研发了一种内衬PVC壳体,外裹泡沫陶瓷壳体的新型空壳颗粒作为人防结构分配层。通过大比尺化爆实验,研究了爆炸载荷下新型空壳颗粒分配层人防结构和普通黄沙分配层人防结构的破坏情况和冲击波传播规律。实验证明:同样当量爆炸载荷下,相对黄沙分配层,新型空壳颗粒分配层可以降低应力峰值50%左右;相对常规空壳颗粒,新型空壳颗粒分配层受损情况显著减小。这表明:新型空壳颗粒作为人防工程的分配层兼具显著的削波耗能效果和抵抗二次爆炸的能力,因此可以提高人防工程的抗爆能力,具有广阔的军事应用前景。  相似文献

运用积分方程方法计算了含多个随机分布椭圆柱型孔洞的随机非均匀介质中相干波的速度和衰减系数,分析了这种介质的频散特性。首先,建立了散射位移场满足的积分方程,推导了单个椭圆柱孔洞的散射截面计算公式。接着分析了在含多个随机分布椭圆柱型孔洞的随机非均匀介质中弹性波的多重散射,给出在统计平均意义下的相干波的波速和衰减系数计算公式。然后用Matlab进行了编程,给出了一个数值算例,并将计算结果与波函数展开法进行了比较,分析了随机空隙介质的频散特征及其孔洞椭圆偏心率和材料空隙率的影响。  相似文献

The phenomenon of the formation of a swarm of air bubbles in a liquid executing vertical oscillations within a vertical tube is described. The explanation for the mechanism of air entry into the liquid and the behavior of the individual minute bubbles was given in [1], In the present paper we examine a swarm of bubbles—an air cushion; the stability of this swarm is studied. 以成层式人防工程为试验研究背景,分别采用黄沙和新型空壳颗粒复合材料做分配层,开展大比尺集团装药化爆模拟试验,考察其衰减爆炸冲击波的能力。试验结果表明,采用颗粒复合材料构建的分配层,在相同装药量下,遮弹层的变形和破坏明显大于黄沙分配层,应力波上升沿加大,波形脉宽增加,平均峰值应力大概是黄沙分配层的0.65左右,除装药正下方的个别颗粒遭受粉碎性破坏外,绝大部分空壳颗粒依然完好,只是表层泡沫陶瓷略有破损。这说明新型空壳颗粒复合材料不但对爆炸波有非常明显的衰减弥散作用,而且具备承受多次打击的能力。用这种材料做分配层,可大幅提高地下人防工程的抗爆能力。  相似文献

A bubbling fluidised bed reactor has been used for investigating how combustion propagates between bubbles of premixed fuel + air, rising from the distributor towards the surface. Earlier work has shown that when the temperature of the sand gradually rises, the gases first burn in flames above the bed, regime A, then combustion moves under its surface, to occur in bubbles travelling up the bed, under regime B. Above a certain temperature, characteristic of the gas mixture composition, combustion descends towards the bottom of the bed. Ignition then occurs in small bubbles near the distributor, under the stable regime C. The kinetic model, used to calculate the delay for thermal ignition inside gas bubbles rising through the bed, gives correct predictions for regimes A and C but not for B. Under regime B, bubbles of the mixture begin to ignite under the bed’s surface while their residence time in the bed is remains shorter than the delay times for thermal ignition derived from the kinetic model. As the temperature rises, the ignition delay rapidly decreases, and regime C is reached, in accordance with the model. In this work attention was focused on regime B. A laboratory reactor of quartz glass was used, with a bed of quartz sand. Fast video recording was employed to capture ignition phenomena as the bed’s temperature was raised or lowered. Records of freeboard concentrations of O2, CO and of total hydrocarbons, VOCs, were obtained, confirming the specific aerodynamic and chemical character of regime B. It has been shown that combustion spreads from the surface to bubbles near the bed’s surface and then to other bubbles close by. Such transfer of the reaction stabilizes combustion inside the bed, at temperatures appreciably lower than that for the thermal ignition of the mixture, given by the kinetic model. This is consistent with earlier findings, which have shown that the combustion of gaseous mixtures in bubbling fluidised beds is controlled by gas phase processes, as in flames.  相似文献

Experimental studies are described in which two different types of air shock are used to induce stress waves in an elastically confined, cylindrical specimen of sand, the objective being to permit direct observation of the effects of unloading on the dynamic response of granular material. In one case, “pure” unloading waves are generated by suddenly subjecting the end of a prestressed specimen to pressures below atmospheric. In the second type of test, the specimens are impacted at one end by an air shock which has the form of a sharp front followed immediately by a rapid exponential decay of pressure. The decay of the shock pressure generates unloading waves which cause attenuation of the wave as it propagates in the granular material. As a result of the tests, it is suggested that seismic-wave velocity may be correlated to the modulus of unloading cycles in a quasi-static test and that, when strainrate effects are included, a relatively simple model may be used to predict the dynamic response of granular materials.  相似文献

 The analysis of the scattering induced by a dispersion of gas bubbles in a liquid medium on a collimated, monochromatic light beam, traversing the two-phase flow, allows for the direct measurement of the 2-D distribution of the line-average of the interfacial area density. The 2-D distribution of the line-average of the void fraction is deduced from that of the interfacial area density through an image processing algorithm. To demonstrate the technique, experiments are performed in a pool of water injected with air and illuminated with a CW argon ion laser. Since the bubble diameters range from a fraction of a millimeter to a few millimeters, the scattering processes are entirely in the Mie range. The limits of applicability of the technique and the measurement uncertainty are discussed. The results compare favorably with level-swell based measurements used as a reference. The newly developed critical angle refractometry and sizing technique (CARS) allows simultaneous and instantaneous characterization of the local size distribution and the relative refractive index (i.e. composition) of a cloud of bubbles. The paper presents the recent improvement of this technique by comparison of different light scattering models and inversion procedures. Experimental results carried in various air/water and air/water-ethanol bubbly flows clearly demonstrate the efficiency and the potential of this technique.  相似文献

Angular structures in the far-field scattering from bubbles are observed and modeled. Mie theory supports a model of diffraction and interference near the critical scattering angle. A new expression for the angular spacing of fine structure is derived. Photographs of scattering show some of the predicted features. Application of these structures to bubble sizing and detection are summarized and the theoretical extinction coefficient in water is plotted.Mie computations for bubbles in water also reveal backward and forward glory effects. These are partially manifested as cross-polarized scattering. Observed scattering from bubbles in the near backward direction is found to have a strong cross-polarized component.  相似文献

弹性波在岩体中传播时与岩体缺陷相互作用形成复杂的传播图案。为研究缺陷对弹性波多次散射作用的影响,建立了双椭圆缺陷模型,基于Green函数基本解,采用边界积分的计算方法,得到了反映缺陷界面条件的刚度矩阵,分析了弹性波在双椭圆缺陷间的多次散射效应。结果表明:与单椭圆缺陷模型相比,双缺陷的相互作用使得弹性波频散和衰减效应增强,定量给出了缺陷的影响区域,从而明确了多次散射效应的尺度界限。进一步探讨了弹性波传播的多尺度效应,结果表明频散的Rayleigh峰、Mie峰和衰减的峰值频率同椭圆长轴和入射波波长两个尺度密切相关,存在明确的定量关系。相应的数值模拟结果表明,弹性波和缺陷相互作用在缺陷界面上诱发界面波,该界面波也存在频率相关性,影响了弹性波宏观传播的频散和衰减特征。  相似文献
