Three new sodium cobalt (nickel) selenite compounds, namely, Na2Co2(SeO3)3, Na2Co1.67Ni0.33(SeO3)3, and Na2Ni2(SeO3)3 have been hydro-/solvothermally synthesized in the mixed solvents of acetonitrile and water. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that these isostructural compounds belong to the orthorhombic Cmcm space group and their structures feature three-dimensional open frameworks constructed by the two-dimensional layers of [MSeO3] pillared by the [SeO3]2− groups. The two different types of Na+ ions reside in the intersecting two-dimensional channels parallel to the a- and c-axes, respectively. Their thermal properties have been investigated via TGA-DSC. The magnetic measurements indicate the existence of the antiferromagnetic interactions in these compounds.  相似文献

The interaction of palladium(+1) cluster Pd4(μ-CO)4(μ-OAc)4 with saturated and unsaturated carboxylic acids was studied. It was found, that the substitution of acetates groups on others carboxylates leads to the clusters with different nuclearity. Palladium(+1) carbonyl carboxylate complexes of composition [Pd(μ-CO)(μ-OCOR)]n, where R = CF3, CCl3, CH2Cl, MeCH = CMe, Me, Pri, Bu, Bui, Butert, n-C5H11 and n = 4 or 6 were synthesized. According to X-ray data all clusters possess cyclic planar metal cores with alternate pairs of μ-carbonyl and μ-carboxylate ligands. The presence of bulky alkyl fragments in the carboxylate ligand increases the nuclearity of the cluster compared to that of the starting palladium(+1) carbonyl acetate of composition Pd4(μ-CO)4(μ-OAc)4 due, apparently, to steric hindrance.  相似文献

The single crystals of caesium magnesium titanium (IV) tri-oxo-tetrakis-diphosphate bis-monophosphate, Cs3.70Mg0.60Ti2.78(TiO)3(P2O7)4(PO4)2, crystallize in sp. gr. P-1 (No. 2) with cell parameters a=6.3245(4), b=9.5470(4), c=15.1892(9) Å, α=72.760(4), β=85.689(5), γ=73.717(4), z=1. The titled compound possesses a three-dimensional tunnel structure built by the corner-sharing of distorted [TiO6] octahedra, [Ti2O11] bioctahedra, [PO4] monophosphate and [P2O7] pyrophosphate groups. The Cs+ cations are located in the tunnels. The partial substitution of Ti positions with Mg atoms is observed. The negative charge of the framework is balanced by Cs cations and Mg atoms leading to pronounced concurrency and orientation disorder in the [P2O7] groups, which coordinate both.  相似文献

A new solid-state compound containing a heterobimetallic cluster of U and Ta, UTa2O(S2)3Cl6, has been synthesized and its structure has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. UTa2O(S2)3Cl6 was synthesized from UCl4 and Ta1.2S2 at 883 K. The O is believed to have originated in the Ta1.2S2 reactant. The compound crystallizes in the space group P1¯ of the triclinic system. The structure comprises a UTa2 unit bridged by μ2-S2 and μ3-O groups. Each Ta atom bonds to two μ2-S2, the μ3-O, and two terminal Cl atoms. Each U atom bonds to two μ2-S2, the μ3-O, and four Cl atoms. The Cl atoms bridge in pairs to neighboring U atoms to form a ribbon structure. The bond distances are normal and are consistent with formal oxidation states of +IV/+V/-II/-I/-I for U/Ta/O/S/Cl, respectively. The optical absorbance spectrum displays characteristic transition peaks near the absorption edge. Density functional theory was used to assign these peaks to transitions between S1- valence-band states and empty U 5f-6d hybrid bands. Density-of-states analysis shows overlap between Ta 5d and U bands, consistent with metal-metal interactions.  相似文献

Two new mixed organic-inorganic uranyl molybdates, (C6H14N2)3[(UO2)5(MoO4)8](H2O)4 (1) and (C2H10N2)[(UO2)(MoO4)2] (2), have been obtained by hydrothermal methods. The structure of 1 [triclinic, , Z=1, a=11.8557(9), b=11.8702(9), c=12.6746(9) Å, α=96.734(2)°, β=91.107(2)°, γ=110.193(2)°, V=1659.1(2) Å] has been solved by direct methods and refined on the basis of F2 for all unique reflections to R1=0.058, which was calculated for the 5642 unique observed reflections (|Fo|?4σF). The structure contains topologically novel sheets of uranyl square bipyramids, uranyl pentagonal bipyramids, and MoO4 tetrahedra, with composition [(UO2)5(MoO4)8]6−, that are parallel to (−101). H2O groups and 1,4-diazabicyclo [2.2.2]-octane (DABCO) molecules are located in the interlayer, where they provide linkage of the sheets. The structure of 2 [triclinic, , Z=2, a=8.4004(4), b=11.2600(5), c=13.1239(6) Å, α=86.112(1)°, β=86.434(1)°, γ=76.544(1)°, V=1203.14(10) Å] has been solved by direct methods and refined on the basis of F2 for all unique reflections to R1=0.043, which was calculated for 5491 unique observed reflections (|Fo|?4σF). The structure contains topologically novel sheets of uranyl pentagonal bipyramids and MoO4 tetrahedra, with composition [(UO2)(MoO4)2]2−, that are parallel to (110). Ethylenediamine molecules are located in the interlayer, where they provide linkage of the sheets. All known topologies of uranyl molybdate sheets of corner-sharing U and Mo polyhedra can be described by their nodal representations (representations as graphs in which U and Mo polyhedra are given as black and white vertices, respectively). Each topology can be derived from a simple black-and-white graph of six-connected black vertices and three-connected white vertices by deleting some of its segments and white vertices.  相似文献

Five complexes of type cis-[PtCl2(PR3)Q] (PR3 =PMe3, PMe2Ph, PEt3; Q = CH2 CHOCOCH3 or CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3) have been prepared. The crystal structure of cis-[PtCl2[PME2Ph)(CH2=CHOCOCH3)] is described. Crystals of cis-[PtCl2(PME2Ph)(CH2-CHOCOCH3)] are triclinic, with a 8.441(4), b 13.660(5), c 7.697(3) Å, a 101.61(3)°, β 111.85(3)° γ 95.22(3)°, pP1, Z = 2. The structure was determined from 2011 reflections I σ 3σ (I) and refined to R = 0.037. The CH3COO grouping is syn to the cis-PMe2Ph ligand, with bond lengths of PtCl (trans to P) 2.367(3), PtCl (trans to olefin) 2.314(3), PtP 2.264(2), and PtC of 2.147(12) and 2.168(11) Å. The complexes cis-[PtCl2- (PR3)Q] were studied by variable temperature 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Spectra of the vinyl acetate complexes were temperature dependent as a result of rotation about the platinum—olefin bond. The rotation was “frozen out” at ca. 240 K; for cis-[PtCl2(PME2Ph)(CH2=CHOCOCH3] ΔG≠ (rotation) 15.0 ± 0.2 kcal mol-1. NMR parameters for the rotamers are reported. NMR studies of the interaction between chloro-bridged complexes of type [Pt2Cl2(PR3)2] (PR3 = P-N-Pr3 or PMe2Ph) and vinyl acetate shows that even at low temperatures (213 K) equilibrium favours the bridged complex and the proportion of trans-[PtCl2(PR3)CH2=CHOCOCH3)] is very small e.g. 2%. The allyl acetate complexes cis-[PtCl2(PR3)(CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)] showed only one rotamer over the range 333–213 K. Reversible dissociation of cis-[PtCl2(PMe2Ph)- (CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)] to [Pt2Cl4(PMe2Ph)2] + allyl acetate was studied at ambient temperature. At low temperatures e.g. 213–190 K addition of allyl acetate to a CDCl3 solution of [Pt2Cl2(P-n-Pr3)2] reversibly gave some olefin complex trans-[PtCl2(P-n-Pr3)(CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)] and some O-bonded complex trans-[PtCl2(P-n-Pr3)(CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)].  相似文献

Three new compounds Ca(HF2)2, Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 and Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) were obtained in the system metal(II) fluoride and anhydrous HF (aHF) acidified with excessive PF5. The obtained polymeric solids are slightly soluble in aHF and they crystallize out of their aHF solutions. Ca(HF2)2 was prepared by simply dissolving CaF2 in a neutral aHF. It represents the second known compound with homoleptic HF environment of the central atom besides Ba(H3F4)2. The compounds Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 and Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) represent two additional examples of the formation of a polymeric zigzag ladder or ribbon composed of metal cation and fluoride anion (MF+)n besides PbF(AsF6), the first isolated compound with such zigzag ladder. The obtained new compounds were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction method and partly by Raman spectroscopy. Ba4F4(HF2)(PF6)3 crystallizes in a triclinic space group P1¯ with a=4.5870(2) Å, b=8.8327(3) Å, c=11.2489(3) Å, α=67.758(9)°, β=84.722(12), γ=78.283(12)°, V=413.00(3) Å3 at 200 K, Z=1 and R=0.0588. Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) at 200 K: space group P1¯, a=4.5722(19) Å, b=4.763(2) Å, c=8.818(4) Å, α=86.967(10)°, β=76.774(10)°, γ=83.230(12)°, V=185.55(14) Å3, Z=1 and R=0.0937. Pb2F2(HF2)(PF6) at 293 K: space group P1¯, a=4.586(2) Å, b=4.781(3) Å, c=8.831(5) Å, α=87.106(13)°, β=76.830(13)°, γ=83.531(11)°, V=187.27(18) Å3, Z=1 and R=0.072. Ca(HF2)2 crystallizes in an orthorhombic Fddd space group with a=5.5709(6) Å, b=10.1111(9) Å, c=10.5945(10) Å, V=596.77(10) Å3 at 200 K, Z=8 and R=0.028.  相似文献

The preparations of cis- and trans-[PtH(C6Cl5)(PEt3)2] by thermal decomposition of cis- and trans-[Pt(OCHO)(C6Cl5)(PEt3)2], respectively, are reported. Also described are cis- and trans-[Pt(SnCl3)(C6Cl5)(PEt3)2], obtained by treating SnCl2 with cis- and trans-[PtCl(C6,Cl5)(PEt3)2], respectively. It is shown that while trans- [PtH(C6Cl5)(PEt3)2] does not form hydride-bridged complexes in the presence of trans-(PtH(MeOH)(PEt3)2]+, the corresponding complex trans-[PtH(C6)(PEt3)2] reacts with the same solvento complex, in methanol, giving labile [(PEt3)2HPt(-μH)Pt(C6F5)(PEt3)2]+.  相似文献

Flash photolysis of trans-(N2)2W(dppe)2 (1) at ?60, ?30, ?10°C, and room temperature indicates that loss of dinitrogen occurs stepwise via the following proposed intermediates. Photodissociation of 1 gives the transient A decaying with k1 ~ 4450 s?1 to the doubly coordinatively unsaturated species [W(dppe)2], B. Further reactions of B are dependent on the type of gas used to saturate the solutions. In N2-saturated media, B is efficiently reconverted into the starting complex 1 via (N2)W(dppe)2], C(N2), kN22 = 450 s?1, which in turn takes up a second molecule of N2, kN23 = 3.7 s?1. In CO-saturated solutions, trans-(CO)2W(dppe)2 is produced as the final product and the corresponding rate constants are kCO2 1500 s?1 for B → C(CO) and kCO3 = 1.14 s?1 for C(CO) → product. In Ar-saturated solvents, B is transformed, again in two steps; kAr2 = 1 s?1 and kAr3 = 0.1 s1?, to products of unknown structure. The different rate constants kN22, kCO2, kAr2 and kN23, kCO3 and kAr3, together the common activation energy of ca. 11 kcal/mol?1 for the three processes A → B, B → C(N2) and C(N2) → 1 suggest that the reactions of B and C occur by SN2-type displacement of coordinated solvent molecules by the incoming ligands.  相似文献

The actual structure of the vanadium phosphate K6(VO)2(V2O3)2(PO4)4(P2O7) has been determined, using a much larger single crystal than previously used for the isostructural Rb-phase. The actual supercell is four times larger than the corresponding orthorhombic subcell with , , , α=β=γ=90°. The structure resolution, performed in the triclinic space group C-1, shows that the P2O7 groups alone are responsible for the superstructure, all the other atoms keeping the atomic positions of the orthorhombic subcell. This structural study shows a perfect ordering of the P2O7 groups in the actual structure, in contrast to the results obtained from the subcell. Concomitantly, the V4+ and V5+ are found to be ordered in the form of [110] stripes.  相似文献

A suberato-pillared Mn(II) coordination polymer Mn2(H2O)(C8H12O4)2 was hydrothermally synthesized at 170°C for 3 days and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: monoclinic, C2/c, Z=4, a=26.544(5), b=7.617(2), c=9.187(2) Å, β=105.38(2)°, V=1791.0(7) Å3, R1=0.064 and wR2=0.162. The compound shows a layered structure consisting of inorganic Mn oxygen polyhedral layers and organic regions. The inorganic Mn oxygen layers are generated from Mn2O10 bioctahedral units, which share corners with neighbors to form zigzag chains along the [001] direction and are, along the [010] direction, further connected by carboxylate groups of the suberato ligands and hydrogen bonds. The magnetic studies indicated that the compound becomes antiferromagnetic at low temperatures with TNéel=12 K and follows Curie-Weiss law χm(T+22.429)= 4.48 cm3 mol−1 K between 25 and 300 K. Upon heating in Ar stream, Mn2(H2O)(C8H12O4)2 decomposes in three steps.  相似文献

Reaction of trans-[PtClMe(SMe2)2] with the mono anionic ligands azide, bromide, cyanide, iodide and thiocyanate result in substitution of the chloro ligand as the first step. In contrast the neutral ligands pyridine, 4-Me-pyridine and thiourea substitute a SMe2 ligand in the first step as confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy and the kinetic data. Detailed kinetic studies were performed in methanol as solvent by use of conventional stopped-flow spectrophotometry. All processes follow the usual two-term rate law for square-planar substitutions, kobs = k1 + k2[Y] (where k1 = kMeOH[MeOH]), with k1 = 0.088 ± 0.004 s−1 and k2 = 1.18 ± 0.13, 3.8 ± 0.3, 17.8 ± 1.3, 34.9 ± 1.4, 75.3 ± 1.1 mol−1 dm3 s−1 for Y = N3, Br, CN, I and SCN respectively at 298 K. The reactions with the neutral ligands proceed without an appreciable intercept with k2 = 5.1 ± 0.3, 15.3 ± 1.8 and 195 ± 3 mol−1 dm3 s−1 for Y = pyridine, 4-Me-pyridine and thiourea, respectively, at 298 K. Activation parameters for MeOH, , Br, CN, I, SCN, and Tu are ΔH = 47.1 ± 1.6, 49.8 ± 0.6, 39 ± 3, 32 ± 8, 39 ± 5, 34 ± 4 and 31 ± 3 kJ mol−1 and ΔS = −107 ± 5, −77 ± 2, −104 ± 9,−113 ± 28, −85 ± 18, −94 ± 14 and −97 ± 10 J K−1 mol−1, respectively. Recalculation of k1 to second-order units gives the following sequence of nucleophilicity: (1:13:42:57:170:200:390:840:2170) at 298 K. Variation of the leaving group in the reaction between trans-[PtXMe(SMe2)2] and SCN follows the same rate law as stated above with k2 = 75.3 ± 1.1, 236 ± 4 and 442 ± 5 mol−1 dm3 s−1 for X = Cl, I and N3, respectively, at 298 K. The corresponding activation parameters were determined as ΔH = 34 ± 4, 32 ± 2 and 39.3 ± 1.7 kJ mol−1 and ΔS = −94 ± 14, −86 ± 8 and −68 ± 6 J K−1 mol−1. All the kinetic measurements indicate the usual associate mode of activation for square planar substitution reactions as supported by large negative entropies of activation, a significant dependence of the reaction rate on different entering nucleophiles and a linear free energy relationship.  相似文献

A molybdenum (IV) phosphate containing lead, Pb2Mo2(PO4)2P2O7, has been synthesized for the first time. It crystallizes in the space group C2/c with a=14.098(1) Å, b=14.187(2) Å, c=6.5592(4) Å and β=102.08(1)°. Its original tunnel structure, built up of Mo2O11 bioctahedra, P2O7 and PO4 phosphate groups can be described from the assemblage of [Mo4P4O24] ribbons interconnected through monophosphate groups. The stereoactivity of the 6s2 lone pair of Pb2+, which is surrounded by nine oxygen atoms, is discussed.  相似文献

Two new molybdenyl iodates, K2MoO2(IO3)4 (1) and β-KMoO3(IO3) (2), have been prepared from the reactions of MoO3 with KIO4 and NH4Cl at 180°C in aqueous media. The structure of 1 consists of molecular [MoO2(IO3)4]2− anions separated by K+ cations. The Mo(VI) centers are ligated by two cis-oxo ligands and four monodentate iodate anions. Both terminal and bridging oxygen atoms of the iodate anions form long ionic contacts with the K+ cations. β-KMoO3(IO3) (2) displays a two-dimensional layered structure constructed from 2[(MoO3(IO3)]1− anionic sheets separated by K+ cations. These sheets are built from one-dimensional chains formed from corner-sharing MoO6 octahedra that run along the b-axis that are linked together through bridging iodate groups. K+ cations separate the layers from one another and form long contacts with oxygen atoms from both the iodate anions and molybdenyl moieties. Crystallographic data: 1, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=12.8973(9) Å, b=6.0587(4) Å, c=17.694(1) Å, β=102.451(1)°, Z=4, Mo, λ=0.71073, R(F)=2.64% for 97 parameters with 1584 reflections with I>2σ(I); 2, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=7.4999(6) Å, b=7.4737(6) Å, c=10.5269(8) Å, β=109.023(1)°, Z=4, Mo, λ=0.71073, R(F)=2.73% for 83 parameters with 1334 reflections with I>2σ(I).  相似文献

trans-[Co(en)2(SO3)(H2O)]+ reacts with imidazole (ImH) and imidazole containing ligands (L) to form trans-[Co(en)2(SO3)L]+ in the pH range 6.0–9.0. The complex seems to react both in the hydroxy and in the aquo form. The rate constant for the reaction of imidazole with the aquo form is 6.0±0.7 and 4±1M?1s?1 for the reaction with the hydroxy form at 25°C. The apparent equilibrium constant for formation of the imidazole complex at pH 7 is consistent with the value of 3 x 102 measured previously. Appreciable amounts of complex form only in the pH 6–9 range. Above pH 9 NMR spectra show that even the immediate products are different. In aged solutions at all pHs other products form.  相似文献

The first RuIII-supported tungstoantimonate [RuII(bpy)3]2[Sb2W20RuIII2(H2O)2(dmso)6O68]·3dmso (bpy=bi-pyridine) (1a) has been successfully isolated as [Ru(bpy)3]2+ (Rubpy) salt by routine synthetic reaction in mixed solutions with dmso and water. Single-crystal X-ray analysis was carried out on 1a, which crystallizes in the triclinic system space group P-1 with a=16.804 (6), b=16.988 (6), c=17.666 (6) Å, α=107.397 (13)°, β=106.883 (13)°, γ=103.616 (12)°. V=4309 (3) Å3, Z=1 with R1=0.0773. The compound 1a reveals the following features: (1) Rubpy is firstly used as an alternative ruthenium-source for the synthesis of Ru-substituted heteropolytungstate; (2) the structure of 1a consists of four RuIII-O-S(CH3)2 and two W-O-S(CH3)2 bonds resulting in an assembly with C2 symmetry; (3) the RuIII ions are linked to two dmso groups via two RuIII-O-S(CH3)2 bonds, which represents the other dmso-coordination mode to RuIII in POM chemistry. The cyclic voltammetry studies of 1a in dmso/H2SO4 (3/1 v/v) at pH 2.5 medium using the glassy carbon electrode as a working electrode show the respective electrochemical behaviors of the W-centers and the Ru-centers within 1a, which could be separated clearly. In addition, the compound 1a exhibits photoluminescence arising from π*−t2g ligand-to-metal transition of Rubpy.  相似文献

New uranyl vanadates A3(UO2)7(VO4)5O (M=Li (1), Na (2), Ag (3)) have been synthesized by solid-state reaction and their structures determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data for 1 and 3. The tetragonal structure results of an alternation of two types of sheets denoted S for 2[UO2(VO4)2]4− and D for 2[(UO2)2(VO4)3]5− built from UO6 square bipyramids and connected through VO4 tetrahedra to 1[U(3)O5-U(4)O5]8− infinite chains of edge-shared U(3)O7 and U(4)O7 pentagonal bipyramids alternatively parallel to a- and b-axis to construct a three-dimensional uranyl vanadate arrangement. It is noticeable that similar [UO5]4− chains are connected only by S-type sheets in A2(UO2)3(VO4)2O and by D-type sheets in A(UO2)4(VO4)3, thus A3(UO2)7(VO4)5O appears as an intergrowth structure between the two previously reported series. The mobility of the monovalent ion in the mutually perpendicular channels created in the three-dimensional arrangement is correlated to the occupation rate of the sites and by the geometry of the different sites occupied by either Na, Ag or Li. Crystallographic data: 293 K, Bruker X8-APEX2 X-ray diffractometer equipped with a 4 K CCD detector, MoKα, λ=0.71073 Å, tetragonal symmetry, space group Pm2, Z=1, full-matrix least-squares refinement on the basis of F2; 1,a=7.2794(9) Å, c=14.514(4) Å, R1=0.021 and wR2=0.048 for 62 parameters with 782 independent reflections with I?2σ(I); 3, a=7.2373(3) Å, c=14.7973(15) Å, R1=0.041 and wR2=0.085 for 60 parameters with 1066 independent reflections with I?2σ(I).  相似文献
