本文对NiTi形状记忆合金I型裂纹尖端热力耦合行为进行了数值仿真分析和实验验证。建立了包含相变和热力耦合的本构模型,通过有限元计算得到了裂纹尖端附近的纵向应变、马氏体体积分数和温度场分布,依据马氏体相变情况对裂纹尖端有效应力强度因子进行了修正,揭示了加载速率对形状记忆合金裂纹尖端有效应力强度影子的影响规律。参数研究表明,随着加载频率的增加,裂纹尖端附近温度逐渐升高,马氏体相变区域逐渐缩小,有效应力强度因子呈下降趋势,形状记忆合金表现出增韧效应,有助于减缓裂纹扩展。本研究结果对于揭示热力耦合作用下超弹性形状记忆合金疲劳裂纹扩展规律具有重要参考意义。  相似文献

形状记忆合金是由马氏体相和奥氏体相组成的非均质材料,热力载荷及相变不可避免地在材料中引起残余微应力场,它与外界驱动力的叠加可能导致低应力水平下发生马氏体相变或逆相变.论文假设马氏体相变及逆相变的驱动力是马氏体体积分数的连续函数,发展了形状记忆合金伪弹性的本构描述及相应的数值分析方法.分析表明,所发展的方法与理想相变模型间的误差远小于已有工作中引入的容许误差.对形状记忆合金单晶伪弹性响应的计算结果与试验结果或已有模型计算结果的比较表明所发展的方法具有较高的精度.此外,所发展的方法具有明晰的物理背景,且无需对每个变体的相变发生与否及其方向进行判断,简化了计算过程,提高了计算效率和收敛性.  相似文献

NiTi形状记忆合金具有很强的超弹性行为,这种超弹性行为是由于材料在应力作用下发生可逆的马氏体相变所引起。最近Sun和Lee^[4]在NiTi形状记忆合金管单向拉伸试验中观测到,应力诱导马氏体相变具有螺旋带状的形貌特征,本文对此作了数值模拟研究。采用包含应变软化效应的三线性本构关系,建立了NiTi形状记忆合金管的三维有限元模型。通过迭代计算,成功地再现了试验中所观察到的螺旋状相变带从形成到长大的全过程。数值计算结果表明,产生这一独特现象的力学机制,在于NiTi形状记忆合金管在拉伸状态下出现的局部变形失稳极其传播。  相似文献

形状记忆合金是由马氏体和奥氏体组成并动态变化的两相材料 ,其拟弹性行为实质上是两相各自行为的动态组合。本文提出了形状记忆合金拟弹性行为的一种热力学描述。根据实验现象假设在感兴趣的温度和变形范围内 ,奥氏体相具有线弹性特性而马氏体相具有弹塑性特性 ,结合 Tanaka的相变描述 ,给出了小变形、初始各向同性和塑性不可压缩条件下形状记忆合金的三维本构方程。对不同温度下形状记忆合金材料的特性进行了描述 ,较好地预言了单调及循环加载下的响应和正、反相变行为及其温度影响 ,动态相变过程对应力响应的影响 ,高温相下的强度增加等。  相似文献

超弹性镍钛形状记忆合金因其良好的力学性能以及独特的超弹性和形状记忆效应已广泛应用于土木工程、航空航天和生物医疗等多个领域,在实际服役环境中超弹性镍钛合金元件不可避免地会承受不同应力水平的循环载荷作用,亟待建立描述相变棘轮行为(即峰值应变和谷值应变随着正相变和逆相变循环的进行不断累积)的循环本构模型.为此,基于已有的超弹性镍钛形状记忆合金在不同峰值应力下的单轴相变棘轮行为实验研究结果,在广义黏塑性框架下,对Graesser等提出的通过背应力非线性演化方程反映超弹性镍钛形状记忆合金超弹性行为的一维宏观唯像本构模型进行了拓展,考虑了正相变和逆相变过程中特征变量的差异及其随循环的演化,以非弹性应变的累积量为内变量引入了正相变开始应力、逆相变开始应力、相变应变和残余应变的演化方程,同时通过峰值应力与正相变完成应力的比值来确定演化方程中的相关系数,建立了描述超弹性镍钛合金单轴相变棘轮行为的本构模型.将模拟结果与对应的实验结果进行对比发现,建立的宏观唯像本构模型能够合理地描述超弹性镍钛形状记忆合金的单轴相变棘轮行为及其峰值应力依赖性,模型的预测结果和实验结果吻合得很好.  相似文献

基于Lagoudas形状记忆合金(SMA)三维本构模型,假设材料为各向同性,推导了SMA平面应力状态的增量型本构方程,继而编写了ABAQUS用户自定义材料(UMAT)子程序,研究了在双向拉伸情况下,外载荷、温度、椭圆孔口长短轴之比对超弹性SMA椭圆孔口板中应力诱发马氏体相变区的影响。数值结果表明:应力诱发马氏体相变首先发生在椭圆孔口长轴端点部位,在外加载荷作用下逐渐扩展到板内,并由内向外形成马氏体相区、相变混合区和奥氏体相区;SMA板内应力诱发马氏体完全相变区面积与施加外载荷成正相关,与温度成负相关;随着椭圆孔口长短轴之比增大,SMA板内应力诱发马氏体完全相变区面积呈现出先减小后增大的趋势;拉应力差值相同时,相较于拉应力沿椭圆孔口长轴方向较大的情况,当拉应力沿椭圆孔口短轴方向较大时,SMA板内完全相变区面积较大,椭圆孔口周边应力集中现象更明显。  相似文献

基于对伪弹性形状记忆合金(SMA)典型应力-应变曲线的特征分析,在原Graesser本构模型中增加简洁多项式来描述SMA应力诱发马氏体相变完成后在变形马氏体相下继续加载阶段的变形特征;并引入应变幅值与混相下SMA弹性模量的关系来改进不同应变幅值下卸载时SMA的应力-应变关系,从而提出了一种新的SMA一维本构关系模拟其伪弹性力学行为。该模型对直径为0.5mm的NiTi合金丝的拉伸加载、卸载试验曲线的模拟结果表明:改进本构模型与原Graesser模型相比,其能够准确地模拟SMA在不同应变幅值下加载和卸载应力-应变关系。此外,通过研究SMA本构模型的物理关系,推导出了控制SMA滞回曲线特征的关键参数fT与相变临界应力、弹性常数之间的明确关系,可利用该关系直接确定参数fT,摆脱了只靠试算获取该参数的传统做法,其准确性得到了试验验证。  相似文献

形状记忆合金(SMA)是一类应用前景广阔的智能材料系统, 其最基本的宏观响应特性是在不同温度和应力条件下的相变超弹性和形状记忆特性.近年来, 形状记忆合金本构模型发展迅速, 其在工程结构振动控制领域中的研究和应用也得到了广泛地关注.与此同时, 许多学者将SMA用于当前迅速发展的智能材料结构,发展了一系列SMA复合材料本构模型, 成为目前SMA的应用研究的热点.本文针对形状记忆合金本构模型的发展状况, 首先回顾了近年来常用的和新发展的SMA本构模型, 并根据其包含的力学特点和基本理论将其进行了比较归类, 分析了各类模型特点和适用范围;其次从微/宏观角度介绍了有广阔应用前景的SMA智能复合材料的本构模型的发展状况;接着简要的综述了几类较为实用的SMA本构模型在实现结构的主/被控制、变形控制及结构裂纹诊断与控制等方面的应用现状.最后对目前本构模型的发展趋势、工程应用问题提出了一些看法和展望.   相似文献

基于塑性力学中屈服面的概率以及Liang和Brinson提出的马氏体体积百分量和应力,温度间的关系,提出了适用于描述多信形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应和伪弹性效应的本构模型,并用T.T.法对该本构模型进行了非线性有限元实施,算例表明该本构模型与实验结果比较吻合,且只需对现有非线性有限元程度稍做修改就可得到实施,简单易行,有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

Acoustical scattering in waveguides is studied in this paper. The Wave Finite Element (WFE) approach is mainly used, since it allows the reduction of problems dealing with periodic waveguides. The paper deals with guided acoustical propagation, that is, propagation in a main direction is privileged. The scattering by a locally reacting lining is first studied. The liner can be characterised by its local impedance in this case. The equivalent surface impedance is therefore calculated. Then, scattering by a porous layer is considered. A full three-dimensional modelling of the lining is preferred since porous materials are bulk reacting. The scattering matrix of the lined part is computed, and acoustical scattering of high-order modes and conversion between modes are highlighted. The acoustic power attenuation is further evaluated. The response of ducts subjected to constraining boundary conditions is also calculated. Numerical results are presented and compared to those obtained with conventional approaches.  相似文献

采用激光剪切干涉法测量了汽油机燃烧室内的温度场,并分析了剪切干涉法测温的基本原理,推导出利用干涉条纹图求解温度分布的关系式。在一台二冲程火花点火发动机上设置石英窗和信号同步系统,建立了适合高速摄影的激光剪切干涉测量装置。通过改变剪切干涉量,测取发动机燃烧室内干涉条纹图,从而获得缸内燃烧的二维温度场。结果表明,激光剪切干涉法抗振性强,光路简单可靠,可以进行高速摄像,是研究内燃机燃烧过程的有效方法。从温度场可以看出,燃烧过程中缸内大致可分为三个区,即已燃区、未燃区和燃烧区,具有不同的温度分布和温度梯度。燃烧区温度最高,温度梯度大;已燃区温度次之,梯度较小;未燃区温度最低,但梯度较大。  相似文献

The classical brachistochrone is considered with the inclusion of a resistant force, which is due to Coulomb friction, in addition to the uniform gravitational force that is present. The solution to this problem is expressed in terms of standard functions, and it is developed in two separate ways by means of constrained variational calculus methods. These ways involve formulations of the problem in terms of temporal and spatial independent variables, respectively. The equations of motion that result in both cases are non-linear and coupled. 本文针对山西朔州典型黄土,利用素黄土与石灰粉煤灰、石灰水泥、水泥粉煤灰三种改良黄土,进行了击实特性、抗剪强度特性及崩解特性试验研究,提出了黄土改良的最佳方案,并采用该方案对山西某煤矿电梯井填方段进行了数值模拟分析,验证了石灰粉煤灰改良黄土工程应用的可行性。试验结果表明:粉煤灰与黄土形成致密的混合结构,石灰的掺入,激活了粉煤灰的活性,发生了一系列的水化反应,使改良黄土的强度大大提高,改良黄土在物理力学性质方面有明显改善。  相似文献

2008年5月12日,汶川M80地震在四川省绵竹市清平乡文家沟内诱发一巨型滑坡。通过现场调查得知,滑坡前后缘高差455m,厚度20~30m,滑面为基岩层面,初始方量2750×107m3。滑体在运动中转化为碎屑流。滑坡-碎屑流总的水平运动距离为4022m,垂直运动距离为1443m,遗留的堆积物体积达5×107m3。滑坡距映秀—北川断裂仅36km,位于其下盘,地震烈度达XI度。滑坡导致文家沟中48人遇害,并形成一条完整的地震次生地质灾害链。初步分析表明滑坡启动速度快,滑坡向碎屑流转化过程明显、地点明确。碎屑流运动过程复杂,伴有强烈的“气垫效应”和“前缘气浪冲击效应”。作者认为,文家沟滑坡的高启动速度是长持时强烈地震动作用的结果,与山体的猛烈碰撞是导致滑体解体并转化为碎屑流的原因。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of a non-uniform mesh in two dimensions (2D). A change in mesh size will, in general, result in spurious refraction (and reflection) which is entirely numerical (rather than physical) in origin. To facilitate the analysis, the mesh geometry has been highly simplified in that only a single change in mesh size is considered. The analysis is based on a finite element wave model. The domain consists of two conterminous regions discernible only by their different nodal spacings in the x-direction. The interface between the two regions is internal to the mesh and is a straight line. The model is based upon the Crank-Nicolson linear finite element scheme applied to the second order wave equation. The results of the analysis are confirmed by numerical experiments. It is shown that under particular numerical conditions total internal reflection may occur and when this is the case, the transmitted wave is evanescent. An analysis of the energy flux associated with the incident, reflected and trasmitted waves shows that energy is conserved across the interface between the two regions.  相似文献

The steady sliding frictional contact problem between a moving rigid indentor of arbitrary shape and an isotropic homogeneous elastic half-space in plane strain is extensively analysed. The case where the friction coefficient is a step function (with respect to the space variable), that is, where there are jumps in the friction coefficient, is considered. The problem is put under the form of a variational inequality which is proved to always have a solution which, in addition, is unique in some cases. The solutions exhibit different kinds of universal singularities that are explicitly given. In particular, it is shown that the nature of the universal stress singularity at a jump of the friction coefficient is different depending on the sign of the jump.  相似文献

纳米结构(包括纳米杆)的力学性能是纳米超微型器件设计的基础,分子动力学是研究纳米结构力学为的有效方法,采用EAM势模拟金属铜纳米杆在轴向压力作用下的力学行为,结果表明,当外力较小时,纳米杆受压发生纵向收缩;当外力达到某一临界值时,纳米杆发生横向弯曲(即屈曲)行为;稳定的弯曲状态能继承受外载,当外力继续增大时,纳米杆发生倾覆而失效。  相似文献

This paper presents a parametric model to study the transient bending wave propagation in a viscoelastic sandwich plate due to impact loading. The effect of partial constrained layer damping (PCLD) geometry on wave propagation is investigated by comparing with propagation in single layer elastic plate. Several boundary conditions are also considered, and their effect on wave propagation is highlighted.The equation of motion is obtained from Lagrange’s equations. For the single layer plate, the governing equation is solved in time domain using Newman and Wilson method. For the plate with PCLD, the frequency dependant viscoelastic behavior of the core is represented by Prony series; the equation of motion is converted into frequency domain using Fourier transform the displacement is obtained in the frequency domain and is converted into time domain with the Inverse Fast Fourier Transform.The model was validated in our previous paper (Khalfi and Ross (2013)) with experimental results, additional validation is carried in this paper with literature, and good agreement is recorded. The results show that the plate covered with PCLD remains a dispersive medium. The shape of the wave is mainly related to the sandwich stiffness while the viscoelastic layer contributes in reducing the amplitude and speed of propagation. The particularity of this transient model lies in its ability to follow the shape of the bending wave at all times to observe formation, propagation and disappearance. With this model, the influence of any structural input parameters on the bending wave can be studied. The findings presented will also serve as a research base for more advanced horizons.  相似文献
