A terephthalato-bridged copper(II) complex [Cu2(tpt)(bpy)2(H2O)4][Cu2(tpt)3(bpy)2 (H2O)2] (1) (tpt = terephthalate, bpy =; 2,2'-bipyridine) was synthesized by the reaction of Cu(ClO4)2 6H2O and terephthalic acid in the presence of 2,2'-bipyridine in H2O solution. Crystal structure of 1 was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis in the triclinic space group P , with a = 10.7327(10) Å, b = 11.1658(11) Å, c = 17.3768(16) Å, = 108.063(2), = 91.064(2), = 116.721(2), V = 1737.5(3) Å3, and Z = 2. Both the anion and the countercation in 1 are copper(II) complexes linked by terephthalate bridges in the bis(monodentate) (syn–anti) mode. The anion and the countercation are also linked by two hydrogen bonds between coordinating water molecules and terephthalate ligand.  相似文献

Two labdane diterpenoids, labda-7,12(E),14-triene-17-oic acid (1) and labda-12(Z),14,17-triene-18-oic acid (2), C20H30O2, have been isolated from Croton oblongifolius. Both 1 and 2 crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group C2, with cell dimensions of a = 21.912(1) Å, b = 7.4002(4) Å, c = 11.5079(7) Å, = 101.999(1)o and a = 21.308(2) Å, b = 11.9067(9) Å, c = 7.5606(6) Å, = 100.763(1)o, respectively. Compound 1, a rare example of carboxylic group bound to a cyclohexene ring, forms an infinite intermolecular hydrogen-bonded polymer [O1 O2(–x + 1/2, y + 1/2, –z + 2) 2.697(2) Å], whereas molecules of compound 2 are linked to form an asymmetric hydrogen-bonded dimer [O1 O2(–x, y, –z) 2.657(3) Å].  相似文献

The monodentate dithioformato complexes, fac-(CO)3(dppe)MnSC(S)H (1), fac- (CO)3(dppe)ReSC(S)H (2), fac-(CO)3(dppp)ReSC(S)H (3), and fac-(CO)3 (dppb)ReSC(S)H (4), where dppe is 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppp is 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane, and dppb is 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane, were synthesized from the treatment of the corresponding hydrides, fac-(CO)3 (P-P)MSC(S)H with CS2. An attempted synthesis of [Re(CO3) (-OH)]4,1, by reacting Re2(CO)10 with an excess of NMe3O in THF resulted instead in isolation of a disproportionation product, [fac-Re(CO)3(ONMe3)3][ReO4],2. The structure of2 was determined via X-ray crystallography: tri-clinic,P1¯,a=9.499(5),b=9.841(2),c=13.448(2)Å,=109.92(2),=106.89(3), =93.15(4)°,D calc=2.22 g–3 andZ=2. Least-squares refinement based on 1606 observed (I>3(I)) reflections gave final values ofR=0.040 andR w=0.047. The cation is a distorted octahedron that exhibits several structural manifestations of steric crowding among the bulky NMe3O ligands.  相似文献

The dimeric complex [Mn2(-pyS)2(CO)6] (1) reacted with 2 M equivalents of both PPh3 and PHPh2 to give the respective monomeric phosphine complexes [Mn(pyS)(L)(CO)3][L = PPh3 (2) and PHPh2 (3)]; with 4 M equivalents of dppm, it yielded the complex [Mn(pyS)(1-dppm)2(CO)2](4). An X-ray structure determination of 4 shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.027(3), b = 24.984(7), c = 18.379(5) Å, = 99.870(8)°, V = 4988(2) Å3, and Z = 4. The complex has an octahedral geometry with the chelating pyS ligand and two CO groups occupying the equatorial sites and the two monodentate dppm ligands lying in the trans positions.  相似文献

A novel compound catena-(-CrO4-O,O)[Ni(L1)Ni(L2)] 3H2O (1) (L1 = 3,5,10,12-tetramethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane and L2 = 2,5,9,12-tetramethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) has been synthesized for the first time and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with a = 9.623(1), b = 10.084(1), c = 12.723 (3) Å, = 66.74(2), = 75.20(1), = 72.02(1)°, V = 1066.2(3) Å3, and Z = 2. The coordination environment around the Ni(II) ions is an axially elongated octahedron with the secondary amines of the isomeric ligands and two oxygen atoms of [CrO4]2–.  相似文献

Seven 2 complexes have been investigated and the structural parameters compared with literature values and molecular mechanics calculations. All 2 compounds exhibit the (S,S,) or, (R,R,) configuration. Three of the 2 complexes have monocoordinated amino acids or amino acid esters while the amino acid is chelated in the others. The Co–N bondtrans to the amino acid oxygen or a Cl varies significantly in length due to thetrans-effect. The chelate rings are twisted to minimize torsional interactions and the changes in conformation in the various structures can be modeled by molecular mechanics. In one complex the carbonyl groups of enantiomeric complexes are bridged by silver ions. In 2[Co(trien)(C-formylglycine)]Cl2 · H2O the carbonyl oxygen of the chelated amino acid is protonated and the formyl group exists in the enol form.  相似文献

In an attempt to prepare pentacoordinate chlorobis(-diketonato) gallium(III) and indium(III) complexes only the corresponding tris-products, Ga(PhCOCHCOPh)3 (1), Ga(tBuCOCHCOtBu)3 (1a), and In(PhCOCHCOPh)3 (2), could be isolated. The crystal and molecular structures of 1 and 2 were determined. Both the complexes were found to have triclinc crystal system, with P1 space group. Intramolecular B-N coordination occurs in tetrahydro-2-naphthyl-4H-1,3,6,2-dioxazaboracine, 2: (R = 2-naphthyl; R = H) both in the solid state and in CDCl3 solution. Compound 2: (R = 2-naphthyl; R = H) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 (Z = 4), with a = 9.266(6), b = 11.034(8), c = 12.0635(10) Å. Molecules are linked, in the solid state, into spiral chains. As only one of the two oxygen atoms present in each molecule is involved in H-bonding, the boron and nitrogen centres are chiral. The intramolecular B-N bond length is 1.671(4) Å; other geometric parameters are B-O bond lengths of 1.448(4) and 1.464(4) Å, a B-C bond length of 1.598(4) Å, and bond angles at B between 100.6(3) and 115.4(3)°. The 11B value for 2 (R = 2-naphthyl, R = H) at 25°C in CDCl3 solution is 10.7 ppm.  相似文献

The dimeric mercurous ion has been encapsulated by a pair of the tetradentate tripodal nitrogen ligands tris[(2-(6-methylpyridyl))methyl]amine (TLA). The complex [Hg2(TLA)2](ClO4)2 (1) was isolated directly from an acetonitrile solution of Hg(ClO4)2 3H2O and TLA. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 10.537(2) Å, b = 10.751(2) Å, c = 10.907(2) Å, = 75.20(3), = 73.73(3), = 75.73(3), and Z = 1. The cation is located an inversion center. The Hg–Hg and Hg–Namine bond distances are 2.5469(8) and 2.297(6) Å, respectively, and the average Hg–Npyridyl bond length is 2.75(7) Å. Complex 1 was stable indefinitely in acetonitrile-d 3 solution, permitting detection of 13 and 22 Hz heteronuclear couplings between the Hg(I) ions and the methylene protons of the ligand. Comparisons with the structures and spectroscopic properties of related mercuric and mercurous complexes are made.  相似文献

The complex (Ph4P)2[Mo2S2O2(S2)(S4)] reacts with CuBr to give the dodecanuclear heterobimetallic Mo—Cu—S cage cluster: (Ph4P)2[{Mo2Cu2O2S2(S2)2}3(6-S)] (1), which crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1¯, a = 14.445(5), b = 15.396(5), c = 18.858(5) Å, = 103.12(3), = 101.93(2), = 113.92(3)°, and V = 3517(2) Å3 for Z = 2. The anion 1 can be described as a cage with S2– at the center binding to six Cu atoms; the cage has two big windows each composed of a puckered Cu3S6 9-membered ring.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, Ag(mela)2ClO4 (mela = melamine), has been investigated by X-ray diffraction techniques, the crystals are triclinic, space group P1¯, with a = 5.236(2), b = 7.5385(9) c = 19.063(3) Å, = 99.91(1), = 90.53(2), = 108.32(2)° and Z = 2. The Ag atom has a coordination geometry with two strong bonds (2.162(2) and 2.179(4) Å) to the nitrogen of the melamines and two weak bonds (2.776(4) and 2.785(4) Å) to oxygen atoms of the ClO 4anions. The syntheses and structure of 2-triarylphosphoranimine-1,2,3-triazole derivatives from vicinal diazides have been investigated. Compounds derived from dichloronapththoquinone, 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dimethylbenzoquinone, and 2,3,5,6-tetrachlorobenzoquinone are included. X-ray structures, NMR, IR, UV, and cyclic voltammetry data are reported. Compound 2 crystallizes in space group with a = 12.31(1), b = 12.469(3), c = 10.088(3) Å, = 97.19(3), = 103.79(6), = 101.84(4)°, and D calc = 1.466 g/cm for Z = 2. Compound 4 crystallizes in space group P21/c with a = 9.044(2), b = 10.882(2), c = 19.110(4) Å, = 99.06(2)°, and D calc = 1.324 g/cm for Z = 2. Compound 6 crystallizes in space group P21/a with a = 8.85(1), b = 14.841(8), c = 11.372(8) Å, = 107.19(3)°, and D calc = 1.397 g/cm for Z = 4. Compound 11 crystallizes in space group P21/n with a = 8.823(3), b = 16.501(6), c = 16.221(3) Å, = 103.58(2)°, and D calc = 1.309 g/cm for Z = 4. Compound 12 crystallizes in space group with a = 11.606(8), b = 11.671(5), c = 10.734(3) Å, = 101.62(3), = 93.70(4), = 64.33(4)°, and D calc = 1.438 g/cm for Z = 2. (I) and (II) are isostructural but (III) is of a different type. All three structures are characterized by layers of P2O7 groups alternating with layers of mixed metal atoms. Differences are seen in the conglomerate bonding patterns of B atoms and in the irregular geometry of Ag in (I) and (II) compared to the octahedral bonding seen for Na in (III). The differences in structure may be understood in terms of the ratios of the ionic radii of A and B atoms.  相似文献

The cyclopentadienyl complex Cp*Ir(PMe3)Cl2 reacts with the dipotassium salt of phthalic acid in the presence of AgPF6 via chloride substitution to give the ortho-metalated compound Cp*Ir(PMe3)[C6H3(CO2)(CO2H)]. This new compound has been isolated by recrystallization and has been characterized in solution by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies, and the solid-state structure has been verified by X-ray crystallography. Cp*Ir(PMe3)[C6H3(CO2)(CO2H)] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, a = 9.1010(6) Å, b = 16.715(1) Å, c = 14.3965(9) Å, = 108.24(1)°, V = 2080.0(2) Å3, Z = 4, and d calc = 1.813 mg/m3; R = 0.0276, R w = 0.0810 for 2730 reflections with I > 2(I). Coordination of the benzene ring to the iridium center via one of the carboxylate groups and ortho-metalation of the C–H moiety that was to the iridium-bound carboxylate group is confirmed.  相似文献

Three dimeric lanthanide(III) complexes, [Eu2(bet)8(H2O)4](CIO4)6 (1), [Tb2(bet)8(H2O)4](ClO4)6 (2), and [Eu2(bet)4(H2O)8] Cl6·6H2O (3) (bet = Me3N+CH2COO, trimethyl-aminoacetate), have been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 11.7807(8), b = 27.757(5), c = 11.7980(8) Å, = 99.500(4)°, V = 3805.1(8) Å3, and Z = 2. Complex 2 is isomorphous to complex 1, crystallizing in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 11.7769(14), b = 27.725(3), c = 11.795(5) Å, = 99.668(14)°, V = 3797(2) Å3, and Z = 2. Complex 3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, with a = 12.5664(8), b = 17.8645(9), c = 22.2573(8) Å, V = 4996.6(4) Å3 and Z = 4. Both complexes 1 and 2 comprise quadruply carboxylate-O,O-bridged [M2(bet)4]6+ dimeric cores (M = Eu, Tb), and each metal ion is further coordinated by two terminal aqua ligands and two monodentate bet carboxylates to form a distorted square-antiprismatic coordination geometry. Complex 3 also has a [Eu2(bet)4]6+ core, in which two bet ligands act in the 1:1:2 bridging fashion, and the other two bet ligands in the less common 2:1:2 bridging fashion, namely bridging-chelate mode. Each europium(III) ion in complex 3 is further coordinated by four water molecules to complete a monocapped square antiprism.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of [Cu(3-PM)4Cl2] (1) and [Cu(4-PM)4Cl]Cl (2) have been determinated by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P–1, with lattice parameters a = 7.972(2) Å, b = 8.293(2) Å, c = 10.707(2) Å, = 105.73(3)°, = 90.04(3)°, = 110.38(3)°, and Z = 1 at 100 K. The coordination geometry of each Cu atom is approximately octahedral formed by four nitrogen atoms of pyridine rings of 3-pyridylmethanol molecules in the equatorial plane and two chlorine atoms occupying the axial positions. The O—HsO, C—HsCl, and O—HsCl intermolecular hydrogen bonds and s stacking link the molecules in 3-D hydrogen-bonded coordination network. Complex 2 crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group P4/n, with lattice parameters a = 10.464(1) Å, c = 11.339(2) Å, and Z = 2 at 217 K and a = 10.352(1) Å, c = 11.201(2) Å, and Z = 2 at 293 K. The coordination geometry of Cu atom in the [Cu(4-PM)4Cl]+ ion is approximately square pyramidal formed by four nitrogen atoms of pyridine rings of 4-pyridylmethanol molecules in equatorial plane and one chlorine atom in axial position. The O—HsCl and C—HsCl intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules in 2-D hydrogen-bonded coordination network.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the complexes [Zn(sac)2(im)2] (1) and [Zn(sac)2(bzim)2]22Et-OHH2O (2) (sac = saccharinate anion; im = imidazole; bzim = benzimidazole; EtOH = ethanol) was determined by single crystal X-ray diffractometry. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2 1/n space group with a = 9.1585(5), b = 16.4409(6), c = 15.0249(5) Å, = 94.079(1)°, and Z = 4, whereas complex 2 belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a = 10.8500(2), b = 12.4860(2), c = 13.5640(3) Å, = 115,696(1), = 100.086(1), = 102.169(1)°, and Z = 1. In both complexes, the Zn(II) cations are in a slightly distorted tetrahedral ZnN4 environment, coordinated to two saccharinate anions and to two imidazole (1) and to two benzimidazole (2) molecules. The complexes were also characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy and their thermal behavior investigated by means of thermogravimetric and differential thermal analytical techniques.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of 1,2-bis-{1-(2-cyanophenyl)-3-methyltriazen-3-yl-}ethane (1) and 1,2-bis-{1-(2-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyltriazen-3-yl-}ethane (2) have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Bis-triazene (1) exists as the staggered conformation in the solid state, with an anti-anti configuration around the N2–N3 bond of the triazene units, whereas 2 assumes a gauche conformation with the syn-syn configuration in the triazene units. The complex [(C6H11OCS2)(PPh3)2Cu], was synthesized and characterized using IR, UV, and 1H NMR. The crystal and molecular structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The yellow crystal of the complex is triclinic of space group , with parameters a=10.370(2)Å, b=13.530(3)Å, c=14.640(3)Å, =92.60(3)°, =108.00(3)°, =97.70(3)°, and Z=2. In the complex, the central Cu atom is in a distorted tetrahedral environment and chelated by two phosphorus atoms of the TRIPHOS and two sulfur atoms from the O-cyclohexyldithiocarbonate. The cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation. The thermal analytical data indicate that the complex begins to decompose at 101°C and stop at 360°C , leaving CuS. IR, UV, and NMR results supported the crystal structure.  相似文献
