两类变量综合处理的结构形状优化设计方法 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
本文针对截面变量为离散变量为连续变量的结构优化问题提出了一种优化设计的方法,首先将单元内力作一阶近似,利用凝聚函数多约束问题转化了单约束问题。在解过程中,把定义在连续区间上的形状变量看成是在一些离散以值的离工用变量,然后将两类变量统一考虑并利用相对差商法求解。将该算法应用于几个经典的结构优化算例,运算结果显示了该方法是可行的,优化结果也比较满意。 相似文献

多层次联合结构优化问题,通常含有不同种类的设计变量,例如,当构件的截面和结构的形状同时优化时,设计变量就可分为截面类设计变量{X_(?)}和几何类设计变量{X_g}。对这类问题,本文提出一个有效的求解策略,优化过程的每一步迭代都由两个子问题组成:(1)优化截面类设计变量{X_8}以减少重量,使约束趋于临界:(2)优化几何类设计变量{X_g}以放松约束。为下一轮迭代提供条件。本文的方法收敛较快且具有较好的稳定性。 相似文献

离散结构的形状优化问题,设计变量是不同性态的连续/离散混合变量,优化收敛困难。本文利用遗传算法实现其全局最优设计,以空间25杆桁架结构为例,进行了多变量、多工况的结构形状遗传优化设计。为减少结构重分析次数,引入了Steadystate算法。结果表明结构形状的遗传优化设计方法是可行的。 相似文献

提出一种基于多点逼近函数和遗传算法的桁架拓扑优化方法。该方法建立了包含连续尺寸和离散拓扑两类变量的优化模型,并通过构造多点逼近函数建立了结构优化问题的第一级序列显式近似,然后采用分层优化方法:在外层对拓扑变量采用遗传算法进行优化;在内层对尺寸变量通过可由对偶法求解的第二级序列近似问题进行优化。几个经典的桁架拓扑优化算例表明该方法能以较少的结构分析次数获得比较理想的概率意义上的最优解。 相似文献

不确定性因素大量存在于实际工程中,采用凸集变量描述结构不确定性参数,进一步将凸集模型划分为超椭球模型和区间模型。由试验点数量确定选用两类模型的标准,从本质上指明了两类模型的区别。分别对两类模型中不确定变量进行标准化,通过对比分析,阐述了基于超椭球模型和区间模型优化方法和求解过程的共同点与区别。借用超椭球模型分析思路,对优化过程中的变量进行分类,为突出稳健性优化设计特点,考虑约束条件从特殊到一般,重点描述基于区间模型稳健性优化的基本思想方法。采用目标性能分析方法,强调指定可靠性指标的唯一性,给出了稳健性优化的具体算法、求解步骤和迭代收敛准则。对实际算例进行了分析与求解,与已有结果比较,验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性。 相似文献

Calculation of design sensitivities often involves much computational effort, particularly in large structural systems with many design variables. Approximation concepts, which are often used to reduce the computational cost involved in repeated analysis, are usually not sufficiently accurate for sensitivity analysis. In this study, approximate reanalysis is used to improve the efficiency of dynamic sensitivity analysis. Using modal analysis, the response derivatives with respect to design variables are presented as a combination of sensitivities of the eigenvectors and the generalized displacements. A procedure intended to reduce the number of differential equations that must be solved during the solution process is proposed. Efficient evaluation of the derivatives, using finite difference and the recently developed combined approximations approach, is presented. Numerical examples show that high accuracy of design sensitivities can be achieved efficiently. 相似文献

将传统方法用于铰内接触分析时,需要通过物体的相对运动细节判断接触位置. 但实际机械系统中的铰,其内部缝隙非常小以至于几乎与计算误差的数量级相同. 在这种情况下,传统方法中的数值病态非常严重,难以得到合理的结果. 结合深沟球轴承旋转铰的构造细节,分析了钢球与轨道接触时运动学描述参数之间的关系、钢球在有效承载时的受力特征以及铰内接触形式的特点. 在此基础上,提出了一种确定多体系统中深沟球轴承旋转铰内接触力和接触位置的方法. 所提方法不需要解除铰的运动学约束,也不必求解非线性互补方程,因此在数值稳定性和计算效率方面具有优势. 数值算例验证了该方法的可行性. 相似文献

We investigate two numerical procedures for the Cauchy problem in linear elasticity, involving the relaxation of either the given boundary displacements (Dirichlet data) or the prescribed boundary tractions (Neumann data) on the over-specified boundary, in the alternating iterative algorithm of Kozlov et al. (1991). The two mixed direct (well-posed) problems associated with each iteration are solved using the method of fundamental solutions (MFS), in conjunction with the Tikhonov regularization method, while the optimal value of the regularization parameter is chosen via the generalized cross-validation (GCV) criterion. An efficient regularizing stopping criterion which ceases the iterative procedure at the point where the accumulation of noise becomes dominant and the errors in predicting the exact solutions increase, is also presented. The MFS-based iterative algorithms with relaxation are tested for Cauchy problems for isotropic linear elastic materials in various geometries to confirm the numerical convergence, stability, accuracy and computational efficiency of the proposed method. 相似文献

A continuous variable optimization method and a topological optimization method are proposed for the vibration control of piezoelectric truss structures by means of the optimal placements of active bars. In this optimization model, a zero-one discrete variable is defined in order to solve the optimal placement of piezoelectric active bars. At the same time, the feedback gains are also optimized as continuous design variables. A two-phase procedure is proposed to solve the optimization problem. The sequential linear programming algorithm is used to solve optimization problem and the sensitivity analysis is carried out for objective and constraint functions to make linear approximations. On the basis of the Newmark time integration of structural transient dynamic responses, a new sensitivity analysis method is developed in this paper for the vibration control problem of piezoelectric truss structures with respect to various kinds of design variables. Non-viscous damping models in which the damping forces depend on the past history of velocities via convolution integrals over some kernel functions have been raised in many engineering fields. This paper describes an explicit computational method of dynamic response for the non-viscously damped structure systems. The explicit formula is derived using the differential property of convolution and the central difference formula of acceleration. The explicit computational procedure of dynamic response is given in detail. Finally, the dynamic responses of MDOF structure system with double exponential model dampers and SDOF structure system with Gaussian model damper are computed using the proposed explicit method. The splitting difference scheme is used to study flow separation. Flows behind a circular cylinder are computed as a model problem. In view of the nature of the flow, the variables are transformed. The boundary condition for the pressure is given from an intermediate velocity. The free-slip velocity boundary conditions on the rigid wall are given by interpolation. The multigrid algorithm is applied to the pressure iteration. We also choose better initial values for the model problem by means of the multigrid algorithm idea. 相似文献

针对截面多变量单元结构的动力优化问题,建立了带频率约束的结构动力优化设计模型,对隐式非线性频率约束函数进行Taylor近似展开,给出了截面多变量单元频率梯度函数显式表达式,基于Kuhn-Tucker条件构建迭代算法,其中拉格朗日乘子通过建立联合方程组求解,形成了含多变量单元共振解耦优化设计方法。以矩形截面单元结构为算例的结果表明,所给单元多变量算法具有良好的准确性;截面变量对频率的贡献存在主次之分,区分指标可采用梯度值;次要变量的修正因子迭代中可采用定值,且其下限应尽可能降低,利于节约成本。本文工作对多变量复杂截面结构动力优化设计可提供理论指导,提高结构动力优化方法的适用性。 相似文献
