 利用实验方法研究了预压力对行波超声电机摩擦界面输出特性 诸如空载转速、堵转扭矩等等的影响;对实验结果进行了详细的分 析,得出了一些规律性的结论,指出预压力存在一优值范围,可通过 预压力的调节来调整超声电机的输出特性;对现有摩擦驱动模型的仿 真结果进行了验证,提出了对现有模型的改进意见,为行波超声电机 摩擦界面的设计提供了依据.  相似文献

本文建立了电机的扭振方程和电路方程相耦联的统一数学系统,得到了它的解.研究了电源电压、扭转刚度等参数对启动过程的扭振、电磁力矩、电流等的影响,得到了一些有工程实际价值的规律和消除这种大扭振的途径,理论结果和实验结果吻合很好.  相似文献

为分析短路故障下燃气轮发电机组轴系的扭振特性,建立了系统的机电耦合非线性数学模型,进行了发电机三相短路故障下轴系扭振及扭矩瞬态响应的数值分析。此外,进一步研究了轴系扭转刚度、发电机定子电阻值、励磁电流初始值等参数对发电机出口端三相短路时系统瞬态扭振的影响。分析结果表明:三相短路时,发电机产生的瞬变电磁转矩的最大值为额定转矩的6倍;电磁转矩在轴系内激发出的瞬态扭矩最大值取决于轴系的固有频率裕度,15%的固有频率裕度时的最大瞬态扭矩较10%的固有频率裕度降低了一倍;而发电机的定子电阻值只改变扭振的衰减时间常数,不改变其最大幅值,电磁转矩最大值和扭转角最大值近似与励磁电流初值的二次方成正比。研究结果可为燃气轮机发电机组轴系的设计提供参考。  相似文献

以承钢1780热连轧机组的R1为研究对象,依据多自由度系统振动理论,提出了一种垂扭耦合动力学模型的建模方法,建立了R1的垂扭耦合振动微分方程;并结合现场实测数据,确定了系统的耦合系数;分别计算了该轧机垂振、扭振、垂扭耦合振动的固有频率,并进行了比较。分析了考虑耦合振动系统时,轧机固有频率的变化情况,给出了R1垂扭耦合振动的前15阶固有频率。通过对咬钢激励情况下垂扭耦合系统的动态响应分析,分别计算了上下辊系扭振与垂振的最大振幅。通过对振动幅值的比较,论证了扭振与垂振之间的影响程度,并通过现场实测对理论分析结果进行了验证。  相似文献

针对三相交流电机转子振动偏心时不均匀气隙的气隙磁场,分析其实际运行状态的机电耦合关系.建立以电机横振、扭振为节点位移的电机单元,应用有限单元法建立含电机电磁参数和弹性连杆机构结构参数的系统动态方程,并根据该方程对系统的动态响应进行仿真计算和分析,且通过实验进行验征,表明所建方程较好地反映丁系统动态性能与其电磁参数、结构参数之间的关系.  相似文献

提出了行波型超声马达振动减摩的几何模型,采用电磁电机驱动、电磁电机结合一路驻波振动驱动及行波型超声马达驱动3种驱动方式模拟行波型超声马达摩擦驱动特点,借助超声马达摩擦特性模拟试验装置,引入摩擦系数降低率的概念,研究了电机转速、预压力、超声波激励电压和摩擦材料等对定、转子摩擦副摩擦系数的影响.结果表明:在较高相对滑动速度、小预压力及大振幅条件下,超声波振动减摩现象显著.  相似文献

讨论变化外形的水线对斜拉桥拉索风雨激振的激发作用.首先,建立考虑水线外形变化的斜拉桥拉索风雨激振计算模型,并将由采用变化水线外形的模型得到的拉索最大振幅与固定水线外形模型的计算结果及试验实测结果对比,对模型进行验证;在模型得到验证的基础上,进一步讨论拉索和变化水线外形的水线振动稳定性及水线对拉索风雨激振贡献.计算结果表明,在四个典型工况下,考虑水线外形变化的模型得到的拉索计算振幅固定水线外形模型能更好地与试验实测振幅吻合;理论分析发现拉索速度和水线速度的耦合作用对水线运动的激发起到主导作用;水线的加速发散发生在拉索大幅激振之前.没有水线加速发散的时程中,拉索均不发生大幅激振.  相似文献

拉索风雨激振是当前桥梁工程和风工程界非常关注的研究课题。过去用于测量带人工水线的拉索模型都是二维的,所建立的理论模型也是建立在二维拉索气动力的基础上的。本文基于带人工水线三维拉索模型试验得到的气动力,建立了三维拉索风雨激振的准二自由度运动微分方程,讨论了运动方程中各种参数的取值,采用数值求解方法计算了拉索风雨激振振幅。计算结果和三维拉索人工降雨试验结果的对比表明,本文方法能较好地描述三维拉索风雨激振的特征。  相似文献

在中小长细比板簧扭振减振器结构分析中,多采用Euler-Bernoulli梁理论而不考虑剪切变形的影响。为解决由此导致的减振器参数计算误差偏大的问题,基于Timoshenko梁理论推导了考虑剪切变形影响的板簧扭振减振器簧片力学模型,并采用有限元法进行了验证。结果表明:基于Timoshenko梁理论的解析结果与有限元数值结果吻合较好,并优于Bernoulli梁理论计算结果,证明了此理论公式的正确性和可靠性。所推导的力学模型能方便设计人员的使用,有助于推动板簧扭振减振器计算理论的深化和拓展,丰富板簧扭振减振器的计算方法。  相似文献

A review of the associated theoretical background is also given and the experimental and theoretical results are compared andcontrasted. An overview of the test apparatus is provided and itsunique features are discussed. 设计了一种基于电磁感应效应的转子扭转振动测量方法.该方法的思路是使线圈与永磁体做相对运动,根据线圈切割磁感应线的速度与感应电动势正相关的原理,由线圈两端的电压变化量计算各点的瞬时速度变化量,进而积分求出扭振信息.算法上采用半周期插值以及与标准信号进行对应点比较,保证了瞬时速度变化量的精确度.装置设计方面通过适当的空间布局,在一定程度上消除了轴向振动和部分横振的影响.实测验证表明,该方法得出了与输入载荷一致的扭振信息,具有精确性良好,安装简易,操作方便的特点.  相似文献

Ordinary drillstring torsional vibration is a very common phenomenon that has been attracted great interesting. Through Measurement data, a series of studies and analysis of torsional vibration characteristics of the bottom hole assembly (BHA) have been developed. However, for rotary steerable system (RSS), especially push-the-bit mode, its drill torsional vibration phenomenon will demonstrate the new properties, because that the underground implementing agencies will generate cycle torque and drag to the BHA in the orientation process. This process is completely different to the previous. A set of “strap-down” measurement system was developed in this paper, and the triaxial accelerometer and triaxial fluxgate were installed near the bit. Proposed a method of solver drill bit rotation speed using real-time downhole measurement data (sampling frequency 100 Hz), and the torsional vibration mathematical model of push-the-bit RSS was established. We found that the torsional vibration phenomenon of push-the-bit RSS is more serious than the ordinary drilling system by downhole measurement data analysis, even in most cases manifested as stick-slip. The torsional vibration was divided into five different modes, which showing different statistical regularities. Corresponding analysis of the angular displacement and speed, we found that the drill bit always appears low-speed in the position of oriented. This is a strong proof of that the RSS implementing agencies pushing the BHA caused the drill bit torsional vibration more serious. This work is supplemented and development of the drill string torsional vibration studies. Contribute to the better understanding of the dynamics of the push-the-bit RSS. Put forward a new way of analysis the rotary steerable drillstring fatigue damage predicted, steering ability and the torsional vibration control.  相似文献

According to the electromagnetic field theory, a set of differential equations is derived for coupling of the transient process for an electrical machine and transverse and torsional vibrations for the rotor by a unified method. A non-dimensional constant coefficient state equation is obtained by transformation. Computation is done. Rules of the change are obtained for transverse and torsional vibration, unilateral magnetic pull, electrical torque, and so on in the starting process. The theoretical results are shown to be in good agreement with the experimental results. The mathematical model verified by the experiment is used to analyse the effect of electromagnetic and mechanical parameters on electromagnetic force and vibration.  相似文献

扁壳结构的弯曲与扭转振动控制对该类结构的应用具有重要意义。本文采用不影响壳体结构的粗压电纤维复合材料(MFC)作动器对其弯曲与扭转振动进行主动控制。建立局部表面粘贴MFC作动器的开口圆柱扁壳的动力学解析模型,得到了作动力和作动力矩的解析表达式,分析了扁壳结构上MFC作动器在弯曲与扭转振动控制中的作动机理。针对一开口碳纤维圆柱扁壳,设计了模糊PD控制器,开展了定频与随机激励下壳体弯曲与扭转振动控制试验,并与传统PD控制试验效果进行了对比。结果表明:MFC作动器在壳体弯曲和扭转振动控制方面作动能力突出;模糊PD控制器的控制效果优于传统PD控制器的控制效果。  相似文献

讨论螺旋细杆的特殊形式扭转振动,即均匀扭转振动.以非圆截面杆和有原始曲率的圆截面杆为研究对象.杆作均匀扭转振动时各截面有相同的扭角变化规律,且杆中心线的几何形状不受振动过程的影响.研究表明,扭振来源于杆截面的非对称性及杆的原始曲率.杆的扭振规律与单摆运动相似,其动力学方程存在精确解.圆环杆的均匀扭振为螺旋杆的倾角为零时的特例.  相似文献

Active vibration control for a kind of two-hinged plate is developed in this paper. A finite element model for the hinged plate integrated with distributed piezoelectric sensors and actuators is derived, including bending and torsional modes of vibration. In this model, the hinges are simplified as regular plate elements to facilitate operation. The state space representations for bending and torsional vibrations are obtained. Based on two low-order models of the bending and torsional motion, two H ∞ robust controllers are designed for suppressing the vibrations of the bending and torsional modes, respectively. The simulation results indicate the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed H ∞ controllers. The vibration magnitudes of the low-order modes can be reduced without affecting the high frequency modes.  相似文献

The dielectric elastomer (DE) is an important intelligent soft material widely used in soft actuators, and the dynamic response of the DE is highly nonlinear due to the material properties. In the DE, electrostriction denotes the deformation-dependent permittivity. In the present study, we formulate the nonlinear dynamic governing equations of the DE membrane considering the electrostriction effect. The free vibration and parametric excitation of the DE membrane with different geometric sizes are calculated. The free vibration bifurcations induced by the initial location and the voltage are both discussed according to an energy-based approach. The amplitude-frequency characteristics and bifurcation diagrams of parametric excitation are also given. The results show that electrostriction decreases the free vibration amplitude and increases the frequency, but it has less influence on the parametric excitation oscillation frequency and decreases the parametric excitation amplitude except when the membrane resonates. The initial location and the applied voltage can induce the snap-through instability of the free vibration. A large geometric size will lead to a much lower resonance frequency. The resonance amplitudes increase while the resonance frequencies decrease with the increase in the applied voltage. The critical voltage of snap-through instability for the parametric excitation is larger than that for the free vibration one.
