地震作用下摩擦耗能减震结构优化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
提出了地震作用下摩擦耗能支撑参数优化的一种新的数学模型。它的特点是在给定的几条地震波作用下,在满足框架的规范层间位移角限值要求下,框架各层安装的耗能支撑刚度之和最小,从而实现安装较少的耗能装置而能达到相同的抗震要求。本文利用遗传算法求解该优化问题,并编制了基于遗传算法的几条地震波分别作用下的摩擦耗能框架结构支撑参数弹塑性动力优化分析程序GAOFF。最后给出了一6层框架在三条地震波分别输入下的优化算例,分析结果表明本文方法是有效的。  相似文献

钢结构斜隅支撑体系是一种新型结构体系。与一般的纯框架和中心支撑框架体系不同,该体系综合了延性好、抗侧移刚度大的特点。在遭遇罕遇地震荷载作用下,结构通过隅撑的弯曲屈服耗能,保证其他主要构件不受损伤,使得震后修复较为容易且费用较低。但此类结构复杂的非线性分析在一定程度上阻碍了其推广与应用。本文经过力学分析推导,结合有限元方法和塑性铰理论提出了一种简化计算分析模型。采用该模型,整个求解过程仅涉及少量的线性计算,不涉及迭代,可以有效地简化斜隅支撑结构在侧向荷载作用下的弹塑性受力分析。算例表明,该计算方法建模合理,运算速度快。同时,计算结果稳定、可靠,与有限元分析程序得出的结果具有较好的一致性。  相似文献

本文用哈密顿原理建立了一种带竖缝耗能剪力墙结构在地震作用下的动力平衡方程,用Ritz法求解该方程,采用基于割线刚度和阻尼比等概率 幅值平均的等效线性方法求解竖缝中的耗能装置的刚度和阻尼比,并通过对一耗能剪力墙结构模型振动台试验的计算分析表明了该方法计算简单,且有较好的计算精度,为便于工程应用,对由耗能装置提供给结构的附加阻尼进行强行解耦,用振型分解反应谱的方法进行耗能结构地震反应的简化计算,并通过对一算例的计算分析表明了该简化方法具有一定的精度,该简化方法使对耗能结构的抗震计算与普通结构比较一致,该方法主要适用于小震作用下的耗能结构的抗震计算。  相似文献

在一座三层单跨的钢结构模型中安装了铅芯橡胶耗能器及其和油阻尼器并联组合。对这两种耗能体系进行了振动台试验,以研究组合耗能体系的动力特性,检验其减振效果,试验结果表明:组合耗能体系对位移和加速度有良好的减振效果;在合适的刚度范围内,增加适当的阻尼可提高耗能器的减振效果,进行了数值分析,并与试验结果进行了比较,验证了本文提出的计算模型与方法的正确性。  相似文献

本文研究受到频率约束的框架结构优化设计问题,采用基于Bernoulli-Euler梁的动力刚度法求解框架结构的自振频率,采用W-W算法精确求解自振频率及频率对设计变量的灵敏度.分析比较了将框架结构的杆件按普通静刚度梁单元和动力刚度梁单元分别建立计算模型时得到的频率分析结果.以杆件面积为设计变量,以结构重量为优化目标,对基频约束下的框架结构进行了尺寸优化,比较了节点集中质量对优化结果的影响.通过2个数值算例,验证了动力刚度阵法在框架结构频率性能分析与优化设计中的适用性,并具有较高的计算精度.  相似文献

有限元方法中相对于对结构质量与刚度特性的描述,结构阻尼的描述仍具有较大的模糊性。随着新型建筑材料与复杂结构体系的发展,以及对计算机模拟要求的提高,阻尼作用的机理与相应阻尼模型的研究成为值得关注的问题。基于一种阻尼力与质点速度历程相关的卷积非粘滞阻尼模型,采用微分求积求解算法,对一个大型复杂超高层建筑结构的风振响应进行了分析,并与常用的比例粘滞阻尼模型进行了对比。对卷积非粘滞阻尼力模型系统的响应特征进行了分析,特别是该模型的松弛效应对结构响应的影响。另外,作为将这种新阻尼模型应用于实际工程的一次探索,本文采用微分求积算法,建立了一套可将该阻尼模型及其求解算法嵌入通用有限元软件的求解系统,可用于复杂结构的动力响应分析。  相似文献

工程中通过设置支撑将阻尼器和建筑结构连接, 但常为了简化分析, 将支撑的水平刚度看成无穷大, 即不考虑支撑对耗能结构随机地震响应的影响. 实际上, 考虑有限水平刚度的支撑对耗能结构响应的影响更加符合工程实际, 为考虑支撑影响的广义Maxwell耗能隔震结构在胡聿贤谱地震激励下的响应分析, 提出一种求解随机地震响应的简明解析解法. 将带支撑广义Maxwell阻尼器等效本构关系、隔震结构运动方程以及胡聿贤谱滤波方程联合组成非经典阻尼系统, 运用复模态法对该非经典阻尼系统解耦, 通过不同响应模态获得耗能隔震系统系列响应基于白噪声激励的Duhamel积分表达式; 利用Dirac函数的性质, 将系统系列响应协方差简化为无积分运算的表达式, 根据功率谱密度函数与其协方差函数的Wiener-Khinchin关系, 得到耗能隔震系统系列响应功率谱和地面加速度功率谱, 基于随机振动理论中谱矩的定义, 得到耗能隔震系统系列响应0 ~ 2阶谱矩. 算例通过与虚拟激励法对比分析, 验证所提方法在该耗能隔震系统分析的正确性和高效性, 并讨论了不同支撑刚度对阻尼器减震效果的影响.   相似文献

提出了一种新型变截面可更换耗能梁,控制塑性变形集中在耗能区域中,通过扩大截面与框架梁采取翼缘和腹板螺栓拼接连接,易于实现螺栓弹性设计,减小螺栓滑移,完成耗能梁端在地震作用后的更换。利用变截面可更换耗能梁段中部区域耗能集中与塑性变形优越的特性,结合高强钢的较大弹性变形,在偏心支撑钢框架中设置变截面可更换耗能梁段,形成带变截面可更换耗能梁段的高强钢框架-偏心支撑结构体系,通过有限元软件模拟验证了已有端板连接可更换耗能梁段试验,对比破坏模式、承载能力与耗能特性,以此为基础,建立了带变截面可更换耗能梁段的高强钢框架-偏心支撑结构有限元模型,通过循环加载研究了结构的承载能力、刚度、受力特点、塑性转角和塑性分布等受力机理。考虑了中间耗能区域长度(e)、钢材牌号组合和变截面可更换耗能梁段长度(e'')三个参数变化对结构抗震性能的影响规律。  相似文献

在大多数情况下机械振动是有害的,它不仅产生噪声还会降低设备的工作精度和使用寿命.采用正刚度特性的吸振、隔振系统往往难以达到满意效果,这种情况在低频振动控制系统中尤其明显.放大机构与负刚度元件在振动控制领域均表现出良好性能,但是较少有对同时含有放大机构与负刚度装置的动力吸振系统的研究.以Voigt型动力吸振器为基础提出了一种将放大机构应用于含负刚度弹簧元件的动力吸振器模型,对该模型的最优参数进行了研究.首先建立了系统的运动微分方程并得到了其解析解,发现该系统存在两个固定点,利用固定点理论得到了动力吸振器的最优频率比.根据负刚度的特性,在保证系统稳定的前提下得到了最优负刚度比,并推导了系统的近似最优阻尼比.通过数值仿真验证了解析解的正确性.与多种动力吸振器在简谐激励与随机激励下进行了对比,说明了本文模型相比于已有的动力吸振器,能够大幅降低共振振幅、拓宽减振频带并且降低系统的谐振频率,为设计新型动力吸振器模型提供了理论依据.   相似文献

A fundamental issue in turbomachinery design is the dynamical stress assessment of turbine blades. In order to reduce stress peaks in the turbine blades at engine orders corresponding to blade natural frequencies, friction dampers are employed. Blade response calculation requires the solution of a set of non-linear equations originated by the introduction of friction damping.

Such a set of non-linear equations is solved using the iterative numerical Newton–Raphson method. However, calculation of the Jacobian matrix of the system using classical numerical finite difference schemes makes frequency domain solver prohibitively expensive for structures with many contact points. Large computation time results from the evaluation of partial derivatives of the non-linear equations with respect to the displacements.

In this work a methodology to compute efficiently the Jacobian matrix of a dynamic system having wedge dampers is presented. It is exact and completely analytical.

The proposed methods have been successfully applied to a real intermediate pressure turbine (IPT) blade under cyclic symmetry boundary conditions with underplatform wedge dampers. Its implementation showed to be very effective, and allowed to achieve relevant time savings without loss of precision.  相似文献

In turbomachinery applications, rotating bladed disks (blisks) are often subject to high levels of dynamic loading, such as traveling wave excitations, which result in large response amplitudes at resonance. To prevent premature high cycle fatigue, various dry friction dampers are designed for blisk systems to reduce the forced responses. Ring dampers are located in the disk, underneath the blades, and are held in contact with the blisk by centrifugal loading. Energy is dissipated by nonlinear friction forces when relative motions between the ring damper and the blisk take place. To investigate the dynamic responses of blisk–damper systems in the presence of the nonlinear frictional contacts, conventional methods based on numerical time integration are not suitable since they are computationally expensive. This paper presents a reduced-order modeling technique to efficiently capture the nonlinear dynamic responses of the blisk–damper systems. Craig–Bampton component mode synthesis (CB-CMS) serves as the first model reduction step. A novel mode basis that mimics the contact behavior under sliding and sticking conditions is developed to further reduce the CB-CMS model while maintaining its accuracy. The resulting reduced nonlinear equations of motion are solved by a hybrid frequency/time domain (HFT) method. In the HFT method, the contact status and friction forces are determined in the time domain by a three-dimensional contact model at each contact point, whereas the reduced equations of motion are solved in the frequency domain according to a harmonic balance formulation. Moreover, to investigate the effects of blade mistuning, which can lead to drastic increase of forced responses, an extension of the reduced-order models (ROMs) is developed based on component mode mistuning. Forced responses computed by the proposed ROMs are validated for both tuned and mistuned systems. A statistical analysis is performed to study the effectiveness of ring dampers under random blade mistuning patterns.  相似文献

Friction contacts are often used in turbomachinery design as passive damping systems. In particular, underplatform dampers are mechanical devices used to decrease the vibration amplitudes of bladed disks.Numerical codes are used to optimize during designing the underplatform damper effectiveness in order to limit the resonant stress level of the blades. In such codes, the contact model plays the most relevant role in calculation of the dissipated energy at friction interfaces. One of the most important contact parameters to consider in order to calculate the forced response of blades assembly is the static normal load acting at the contact, since its value strongly affects the area of the hysteresis loop of the tangential force, and therefore the amount of dissipation.A common procedure to estimate the static normal loads acting on underplatform dampers consists in decoupling the static and the dynamic balance of the damper. A preliminary static analysis of the contact is performed in order to get the static contact/gap status to use in the calculation, assuming that it does not change when vibration occurs.In this paper, a novel approach is proposed. The static and the dynamic displacements of the system (bladed disk+underplatform dampers) are coupled together during the forced response calculation. Static loads acting at the contacts follow from static displacements and no preliminary static analysis of the system is necessary.The proposed method is applied to a numerical test case representing a simplified bladed disk with underplatform dampers. Results are compared with those obtained with the classical approach.  相似文献

This paper describes an efficient method to predict the nonlinear steady-state response of a complex structure with multi-scattered friction contacts. The contact friction force is equivalent to additional stiffness and damping based on optimal approximation theory, and as a consequence, the computation is simplified greatly by the linearization for a nonlinear system. In order to obtain accurate pressure distribution on the contact interfaces, the dynamic contact normal pressure is obtained by the equivalent static analysis which is validated for most engineering cases. Considering the complex procedure to determine the transformation between two different contact states, the differential forms of friction force are given to solve the tangential force accurately under the complex movement of interfaces. The approaches developed in this paper are particularly suitable to solve the dynamic response of large-scale structures with local contact nonlinearities. The entire procedure to calculate the steady-state response of a finite element model with a large number of degrees of freedom is demonstrated taking the blades with underplatform dampers as an example. The method is proved to be accurate and efficient; in particular, it does not suffer convergence problem in the allowable range of precision error, which exhibits remarkable potential engineering application values.  相似文献

Stockbridge dampers are used e.g. for reducing wind-excited oscillations due to vortex shedding in conductors of overhead lines. In these dampers, mechanical energy is dissipated in wire cables (“damper cables”). The damping mechanism is due to statical hysteresis resulting from Coulomb (dry) friction between the individual wires of the cable undergoing bending deformation. Systems with statical hysteresis can be modelled by means of Jenkin elements arranged in parallel, consisting of linear springs and Coulomb friction elements. The damper cable is a continuous system and damping takes place throughout the whole length of the cable, so that distributed Jenkin elements are used. The local mechanical properties of the wire cable are identified experimentally in the time domain. In particular, the moment–curvature relation is determined experimentally at every location of the wire cable subjected to dynamic flexural deformations. Using such a model for the damper cables, the equations of motion can be formulated for a Stockbridge damper, and discretization of the damper cable leads to a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations. In order to test this dynamical model of a Stockbridge damper we compute impedance curves and compare them to experimental results.  相似文献

Time integration algorithm is a key issue in solving dynamical system. An unconditionally stable Hamel generalized α method is proposed to solve the instability issue arising in the time integration of dynamic equations and to eliminate the pseudo high order harmonics incurred by the spatial discretization of finite element simultaneously. Therefore, the development of numerical integration algorithm to solve the above-mentioned problems has important theoretical and application value. The algorithm proposed in this paper is developed based on the moving frame method and Hamel’s field variational integrators along with the strategy to construct an unconditionally stable Hamel generalized α method. It is shown that a new numerical formalism with higher accuracy can be derived under the same framework of the unconditional stable algorithm established through a special variational formalism and variational integrators. The above-mentioned formalism can be extended from general linear space to Lie group by utilizing the moving frame method and the Lie group formalism of the Hamel generalized α method has been obtained. Both the convergence and stability of the algorithm are discussed, and some numerical examples are presented to verify the conclusion. It is demonstrated by the theoretical analysis that the Hamel generalized α method proposed in the paper is unconditionally stable, second-order accurate and can quickly filter out pseudo high-frequency harmonics. Both conventional and proposed methods have been applied to numerical examples respectively. Comparisons between results of numerical examples show that the aforementioned advantages of the proposed method in terms of accuracy, dissipation and stability are tested and verified. At the same time, it can be developed that new numerical integration algorithms with even higher order accuracy. The scheme can also be proposed, which is suitable for both general linear space and Lie group space. A new way for constructing variational integrators is also obtained in this paper.   相似文献

In order to understand the nonlinear effect in a two‐layer system, fully nonlinear strongly dispersive internal‐wave equations, based on a variational principle, were proposed in this study. A simple iteration method was used to solve the internal‐wave equations in order to solve the equations stably. The applicability of the proposed numerical computation scheme was confirmed to agree with linear dispersion relation theoretically obtained from variational principle. The proposed computational scheme was also shown to reproduce internal waves including higher‐order nonlinear effect from the analysis of internal solitary waves in a two‐layer system. Furthermore, for the second‐order numerical analysis, the balance of nonlinearity and dispersion was found to be similar to the balance assumed in the KdV theory and the Boussinesq‐type equations. A generalized nonlinear model is formulated for the dynamic analysis of suspension seats with passive, semi-active and active dampers. The model incorporates coulomb friction due to suspension linkages and bushings, forces arising from interactions with the elastic limit stops, a linear suspension spring and nonlinear damping force for passive, semi-active and active dampers, while the contribution due to biodynamics of the human operator is considered to be negligible. The semi-active and active dampers are characterized by force generators in accordance with the control laws based upon suspension mass velocity. Two different suspension seats are experimentally assessed in the laboratory under sinusoidal and random excitations arising from an urban bus, and the measured data is used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed generalized model. The results showed reasonably good agreement between the model results and the measured data. Optimal model parameters are selected using the sequential unconstrained minimization technique with an objective to minimize the acceleration due to vibration transmitted to the occupant mass. The comfort and safety performance characteristics of the optimal suspension seat with semi-active and active dampers are evaluated under both the sinusoidal and random excitations based on the guidelines provided by ISO-2631. From these results, it is concluded that the comfort performance of a suspension seat with semi-active and active dampers can be considerably enhanced by 20–30%.  相似文献

研究了设置耗能阻尼器框架的地震作用振动方程求解及该结构的地震反应。框架结构设置耗能阻尼器后,振动方程的阻尼矩阵不再对振型具有正交性,本文对该振动方程给出了状态方程直接积分法,并与传统强制解耦法进行了比较分析,结果表明强制解耦法对结构第一阶振动反应求解偏差较小,而对于高阶振动反应差别较大,并且强制解耦法高估了阻尼器的减震效果。继而采用状态方程直接积分法对设置有粘滞阻尼器的框架结构进行了地震反应分析,探讨了阻尼器位置对框架结构地震反应的影响,结果表明设置有阻尼器的楼层减振效果明显,未设置阻尼器的楼层减振效果差别较大,甚至有可能出现楼层层间侧移增大的现象,由此提出耗能阻尼器应在结构中合理设置。  相似文献
