The new compound [Pd(NH2CH2CH2OH)4][Pd6(NH2CH2CH2S)8]Cl6 · 5H2O (I) is synthesized and its crystal structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic, a = 25.625(6) Å, b = 9.633(5) Å, c = 24.847(7) Å, β = 91.47(2)°, Z = 4, and space group C2/c. The structural units of crystals I are the centrosymmetric hexanuclear [Pd6(NH2CH2CH2S)8]4+ cations, the mononuclear [Pd(NH2CH2CH2OH)4]2+ cations with C 2 symmetry, the Cl? anions, and crystallization water molecules. In the hexanuclear cation, the interaction between the Pd atoms occurs through the S atoms of the mercaptoethylaminate ligands. The Pd(2) and Pd(3) atoms and the ligands form two metallochelate fragments in which the N and S atoms are located in cis positions. The average lengths of the Pd-S and Pd-N bonds are equal to 2.274(1) and 2.074(6) Å, respectively. The metallochelate fragments are joined to each other and to their centrosymmetric analogues through the Pd(1) atom, which coordinates four S atoms [the average Pd-Sav bond length is 2.332(1) Å]. In the mononuclear cation, the Pd(4) atom coordinates four N atoms of the monoethylaminate ligands [the Pd-N bond lengths are 2.045(6) and 2.056(6) Å]. The shortest Pd?Pd distance is equal to 3.207(1) Å. The bonding in the structure is provided by numerous hydrogen bonds with the participation of all the H2O molecules, NH2 groups, and Cl? anions.  相似文献

Single crystals of Tl2Zr(N[CH2COO]3)2 · 2H2O having optical quality and dimensions up to 30 × 25 × 12 mm have been grown from aqueous solutions by controlled lowering of temperature. The raw material was synthesized as the first fraction of crystallization during evaporation of an aqueous solution of (CH3NH3)2Zr(N[CH2COO]3)2 · 2H2O and TlNH2SO3. A crystal structure analysis revealed an isotypy to the K2Zr(N[CH2COO]3)2 · 2H2O family, space group Ccc2, a1 = 14.780(2)Å, a2 = 14.933(2)Å, a3 = 8.901(1)Å, Z = 4, ρcalc. = 3.145 gcm‐3. Thermal stability, thermal expansion and pyroelectric, dielectric, piezoelectric, elastic and thermoelastic properties have been determined. All properties are closely related to those of Rb2Zr(N[CH2COO]3)2 · 2H2O.  相似文献

The crystal synthesis and structure of a new organic monohydrogenmophosphate (3,4‐Cl2‐CH2C6H3NH3)2HPO4·2H2O are reported. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n with a = 9.081(7) Å, b = 6.501(5) Å, c = 35.423(12) Å, β = 91.09(5)°, V = 2090.9(2) Å3, and Z = 4. Crystal structure was solved and refined to R = 0.042, using 2543 independent reflections. It can be described by inorganic layers, including the HPO4 anions and the H2O molecules, parallel to (a, b) planes and situated at z = 0 and z = 1/2. The interlayer spacing is occupied by the organic molecules which perform different interactions around the 3D network cohesion. A characterization of this compound by solid‐state (13C, 31P) MAS NMR and IR spectroscopies is also reported. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

Synthesis and crystal structure are described for pyridinium isopolymolybdate of chemical composition (C5H6N)2n[Mo4O13]n. The crystals are triclinic, space group P1, with the following unit‐cell parameters: a =8.2695(11) Å, b =10.544(4) Å, c =11.177(4) Å, α = 71.76(5)°, β = 89.68(3)°, γ = 78.79(3)°, V =906.4(4) Å3, Z = 2 (chemical formula (C5H6N)2[Mo4O13]), D calcd = 2.755 g·cm–3. Crystal structure was solved by Patterson methods and refined to a final R value 0.085 for 4045 independent reflections. The studied compound, considered in analogy to triclinic (NH4)2Mo4O13 as pyridinium polyoctamolybdate, is proposed to be better described as pyridinium isopolytetramolybdate (C5H6N)2n[Mo4O13]n. It seems that the proper coordination number of molybdenum (VI) ions is five, resulting in pyramidal coordination polyhedra [MoO5]. Coordination polyhedra joined by common edges form tetramolybdate monomeric unit [Mo4O13]. The mers are connected by oxygen bridges Mo ‐ O ‐ Mo into infinite ribbon chains. Each two infinite chains are hold together by weaker intermolecular interactions. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

Compound (CN3H6)2[(UO2)2(C2O4)(CH3COO)4] is synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction [a = 8.5264(2) Å, b = 13.8438(4) Å, c = 10.7284(2) Å, β = 103.543(1)°, space group P21/n, Z = 2, and R = 0.0258]. The main structural units of the crystals are binuclear [(UO2)2C2O4(CH3COO)4]2? groups, which belong to the A 2 K 02 B 4 01 crystal chemical group of uranyl complexes (A = UO 2 2+ , K 02 = C2O 4 2? , and B 01 = CH3COO?). The coordination polyhedron of the uranium atom is the UO8 hexagonal bipyramid with the oxygen atoms of the uranyl ion at the axial positions. Uranium-containing groups and guanidinium cations are connected by electrostatic interactions and by the hydrogen bond system, which involves hydrogen atoms of guanidinium cations and oxygen atoms of oxalate and acetate anions. The results of the spectroscopic study of the compound agree with the X-ray diffraction data.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of a mixture of Na2MoO4·2H2O, V2O5, pyromellitic acid (1,2,4,5‐C6H2(COOH)4), (C2H5)4NCl and 0,1 M H2SO4 for 88 h at 180°C gives blue needle‐like crystals of [VIV2O2(H2O)2 (C6H2(COO)4)] in 20% yield (based on V) and dark blue prismatic crystals of the title compound, mixed‐valance (N(C2H5)4)4[VMo12V2O44], 1, in 12% yield (based on Mo). 1 was investigated by means of elemental analysis, thermogravimetry, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Single Crystal X‐ray Diffraction Methods. Crystal data for the compound: monoclinic space group P21/c (No:14), a=13.7815(12) b=13.0271(9) c= 21.189(2) Å, β= 113.909(7)°, Z=2. Although [XM14O42]‐n (X=P, Si, Ge, V and M=Mo and/or V) cores have been previously determined, this is the first time that [VMo12V2O44]‐4 core is synthesized and characterized. The structural difference between 1 and these HPOMs is the coordinational geometry of the central metal atoms. The central vanadium in 1 has an octahedral coordination geometry, whereas in literature, the central V, P, Si and Ge atoms in [V15O42]‐9 / [SiM8V6O42]‐4 / [PM8V6O42]‐5 / [GeM8V6O42]‐4 have tetrahedral coordinational geometry. The synthesis method, crystal structure determination, phase transitions studied by thermal analysis and IR spectrometric investigation of 2C6H9N2+.SO42– are reported. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with a = 10.5068(4) Å, b = 10.2225(5) Å, c = 14.0422(7) Å, and β = 104.489(3)°. The atomic arrangement can be described by layers built by all the components of the structure and centered by planes z = 1/4 and 3/4. The organic molecules form channels parallel to the c direction with dimensions of 4.163(1)Å and 5.148(4)Å. Thermal analysis shows that the anhydrous compound presents an irreversible weak phase transition. The IR study, based on theoretical analyses and on the literature data allows the interpretation of the IR spectrum. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

Adducing structural analogies between the two fused systems, N1, N5‐Dibenzoyltetrahydro‐4‐methyl‐1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2‐one, C24H20N2O3 (DBTBO CCDC 200341) and Tetrahydro‐4‐methyl‐1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2‐one, C10H12 N2O (TBO CCDC 200342) helps to find the pharmacological differences from the view point of variant hetero atom substitutions in the hetero cycle. Both the diazepines crystallized in identical monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 14.1134(1) Å, b = 9.2444(1) Å, c = 16.3812(1) Å; β = 107.11(1)º, V = 2042.7(3) Å3 for DBTBO and a = 9.3363(7) Å, b = 10.4895(8) Å, c = 9.9852(7) Å, β = 91.314(1)º, V = 977.62(1) Å3 for TBO, respectively. The two structures were solved by direct methods and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares procedure to final R‐values of R1 = 0.0575(DBTBO) and R1 = 0.0984(TBO). Structural differences include non‐identical boat conformations of these seven‐membered rings and the different non‐bonding interactions in the benzodiazepine pair.  相似文献

The title compound is (μ-H)Ru3(CO)7(μ-As(C6H5)CH2As(C6H5)2)((C6H5)2 AsCH2As(C6H5)2)·CH2C12. Crystal data: monoclinic,P21/n, cell parameters (X-ray)a=12.82(2) Å,b=22.91(2) Å,c=17.83(2) Å, β=99.1(3)°; (neutron)a=12.94(1) Å, β=22.95(2)Å,c=17.93(3)Å,β=99.55(5)°. The structure was solved from X-ray data. FinalR indices areR(F)=0.051,R w (F)=0.049 (X-ray);R(F)=0.064,R w (F)=0.048,R(F 2)=0.072,R w (F2)=0.088 (neutron). The complex is derived from Ru3(CO)8(dpam)2 through reaction with hydrogen. The structure consists of a triangular array of metal atoms involving three metal-metal bonds[Ru(1)?Ru(2)=2.912(7)Å;Ru(1)?Ru(3)=2.829(3) A; Ru(2)?Ru(3)=2.845(6) Å]. The metal-metal edge Ru(1)?Ru(2) is supported by a bridging bis(diphenylarsino)methane ligand which lies in the equatorial plane. Activation of the second dpam ligand has generated the new face-bridging ligand unit μ-As(C6H5)CH2As(C6H5)2. In this unit, the bridgehead As atom spans over the Ru(1)?Ru(2) bond, while the second As atom is only bonded to Ru(3). The metal environment is achieved by CO ligands. The hydride ligand is bridging the Ru(1)?Ru(2) vector [Ru(1)?H=1.791(10) Å; Ru(2)?H=1.818(8) Å]. Geometric features of the dibridged Ru(μ-H)(μ-As)Ru bond are discussed.  相似文献

The structure of the title complexes [Cu(AFO)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2.2(AFO).2H2O (AFO = 4,5‐Diazafluoren‐9‐one)has been established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1 with cell constants a = 7.659(3) Å, b = 11.066(3) Å, c = 14.203(5) Å, alpha = 75.16(3)°, β = 79.87(3)°, gamma = 85.71(3)°, Z = 1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.0595 (wR2 = 0.1164). The X‐ray analysis reveals that a pair of AFO ligands chelate to a Cu(II) atom in an asymmetric fashion with one Cu‐N bond being much longer than the other, the Cu(II) atom is further coordinated by a pair of aqua ligands to form an elongated octahedral geometry. In the crystal of the complex, the mononuclear complex cations [Cu(AFO)2(H2O)2]2+, uncoordinated AFO molecules, lattice water molecules and perchlorate anions are assembled into 3‐D structure via hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interaction.  相似文献

The ethylenediammonium bis tetraiodobismuthate(III) tetrahydrate salt is monoclinic with the following unit cell dimensions:a=7.476(3)Å,b=13.194(3)Å,c=13.916(9)Å, β=95.22(6)°, space groupP21 lc withZ=2. The structure consists of disordered ethylenediammonium cations, water molecules and polynuclear anions in which slightly distored [BiI6]3? octahedra sharingcis edges are interconnected into chains. The [BiI4]? anions are connected through O(W2)?H...I hydrogen bonds, so that infinite two dimensional chains parallel to thea axis with anionic period [BiI4(H2O)]? are formed in the structure. These chains are themselves interconnected by means of the O?H...I and N...O(I) bonds originating respectively from the water molecules and the ethylenediammonium entities, forming a three-dimensional network.  相似文献
