ethers and maleic esters with respect to copolymerization. The curing rates of allyl functional oligomers as coatings have also been studied. The results are summarized together with the results from a previous article by the same authors to give an overall view of the curing mechanism in allyl ether functional unsaturated polyester resins dissolved in styrene.  相似文献

Organo-soluble imide-containing oligomers (oligomaleimidohydroxyphenylene and oligoimide derived from benzalazine and m-phenylenebismaleimide) were examined as modifiers for melamine-alkyd and alkyd resins. Addition of these modifiers enhances the hardness, impact strength, and corrosion resistance of the coatings and their adhesion to metal surfaces, i.e., improves the service properties of the coatings.  相似文献

Large oriented arrays and continuous films of TiO(2)-based nanotubes   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
We report for the first time a one-step, templateless method to directly prepare large arrays of oriented TiO2-based nanotubes and continuous films. These titania nanostructures can also be easily prepared as conformal coatings on a substrate. The nanostructured films were formed on a Ti substrate seeded with TiO2 nanoparticles. SEM and TEM results suggested that a folding mechanism of sheetlike structures was involved in the formation of the nanotubes. The oriented arrays of TiO2 nanotubes, continuous films, and coatings are expected to have potentials for applications in catalysis, filtration, sensing, photovoltaic cells, and high surface area electrodes.  相似文献
