基于静力响应面的结构有限元模型修正方法   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
提出了基于静力响应面的结构有限元模型修正方法.运用响应面方法,将结构静力响应和结构参数之间复杂的隐式关系用显式函数近似表达出来;在此响应面模型(函数)基础上,通过优化计算对结构有限元模型参数进行修正.阐述了基于静力响应面的结构有限元模型修正方法的基本理论和一般实现过程.对两跨连续梁结构的静力模型修正数值算例分析结果表明:基于静力响应面的有限元模型修正方法可以减少结构有限元计算的次数、提高模型修正的优化效率,结构有限元模型修正结果具有可接受的精度.  相似文献

钢构支架是半潜式钻井平台管道支吊架的主要类型之一,钢构支架的极限强度是管道系统正常工作的重要保障。研究结构极限强度的方法有理论分析、有限元数值仿真和实验分析。在分析极限理论的基础上由静力法计算四种钢构支架试件的极限载荷;利用MSC软件对试件极限载荷进行数值仿真分析,并对有限元模型化技术进行讨论;对试件进行实验极限载荷测试,对比分析了三种方法测得的极限载荷。结果表明,三种分析方法计算得到结构的极限载荷基本一致,对于结构形式较为简单的结构通过理论分析可以得到简化解析解析解;数值仿真分析中采用合理的有限元模型化技术(结构有限元模型、边界、约束等)可得到精度较高的计算结果。  相似文献

针对已有的损伤识别方法会出现损伤误识别的问题,本文在已有方法的基础上发展了一种随机梁式结构静力损伤识别的改进方法。假定静力荷载下梁式结构初始模型参数(如弹性模量和几何尺寸等)及测量误差为随机量,给出已有的基于随机有限元模型的梁式结构静力损伤识别方法,并进一步提出了一种改进方法。该方法通过设定损伤概率指标的阈值和反复迭代对结构损伤识别进行改进。数值算例和简支梁静力试验表明,考虑初始模型的不确定性以及静力响应测量误差,本文方法相较已有方法可以更有效地识别梁式结构的损伤。  相似文献

模型缩聚法在结构的静力和动力特性分析中有着广泛的应用。应用模型缩聚法,可以有效降低结构的有限元计算规模,节省计算时间和成本,并能获得和实验测量自由度相匹配的有限元模型。本文在改进模型缩聚方法(improved reduced system, IRS)的基础上,提出一种考虑二阶惯性量的改进IRS方法,有效改进了IRS方法的计算精度,和模型缩聚迭代法(iterated IRS, IIRS)相比,此方法计算量更小且计算精度更高。以桁架结构和框架结构为例对所提二阶IRS方法进行了验证,并将计算结果与精确值、Guyan缩聚解、IRS缩聚解和IIRS缩聚解进行了比较,结果表明了所提方法计算精度最好,具有良好的工程应用前景。  相似文献

运用有限元特征值分析方法对应力波作用下圆柱壳塑性轴对称动力失稳问题进行了研究。基于应力波理论和相邻平衡准则导出了圆柱壳轴对称动力失稳时的特征方程,在分析中同时考虑了应力波效应及横向惯性效应,把圆柱壳塑性动力失稳问题归结为特征值问题。通过引入圆柱壳动力失稳时的波前约束条件实现了此类问题的有限元特征值解法。计算结果揭示了圆柱壳塑性轴对称动力屈曲变形发展的机理,以及轴向应力波和屈曲变形的相互作用规律。  相似文献

从非线性弹性理论出发,应用Hamilton原理,采用三次多项式作为位移函数给出了考虑恒载效应影响的一般形式的单元刚度矩阵,建立了考虑恒载效应影响时梁静力分析的有限元方法,为解决各种不同构造、荷载类型、刚度变化、边界条件下的实际结构考虑初始恒载影响提供了有效的工具。讨论了在分布和集中两种恒载类型条件下恒载大小、结构自身刚度(惯性矩、惯性半径、跨度)等因素对各类梁(简支梁、两端固支梁、悬臂梁)静力反应的影响,结果表明:梁自身的刚度会对恒载效应造成影响,结构越柔(约束越弱、或惯性矩越小、或跨度越大、或回转半径越小),这种影响越大。验证了初始恒载的存在减小了梁在活载作用下的静力反应,并且这种影响与恒载的大小及结构自身的刚度有关。  相似文献

惯性释放法是在飞行器设计中采用的一种近似分析方法,用于获得载荷作用下的自由-自由结构的内力响应。为了克服结构耐撞性拓扑优化问题求解的困难,探讨了惯性释放法在结构耐撞性拓扑优化中的应用和改进。将惯性释放法改进的惯性释放法、ESL(等效静力法)的优化思想与HCA(混合胞元自动机法)的材料更新规则结合,提出了一种新的高效的可用于耐撞性拓扑优化问题的混合法。数值算例结果表明,改进的惯性释放法对于多数碰撞问题均可以获得精度较高的结果,而惯性释放法对部分问题同样可以获得精度较高的结果,同时应用过程更加简便。优化算例的结果显示,新的混合法可以获得吸能性能更好的结构设计,同时有效地降低优化过程的耗时。  相似文献

This paper introduces an extended concept of limit analysis to deal with the dynamic equilibrium condition considering the inertia and strain-rate effect for dynamic behavior of structures. The conventional limit analysis method has been applied to only static collapse analysis of structures without consideration of dynamic effects in the structural behavior. A dynamic formulation for the limit analysis has been derived for incremental analysis dealing with time integration, strain and stress evaluation, strain hardening, strain-rate hardening and thermal softening. The time dependent term in the governing equation is integrated with the WBZ-α method. The dynamic material behavior is described by the Johnson–Cook model in order to consider strain-rate hardening and thermal softening as well as strain hardening. Simulations have been carried out for impact analysis of a Taylor bar and an S-rail and their numerical results are compared with elasto-plastic explicit analysis results by LS-DYNA3D. Comparison demonstrates that the dynamic finite element limit analysis can predict the crashworthiness of structural members effectively with less effort and computing time than the commercial code compared. The crashworthiness of a structure with the rate-dependent constitutive model is also compared to that with the quasi-static constitutive relation in order to investigate the dynamic effect on deformation of structures.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to investigate the energy absorption performance of the graded lattice energy absorbers designed by a stiffness-based size optimization process under static loadings applied during the in-service conditions. The energy absorber geometry is modeled using three different lattice types, namely complex cubic, octet cubic, face- and body-centered cubic. The stiffness-based size optimization subjected to a static bending load is conducted to determine the optimal strut diameters which produced graded lattice structure designs. To investigate the energy absorption behavior of these graded lattice designs, the nonlinear dynamic explicit finite element analysis (FEA) is conducted under quasi-static compression for each design. The lattice designs are fabricated by a material extrusion technique using the polylactic acid material and the quasi-static uniaxial compression tests are conducted on the fabricated designs. The FEA results are found to be in good agreement with the experimental results. When compared with uniform counterparts, the presented graded lattices exhibit the improved energy absorption in response to uniaxial compression although their designs were derived from a stiffness-based size optimization with bending load.

根据Biot饱和多孔介质动力方程,采用解耦技术,提出了考虑耦合质量Pd影响的饱和多孔介质中动力响应分析的显式有限元法。文中建立并推导了显式有限元的公式,编制了相应的计算程序并进行了实例计算。计算结果与解析解进行了对比,两者符合很好,表明本文方法是处理饱和多孔介质动力问题的一种有效方法。文中还分析了耦合质量ρa对固相和液相动位移的影响。  相似文献

To simulate fracture behaviors in concrete more realistically, a theoretical analysis on the potential question in the quasi-static method is presented, then a novel algorithm is proposed which takes into account the inertia effect due to unstable crack propagation and meanwhile requests much lower computational efforts than purely dynamic method. The inertia effect due to load increasing becomes less important and can be ignored with the loading rate decreasing, but the inertia effect due to unstable crack propagation remains considerable no matter how low the loading rate is. Therefore, results may become questionable if a fracture process including unstable cracking is simulated by the quasi-static procedure excluding completely inertia effects. However, it requires much higher computational effort to simulate experiments with not very high loading rates by the dynamic method. In this investigation which can be taken as a natural continuation, the potential question of quasi-static method is analyzed based on the dynamic equations of motion. One solution to this question is the new algorithm mentioned above. Numerical examples are provided by the generalized beam (GB) lattice model to show both fracture processes under different loading rates and capability of the new algorithm.  相似文献

Improvement from the pseudo-elastic effect of shape memory alloy (SMA) on the low-velocity impact (LVI) resistance of a composite plate is investigated by the finite element method (FEM).The stiffness matrix of the dynamic finite element equation is established step by step and the martensite fraction is obtained at each time step.The direct Newmark integration method is employed in solving the dynamic finite element equation,while the impact contact force is determined using the modified Hertz's law.It is found that SMA can effectively improve the performance of a composite structure subjected to low-velocity impact.Numerical results show that the deflection of a SMA-hybrid composite plate has been reduced approximately by thirty percent when the volume fraction of the embedded SMA reaches 0.3.  相似文献

采用Abaqus有限元软件建立新型外包加强型混合节点模型,在验证模型正确性的基础上对其进行拟静力作用下的非线性分析,深入研究各个加载阶段的受力性能及破坏机制,并进行了相关参数对节点抗震性能的影响分析。结果表明,新型节点的最终破坏形态为梁端塑性铰破坏,外包混凝土及扩大包脚的嵌固作用使塑性铰远离节点核心区域,可以有效保护节点核心区和传力路径的连续性;滞回曲线较为饱满,具有较好的耗能能力和塑性变形能力;适当增大扩大包脚立面高度和水平长度,可以提高节点的初始刚度与承载力等性能,并根据相关参数研究给出了合理的设计建议范围,以便为工程设计提供参考。  相似文献

The interfacial stresses in fiber reinforced plastic (FRP)–reinforced concrete (RC) hybrid beams were studied by the finite element method. The mesh sensitivity test shows that the finite element results for interfacial stresses are not sensitive to the finite element mesh. The finite element analysis then is used to calculate the interfacial stress distribution and evaluate the effect of the structural parameters on the interfacial behavior. It is shown that both the normal and shear stresses at the interface are influenced by the material and geometry parameters of the composite beam. This research is helpful for the understanding on mechanical behavior of the interface and design of the FRP–RC hybrid structures.  相似文献

研究了惯性效应和端面倾斜对超高速气膜端面密封稳动态特性的影响. 考虑气体惯性效应,建立了气膜端面密封稳动态特性数值分析模型,采用有限差分法求解稳态和微扰雷诺方程,获得端面膜压分布. 数值分析了惯性效应和端面倾斜度对开启力、气膜刚度和泄漏率等稳态性能参数以及刚度系数和阻尼系数等动态特性系数的影响规律,并以获得较大刚度系数为目标,获得了螺旋槽关键几何参数的优选值范围. 结果表明:在超高速条件下,考虑惯性效应后的干气密封泄漏率显著减小,刚漏比明显增大,而开启力、气膜刚度和动特性系数变化不大;倾斜端面气膜密封相较于平行端面气膜密封具有更佳的低频刚度和高频阻尼.   相似文献

利用拟协调元方法,在直角坐标系下直接构造了一族平面任意四边形单元,对其收敛性进行了分析,并与平面等参元进行了对比研究.结果证明平面任意四边形单元可采用多项式基函数直接列式,并可以保障单元的收敛性;拟协调元列式可以使平面问题的有限元方法得到统一.与平面等参元相比,单元列式简单,性能稳定,具有显式的刚度阵,计算量小,这说明对于有限元平面问题拟协调元是一个更正确、有效的做法.  相似文献
