不同法向力和纹理间距下的手指皮肤感知能力研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
手指与物体表面接触摩擦过程中会产生压缩、拉伸等机械变形,这一过程中包含丰富的触觉信息,对人体感知外界环境具有重要意义.针对当前研究中难以将摩擦信号与人体主观感受相结合的问题,采用UMT-II多功能摩擦磨损试验机对受试者食指部位施加不同的恒定法向载荷来模拟触摸力,通过改变触摸样品的纹理间距、接触介质及直径,对木棒数目做出判断.结果表明:指尖滑过试验样品时所受周期性压力变化曲线可以反映受试者的摩擦感知状况;随着法向力及样品纹理间距的增大,受试者判断的准确性逐步提高,摩擦感知能力增强;指尖与样品之间的润滑介质减小了手指皮肤与样品间的摩擦力,从而降低了受试者感知判断的准确性;直径较大的一组样品引起指尖皮肤的变形较大,受试者摩擦感知灵敏性增强.  相似文献

提出静电微电机中转子和固定轴承间相互接触的数学模型,对微尺度下的接触应力和应变 特性进行理论推导,分析静电微电机几何参数、静电力、材料特性及加载电压对接触宽度、 应力和应变特性的影响,对比研究不同工况下接触宽度、接触应力和应变的变化,并就相同 的问题进行有限元分析,探讨摩擦系数对接触区von Mises应力、应变和接触压力 的影响,结果表明有限元模拟所得接触应力和应变分布与数学 模型的解析值较为相似.  相似文献

用电火花加工方法在制动盘蠕墨铸铁材料表面加工出不同沟槽宽度和间距的沟槽型表面织构,在自行研制的新型摩擦噪声试验装置上,采用球-平面接触方式,选取直径10 mm的GCr15球为对摩副,对沟槽型织构表面和光滑表面进行摩擦噪声对比试验,研究沟槽型织构对摩擦噪声的影响.结果表明:本试验条件下沟槽型表面织构的尺寸及分布对摩擦噪声具有重要影响,一定尺寸及分布的织构表面可明显降低摩擦噪声.本试验条件下的摩擦噪声产生主要归因于接触表面的不平顺、磨屑层不均匀分布以及犁削作用等界面因素,这些因素导致了界面摩擦力高频成分的产生,当其与系统的自然频率耦合时,将引起摩擦系统强烈的自激振动并最终产生摩擦噪声.而摩擦界面存在尺寸分布合理的沟槽型表面织构,将能提高界面排屑能力并打断摩擦界面连续的接触,扰乱摩擦系统的自激振动,抑制摩擦噪声的产生.  相似文献

机械密封在干摩擦状态下的摩擦界面热力耦合分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
依据W-M分形函数建立了接触式机械密封摩擦副三维瞬态滑动接触模型,考虑了接触微凸体之间相互机械作用和摩擦的热力耦合,基于ABAQUS分析平台,首次提出了能够模拟机械密封摩擦副回转运动的计算模型,仿真分析了机械密封摩擦副在干运转条件下的摩擦特性. 研究结果表明:接触面温度分布不均匀,局部温度很高,在接触微凸体中心区域出现极值;在滑动后很短时间内温度急剧上升,随着滑动进行,接触节点温度继续升高,但是温升速率减缓;粗糙体轴向温度梯度较大,其亚表层区域存在较大的热应力,易发生热损伤失效;在接触微凸体轴向距表层较近的局部区域存在拉应力,滑动行为会使微凸体内部拉应力区域扩大,拉应力的数值也增大. 微凸体接触区轴向上的应力状态是变化的,依次为压应力-拉应力-压应力.   相似文献

In this paper, the mechanical behavior of semi-crystalline polymer films in finite elastoplastic strains is investigated. A 3-phase constitutive model has been specially developed in a previous paper and validated for various materials in both uniaxial and biaxial uniform hot drawing. In the present study, the numerical implementation of this 3-phase model in a finite element software is outlined in the perspective of using this model in more general non-uniform cases of complex geometries and/or loadings. In the present case, only polyethylene films at room temperature are considered. First, uniaxial tensile experimental tests are performed so as to calibrate the model parameters. Then, for validation purposes, two series of experimental tests are conducted on tensile specimens with central holes and double edge notched tensile (DENT) specimens. During these tests, digital image correlation is used to analyze the strain (or displacement) field history during loading. Finally, numerical computations are performed with the help of the finite element software including the 3-phase model previously implemented (cohesive elements are also needed for the simulation of the crack propagation in DENT specimens). In both cases, the comparison between the experimental and numerical force–displacement curves, together with the comparisons between the experimental and numerical strain fields at different times, give very satisfactory results.  相似文献

力链对颗粒物质的宏观与微观力学性质起着决定性的作用。在离散元法的基础上,建立二维规则排列的颗粒物质系统,分别研究无缺陷颗粒系统在集中载荷变化与有缺陷颗粒系统在缺陷区域改变时,粒间摩擦系数对颗粒系统底部接触力分布规律的影响。结果表明:在无缺陷颗粒系统中,颗粒系统底部接触力的分布形式受摩擦系数和集中载荷的大小影响。随摩擦系数的增大,底部接触力由双峰形式经平台过渡,逐渐向单峰形式转变。在有缺陷颗粒系统中,摩擦系数和缺陷尺寸对底部接触力分布均有影响。同种载荷作用下,随缺陷尺寸的增大,底部接触力峰值显著增大;底部平均力被明显削弱,力向边界的传递增强。系统中轴线上缺陷的存在使底部中间区域受力削弱,当缺陷尺寸超过2 层以上时,底部中间力随摩擦系数的变化特征由递增曲线演变为线形衰减曲线。  相似文献

基于气体润滑理论,采用与螺旋槽端面密封的对比分析方法,研究了均匀分布激光加工多孔端面气体非接触机械密封的稳定性,数值分析了密封间隙、不对中角度和外界扰动对开启力、泄漏量、气膜刚度以及密封间隙扰动振幅等密封参数的影响规律.结果表明:多孔密封中的动压效应微弱,开启力与气膜刚度与转速无关,密封端面开启时容易发生接触磨损;多孔密封端面压力分布均匀,不对中引起的开启力波动幅度小,但是角向容易产生自激振动,密封环外侧容易发生接触磨损;多孔密封轴向气膜刚度较小,具有更小的扰动振幅,密封端面开启后有利于保持密封间隙的稳定,减少密封端面的接触摩擦.  相似文献

正畸矫治过程中,正畸弓丝与托槽间的相对滑动趋势将产生摩擦力,进而降低有效矫治力,影响矫治的性能和效率. 针对目前正畸摩擦力预测方法量化预测精度低的问题,依据正畸弓丝与托槽间的几何关系、力学关系及物理参数,提出一种基于分力叠加原理的计及接触角度的正畸摩擦力预测模型建立方法. 探究影响正畸摩擦力的主要因素以及变化规律,提出采用有限滑动法测量正畸摩擦力,搭建了基于六维力传感器的正畸摩擦力测量系统,进行了不同弓丝-托槽组合和不同接触角度的摩擦力测量,试验数据与预测模型的理论数据间误差率处于0.55%~9.65%之间,证明该预测模型可为医师明确正畸矫治器参数-摩擦力-矫治力的关系提供理论依据,为实现数字化正畸提供理论支撑,保证个性化正畸方案的高效、高可靠性和高舒适度,最终达到轻力矫治的效果.   相似文献

回转支承构件是重型机械的重要基础元件,其失效往往导致灾难性的设备事故和人身事故以及巨大的经济损失.及时、充分地了解回转支承构件牵引滚动接触应力分布特点,对于保证整机安全生产和提高企业经济效益具有非常重要的意义.本文将回转支承构件接触模型简化为轴线平行的圆柱体二维平面应变模型,从接触力学理论中McEwen关于轴线平行的圆柱体二维法向接触理论出发,重点讨论牵引滚动与常规法向接触状态的切向分布力的相同点和不同点,从而推导出牵引滚动接触状态下接触区应力场各应力分量解析式,将McEw-en法向理论公式推广到法、切向复合分布力综合作用下.在此基础上,探讨了表面拉应力与摩擦系数的关系,摩擦系数越大则表面拉应力水平越高.最后,运用材料力学二向应力状态受力分析方法,计算了接触应力场最大剪应力位置、大小和方向角与深度的关系,发现与无表面摩擦情况相比,最大主剪应力发生位置变浅,幅值反而变小.  相似文献

织造过程中碳纤维束的摩擦磨损会导致成型后复合材料制件的机械性能下降. 采用自制的试验装置模拟织造过程中经纬纱线间的相互作用,研究了法向负载、预加张力和摩擦速率对碳纤维束摩擦磨损行为的影响. 结果表明:碳纤维束的摩擦系数随着法向负载的增加而减小,其磨损程度随着法向负载的增加而增大,相对应的碳纤维束拉伸断裂强力也逐渐下降;碳纤维束的摩擦力和摩擦系数因实际摩擦接触面积的变化随预加张力的增加而增大;摩擦速率的增加几乎不影响碳纤维束的摩擦力和摩擦系数,但延长了其测试值达到稳定所需的周期数.   相似文献

作为防弹玻璃夹层材料,PU的动态力学性能一直受到学者们的关注。为准确表征其动态力学性能,本文采用ABAQUS有限元软件对不同摩擦系数下的单轴压缩试验进行数值仿真,分析试样加载端面的摩擦效应和几何尺寸对单轴压缩试验结果的影响;结合高速摄影技术(HSP)与数字图像相关技术(DIC)观测到试样在拉伸试验中的动态变形场和应变场,探讨标距段的应力均衡性;同时对PU材料在不同应变率下的单轴压缩、拉伸力学性能进行测试。结果表明:压缩试样的端面摩擦效应限制横向变形,影响了试样内部的受力分布,使得测量得到的应力值偏大;试样长径比越小,端面摩擦效应的影响越大;在单轴动态拉伸试验中,板状拉伸试样的标距段选取应当考虑两端倒角尺寸。通过测试PU的拉、压力学性能,发现材料具有显著的应变率敏感性。  相似文献

基于三维数字图像相关方法(3D-DIC)的拉伸实验研究了铸铁的拉伸力学性能,分别得到了应力-应变曲线、弹性模量、抗拉强度、延伸率等拉伸力学性能参数.将3D-DIC应力-应变的测试结果与目前实验中使用广泛的接触式引伸计方法的实验结果作了对比,得到两者的应力-应变曲线基本重合,弹性模量相差不超过4%.此外,还对3D-DIC和机械引伸计的应变绝对误差和相对误差作了详细比较,实验表明3D-DIC在铸铁拉伸力学性能测试中具有足够的应变测量精度,完全可以取代传统引伸计成为一种有效的非接触式变形测量手段.  相似文献

The material properties of the rubber compounds, which are highly dependent on temperature, have a vital role in the tire behavior. A comprehensive study on the effect of the rubber properties on tire performance, for different temperatures, as well as different road conditions is required to adequately predict the performance of tires on ice.In this study, a theoretical model has been developed for the tire-ice interaction. The temperature changes obtained from the model are used to calculate the height of the water film created by the heat generated due to the friction force. Next, the viscous friction coefficient at the contact patch is obtained. By using the thermal balance equation at the contact patch, the dry friction is obtained. Knowing the friction coefficients for the dry and wet regions, the equivalent friction coefficient is calculated. The model has been validated using experimental results for three similar tires with different rubber compounds properties. The model developed can be used to predict the temperature changes at the contact patch, the tire friction force, the areas of wet and dry regions, the height of the water film for different ice temperatures, different normal load, etc.  相似文献

A simplified analytical model of the interaction between a hydraulic fracture and an existing natural fault is developed. The mechanical activation of the natural fault as a result of contact with a pressurized fracture is described for plane strain conditions and quasi-static fracture propagation approximation. Using a variational approach, the normal and shear stresses, as well as the boundaries of the open and sliding zones along the fault, are predicted for three stages of the fracturing process (fracture approaching, coalescence, and fluid penetration). An accumulated concentration of shear stress at the tip of the fault’s sliding zone is shown to create sufficient tensile stress to initiate a new tensile crack on the opposite side of the fault, provided either the differential in situ stress is low or the friction coefficient is sufficiently large. The results of direct numerical simulation of the fracture interaction fit the model predictions made from the strain energy density fracture criterion.  相似文献

The paper deals with the estimation of the pressure distribution, the shape of contact and the friction force at the interface of a flat soft elastic solid moving on a rigid half-space with a slightly wavy surface. In this case an unsymmetrical contact is considered and justified with the adhesion hysteresis. For soft solids as rubber and polymers the friction originates mainly from two different contributions: the internal friction due to the viscoelastic properties of the bulk and the adhesive processes at the interface of the two solids. In the paper the authors focus on the latter contribution to friction. It is known, indeed, that for soft solids, as rubber, the adhesion hysteresis is, at least qualitatively, related to friction: the larger the adhesion hysteresis the larger the friction. Several mechanisms may govern the adhesion hysteresis, such as the interdigitation process between the polymer chains, the local small-scale viscoelasticity or the local elastic instabilities. In the paper the authors propose a model to link, from the continuum mechanics point of view, the friction to the adhesion hysteresis. A simple one-length scale roughness model is considered having a sinusoidal profile. For partial contact conditions the detached zone is taken to be a mode I propagating crack. Due to the adhesion hysteresis, the crack is affected by two different values of the strain energy release rate at the advancing and receding edges respectively. As a result, an unsymmetrical contact and a friction force arise. Additionally, the stability of the equilibrium configurations is discussed and the adherence force for jumping out of contact and the critical load for snapping into full contact are estimated.  相似文献

A new mathematical model has been developed to predict the behaviour of a stranded cable assembly under the influence of interfacial radial contact forces and radial contraction of the core. A single layered cable assembly with six helical wires and a straight cylindrical core, all made with the same material, Steel has been chosen to explain this phenomenon when the assembly is under the influence of core–wire radial contact. An attempt is made in this paper to model the strand with a radial (core–wire) contact and deduce its equations of equilibrium. Numerical analysis of strand force, twisting moment, strand stiffness, contact force and contact stresses is carriedout based on the equilibrium of thin rods, and the results are compared with the earlier research work. The importance of the inclusion of interfacial forces at the contact locations and their associated effects of axial and twist slip of the helical wires on the core, is highlighted. The behaviour of the stranded cable assembly due to the contact force in the radial direction and its associated effects on the axial strain of the core due to Poisson’s effect is one more additional feature incorporated in the present work.  相似文献

基于虚功原理建立了钢丝绳捻制成形过程中考虑接触摩擦时的刚度方程,将小球分裂算法用于接触搜索,Augmented Lagrange法用于计算接触力.以钢丝绳一次捻制成形过程为例,分析了摩擦系数和自扭转系数对接触应力和加工应力域变的影响.研究结果表明。摩擦系数对剪应力的影响比对等效应力和等效塑性应变的影响大;考虑摩擦时钢线表面的轴向残余应力计算结果比无摩擦条件下的计算结果更接近实验结果.  相似文献

针对轮-轨滚动接触的短波长波浪形磨损现象,采用有限元法分析了三维实体模型的接触状态,通过计算分析了高频力作用下接触表面的塑性变形过程.结果表明:在一定的运动条件下,由于重复滚压作用,接触表面发生硬化并达到安定极限状态,生成有规律的短波长变形;钢轨表面塑性变形受枕木间距的影响;就具有随动硬化特性的钢轨材料而言,当摩擦系数μ<0.3时,屈服现象发生在材料表层下方;随着摩擦系数的增大,接触表面的切向力增大,安定极限的临界接触压力Po降低,屈服点移向接触表面,材料失效加快.  相似文献

Polymer matrix composites are widely used in the automotive industry and undergo fatigue loadings. The investigation of the nonlinear cyclic behaviour of such materials is a required preliminary work for a confident fatigue design, but has not involved many publications in the literature. This paper presents an extensive experimental study conducted on a polyamide 66 reinforced with 35 wt% of short glass fibres (PA66 GF35), at room temperature. The material was tested in two conditions: dry-as-moulded (DAM) and at the equilibrium with air containing 50% of relative humidity (RH50).An exhaustive experimental campaign in tensile mode has been carried out, including various strain or stress rates, complex mechanical histories and local thermo-mechanical recordings. Such an extended database allowed us to highlight several complex physical phenomena: viscoelastic effects at different time scales, irrecoverable mechanisms, non-linear kinematic hardening, non-linear viscous flow rule, cyclic softening.Taking into account this advanced analysis, a constitutive model describing the cyclic behaviour is proposed. As the experimental database only includes uniaxial tensile tests, the general 3D anisotropic frame is reduced to an uniaxial model valid for a specific orientation distribution. The robust identification process is based on tests which enable the uncoupling between the underlined mechanical features. This strategy leads to a model which accurately predicts the cyclic behaviour of conditioned as well as dry materials under complex tensile loadings.  相似文献

在考虑具有可变效应的移动热源影响、制动盘与片的弹性影响以及界面摩擦热流影响等的耦合作用下,建立了一个三维瞬态盘式制动器热-结构耦合模型,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS的非线性多场耦合分析方法,分别数值模拟了不同状态下的制动器摩擦接触界面上的压力场分布情况.发现制动接触压力并非均匀分布,而是与制动盘和片的变形、摩擦力以及摩擦热-结构耦合有关.  相似文献
