用IFA300恒温热线风速仪精细测量风洞中不同雷诺数流动条件下的平板湍流边界层近壁区域对数律平均速度剖面.利用平板湍流边界层近壁区域的对数律平均速度剖面与壁面摩擦速度、流体黏性系数等内尺度物理量的关系和壁面摩擦速度与壁面摩擦切应力的关系,在准确测量平板湍流边界层近壁区域对数律平均速度剖面的基础上,测量平板湍流边界层的壁面摩擦阻力.实现了平板湍流边界层壁面摩擦阻力的无干扰或微小干扰测量.该种方法操作简便,不需要在流场中安装测力天平、传感器等复杂的测量装置,不需要对湍流边界层的壁面进行破坏,不会影响湍流边界层壁面附近区域原有的流场条件,是一种切实可行的测量平板湍流边界层壁面摩擦阻力的简便方法.  相似文献

用IFA-300热线风速仪以高于对应最小湍流时间尺度的分辨率精细测量了风洞中不同壁面涂料的管道湍流边界层不同法向位置流向速度分量的时间序列信号,利用湍流边界层近壁区域对数律平均速度剖面与壁面摩擦速度、流体黏性系数等内尺度物理量的关系和壁面摩擦速度与壁面摩擦切应力的关系,在准确测量湍流边界层近壁区域对数律平均速度剖面的基础上,间接测量湍流边界层的壁面摩擦阻力.对不同壁面涂料的壁湍流脉动速度信号用子波分析进行多尺度分解,用子波系数的瞬时强度因子和平坦因子检测管道湍流边界层中的多尺度相干结构,提取不同尺度相干结构的条件相位平均波形,对比研究输气管道壁面涂料的减阻机理.  相似文献

应用三维粒子动态分析仪(threedimensionalparticledynamicsanalyzer),测量了含有230μm颗粒的气固两相水平流的特性,特别是壁面边界层内的两相流动特性.结果表明颗粒载荷比(质量流率)对相间作用有较大影响,随颗粒流率的增加颗粒对气流平均速度和湍流的影响增大,颗粒使气流速度边界展变薄.颗粒和气流相互作用在不同方向上呈各向异性,颗粒对气流垂直方向的脉动影响较大.颗粒与湍流边界层气流的作用行为大致可以分成三个区域:贴壁区、中间区和外流区.  相似文献

应用LDV技术对沟槽面及光滑面湍流边界层流速和湍流度分布进行了精细的测量,实验结果表明:与光滑面相比,沟槽面湍流边界层时均流速分布对数公式中具有较大的积分常数C值,且沟槽面湍流度最大值较小,但其出现的位置距壁面较远。另外,偏斜因子及平坦因子的分布特性区别不大,但是在近壁区内沟槽面结果波动较大。  相似文献

采用二维LDV系统对圆管中装有四孔板和三孔板的湍流特性进行了实验研究.在孔板下游射流沿管轴逐渐混合.沿管壁可以观察到反向流区域.经足够长距离后,轴向和切向湍流度逐渐趋于相同数量级.实验结果表明,孔板结构和开孔度对湍流特性有重要影响.  相似文献

用热膜测速仪以高于对应最小湍流时间尺度的分辨率,精细测量了水槽中刚性壁面和柔性壁面平板湍流边界层不同法向位置流向速度分量的时间序列信号,利用湍流边界层近壁区域的对数律平均速度剖面与壁面摩擦速度、流体粘性系数、壁面摩擦切应力等内尺度物理量的关系,在准确测量湍流边界层近壁区域对数律平均速度剖面的基础上,通过非线性迭代求解壁面摩擦速度以及湍流边界层壁面摩擦切应力.结果表明柔性壁的湍流边界层速度分布在对数律层有所上移,缓冲层增厚,说明柔性壁面具有一定的减阻作用. 利用湍流多尺度局部平均结构函数的概念和多尺度局部平均结构函数的瞬时强度因子、平坦因子检测多尺度相干结构及其间歇性的方法,提取了湍流边界层多尺度相干结构的条件相位平均波形.对比研究了刚性壁面和柔性壁面平板湍流边界层近壁区域多尺度相干结构的条件相位平均波形及其间歇性的统计特征,分析了柔性壁面具有减阻作用的物理机理.  相似文献

应用激光测速仪,对一种双柱单锥型液 液旋流管内的流动结构,进行了全场范围内的多工况流动诊断研究.揭示出其切向速度由内旋流区和外旋流区构成,其中内旋流区中的速度分布符合准强制涡关系,外旋流区中的速度分布符合准自由涡关系;轴向速度由上行流动区和下行流动区构成,两者之间在直管段以零速点作分界,在锥体段则以零速区作过渡并伴随有一定的回流出现,且该过渡区或回流区的大小随锥体截面的收缩而减小,直到进入直管段后消失;各湍流量的分布以管芯处最大向外逐渐减小,沿轴向是直管段中的湍流度大于锥体段中的湍流度,而且湍流度在旋流管内具有各向异性的特性.  相似文献

Two techniques — a modified correlation method and a direct transform method — have been evaluated for use in making spectral estimates from randomly-sampled random data (such as turbulence data obtained with an individual realization laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV)). The effect of bad points (which usually appear randomly in actual LDV data sets) on the spectral estimates has been studied. Necessary modifications and extensions to the techniques have been determined based on studies using simulated data with known spectral characteristics. The direct transform method is found to have certain advantages over the correlation method.From the LDV measurements taken in a simulated coal-fired magnetohydrodynamic flow field, major differences in turbulence spectra obtained from the two methods are observed in the region immediately downstream of the combustor where the flow was evidently dominated by (uncorrelated) combustion instabilities. Spectra are reported for three axial positions, and comparisons with classic turbulent pipe flow data are presented.  相似文献

The two-dimensional space–time turbulence statistics of free shear jet flows in the form of the two-point velocity correlation tensor are important for aeroacoustic noise source modelling based on the acoustic analogy approach. This paper presents a direct application of the Point-Referenced Global Correlation (PRGC) technique to measure the components of this correlation tensor for a sector of the flow field in two jet configurations. The PRGC approach combines single point and global measurement techniques and enables two-point space–time correlations over a region of the flow to be obtained. The technique is applied to a single stream jet and a co-axial coplanar jet at a Mach number of 0.24 using commercial Laser Doppler velocimetry (LDV) and low-speed particle image velocimetry (PIV) systems. Results for the one-dimensional correlations are shown to compare well with two-point measurements. The results for the two-dimensional space–time correlations are presented and the characteristics for both configurations discussed.  相似文献

用激光多普勒分相测量方法,考察了水平含颗粒水流的主流区,亚毫米颗粒对水流湍流有抑制行为,湍流削弱程度与颗粒浓度、流动发展长度、水流雷诺数等因素有关.按照不出现尾涡脱落和至少能响应一部分大尺度涡的运动这两个基本条件,分析了湍流抑制与有关参量的依赖性.结果表明,流动尺度和颗粒尺寸之比,对于颗粒消耗而不增生湍流起着最主要的作用.在一定的水流雷诺数下,只要这一比值很大,亚毫米颗粒就会表现出对湍流的抑制作用  相似文献

The presence of macromolecular polymer structures in a fully developed turbulent channel flow has been shown to substantially increase the drag reduction compared to non-structured polymer flows. This study presents a detailed analysis of experimental data obtained using laser Doppler velocimetry (LDV) to develop insights into the effects of the presence of macromolecular polymer structures on the turbulence characteristics of a channel flow. It is argued that polymer structures could contribute to minimizing the interaction between the inner and outer regions of the flow, which, in turn, can contribute to the modification of the coherent structure of the turbulence.  相似文献

A detail study involving flow visualization, Laser Doppler Velocimeter (LDV) measurements and numerical prediction is presented. The visualization experiments revealed striking results of a pulsatile motion in the separated flow region associated with the formation and passage of large eddy structures. Measurements of mean velocities and turbulence intensity profiles across the separated flow field, provided information about the separated shear layer development and the recirculating flow pattern. The numerical predictions, obtained with a two-layer turbulence model in conjunction with the SIMPLE algorithm, failed to reproduce the coherent eddies and the pulsatile motion, but the mean velocities are reasonably reproduced.  相似文献

Normal and streamwise components of the velocity fields of turbulent flow in a channel at low Reynolds numbers have been measured with laser-Doppler techniques. The experiments duplicate the conditions used in current direct numerical simulations of channel flow, and good, but not exact, agreement is found for single-point moments through fourth order. In order to eliminate LDV velocity bias and to measure velocity spectra, the mean time interval between LDV signals was adjusted to be much smaller than the smallest turbulence time scale. Spectra of the streamwise and normal components of velocity at locations spanning the channel are presented.  相似文献
