The concept and application of phase-space reconstructions are reviewed. Fractional derivatives are then proposed for the purpose of reconstructing dynamics from a single observed time history. A procedure is presented in which the fractional derivatives of time series data are obtained in the frequency domain. The method is applied to the Lorenz system. The ability of the method to unfold the data is assessed by the method of global false nearest neighbors. The reconstructed data is used to compute recurrences and correlation dimensions. The reconstruction is compared to the commonly used method of delays in order to assess the choice of reconstruction parameters, and also the quality of results.  相似文献

Fractional derivatives are applied in the reconstruction from a single observable of the dynamics of a Duffing oscillator and a two-well experiment. The fractional derivatives of time series data are obtained in the frequency domain. The derivative fraction is evaluated using the average mutual information between the observable and its fractional derivative. The ability of this reconstruction method to unfold the data is assessed by the method of global false nearest neighbors. The reconstructed data is used to compute recurrences and fractal dimensions. The reconstruction is compared to the true phase space and the delay reconstruction in order to assess the reconstruction parameters and the quality of results.  相似文献

A method for characterizing and identifying firing patterns of neural spike trains is presented. Based on the time evolution of a neural spike train, the counting process is constructed as a time-dependent stair-like function. Three characteristic variables defined at sequential moments, including two formal derivatives and the integration of the counting process, are introduced to reflect the temporal patterns of a spike train. The reconstruction of a spike train with these variables verify the validity of this method. And a model of cold receptor is used as an example to investigate the temporal patterns under different temperature conditions. The most important contribution of our method is that it not only can reflect the features of spike train patterns clearly by using their geometrical properties, but also it can reflect the trait of time, especially the change of bursting of spike train. So it is a useful complementarity to conventional method of averaging.  相似文献

研究了一种求解欧拉方程的无网格算法,发展出了一套布点及点云自动生成的方法;在点云离散的基础上,采用最小二乘法求解矛盾方程的方法来求取空间导数,进而获得数值通量;采用四步龙格-库塔方法进行时间推进,并引入当地时间步长和残值光顺等加速收敛措施。通过对NA-CA0012翼型的跨音速流动和多段翼型复杂绕流的数值模拟,验证了上述无网格算法的正确性和实用性。  相似文献

模板选择方式对非结构有限体积方法的计算准确性会产生显著影响. 在之前的工作中, 基于局部方向模板存在的问题, 我们探索了一种更加简单有效的全局方向模板选择方法, 并将其应用于二阶精度非结构有限体积求解器. 基于该方法找到的模板单元均沿着壁面法向与流向, 可有效捕捉流场变化, 反映流动的各向异性, 并且模板选择过程脱离了对网格拓扑的依赖, 避免了局部方向模板选择方法中复杂的阵面推进与方向判断过程, 克服了在大压缩比三角形网格上模板单元偏离壁面法向的现象, 同时在二阶精度求解器上得到了较高的计算精度与计算准确性. 为了进一步验证全局方向模板在高阶精度非结构有限体积方法中应用的可行性, 本文初步测试了该模板对变量梯度及高阶导数重构的影响. 经检验, 在不同类型的网格上, 采用全局方向模板得到的变量梯度与高阶导数误差明显低于局部方向模板, 同时也低于共点模板的计算误差. 此外, 在高斯积分点处由全局方向模板得到的变量点值与导数误差同样在三种模板中最低. 因此该模板选择方法在非结构有限体积梯度与高阶导数重构方面具有较好的数值表现, 具备在高阶精度非结构有限体积求解器中应用并推广的可行性.  相似文献

A method is described of measuring a wall shear stress distribution that varies in the direction of the flow. Variations in the height of a very thin oil film moving under the boundary layer generate interference fringes, which are recorded and digitised using image processing equipment.The evolution of the film surface in space and time can be reconstructed from the interference fringe patterns and used to calculate the shear stress field. This reconstruction is achieved by comparing the picture data with images that were calculated for prescribed heights that are adjusted iteratively, until the calculated intensities match the data.The method is applied to a flow approaching a step, and the results are compared with pulsed-wire measurements.  相似文献

在无网格算法中考虑了含动边界的流动问题,研究了可以计算处理包含一定位移及扭转动边界非定常流动的算法.创建了无网格算法的动点法则,并引入抗扭方法对弹簧方法进行改进来处理离散点运动,提高了方法的可用度及精度.发展了求解基于无网格的ALE方程组的算法,在点云离散的基础上采用曲面逼近计算空间导数及HLLC格式计算数值通量,运用四步龙格-库塔法进行时间推进.在跨、超音速条件下,计算模拟了典型翼型简谐振动流场,计算结果与实验结果及文献对比吻合,验证了该算法的正确性.  相似文献

In this paper, four approaches to compute the Hessian matrix of an objective function used often in aerodynamic inverse design problems are presented. The computationally less expensive among them is selected and applied to the reconstruction of cascade airfoils that reproduce a prescribed pressure distribution over their walls, under inviscid and viscous flow considerations. The selected approach is based on the direct sensitivity analysis method for the computation of first derivatives, followed by the discrete adjoint method for the computation of the Hessian matrix. The applications presented in this paper show that the Newton method, based on exact Hessian matrices, outperforms other gradient‐based algorithms such as steepest descent or BFGS algorithm. For strongly nonorthogonal grids, the convergence difficulty is often encountered in the SIMPLE method unless very low relaxation factors are adopted. This is because that the cross derivatives of pressure corrections are usually neglected in deriving the pressure-correction equation. In this study, an approximate treatment is proposed to deal with the cross derivatives in the pressure-correction equation. Computations are performed for various laminar flows in a nonorthogonal cavity and the turbulent flows through the compressor cascades. It is found that the convergence difficulty encountered in the SIMPLE method for strongly nonorthogonal grids can be overcome when the SIMPLEC method is employed. In addition, when the present approximate treatment for the cross derivatives is adopted in the SIMPLEC method, the convergence rate can be speeded up in comparison with the original SIMPLEC method. In some cases, the CPU time can be decreased by more than 60%. The computational results are also compared with the numerical results of others and the available experimental data. 本文首次使用了曲六面体带节点导数等参元,通过变分法,计算了三维机翼亚临界定常位势流中的压力分布,计算结果与试验结果符合较好,文中还例用了有限元法中的局部线性化理论,插值出元素中心点密度去处理迭代过程中元素系数阵的计算,其结果与通常的有限元计算相吻合,但计算时间却明显减少了。文章最后以有限元法的局部线性化理论和局部线性化的有限元法做了阐述。  相似文献

This study provides a novel method for reconstructing real-time nonlinear wave forces on a large-scale circular cylinder by considering second-order wave effects. Potential theory is utilized for deriving the expression of wave forces with the measured data of wave elevation. Approximate expressions of quadratic transfer functions are built with undetermined coefficients, which are resolved by using the historical data of measured wave elevation. Two different algorithms, including fast Fourier transform (FFT) and recursive least squares (RLS), are adopted for real-time reconstruction. Hydrodynamic tests are conducted in the wave flume on a circular cylinder to examine the effectiveness of the nonlinear reconstruction method. Comparative results demonstrate that the accuracy of real-time reconstructed wave forces is significantly enhanced by the present method. The over-prediction errors at force crests and the under-prediction errors at force troughs have been reduced. Furthermore, comparative results show that the nonlinear method implemented by the FFT algorithm provides more accurate results, whereas the RLS algorithm is more time cost efficient.  相似文献

A computer-aided calibration method for hot film probes is presented which tolerates statistical and some systematic errors, and which allows data evaluation in real-time. Essentially, the velocity is approximated by a power series at each yaw angle and for each sensor. A weighting function minimizes the influences of errors. At measurement time the anemometer voltages are roughly linearized. The digitized voltages are subjected to a combination of iteration and interpolation in order to compute the velocity components. RMS-values of the two velocity components parallel to the wall, u and w, and of their partial derivatives with respect to time in a turbulent wall boundary layer are shown and will be used for comparison.  相似文献

A robust, well‐balanced, unstructured, Godunov‐type finite volume model has been developed in order to simulate two‐dimensional dam‐break floods over complex topography with wetting and drying. The model is based on the nonlinear shallow water equations in hyperbolic conservation form. The inviscid fluxes are calculated using the HLLC approximate Riemann solver and a second‐order spatial accuracy is achieved by implementing the MUSCL reconstruction technique. To prevent numerical oscillations near shocks, slope‐limiting techniques are used for controlling the total variation of the reconstructed field. The model utilizes an explicit two‐stage Runge–Kutta method for time stepping, whereas implicit treatments for friction source terms. The novelties of the model include the flux correction terms and the water depth reconstruction method both for partially and fully submerged cells, and the wet/dry front treatments. The proposed flux correction terms combined with the water depth reconstruction method are necessary to balance the bed slope terms and flux gradient in the hydrostatical steady flow condition. Especially, this well‐balanced property is also preserved in partially submerged cells. It is found that the developed wet/dry front treatments and implicit scheme for friction source terms are stable. The model is tested against benchmark problems, laboratory experimental data, and realistic application related to dam‐break flood wave propagation over arbitrary topography. Numerical results show that the model performs satisfactorily with respect to its effectiveness and robustness and thus has bright application prospects. Fractional time derivatives are used to deduce a generalization ofviscoelastic constitutive equations of differential operator type. Theseso-called fractional constitutive equations result in improvedcurve-fitting properties, especially when experimental data from longtime intervals or spanning several frequency decades need to be fitted.Compared to integer-order time derivative concepts less parameters arerequired. In addition, fractional constitutive equations lead to causalbehavior and the concept of fractional derivatives can be physicallyjustified providing a foundation of fractional constitutive equations.First, three-dimensional fractional constitutive equations based onthe Grünwaldian formulation are derived and their implementationinto an elastic FE code is demonstrated. Then, parameter identificationsfor the fractional 3-parameter model in the time domain as well as inthe frequency domain are carried out and compared to integer-orderderivative constitutive equations. As a result the improved performanceof fractional constitutive equations becomes obvious. 光纤陀螺的随机漂移限制了惯性导航系统的精度,如何减小它是一项非常艰巨的任务.结合经验模态分解(EMD)和信号与模态之间的概率密度函数,提出了一种新型的依赖Hurst指数的信号滤波方法.当H<0.5时,利用l2范数选择出相关模态,累加并形成的部分重构方法来对光纤陀螺的信号进行滤波;当H≥0.5时,间隔阈值的经验模态(EMD-IT)被引入对相关模态进行滤波,之后按照部分重构的方法对光纤陀螺的信号进行滤波;称为混合的EMD-pdf和EMD-IT.与其它的滤波方法进行对比,如基于相关函数的EMD部分重构(EMD-cor),基于概率密度函数的EMD部分重构(EMD-pdf),仿真信号和实际数据结果表明,该混合模型的优越性,有效减小了光纤陀螺的随机误差.  相似文献

A new interface reconstruction method in 3D is presented. The method involves a conservative level‐contour reconstruction coupled to a cubic‐Bézier interpolation. The use of the proposed piecewise linear interface calculation (PLIC) reconstruction scheme coupled to a multidimensional time integration provides solutions of second‐order spatial and temporal accuracy. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed reconstruction algorithm are demonstrated through several tests, whose results are compared with those obtained with other recently proposed methods. An overall improvement in accuracy with respect to other recent methods has been achieved, along with a substantial reduction in the central processing unit time required. The periodic motions of the fractional order and/or delayed nonlinear systems are investigated in the frequency domain using a harmonic balance method with the analytical gradients of the nonlinear quality constraints and the sensitivity information of the Fourier coefficients can also obtained. The properties of fractional order derivatives and trigonometric functions are utilized to construct the fractional order derivatives, delayed and product operational matrices. The operational matrices are used to derive the analytical formulae of nonlinear systems of algebraic equations. The stability of periodic solutions for the delayed nonlinear systems is identified by an eigenvalue analysis of quasi-polynomials characteristic equations. Sensitivity analysis is performed to study the influence of the structural parameters on the system responses. Finally, three numerical examples are presented to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the developed method. It is concluded that the proposed methodology has the potential to facilitate highly efficient optimization, as well as sensitivity and uncertainty analysis of nonlinear systems with fractional derivatives and/or time delayed.  相似文献
