Abstract  The title organic salt comprises a (E)-4-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)vinyl]-1-methylpyridinium cation, a 3-nitro-phenoxide anion and a solvent water molecule of crystallisation. The anions and water molecules aggregate to form supramolecular chains facilitated by charge-assisted O–H···O hydrogen bonds and these form layers which are interspersed by layers of cations. Interactions between layers include O–H···O hydrogen bonding, as well as C–H···O and C–H···π contacts; π···π and C–H···O contacts are found within layers of cations. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 15.018(7) ?, b = 7.328(2) ?, c = 17.571(7) ?, β = 112.342(15)°, and Z = 4. Index Abstract  A layer structure comprising alternating anions/water molecules and cations associated via charge-assisted O–H···O hydrogen bonding as well as C–H···O, C–H···π and π···π contacts is found in (II) .  相似文献

Abstract  

Reactions of 1,1′-ferrocenedicarboxylic chloride with 2-aminopyrimidine and 2-aminopyrazine produce organometallic dicarboximides I and II, respectively. They crystallize in space groups F dd2 and P21/c, respectively. The molecules of I lying on twofold rotation axes are linked into a B-faced sheet by a C–H···O=C hydrogen bond [H····O = 2.46, C···O = 3.163(7) ? and C–H···O = 132°]. The sheets are linked into a layered structure by two types of weak C–H···O=C hydrogen bonds [H···O = 2.71, C···O = 3.340(8) ? and C–H···O = 126°; H···O = 2.69, C···O = 3.303(10) ? and C–H···O = 124°]. The molecules of II are linked into a centrosymmetric R 22(12) dimer by a C–H···O hydrogen bond [H···O = 2.40, C···O = 3.321(10) ? and C–H···O = 172°]. The dimers are further packed along the a axis by a C–H···O hydrogen bond [H···O = 2.69, C···O = 3.416(9) ? and C–H···O = 135°] to give an [100] double-chain. The double-chain is packed in the [010] direction by a C–H···O=C hydrogen bond [H···O = 2.69, C···O = 3.532(9) ? and C–H···O = 150°]. Further the intermolecular C–H···N hydrogen bond involving the cyclopentadienyl group as a hydrogen-bond donor and pyrazine N atom as an acceptor [H···O = 2.71, C···N = 3.536(10) ? and C–H···N = 148°] leads to a three-dimensional framework structure.  相似文献

Abstract  

The title compound (I), 4-(2,4-dihydroxybenzlideneamino)-5-methyl-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3(4H)-one was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.1447(7) ?, b = 7.0972(3) ?, c = 14.6726(10) ?, β = 98107(5)°, V = 1045.85(11) ?3, Z = 4, D c = 1.487 g/cm3, F 00 = 488, R = 0.039 and wR = 0.1025, S = 1.003, T = 293 (2) K. The title molecule is planar: the angle between the triazole ring and benzene ring is 179.1(1)°. The crystal structure contains two intramolecular (O–H···N and C–H···O) and three intermolecular interaction (O–H···N, N–H···O, and C–H···O). In addition, there is also π–π interactions.  相似文献

Abstract  The crystal structure of C14H12ClNO2 was determined by X-ray analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group Pc with a = 12.5346(10) ?, = 4.5101(3) ?, = 12.0534(11) ?, α = 90.00o, β = 113.669(6)o, γ = 90.00o, = 2, Dx = 1.393 mg/m3, μ (MoKα) = 0.298 mm−1. The title compound is photochromic and molecule is non-planar. It adopts a phenol–imine tautomeric form with a strong intramolecular O–H···N hydrogen bond and a strong intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bond. Minimum energy conformations AM1 were calculated as a function of the three torsion angles θ1(C10–C9–N1–C8), θ2(C9–N1–C8–C1) and θ3(N1–C8–C1–C6), varied every 10°. As in the X-ray experiment results, molecule has an angle that makes it non-planar between two aromatic rings in AM1 optimized geometry. Abstract  The title compound, C16H22O4, synthesized by modified Knoevenagel condensation of protocatechualdehyde with monoheptyl-malonate and recrystallized from benzene, was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (CCDC 272827). The compound crystallizes in triclinic space group Pī with cell parameters a = 5.296(3) ?, b = 10.711(13) ?, c = 13.870(4) ?, α = 98.84(7)°, β = 90.97(4)°, γ = 96.77(7)° and Z = 2. The structure is the E isomer and its packing is stabilized by intermolecular O–H···O and C–H···O hydrogen bonds. Abstract  The title compound, N-1, 3-Dithiolan-2-ylidene-N′-[1-furan-2-yl-meth-(E)-ylidene]-hydrazine was synthesized via furfural with 2-hydrazono-1, 3-dithiolane and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, UV–Vis and single crystal XRD. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group F2 1 2 1 2 1 with unit cell parameters a = 6.4035(9) ?, b = 11.8835(16) ?, c = 12.3809(17) ?, V = 942.1(2) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.497, Mr = 212.28, μ = 0.523 mm−1, F(000) = 440, R 1  = 0.0243, and wR 2  = 0.0602. The molecule is the anti-rotamer of the trans-isomer and every molecule forms zig-zag C(7) chains via C–H···N inter-molecular hydrogen-bond [H···N = 2.74 ?, C···N = 3.354(3) ? and C–H···N = 142°] running parallel to the [010] direction. At the same time many molecules self-assemble the left-handed spiral C(7) chains and inverse ones via the S···O short contacts [S···O = 3.1867(13) ?] along a axis. Abstract  

The title compounds, C10H8N2·C15H16O2 (1) and C10H8N2·C14H10O5 (2), were synthesized by 4,4′-bipyridyl and two similar V-shaped molecules. The two complexes both crystallized in the same space group P21/n with the crystal cell parameters: a = 16.0536(3) ?, b = 6.42730(1) ?, c = 21.2717(4) ?, β = 102.330°, V = 2144.21(7) ?3, Z = 4 in compound 1 and a = 7.45020(10) ?, b = 10.0784(2) ?, c = 26.9430(5) ?, β = 92.1140(10)°, V = 2021.67(6) ?3, Z = 4 in compound 2. Compound 1 forms regular molecular chains containing alternative 4,4′-bipyridyl and 4,4′-isopropylidenediphenol units; the molecular components are linked by two types of O–H···N hydrogen bonds. Additionally, every two neighboring chains are connected to be a ladder structure by means of weak C–H···O interactions. In compound 2, 4,4′-bipyridyl and 4,4′-oxydibenzoic acid first construct one-dimensional architecture by strong O–H···N hydrogen bonds, which are similar with the interactions in compound 1. Secondly, two types of weak C–H···O contacts formed between 4,4′-bipyridyl and the acid link one-dimensional chains to be interlaced three-dimensional hydrogen-bonded networks.  相似文献

Abstract  The adduct of di-triethylammonium, tetrachlorobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylate and tetrachlorobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid, i.e. {2(C2H5)3NH+ C8Cl4O42− H2C8Cl4O4}, crystallizes in triclinic, P-1 with cell dimensions of a = 8.5080(5) ?, b = 8.9789(6) ?, c = 12.5212(8) ?, α = 93.301(1)°, β = 109.107(1)°, γ = 103.565(1)°, V = 869.2(1) ?3 and Z = 2. The C8Cl4O42− and H2C8Cl4O4 moieties link with each other by O–H···O along c axis, C–Cl···O=C along b axis and C–Cl···Cl–C along a axis to form the 3D framework of the crystal structure. The (C2H5)3NH+ cations reside in the cavities of the 3D framework via various intermolecular interactions such as N–H···O, C–H···O and C–H···π. Index Abstract  In the title compound, tetrachlorobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylates and tetrachlorobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acids form 3D framework by hydrogen bonds and halogen bonds, and triethylammoniums reside in the voids of the framework via supramolecular interactions .  相似文献

Abstract  The crystal structure of 2-thoiphenecarboxamide is described. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pna21 space group with unit cell parameters a = 10.044 (3) ?, b = 14.203 (4) ? and c = 15.941 (3) ?; V = 2,274.1 (10) ?3. The asymmetric unit contains four independent molecules which are linked by N–H···O hydrogen bonds. The asymmetric unit at (x, y, z) is connected with another one, produced by the a-glide plane at 0.75 along the b-axis, that lies at (x + 0.5, −y + 1.5, z) by two N–H···O hydrogen bonds and by a C–H···O weak hydrogen bond to form a one-dimensional tube. Adjacent tubes are linked by C–H···pi interactions to form a three-dimensional framework. Abstract  The proton-transfer molecular adducts cytosine/isoorotic acid (1:1) dihydrate (CytIsor) and cytosine/maleic hydrazide (2:2) dihydrate (CytMal) have been studied by X-ray diffraction methods. CytIsor crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbnb, a = 7.4859 (4), b = 12.7977 (9), c = 26.4573 (16) ?, V = 2534.7 (3) ?3. CytMal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P − 1, a = 6.7767 (9), b = 12.063 (2), c = 12.937 (3) ?, α = 78.58 (2), β = 75.87 (2), γ = 75.63 (1)°, V = 982.8 (3) ?3. In both compounds protonation occurs at the N3 atom of the cytosine aminooxo tautomer as a result of the proton-transfer process from the acidic hydroxy groups of the counterions. In the crystal structure, both cocrystals are stabilized by a plethora of N–H···O, N–H···N and O–H···O hydrogen bonds. It is shown the ability of cytosine to form large organic assemblies, with the appropriate guest, due to solid-state recognition involving synthons based on hydrogen bonding between functional groups as sites of proton-transfer reactions. Abstract  A new mannich base 1-[(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl)(phenyl)methyl] thiourea formed by the direct condensation of thiourea, succinimide and benzaldehyde has been synthesized. The structure of this mannich base has been elucidated on the basis of micro elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Mass and UV–Visible Techniques. The crystal structure of the title compound C12 H13 N3 O2 S was determined. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.8234 (7) ?, b = 6.0355 (5) ?, c = 19.3692 (14) ?, β = 100.540(3)°, Z = 4 and V = 1243.94 (16) ?3. The structure was solved by the full-matrix least squares on F 2 and had a refined R value of 0.0465 for 1,964 observed reflections. The crystal structure is stabilized by strong intramolecular C–H···O, C–H···S interactions and inter molecular N–H···O and S···S interactions. Abstract  

The title compound, 2-amino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine 2-hydroxybenzoate was studied by X-ray diffraction methods. This compound crystallized in a monoclinic system; space group P2(1)/n with the unit cell parameters a = 7.5380(14) ?, b = 20.246(4) ?, c = 9.2029(17) ?, β = 108.594(3), V = 1331.2(4), Z = 4. The hydroxybenzoic acid group has been protonated by the aminopyrimidine moiety. The neighbouring two pyrimidine are bridged by N3–H3A···N2 hydrogen bonds, and the constituting dimers are linked together to form a discrete unit, these units, in turn, are linked together by C–H···O interactions. The protonated N1 atom is attached to the carboxyl group (O2) of the neighbouring phenyl by a hydrogen bond, together with the N3–H3B···O3 hydrogen bond to form a eight-membered ring with graph-set notation R21(8). The C5 and O1 through hydrogen bond forms a supramolecular chain along the b-axis, which is further strengthened by O1–H1···O3 hydrogen bond, bridging the hydroxide radical and carboxyl via hydrogen bonded rings, R11(6).  相似文献

Abstract  

The title compound, C20H17NO, crystallizes in the orthorhombic P212121 space group with unit cell parameters a = 7.6903(7) ?, b = 18.979(2) ?, c = 19.753(2) ?, with two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, which differ from one another in the slight rotation of the phenyl ring; this allows the formation of three internal hydrogen bonds, two of the type C–H···N and one of the type C–H···O, in one of the molecules, in contrast with only two of the type C–H···N in the other. The compound is rich in aromatic π rings and therefore the crystal packing is entirely dominated by cohesive weak C–H···π interactions among neighboring molecules producing an efficient packing with 71.2% of occupied space.  相似文献

Abstract  

Crystalline hydrate of the title compound (5), C19H26N2O5·2(H2O), was structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic system space group P 21/c with a = 7.3987(7) ?, b = 17.8691(16) ?, c = 17.0022(13) ?, β = 112.944(3)°, V = 2070.0(3) ?3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0592, wR 2 = 0.1016, and T = 298(2) K. The X-ray structure determination revealed that the center furanone ring is nearly coplanar with 3,4-dimethoxybenzene ring, making a dihedral angle of 0.860(69)°. Two kinds of centrosymmetric tetramers characterized by graph-set motifs of R 78(36) and R 46(32) are formed through O–H···O, O–H···N and C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions, which generate a sheet of edge-fused rings parallel to the (011) plane. These sheets are further linked into a three dimensional network by C–H···π interactions. Nine 3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)furan-2(5H)-ones were synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analysis, MS and 1H NMR. All of them were evaluated for antimicrobial activities against three Gram-positive organisms and a Gram-negative organism, and compound 5 was the most active against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and crystal structure of the title compound, (S)-2-(2-hydroxynaphthalen-6-yl)-N-((pyridin-4-yl)methyl) propanamide, is described. The salt is enantiomerically pure and crystallize in the orthorhombic P212121 chiral space group with a = 7.9174(13) ?, b = 11.1583(18) ?, c = 11.2600(18) ?. Each molecule is linked to four neighboring molecules through the O–H···O and N–H···N hydrogen bonds into a supramolecular helical chain. The O–H···O and N–H···N hydrogen bonds lead to 24-membered open rings. Chains are further connected into layers via extensive interchain H···O and H···C short contacts.  相似文献

The final refinement gave R = 0.0452, wR(F 2) = 0.1065 for 2,743 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the molecule adopts an E configuration at the C=N functional bond. The dihedral angle between the two phenyl rings is 38.3(3)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by C–H···O, O–H···O and O–H···N hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. Abstract  The title compound (common name eplerenone), C24H30O6, is an aldosterone receptor antagonist. From the isopropyl acetate solution the compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P 21 with a = 8.811(1) ?, b = 11.250(1) ?, c = 11.079(1) ?, β = 93.822(12)°, Z = 2. The molecule contains three six membered rings, two five membered rings and one three membered ring. Both five membered rings display envelope conformation, whereas three six membered rings show different conformation: chair, half-chair and envelope. In the crystal the eplerenone molecules link to one another via intermolecular weak C–H···O hydrogen bonding to form the smaller cavity of 12.0(1) ?3 between eplerenone molecules, no solvent molecule filled in this cavity. Abstract  Proton transfer occurred during co-crystallization of 1,2-(4-pyridyl)ethane with 2-(4-hydroxyphenylazo)benzoic acid to yield a salt comprising a 1:2 ratio of 1,2-bis(4-pyridinium)ethane dications and 2-(4-hydroxyphenylazo)benzoate anions. Centrosymmetrically related anions associate by charge-assisted O–H···O hydrogen bonds to form 24-membered {···OC3N2C4OH}2 synthons. These are connected into a supramolecular polymer via charge-assisted N–H···O hydrogen bonds involving the 1,2-bis(4-pyridinium)ethane dications. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P−1 with a = 8.517(4) ?, b = 9.110(5) ?, c = 10.477(5) ?, α = 96.850(13)°, β = 94.446(12)°, γ = 104.946(10)° and Z = 1 {two anions and a dication}. Abstract  

The compounds, N-{2-[(5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)difluoromethyl]-4-chlorophenyl}acetamide (1: X = Cl) and N-{2([(5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)difluoromethyl]-4-bromo-phenyl}acetamide (1: X = Br), are isostructural. The molecules are near ‘‘V’’ shaped with the angles between the two aromatic planes ca. 84° in each case. The various intermolecular interactions, namely N–H···O, N–H···N, N–H···F, and C–H···N hydrogen bonds and C–H···π, C–Cl···π and C–O···π interactions, generate 3-D arrays. Compound (1: X = Cl) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 16.9032(7) ?, 10.2193(4) ?, c = 7.5227(4) ?, β = 100.179(3)° and Z = 4. Abstract  

The title compound (3), C17H14BrN3O4S, is a Schiff base compound of 5-bromosalicylaldehyde (1) and sulfamethoxazole (2). The structure of (3) was determined by spectral (IR, 1H and 13C NMR), elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction data. Compound (3) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 31.936(3), b = 6.2571(5), c = 16.903(1) ?, β = 94.867(8), V = 3365.5(5) ?3, Z = 8. In the molecule of compound (3), the molecule is bent at the S atom with a C–SO2–NH–C torsion angle of −86.3(3)°. Pairs of molecules, related by inversion centres, form intermolecular N–H···N hydrogen bonds to produce a dimer. An intramolecular phenolic O–H···N hydrogen bond is also formed. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking hold the molecules together. The average distance between stacked benzene ring planes is 3.625(2) ?.  相似文献
