A finite element formulation of the piezoelectric vibrations of quartz resonators based on Mindlin plate theory is derived. The higher-order plate theory is employed for the development of a collection of successively higher-order plate elements which can be effective for a broad frequency range including the fundamental and overtone modes of thickness-shear vibrations. The presence of electrodes is also considered for their mechanical effects.The mechanical displacements and electric potential are combined into a generalized displacement field, and the subsequent derivations are carried out with all the generalized equations. Through the standard finite element procedure, the vibration frequency, the vibration mode shapes and the electric potential distribution are obtained. The frequency spectra are compared with some well-known experimental results with good agreement.Our previous experience with finite element analysis of high-frequency quartz plate vibrations leads us to believe that memory and computing time will always remain as key issues despite the advances in computers. Hence, the use of sparse matrix techniques, efficient eigenvalue solvers, and other reduction procedures are explored.  相似文献

基于应变梯度理论建立了单层石墨烯等效明德林(Mindlin) 板动力学方程,推导了四边简支明德林中厚板自由振动固有频率的解析解. 提出了一种考虑应变梯度的4 节点36 自由度明德林板单元,利用虚功原理建立了单层石墨烯的等效非局部板有限元模型. 通过对石墨烯振动问题的研究,验证了应变梯度有限元计算结果的收敛性. 运用该有限元法研究了尺寸、振动模态阶数以及非局部参数对石墨烯振动特性的影响. 研究表明,这种单元能够较好地适用于研究考虑复杂边界条件石墨烯的尺度效应问题. 基于应变梯度理论的明德林板所获得石墨烯的固有频率小于基于经典明德林板理论得到的结果. 尺寸较小、模态阶数较高的石墨烯振动尺度效应更加明显. 无论采用应变梯度理论还是经典弹性本构关系,考虑一阶剪切变形的明德林板模型预测的固有频率低于基尔霍夫(Kirchho) 板所预测的固有频率.   相似文献

In this paper, vibration band gap properties of periodic Mindlin plate structure with two simply supported opposite edges are studied using the spectral element method (SEM). Based on the Mindlin plate theory (MPT), the spectral Mindlin plate stiffness matrix is deduced. The spectral equation of the whole periodic structure is further established. Frequency responses are calculated by the spectral equations to illustrate band gap properties. Compared with the results based on the classic plate theory (CPT), the effects of the shear and rotary inertia on the band gap properties are analyzed. The results are also compared with those calculated by the finite element method (FEM). It can be observed that the SEM is more accurate in high frequency ranges. Furthermore, the influences of the material properties and structure dimension on the band gap behaviors are investigated.  相似文献

首次给出了四边简支的 Mindlin 矩形微板热弹性阻尼的解析解. 基于考虑一阶剪切变形的 Mindlin 板理论和单向耦合热传导理论建立了微板热弹性耦合自由振动控制微分方程. 忽略温度梯度在面内的变化,在上下表面绝热边界条件下求得了用变形几何量表示的温度场的解析解. 进一步将包含热弯曲内力的结构振动方程转化为只包含挠度振幅的四阶偏微分方程. 利用特征值问题之间在数学上的相似性,在四边简支条件下给出了用无阻尼 Kirchhoff 微板的固有频率表示的 Mindlin 矩形微板的复频率解析解,从而利用复频率法求得了反映热弹性阻尼水平的逆品质因子. 最后,通过数值结果定量地分析了剪切变形、材料以及几何参数对热弹性阻尼的影响 规律. 结果表明,Mindlin 板理论预测的热弹性阻尼小于 Kirchhoff 板理论预测的热弹性阻尼. 两种理论预测的热弹性阻尼之间的差值在临界厚度附近十分显著. 另外,随着微板的边/厚比增大,Mindlin 微板的热弹性阻尼最大值单调增大,而 Kirchhoff 微板的热弹性阻尼最大值却保持不变.   相似文献

结构与颗粒材料相互作用广泛存在于各工程领域,其研究过程中涉及的连续-离散耦合计算方法面对诸多挑战.本文提出了粘接-映射混合算法来研究连续体与离散介质耦合动力学问题.将连续体模型划分为内部区域及与颗粒接触的边界区域.边界区域采用粘接算法模拟连续体外部形状并使用高效的球形接触判断准则;提出一种包含Rayleigh阻尼映射的有限元映射质点弹簧算法来精确计算连续体内部区域内力和变形.二者相结合构成粘接-映射混合算法,并引入计算机集群和GPU(图形处理器)并行技术,对埋没于颗粒材料中受激振动固支方板的连续-离散耦合动力学问题进行了数值仿真研究.结果表明,粘接-映射混合算法有利于双层级并行算法的程序实现及优化,并在连续-离散耦合界面进行快速接触判断的同时实现对颗粒材料中方板位移、变形、振动形态等参数的研究.通过定幅扫频和定频变幅方式考察激振力频率和幅值对振动板非线性动力学行为的影响并观察到二倍周期现象,同时给出了该连续-离散耦合系统中颗粒体系的能量耗散特性.   相似文献

功能梯度材料微板谐振器热弹性阻尼的建模和预测是此类新型谐振器热?弹耦合振动响应的新课题. 本文采用数学分析方法研究了四边简支功能梯度材料中厚度矩形微板的热弹性阻尼. 基于明德林中厚板理论和单向耦合热传导理论建立了材料性质沿着厚度连续变化的功能梯度微板热弹性自由振动控制微分方程. 在上下表面绝热边界条件下采用分层均匀化方法求解变系数热传导方程, 获得了用变形几何量表示的变温场的解析解. 从而将包含热弯曲内力的结构振动方程转化为只包含挠度振幅的偏微分方程. 然后,利用特征值问题在数学上的相似性,求得了四边简支条件下功能梯度材料明德林矩形微板的复频率解析解, 进而利用复频率法获得了反映谐振器热弹性阻尼水平的逆品质因子. 最后, 给出了材料性质沿板厚按幂函数变化的陶瓷?金属组分功能梯度矩形微板的热弹性阻尼数值结果. 定量地分析了横向剪切变形、材料梯度变化以及几何参数对热弹性阻尼的影响规律. 结果表明, 采用明德林板理论预测的热弹性阻尼值小于基尔霍夫板理论的预测结果, 而且两者的差别随着相对厚度的增大而变得显著.   相似文献

针对飞行器中常见的壁板结构,运用能量原理和变分方法,建立了定常温度场下复合材料壁板振动的控制方程以及相应的有限元分析模型。分析了热环境对壁板振动特性影响的机理,同时提出了一种针对热环境下复合材料壁板振动特性分析的线性化计算方法。采用这种方法,热环境的影响以一个热刚度项和一个热载荷项的形式出现在常温下的振动运动方程中,由此可以较准确地模拟热效应对结构振动特性的影响。通过对热环境下复合材料壁板振动固有特性数值分析结果的对比,验证了本文方法的可行性和计算精度。同时分析结果表明,热效应产生的诱导应力对结构刚度的影响是导致壁板固有振动频率降低的主要原因。  相似文献

设计了一种由圆柱形散射体嵌入环氧树脂基体而组成的周期阵列局域共振型声子晶体板结构, 分析了其平直带区域以及缺陷态的能量集中特性, 并研究了其振动能量采集特性. 首先基于超元胞法结合有限元方法分析了5 $\times$ 5完美声子晶体结构和缺陷态声子晶体结构的能带曲线和能量传输特性; 考虑点缺陷局域共振声子晶体结构的能量集中特性, 利用压电材料代替超元胞中某点的散射体材料引入点缺陷, 分析其振动能量采集特性, 结果表明单个5 $\times$ 5点缺陷超胞结构共振频带较窄; 为提升俘能效率, 提出两种由3个具有不同缺陷态数量和构型的5 $\times$ 5超元胞结构并联而成的5 $\times$ 15声子晶体板结构, 机电耦合特性分析结果表明: 所提出的局域共振型声子晶体板结构克服了单个点缺陷超胞结构缺陷模过少、共振频带过窄的局限性, 拓宽了俘能器的工作频带, 提高了输出电压; 此外, 引入不同的缺陷态数量和构型, 可以进一步拓宽俘能带宽, 实现更好的俘能效果.   相似文献

In this paper, we focus on the computation of stress resultants of a floating elastic plate using the Mindlin plate theory. The proposed method makes use of the linear wave theory and shallow-draft assumption. However, the usual Kirchhoff theory is replaced by the Mindlin theory for the plate. For a single frequency, the coupled water-plate problem is solved using a higher-order-coupled finite element–boundary element method. The solutions for the stress-resultants computed using the proposed method are more satisfactory than these based on the Kirchhoff plate theory.  相似文献

In this paper, the coupled extension and thickness- twist vibrations are studied for AT-cut quartz plates under Lateral Field Excitation (LFE) with variations along the x1- direction. Mindlin's two-dimensional equations are used for anisotropic crystal plates. Both free and electrically forced vibrations are considered. Important vibration characteristics are obtained, including dispersion relations, frequency spectra, and motional capacitances. It is shown that, to avoid the effects of the couplings between extension and thickness-twist vibrations, a series of discrete values of the length/thickness ratio of the crystal plate need to be excluded. The results are of fundamental significance for the design of LFE resonators and sensors.  相似文献

A simple and accurate mixed finite element-differential quadrature formulation is proposed to study the free vibration of rectangular and skew Mindlin plates with general boundary conditions. In this technique, the original plate problem is reduced to two simple bar (or beam) problems. One bar problem is discretized by the finite element method (FEM) while the other by the differential quadrature method (DQM). The mixed method, in general, combines the geometry flexibility of the FEM and high accuracy and efficiency of the DQM and its implementation is more easier and simpler than the case where the FEM or DQM is fully applied to the problem. Moreover, the proposed formulation is free of the shear locking phenomenon that may be encountered in the conventional shear deformable finite elements. A simple scheme is also presented to exactly implement the mixed natural boundary conditions of the plate problem. The versatility, accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method for free vibration analysis of rectangular and skew Mindlin plates are tested against other solution procedures. It is revealed that the proposed method can produce highly accurate solutions for the natural frequencies of rectangular and skew Mindlin plates with general boundary conditions.  相似文献

从有限元分析和数值模拟及实验验证的角度研究了黏弹夹芯板的频率依赖振动特性。夹芯板中间层为黏弹性材料,其刚度和阻尼的频率依赖性行为直接影响系统的模态频率和阻尼,并导致振动模式求解的复杂化。采用三阶七参数Biot模型描述黏弹性材料频率相关的黏弹性行为。开发了三层四节点28自由度的夹芯板单元,基于经典板理论和哈密顿原理建立了黏弹夹芯板的有限元动力学方程。通过引入辅助耗散坐标,将Biot模型和黏弹夹芯板的有限元动力学模型结合起来,并将其转化为常规二阶线性系统形式,极大简化了求解非线性振动特性的过程。对一边固定、另三边自由的黏弹夹芯板进行了前三阶固有频率和损耗因子的预测,并与实验结果对比。数值模拟结果和实验结果吻合良好,说明所提有限元方法是正确有效的。  相似文献

A new two-eigenfunctions theory, using the amplitude deflection and the generalized curvature as two fundamental eigenfunctions, is proposed for the free vibration solutions of a rectangular Mindlin plate. The three classical eigenvalue differential equations of a Mindlin plate are reformulated to arrive at two new eigenvalue differential equations for the proposed theory. The closed form eigensolutions, which are solved from the two differential equations by means of the method of separation of variables are identical with those via Kirchhoff plate theory for thin plate, and can be employed to predict frequencies for any combinations of simply supported and clamped edge conditions. The free edges can also be dealt with if the other pair of opposite edges are simply supported. Some of the solutions were not available before. The frequency parameters agree closely with the available ones through pb-2 Rayleigh-Ritz method for different aspect ratios and relative thickness of plate.  相似文献

The basic equations of the Mindlin theory are specified as starting point for its modification in which total deflection and rotations are split into pure bending deflection and shear deflection with bending angles of rotation, and in-plane shear angles. The equilibrium equations of the former displacement field are split into one partial differential equation for flexural vibrations. In the latter case two differential equations for in-plane shear vibrations are obtained, which are similar to the well-known membrane equations. Rectangular shear locking-free finite element for flexural vibrations is developed. For in-plane shear vibrations ordinary membrane finite elements can be used. Application of the modified Mindlin theory is illustrated in a case of simply supported square plate. Problems are solved analytically and by FEM and the obtained results are compared with the relevant ones available in the literature.  相似文献

Orthotropic circular annular plates have a lot of applications in engineering such as space structures and rotary machines. In this paper, frequency equations for the in-plane vibration of the orthotropic circular annular plate for general boundary conditions were derived. To obtain the frequency equation, first the equation of motion for the circular annular plate in the cylindrical coordinate is derived by using the stress-strain- displacement expressions. Helmholtz decomposition is used to uncouple the equations of motion. The wave equation is obtained by assumption a harmonic solution for the uncoupled equations. Using the separation of the variables leads to the general wave equation solution and the in-plane displacements in the r and θ directions. Finally, boundary conditions are exerted and the natural frequency is derived for general boundary conditions. The obtained results are validated by comparing with the previously reported and those from finite element analysis.  相似文献

回顾了有限元并行计算发展的历史,阐述了微机网络并行计算环境的意义,给出了基于微机网络并行环境的杆壳组合结构动力分析并行算法,该算法包括杆壳组合结构总刚度矩阵和总质量矩阵的并行计算以及求解广义特征值问题的并行子空间迭代法的并行计算,在多台微机上安装PVM.使用Linux操作系统.构成分布式微机网络并行计算环境,将上述算法用于某型号飞机机翼及某型号挂架动力特性的并行计算,在该并行环境下的教值试验表明所给算法是非常有效的。  相似文献

We study the effects of a small curvature of the middle plane of a thickness-shear mode crystal plate resonator on its vibration frequencies, modes and acceleration sensitivity. Two-dimensional equations for coupled thickness-shear, flexural and extensional vibrations of a shallow shell are used. The equations are simplified to a single equation for thickness-shear, and two equations for coupled thickness-shear and extension. Equations with different levels of coupling are used to study vibrations of rotated Y-cut quartz and langasite resonators. The influence of the middle plane curvature and coupling to extension is examined. The effect of middle plane curvature on normal acceleration sensitivity is also studied. It is shown that the middle plane curvature causes a frequency shift as large as 10−8 g−1 under a normal acceleration. These results have practical implications for the design of concave–convex and plano-convex resonators.  相似文献

本文基于各向异性修正偶应力理论建立了只含一个尺度参数的Reddy型复合材料层合板的自由振动模型。同见诸于文献的细观尺度Kirchhoff薄板偶应力模型相比,本文提出的新模型能够更精确的预测细观尺度下的中、厚层合板的自振频率。基于Hamilton原理推导了细观尺度下Reddy型复合材料层合板的运动微分方程以及边界条件,并以正交铺设的四边简支复合材料层合方板为例进行了解析求解,分析了尺度参数对自振频率的影响并对比了Kirchhoff、Mindlin和Reddy等三种板模型计算结果的异同。算例结果表明本文所给出的模型能够捕捉到复合材料层合板自由振动问题的尺度效应。另外,在细观尺度下Kirchhoff板模型所预测的自振频率相对于Mindlin板模型和Reddy板模型总是过高,且越接近厚板三者的差别就越大,这与经典理论中三种板模型的对比情况是一致的。  相似文献
