基于$k$-$\omega$的SST两方程湍流模型, 求解雷诺平均N-S方程获得定常和非定常气动力, 耦合 翼型弹性振动方程, 在时间域内模拟了不同的翼型非定常流动, 重点研究了大迎角下的分离 流问题, 研究结果表明: 在百万雷诺数条件下, 由于振动引起分离涡的不规律脱落, 可能导 致气动力平均值的变化; 而厚度大于20\%的翼型在一定大迎角范围内, 会出现分离涡流场平 衡态的转化, 从流体力学稳定性的角度, 解释了风洞实验中大迎角气动力数据的分散性, 为 大迎角气动力风洞实验的重复性和数据分散性给出了一种新解释.  相似文献

本文将汽车绕流模块化为各典型局部流动,通过常用湍流模型对各典型局部流动进行数值模拟,结果验证了湍流模型对转捩的捕捉能力是准确模拟汽车绕流的关键. 在分析汽车绕流分离及转捩机理的基础上,优化了稳态和瞬态求解方法,改进了湍流模型对转捩的预测能力,进而提高了湍流模型在汽车流场模拟上的精度. 针对汽车绕流的稳态问题,将流线曲率因子及 响应阈值引入 LRN $k$-$\varepsilon $ (low Reynolds number $k$-$\varepsilon $) 模型,获得了一种能够更准确预 测转捩的改进低雷诺数湍流模型 (modified LRN $k$-$\varepsilon $),改善了原模型对湍流耗散率的过强依赖性及全应力发展预测不足等问题;针对汽车绕流瞬态求解,通过分析 RANS/LES 混合湍流模型的构造思想及特点,引入约束大涡模拟方法,结合本文提出的改进的 LRN $k$-$\varepsilon $ 湍流模型,提出了一种能准确捕捉转捩现象 的转捩 LRN CLES 模型. 分别将改进的模型用于某实车外流场和风振噪声仿真中,通过 Ansys Fluent 求解器计算,并将计算结果与常用湍流模型的仿真结果、HD-2 风洞试验结果和实车道路实验结果进行对比,表明改进后的湍流模型能够更准确模拟复杂实车的稳态和瞬态特性,为汽车气动特性的研究提供了可靠理论依据及有效数值解决方法.   相似文献

利用数值方法对长宽比为1/3, 1和3的棱柱绕流在雷诺数为100的非稳态流动特性进行了分析和研究。采用有限体积法对棱柱绕流的二维流动N-S方程进行离散求解,分析和研究了非稳态的棱柱绕流流场,升力系数,阻力系数和涡动特性,数值模拟的结果与相关文献的数据比较吻合。通过上述研究能够为了解棱柱绕流的非稳态流动特性提供有力的帮助。而对棱柱三维流动的模拟分析和对雷诺数的变化对棱柱流动特性的影响进行研究,将为掌握棱柱绕流的工程特性打下基础。  相似文献

针对超声速机动飞行器舵面操纵动态响应问题,开展了相应的算法研究,建立了适用于模拟舵面与弹体相对运动及弹体气动力动态响应的非定常计算方法和局部动态网格变形技术. 以方形弹超声速绕流为例,验证了所提出的定常和非定常计算方法. 对方形弹舵面操纵的3种基本过程(脉冲、阶跃和谐波) 进行了数值模拟,获得了舵面操纵下导弹的俯仰运动对操纵的响应过程. 研究结果表明,快速的舵面操纵过程,甚至会导致导弹的俯仰运动失稳.  相似文献

借助γ-Reθ转捩模型,实现了高亚临界雷诺数(Re=1.4×105)下圆柱层流分离流动的尺度自适应模拟.统计平均结果表明数值计算和实验测量较为接近,尤其在圆柱后半段的分离区中,压力系数和实验符合得很好,误差主要源于分离点预测的不准确. 瞬态流动则显示,层流分离的剪切层中出现了展向不稳定,且在向下游的输运过程中不断增强,最后转捩为完全湍流. 在湍流分离模拟中,由于缺乏剪切层失稳的非定常性,SST-SAS 模型的尺度分辨能力变弱,因此在分离区以及下游尾迹中求解出的湍流尺度要明显较层流分离时大.   相似文献

低雷诺数流动对高空动力装置, 特别是涡轮部件的性能产生重要的影响. 本文采用具有7阶精度的差分格式, 通过直接求解二维瞬态可压缩Navier-Stokes方程组, 对雷诺数为241 800 (基于叶片弦长)时的叶片表面带有热传导效应的平面涡轮叶栅流动进行了二维直接数值模拟, 对低雷诺数平面涡轮叶栅流动的非定常流动现象作了初步的探索.数值结果表明:在叶栅通道入口处, 流场的非定常性很弱;在叶栅尾缘处, 具有正负涡量的尾涡交替地从压力面和吸力面上脱落;周期性的涡脱落使得叶栅通道内和尾迹区的总压发生(准)周期的变化, 并且, 尾迹区总压变化主频率是通道内总压变化主频率的2倍;在时均流场中, 叶片表面压力的分布与实验值吻合良好, 表征热传导效应的斯坦顿数除湍流区外与实验值基本吻合;尾迹区速度脉动的2阶统计量与圆柱绕流尾迹区速度脉动2阶统计量具有基本相似的分布特征.  相似文献

返回舱高雷诺数再入过程中存在肩部高热流、底部阻力无法准确预测以及非定常振动等问题,解决此类问题的关键是分离和转捩等物理现象的准确识别. 本文采用大涡模拟方法细致刻画了返回舱类钝体外形在高雷诺数再入过程中的分离和转捩等物理现象,获得了返回舱底部流动形态以及稳定性特征. 从肩部剪切失稳、底部流动结构失稳、尾迹发展区以及远尾迹区的耦合失稳等多个角度分析了返回舱外形的底部流动失稳机制.研究发现, 返回舱类外形底部流动稳定性主要存在两类失稳模式即肩部剪切失稳模式以及底部流动结构失稳模式,二种模式存在耦合效应, 同时在远尾迹湍流区域存在类卡门涡街的振荡行为.这些认识为理解返回舱外部扰动因素对底部流动的作用机理及返回舱稳定性控制提供了基础理论支撑.   相似文献

通过对比标准k-ω SST 湍流模型和基于标准k-ω SST 湍流模型修正的γ-Reθ 转捩湍流模型对绕振荡NACA66 水翼流动的数值计算结果与实验结果,对水翼振荡过程的水动力特性和流场结构变化进行了分析研究. 结果表明:与标准k-ω SST 湍流模型的数值计算结果相比,基于标准k-ω SST 湍流模型修正的γ-Reθ 转捩湍流模型能有效预测绕振荡翼型流场结构和水动力特性,捕捉流场边界层发生的流动分离和转捩现象;绕振荡水翼的流动过程可分为5 个特征阶段,当来流攻角较小时,在水翼前缘发生层流向湍流的转捩现象,水翼动力特征曲线出现变化拐点;随着来流攻角的增大,顺时针尾缘涡逐渐形成并向水翼前缘发展;当攻角较大时,前缘涡分离导致动力失速,水翼的动力特征曲线出现大幅波动;水翼处于顺时针向下旋转阶段,绕水翼的流动状态逐渐由湍流过渡为层流.  相似文献

随着高空无人飞行器研究的不断升温, 高空低雷诺数条件下动力装置的研究越来越受到人们的重视.结合近年来国内外相关领域的研究工作, 对低雷诺数低压涡轮内部复杂流动机理的研究进展进行了介绍, 包括低雷诺数情况下低压涡轮内部非定常流动的特点, 叶片边界层分离及转捩现象机理, 上游周期性尾迹与下游叶片边界层相互作用机理等. 在此基础上给出了适合低雷诺数条件的低压涡轮气动设计方法:尾迹通过与边界层的相互作用, 能够抑制分离, 进而减小叶型损失, 在气动设计中有效引入非定常效应可以大幅度提高低压涡轮的气动负荷或降低气动损失, 最终达到提高性能的目的;数值及实验结果验证了这种设计方法的有效性.   相似文献

The flow in the cross-flow separation region of a 1.37 m long, 6:1 prolate spheroid at 10° angle of attack was investigated with a novel 3-D fiber-optic Laser Doppler Velocimeter (LDV). The probe was used to measure three simultaneous, orthogonal velocity components from within the model. The design and operation of this LDV probe is described and velocity, Reynolds stress, and velocity triple-product measurements are presented from the inner boundary layer through the boundary-layer edge. Development of the 6:1 prolate spheroid model was funded by the Office of Naval Research, Mr. James A. Fein, program manager. Development of miniature, 3-D, fiber-optic, boundary layer probe and research into the flow around this body was sponsored by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Mr. Gary W. This paper reports experimental results on using steady and unsteady plasma aerodynamic actuation to control the corner separation, which forms over the suction surface and end wall corner of a compressor cascade blade passage. Total pressure recovery coefficient distribution was adopted to evaluate the corner separation. Corner separation causes significant total pressure loss even when the angle of attack is 0°. Both steady and unsteady plasma aerodynamic actuations suppress the corner separation effectively. The control effect obtained by the electrode pair at 25% chord length is as effective as that obtained by all four electrode pairs. Increasing the applied voltage improves the control effect while it augments the power requirement. Increasing the Reynolds number or the angle of attack makes the corner separation more difficult to control. The unsteady actuation is much more effective and requires less power due to the coupling between the unsteady actuation and the separated flow. Duty cycle and excitation frequency are key parameters in unsteady plasma flow control. There are thresholds in both the duty cycle and the excitation frequency, above which the control effect saturates. The maximum relative reduction in total pressure loss coefficient achieved is up to 28% at 70% blade span. The obvious difference between steady and unsteady actuation may be that wall jet governs the flow control effect of steady actuation, while much more vortex induced by unsteady actuation is the reason for better control effect.  相似文献

This paper presents results of the numerical simulation of periodically unsteady flows with focus on turbomachinery applications. The unsteady CFD solver used for the simulations is based on the Reynolds averaged Navier–Stokes equations. The numerical scheme applies an extended version of the Spalart–Allmaras one-equation turbulence model coupled with a transition correlation. The first example of validation consists of boundary layer flow with separation bubble on a flat plate, both under steady and periodically unsteady main flow conditions. The investigation includes a variation of the major parameters Strouhal number, amplitude, and Reynolds number. The second, more complex test case consists of the flow through a cascade of turbine blades which is influenced by wakes periodically passing over the cascade. The computations were carried out for two different blade loadings. The results of the numerical simulations are discussed and compared with experimental data in detail. Special emphasis is given to the investigation of boundary layers with regard to transition, separation and reattachment under the influence of main flow unsteadiness. Most of the turbulence models in the literature contain simplified assumptions which make them computationally inexpensive but of limited accuracy for the solution of separated turbulent flows. Dramatic improvements in computer processing speed and parallel processing make it possible to use more complete models, such as Reynolds Stress Models, for separated turbulent flow simulations, which is the focus of this work. The Reynolds Stress Model consists of coupling the Reynolds transport equations with the Favre–Reynolds averaged Navier–Stokes equations, which results in a system of 12 coupled non-linear partial differential equations. The solutions are obtained by running the PUMA_RSM computational fluid dynamics code on unstructured meshes. The equations are solved all the way to the wall without using any wall functions. Results for high Reynolds number flow around a 6:1 prolate spheroid and a Bell 214ST fuselage are presented. For the prolate spheroid basic flow features such as cross-flow separation are simulated. Predictions of circumferential locations of cross flow separation points are in good agreement with the experiment. A grid refinement study is performed to improve the computations. The fine mesh solution predicted locations of primary and secondary separation points with errors of roughly 2° and 0°, respectively. Flow simulations around an isolated Bell 214ST helicopter fuselage were also performed. Predicted pressure and drag force correlate well with the wind tunnel data, with a less than 10% deviation from the experiment. Drag predictions also show relative speed of Reynolds Stress Model compared to Large Eddy Simulation to compute time averaged quantities. For numerical solutions parallel processing is applied with the MPI communication standard. The code used in this study is run on Beowulf clusters. The parallel performance of the code PUMA_RSM is analysed and presented.  相似文献

针对低雷诺数(Re)翼型气动性能差的特点,文章通过对翼型柔性蒙皮施加主动振动的方法,提高翼型低Re下的气动特性,改善其流场结构.采用带预处理技术的Roe方法求解非定常可压缩Navier-Stokes方程,对NACA4415翼型低Re流动展开数值模拟.通过时均化和非定常方法对比柔性蒙皮固定和振动两种状态下的升阻力气动特性和层流分离流动结构.初步研究工作表明在低Re下柔性蒙皮采用合适的振幅和频率,时均化升阻力特性显著提高,分离泡结构由后缘层流分离泡转变为近似的经典长层流分离泡,分离点后移,分离区缩小.在此基础上,文章更加细致研究了柔性蒙皮两种状态下单周期内的层流分离结构及壁面压力系数分布非定常特性和演化规律.蒙皮固定状态下分离区前部流场结构和压力分布基本保持稳定,表现为近似定常分离,仅在后缘位置出现类似于卡门涡街的非定常流动现象.柔性蒙皮振动时从分离点附近开始便产生分离涡,并不断向下游移动、脱落,表现为非定常分离并出现大范围的压力脉动.蒙皮振动使流体更加靠近壁面运动,大尺度的层流分离现象得到有效抑制.   相似文献

针对低雷诺数翼型气动性能差的特点, 通过介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge, DBD)等离子体激励控制的方法, 提高翼型低雷诺数下的气动特性,改善其流场结构. 采用二维准直接数值模拟方法求解非定常不可压Navier-Stokes方程,对具有俯仰运动的NACA0012翼型的低雷诺数流动展开数值模拟.同时将介质阻挡放电激励对流动的作用以彻体力源项的形式加入Navier-Stokes方程,通过数值模拟探究稳态DBD等离子体激励对俯仰振荡NACA0012翼型气动特性和流场特性的影响.为了进行流动控制, 分别在上下表面的前缘和后缘处安装DBD等离子体激励器,并提出四种激励器的开环控制策略,通过对比研究了这些控制策略在不同雷诺数、不同减缩频率以及激励位置下的控制效果.通过流场结构和动态压强分析了等离子体进行流场控制的机理. 结果表明,前缘DBD控制中控制策略B(负攻角时开启上表面激励器,正攻角时开启下表面激励器)效果最好,后缘DBD控制中控制策略C(逆时针旋转时开启上表面激励器,顺时针旋转时开启下表面激励器)效果最好,前缘DBD控制效果会随着减缩频率的增大而下降, 同时会导致阻力增大.而后缘DBD控制可以减小压差阻力, 优于前缘DBD控制,对于计算的所有减缩频率(5.01~11.82)都有较好的增升减阻效果.在不同雷诺数下, DBD控制的增升效果较为稳定, 而减阻效果随着雷诺数的降低而变差,这是由流体黏性效应增强导致的.   相似文献

Results are presented to describe the laminar flow patterns around a prolate spheroid at angles of attack of 1, 2, 3, and 30 degrees and complement those obtained previously at 6 degrees. They were obtained by solving the three-dimensional boundary-layer equations with a combination of standard and characteristic box methods and with a stability criterion to ensure numerical accuracy. Emphasis is placed on the nature of separation which is shown to be coincident with a particular skin friction line on the windward side. The results on the leeward side break down prior to separation but suggest that, in agreement with experiment and contrary to some theoretical claims, the separation is open.  相似文献

The results of a numerical simulation of the unsteady subsonic viscous gas flow around a two-dimensional profile oscillating with respect to the incidence angle are presented and the possibility of controlling the nonstationary aerodynamic characteristics is considered. The hysteresis phenomena typical of oscillatory profile motions are investigated, the dependence of the lift force and drag is found for various laws of periodic variation of the incidence angle with time, and the effect of the frequency and amplitude of the angular profile oscillations on the shape of the hysteresis curves is studied. The calculations were based on the numerical solution of the nonstationary Navier-Stokes equations averaged in the Reynolds sense (Reynolds equations) which were closed using the k-ω turbulence model with modeling of the laminar/turbulent transition.  相似文献

A mixed algorithm of central and upwind difference scheme for the solution of steady/unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations is presented. The algorithm is based on the method of artificial compressibility and uses a third-order flux-difference splitting technique for the convective terms and the second-order central difference for the viscous terms. The numerical flux of semi-discrete equations is computed by using the Roe approximation. Time accuracy is obtained in the numerical solutions by subiterating the equations in pseudotime for each physical time step. The algebraic turbulence model of Baldwin-Lomax is ulsed in this work. As examples, the solutions of flow through two dimensional flat, airfoil, prolate spheroid and cerebral aneurysm are computed and the results are compared with experimental data. The results show that the coefficient of pressure and skin friction are agreement with experimental data, the largest discrepancy occur in the separation region where the lagebraic turbulence model of Baldwin-Lomax could not exactly predict the flow.  相似文献
