4-(E)-2-[3-(3-[(E)-2-(4-Cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-ylmethyl) perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl]-1-diazenylbenzonitrile (1) has been synthesized by reac- tion of p-cyanobenzene diazonium chloride with a mixture of formaldehyde and trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) does not adopt a folded conformation, unlike previously studied ethylenediamine analogues, and there is no indication of -stacking in the crystal packing. The dominant interaction between molecules is the van der Waal's attraction between cyclohexane rings. This result establishes the structure of the product of this diazonium coupling reaction as the 1-(1-imidazolidinylmethyl)imidazolidine derivative and not the alternate tetraazabicyclo[4.4.1]undecane derivative. Abstract The crystal structures of methyl 4-{(E)-2-(4-methylpiperazino)-1-diazenyl}benzoate (2a) and 1,4-di[(E)-2-(2-nitrophenyl)-1-diazenyl]piperazine (3a) have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (3a) adopts an unusual pseudo-boat conformation in the piperazine ring, with a dihedral angle of 52.20(0.06)° between the two planes defined within the piperazine ring. The crystal structures of 2a and 3a are compared with the structure of the triazene (4) and the closely related bis-triazene (5). The piperazine ring of 2a adopts a typical chair conformation, whereas the piperazine ring of 3a adopts an unusual boat conformation. A new series of bis-triazenes, the 1-aryl-2-[3-(3-[2-aryl-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazenes has been synthesized from the reaction of diazonium salts with a mixture of 1,4-diaminobutane and formaldehyde. The structures of 1-(p-bromophenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-bromophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazene(1), 1-(p-cyanophenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-di azepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazene(2), and 1-(p-methoxyphenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-methoxy-phenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1 diazene(3) have been unequivocally determined by X-ray crystallography. The new bis-triazenes are important since the structure contains the novel saturated heterocycle, 1,3-diazepane. The general conclusion of this study is that alkanediamines with 3 or 4 carbon atoms in the spacer link between the nitrogen atoms give rise to the linear bicyclic molecules of type 5, in contrast to the case of ethylenediamine (spacer link 2 carbon atoms), which affords molecules of type 6, which exemplify the general cage structure of type 4. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and 3 are compared with the previously reported structure of the hexahydropyrimidine analogue 8a(X=CN); compounds 2 and 8a(X=CN) are homologous with respect to the alkane spacer moiety. Two complexes Cu(L)2(CH3COO)2 (1) and [Cu2(μ-CH3COO)4(L)2](L)2 (2) (L = N-(4′-methylaniline)-4-pyridinecarboxamide) have been prepared and their crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complexes are obtained by using the same raw materials and reaction conditions except solvents. The presence or absence of water controls the coordination mode to give rise to different structures. The structure of 1 has a triclinic space group P-1 with a = 8.381(3) ?, b = 8.545(4) ?, c = 11.357(5) ?, α = 110.654(6)°, β = 102.388(7)°, γ = 97.889(7)°, V = 722.9(5) ?3, and Z = 1. The structure of 2 has a triclinic space group P-1 with a = 9.121(3) ?, b = 9.454(3) ?, c = 17.233(5) ?, α = 77.374(5)°, β = 89.827(6)°, γ = 74.342(6)°, V = 1393.8(7) ?3, and Z = 1. Supramolecular assemblies have also been found via noncovalent bonds such as hydrogen bonds, π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The first titled compound, 1, was obtained by treating [Ru(bpy)(η2-tpy)(CO)CH2OH]PF6 with acetic anhydride. Heating 1 in acetonitrile afforded 2, [Ru((η3-tpy)(MeCN)(CO) CH2OAc]PF6. Allowing 2 to stand in CH2Cl2 followed by concentration and precipitation afforded the second titled compound, 3 ([Ru((η3-tpy)(CO)–CH2OAc]PF6), in which the acetoxymethyl group had become bidentate. The crystal and molecular structure of 1,3-di-2-[(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]imidazolidine (1) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. This novel bis-triazene assumes a close-to planar structure with the aryltriazene moieties aligned in diametrically opposed directions, unlike many other previously reported bis-triazenes, which assume a folded structure. The structure of 1 is compared with the closely related, non-cyclic bis-triazene analogue (2), and also compared with the structure of the simple mono-triazene (3). The Schiff base compounds, isonicotinic acid [1-(3-methoxy-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylidene]hydrazide (C14H13N3O3, 1) and isonicotinic acid [1-(4-dimethylaminophenyl) methylidene]hydrazide monohydrate (C15H16N4O·H2O, 2) have been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3-methoxysalicylaldehyde or 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde with isonicotinic acid hydrazide in MeOH or EtOH. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR spectra, and single crystal X-ray diffractions. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P-1 with unit cell dimensions a = 7.662(1) ?, b = 16.249(2) , c = 10.874(2) ?, β = 110.426(3)°, V = 1268.7(3) ′3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0644, and wR 2 = 0.1283. Compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with unit cell dimensions a = 7.388(1) ?, b = 11.812(1) ?, c = 17.197(2) ?, V = 1500.7(2) ′3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0585, and wR 2 = 0.1143. X-ray structure determinations revealed that the molecules of both compounds display trans configurations with respect to the C=N double bonds. In the crystal structure of 1, molecules are linked through N–H···N intermolecular hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the bc plane, while in the crystal structure of 2, molecules are linked through N–H···O, O–H···O, and O–H···N intermolecular hydrogen bonds, forming a network. The compounds 3-(1-Benzenesulfonyl-3-phenylsulfanyl-1H-indol-2-yl)-1-[4-methyl (I)/methoxy (II)phenyl)]-2-phenyl-propane-1-one crystallize in triclinic space group P . The details are: compound I a = 11.941(6) ?, b = 12.154(7) ?, c = 13.006(7) ?, α = 63.124(8)°, β = 84.464(9)°, γ = 64.810(8)°, V = 1519.7(14) ?3, Z = 2, D cal = 1.284 Mg m−3, and R = 0.0382 (wR = 0.0978); compound II a = 11.897(6) ?, b = 12.268(6) ?, c = 13.001(7) ?, α = 61.919(8)°, β = 83.480(8)°, γ = 64.676(7)°, V = 1504.0(14) ?3, Z = 2, D cal = 1.333 Mg m−3, and R = 0.0422 (wR = 0.1049). The indole ring system in both the molecules I and II are not strictly planar and the dihedral angles formed by the pyrrole and benzo planes are 4.0(7)° and 3.5(8)°, respectively. The C–HO, C–Hπ and ππ types of interactions stabilize the molecules in the unit cell in addition to van der Waal's forces in I and II.  相似文献

Methyl 4-((E)-2-{3-[(3-{(E)-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-1-diazenyl}-5, 5-dimethyl hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5, 5- dimethylhexahydro-1- pyrimidinyl}-1- diazenyl) benzoate (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with p-methoxycarbonylbenzenediazonium chloride. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of 1 displayed problems of disorder; the asymmetric unit is built up by two independent molecules, which display disorder within a methoxycarbonyl group. The two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar, differing only slightly about the mutual orientation of the aryltriazenyl groups. With respect to the N–C–N bridge between the hexahydropyrimidinyl rings, the two equivalent fragments containing the triazene moieties are in a cis orientation. The N–N single bonds, in the range 1.319(4)–1.348(4) Å, and the N=N double bonds, in the range 1.255(5)–1.275(4) Å, indicate significant conjugations within the triazene moieties. All the hexahydropyrimidine six-membered rings adopt a chair conformation as shown by their puckering parameters. The crystal packing is determined only by simple van der Waals interactions. The crystal structure of 1 is compared with the previously reported structure of the unbranched hexahydropyrimidine analogue 2. Abstract The title compound, 3, 6-dihydroxy-2-[2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-vinyl]- benzene-1,3-dicarbaldehyde was synthesized by Vilslmeier reaction from resveratrol (trans-3,4′,5-trihydroxystilbene). Its structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with crystallographic parameters: a = 7.2950(15) ?, b = 14.781(3) ?, c = 12.202(2) ?, β = 96.57(3)°, μ = 0.108 mm−1, V = 1307.1(5) ?, Z = 4, Dx = 1.445 g/cm3, F(000) = 592, T = 293(2) K, 2.17°≤ θ ≤ 26.00°. The X-ray results demonstrated that the Vilslmeier reaction of resveratrol with DMF, POCl3 and CH3CN yielded 4,6-dhydroxy-2-[2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-vinyl]-benzene-1,3-dicarbaldehyde. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) adopts a folded conformation, similar to previously studied ethylenediamine analogues, and there is evidence of -stacking in the crystal packing. The two planar phenyltriazenyl groups are almost parallel, forming an angle of 6.6(1), and display weak intermolecular s interactions between molecules. This result establishes the structure of the product of this diazonium coupling reaction as the 1-(1-hexahydropyimidinylmethyl)hexahydropyrimidine derivative and not the alternate tetraazabicyclo[5.5.1]tridecane derivative. 3-[2-Oxo-2-(4-methyloxyphenylsulfonamidophenyl)ethylidene]-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinox-alin-2-one (4) was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystallographic results show that the composition of the title compound is C23H19N3O5S. Two compounds, [Zn(mipit)4][BF4]2 (1) and [Zn(mnbit)4][BF4]2 (2) have been synthesized and characterized via standard solid and solution state methods including single crystal X-ray crystallography (mipit: 1-methyl-3-(2-propyl)-2(3H)-imidazolethione and mnbit: 1-methyl-3-(1-butyl)-2(3H)-imidazolethione). Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.804(2) ?, b = 16.710(3) ?, c = 25.763(5) ?, γ = 90.14(3)° and Z = 4, whereas compound 2 crystallizes in tetragonal space group $${\rm I}\bar{4}$$ with a = b = 11.6517(16) ?, c= 16.820(3) ?, and Z = 2. Both complexes are high melting, colorless water soluble 2:1 electrolyte solids that state have flattened tetrahedral ZnS4 coordination geometry. The isopropyl analog is slightly more distorted than the n-butyl analog, and the degree of distortion is not directly related to the steric bulk of the ligand.  相似文献

1,4-Di-[2-phenyl-1-diazenyl]perhydro-1,4-diazepine (1) has been synthesized by reaction of benzenediazonium chloride with homopiperazine (perhydro-1,4-diazepine). The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) adopts an extended conformation which precludes any close intramolecular interaction of the phenyl rings. The heterocyclic seven-membered ring adopts a chair conformation, with the triazene side chains occupying alternate axial and equatorial positions consistent with cis-geometry. Internal torsion angles of the seven-membered ring have been measured. The crystal packing is determined by short contacts between C=H groups of phenyl rings and nitrogens of triazene moieties and by van der Waals interactions, with no evidence for intermolecular – interactions. This work establishes the structure of the product of diazonium coupling with homopiperazine as 1,4-di[(E)-2-phenyl-1-diazenyl]perhydro-1,4-diazepine. The crystal structure of 2-amino-3-cyano-4,6-dihydro-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-5H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinolin-5-one N,N-dimethylformamide solvate monohydrate is determined by room temperature X-ray diffraction. The title compound 1, C22H21N5O6, is triclinic, space group P-1, a=9.109(2) ?, b=11.340(2) ?, c=12.485(2) ?, α=70.02(1)°, β=69.36(1)°, γ=67.32(1)°, Z=2, V=1081.4(4) ?3. It is interesting that a bridge-like hydrogen bond O–H···O is formed between the title compound and solvent molecules of water with molecular ratio of 2:2 building a bi-layer framework. Abstract  

A novel cobalt(II) complex of [Co(4-MePhCOO)2(NITpPy)2(H2O)2] (1), where NITpPy is short for 2-(4-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxy 3-oxide(C12H16N3O2), was synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 6.7910(10) ?, b = 12.4421(15) ?, c = 12.9169(16) ?, α = 89.8470(10)°, β = 89.8480(10)°, γ = 76.991(2)°, and Z = 1. The Co atom in the complex is located on the center of inversion and lies in a distorted octahedral geometry defined by an N2O4 donor set. The interaction of 1 with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) was investigated by UV–vis absorption and emission spectroscopy, which indicating that 1 could bind to DNA through electrostatic interaction.  相似文献

A representative compound of bis-ortho-diynyl arene (BODA), with a general formula [(m,p)R2–Ph]2 X, where R: C≡C–Ph and X: >C(CF3)2 has been structurally characterized. The compound is being investigated as a monomer for high-performance polyarylene networks and glassy carbon precursors. The bis(trifluoromethyl) derivative crystallizes in two concomitant polymorphic forms. The two polymorphs form a monotropic system with melting points of 436 and 463 K. The metastable form yields monoclinic crystals (P21/n, Z=4). a=12.677(3) ?, b=11.677(2) ?, c=24.026(5) ?, β=93.79(3)°. The thermodynamically stable form is monoclinic as well (P21/c, Z=8), a=10.7983(6) ?, b=30.628(2) ?, c=21.648(1) ?, β=94.737(1)° with small voids indicating less efficient packing. The two polymorphs contain different conformers of the rotationally flexible molecule.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of 4,6-dimethylisothiazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-3(2H)-one, C8H8N2OS, 1, and its 2-[4-(2-methylphenyl)piperazin-1-ylmethyl] derivative, C20H24N4OS, 2c, are described. These compounds crystallize in the monoclinic system in the space group P2 1/c. The cell constants for compound 1 are a = 5.049(1), b = 14.897(1), c = 11.330(1) Å, = 98.07(1)°, Z = 4, T = 293 K, and D cal = 1.419 g cm–3, and for compound 2c are a = 15.525(1), b = 12.021(1), c = 10.911(1) Å, = 106.42(1)°, Z = 4, T = 293 K, and D cal = 1.253 g cm–3 The structures were solved by direct methods and refined to R values of 0.0411 and 0.0380 for 1640 and 3504 reflections for 1 and 2c, respectively. The analysis of the geometry and difference electron density map reveal that the dimethylisothiazolopyridine 1 exists in the amino tautomeric form in the crystalline state. The conformation of the o-methylphenylpiperazine part of the molecule 2c strongly depends on the substituents effect in the phenyl ring and is very similar to those observed in crystals for other investigated arylopiperazine derivatives of the isothiazolopyridine.  相似文献

Two structures of the closely related piperazinium salts, [1,4-bis-(2-methoxy-2-carbonylethyl)piperazinium (2+)] chloride (1) and [1,4-bis-(2-amidoethyl)piperazinium (2+)] perchlorate (2) reveal the persistence of a layer structure, interspersed with anions, held in place by N–H···Cl, C–H···O and C–H···Cl interactions in the case of 1, and N–H···O and C–H···O interactions in the case of 2. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a=6.7667(6) ?, b = 6.9467(6) ?, c=9.3880(18) ?, α=105.845(9)°, β=99.896(16)°, γ=103.600(9)°, and Z=1.
