某些稀土盐类及其配合物抑菌性强、抑菌谱广,尤其对生命力极强的芽孢菌有 着更为突出的抑菌效果。本文的研究目的是探索稀土盐类及其配合物对芽孢菌的抑 菌机理;采用生物和化学方法,对芽孢进行破碎及成分的分离,借助电镜细胞化学 技术、红外光谱法、荧光分析法、原子吸收光谱法等检测手段,从分子水平上确定 了稀土离子在芽孢中的结合位点,提出了稀土对芽孢菌的抑菌机理是稀土离子取代 了芽孢内2,6-吡啶二羧酸钙(DPA-Ca~(2+))中Ca~(2+)的结合位点,形成了2,6-吡啶 二羧酸与稀土离子的配合物。 相似文献

本文将新近实施用于测定地表水中石油类的紫外分光光度法与红外分光光度法的方法特性参数以及应用于各类实际水样测定进行了比对研究。实验结果表明,两种方法的检出限、测定下限、精密度和准确度等性能指标相近,但在应用于各种不同来源和组成水体的实际样品测定时,紫外法所得结果与红外法有明显的差异,表明该方法对较复杂水体石油类样品的测定存在局限性。 相似文献

将新近实施用于测定地表水中石油类的紫外分光光度法与红外分光光度法的方法特性参数以及应用于各类实际水样测定进行比对研究。结果表明,两种方法的实际检出限均为0.004mg/L、测定下限均为0.016mg/L,加标回收样品紫外法测定结果相对标准偏差为4.2%~6.6%,加标回收率为82.0%~96.0%;红外法相对标准偏差为3.8%~5.5%,加标回收率为82.0%~97.0%,精密度和准确度等性能指标相近,在使用不同萃取方式应用于各种不同来源和组成水体的实际样品测定时,同种方法所得结果相对偏差均小于10%,但紫外分光光度法所得结果与红外分光光度法最大相对偏差达到了49.0%,并且红外分光光度法测定结果较之紫外分光光度法与样品理论浓度值更为接近,表明紫外分光光度法对较复杂水体石油类样品的测定存在局限性。 相似文献

Hydrolysis rection of L-α-dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine(L-DPPC)monolayer with phospholipase D (PLD) has been investigated by Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) combined with the film balance.It has been found that the L-DPPC domains were changed into the “lotus“ structure by PLD.It suggests that the hydrolysis reaction is incomplete and the products together with the nonreacted materials undergo a molecular rearrangement at the interface. 相似文献

Summary The action of polymerized silicic acid on lecithin and cephalin monolayers brings about changes in its physical state, molecular area, and pressure of collapse. These changes are more notable in the case of lecithins, varying not only with the substrate pH, but also with the length of the hydrocarbon chains of the fatty acids that esterify glycerol in the molecules of these substances. 磷脂是一类非常重要的生物分子,它是细胞膜的主要组成部分,同时也在诸多生命活动(如细胞激活、代谢维持和激素分泌等)中发挥着不可替代的作用。磷脂种类繁多,且具有自组装能力强、生物相容性好、无细胞毒性、易于获得等一系列优点。作为一种最典型的界面材料,磷脂膜特殊的双层结构及出色的生物学性能引起了科研人员的广泛关注,其能够模拟生物膜结构,有助于研究界面上的分子特征及作用行为。此外,磷脂可被用作生物医学材料,改性磷脂以及磷脂与纳米颗粒的复合物在肿瘤成像技术、药物靶向递送系统等方面具有良好的发展前景,显著促进了新型生物材料的开发与进步。本文先归纳了磷脂的分类,并比较了磷脂在不同基底的吸附行为;之后重点分析了磷脂膜界面的选择性识别功能以及与多肽、酶、蛋白质等生物分子之间的相互作用;最后对基于磷脂膜的生物材料在生物传感、药物研究和成像技术中的应用作出了展望。 相似文献

In homogenous solution, cholesterol autoxidation leads to a mixture of epimers of 5 primary products, whose concentrations vary in the presence/absence of antioxidants, such as vitamin E. Two of the products (5α‐OOH and 6β‐OOH) undergo Hock fragmentation to yield electrophilic secosterols implicated in disease. Herein, we show that the product distribution is similar in phospholipid bilayers, in that the 7‐OOHs are the major products, but the presence/absence of vitamin E has no effect on the distribution. Cholesterol 7α‐OOH, but not 7β‐OOH, undergoes Hock fragmentation to yield a mixture of unprecedented A‐ring cleavage products and 6,7‐epoxides. When subjected to typical derivatization conditions, 7α‐OOH yields products with essentially indistinguishable chromatographic and spectroscopic features from the previously identified secosterols, casting further doubt on their controversial origin from endogenous O3. 相似文献

In this investigation two calcium bilirubinates compounds, Ca(HBR)2·H2O and Ca(BR)·2H2O, were prepared. Their Fourier transform infrared spectra were measured in KBr discs and in fluorolube and nujol mulls, respectively. The results suggest that it is better to identify the Ca(HBR)2·H2O and Ca(BR)·2H2O with fluorolube and/or nujol mulls when examining mixtures (e.g. gallstone). 相似文献

The adsorptions of COS, H2S and O2 were investigated over the TGH catalyst in this paper.It was found that the numbers of basic centers and basic intensities were reduced over the deactivated TGH catalyst. The FT-IR results of COS+H2S+O2 co-adsorption on the TGH catalyst show that the main causes of catalyst deactivation is the formation of element sulfur and trace sulfate. 相似文献
