This paper studies parameter identification problems for input nonlinear finite impulse response systems with moving average noise (i.e., input nonlinear finite impulse response moving average systems). Since the identification model of the system contains the product of the parameters of the nonlinear part and the linear part, we use the key variables separation technique and express the output of the system as the linear combination of all parameters, and then derive a Newton iterative identification method. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective.  相似文献

An inverse problem for identification of the coefficient in heat-conduction equation is considered. After reducing the problem to a nonlinear ill-posed operator equation, Newton type iterative methods are considered. The implicit iterative method is applied to the linearized Newton equation, and the key step in the process is that a new reasonable a posteriori stopping rule for the inner iteration is presented. Numerical experiments for the new method as well as for Tikhonov method and Bakushikskii method are given, and these results show the obvious advantages of the new method over the other ones.  相似文献

This paper discusses the identification problems of Hammerstein controlled autoregressive autoregressive (CARAR) systems using the maximum likelihood principle and Newton optimization method. A Newton recursive algorithm and a Newton iterative algorithm using the maximum likelihood principle are presented. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithms can effectively estimate the parameters of the Hammerstein CARAR systems.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the identification problem of Wiener nonlinear systems with non-uniform sampling. The mathematical model for the Wiener nonlinear system is established from the non-uniformly sampled input–output data. In order to solve the identification problem of the Wiener nonlinear system with the unmeasurable variables in the information vector, the gradient-based iterative algorithm is presented by replacing the unmeasurable variables with their corresponding iterative estimates. Finally, the simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective.  相似文献

This paper considers iterative identification problems for a class of nonlinear systems with colored noises, which can be described by a linear-in-parameters output error autoregressive model. A gradient-based iterative (GI) algorithm, a filtered GI algorithm, and a filtered three-stage GI algorithm are developed using the decomposition technique and filtering technique, and their computational efficiencies are analyzed and compared. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithms can estimate effectively the parameters of nonlinear systems.  相似文献

针对柔性空间索网天线的非线性特点,建立了基于参变量变分描述索网拉压非线性和共旋列式描述几何非线性的有限元控制方程,应用Lernke与改进牛顿法进行求解.通过对索网预张力平衡计算,证明改进牛顿法比Newton-Raphson法具有更强的收敛能力.进一步将力密度法迭代原理与有限元法结合应用于索网天线的非线性找形分析中,获得了理想的索网构型.本文的索网找形方法可广泛应用于空间索网天线结构的设计.  相似文献

We deal with the numerical solution of the non‐stationary compressible Navier–Stokes equations with the aid of the backward difference formula – discontinuous Galerkin finite element method. This scheme is sufficiently stable, efficient and accurate with respect to the space as well as time coordinates. The nonlinear algebraic systems arising from the backward difference formula – discontinuous Galerkin finite element discretization are solved by an iterative Newton‐like method. The main benefit of this paper are residual error estimates that are able to identify the computational errors following from the space and time discretizations and from the inexact solution of the nonlinear algebraic systems. Thus, we propose an efficient algorithm where the algebraic, spatial and temporal errors are balanced. This paper considers iterative identification problems for a Hammerstein nonlinear system which consists of a memoryless nonlinear block followed by a linear dynamical block. The difficulty of identification is that the Hammerstein nonlinear system contains the products of the parameters of the nonlinear part and the linear part, which leads to the unidentifiability of the parameters. In order to obtain unique parameter estimates, we express the output of the system as a linear combination of all the system parameters by means of the key-term separation principle and derive a gradient based iterative identification algorithm by replacing the unknown variables in the information vectors with their estimates. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can work well.  相似文献

This paper proposes an inexact Newton method via the Lanczos decomposed technique for solving the box-constrained nonlinear systems. An iterative direction is obtained by solving an affine scaling quadratic model with the Lanczos decomposed technique. By using the interior backtracking line search technique, an acceptable trial step length is found along this direction. The global convergence and the fast local convergence rate of the proposed algorithm are established under some reasonable conditions. Furthermore, the results of the numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the pro- posed algorithm.  相似文献

This paper develops a multistage least squares based iterative algorithm to estimate the parameters of feedback nonlinear systems with moving average noise from input–output data. Since that the identification model is bilinear on the unknown parameter space, the solution is to decompose a system into several subsystems with each of which is linear about its parameter vector, then to replace the unknown noise terms in the information vectors with their corresponding estimates at the previous iteration of each subsystem, and estimate each subsystem, respectively. For bilinear systems with colored noise, this paper gives the input–output representation of the bilinear systems through eliminating the state variables in the model and derives a three-stage gradient-based iterative algorithm and a three-stage least-squares-based iterative algorithm for identifying the parameters of the input–output representation by means of the hierarchical identification principle. A gradient-based iterative (GI) algorithm is given for comparison. Compared with the GI algorithm, the proposed algorithms have lower computational burden and faster convergence speed. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithms are more effective for identifying bilinear systems.  相似文献

This paper presents a gradient-based iterative identification algorithm and an auxiliary-model-based multi-innovation generalized extended stochastic gradient algorithm for input nonlinear systems with autoregressive moving average (ARMA) noises, i.e., the input nonlinear Box–Jenkins (IN–BJ) systems. The estimation errors given by the gradient-based iterative algorithm are smaller than the generalized extended stochastic gradient algorithm under same data lengths. In this article, a Newton iterative mixed finite element method is presented for solving the stationary conduction–convection problems in two dimensions. The stability and the errors generated by both partitioning the space and solving nonlinear equations are analysed, which show that our method is stable and has good precision.
