This paper addresses the reliable synchronization problem between two non-identical chaotic fractional order systems. In this work, we present an adaptive feedback control scheme for the synchronization of two coupled chaotic fractional order systems with different fractional orders. Based on the stability results of linear fractional order systems and Laplace transform theory, using the master-slave synchronization scheme, sufficient conditions for chaos synchronization are derived. The designed controller ensures that fractional order chaotic oscillators that have non-identical fractional orders can be synchronized with suitable feedback controller applied to the response system. Numerical simulations are performed to assess the performance of the proposed adaptive controller in synchronizing chaotic systems.  相似文献

A lag synchronization controller is designed in studying discrete chaotic systems with diverse structures to realize synchronization between Henon and Ikeda sys- terns. The structure of the lag synchronization controller and the error equations of state variables between discrete chaotic systems are presented based on the stability theory. The designed controller has unique structures for different chaotic systems. Lag synchro- nization between any discrete chaotic systems with diverse structures can be achieved. Simulation results show that this control method is effective and feasible.  相似文献

This paper investigates the drive-response synchronization in shape for a class of two-dimensional continuous systems of chaos. The shape of the chaotic attractor of the drive chaotic system is considered in this paper. Using the signed curvatures of plane curves to describe the shapes of trajectories for drive and response systems, the continuous controller for shape synchronization is synthesized based on the fundamental theorem on plane curves in classical differential geometry. The continuous controller synthesized can guarantee that the response system is synchronized with the drive chaotic system in shape. The shape synchronization is obtained in spite of different dimensions in drive and response systems. Finally, the Duffing oscillator is utilized as an illustrative example. Simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is effective for the application of secure communication.  相似文献

This paper discusses the synchronization and anti-synchronization of new uncertain unified chaotic systems (UUCS). Based on the idea of active control, a novel active Pinning control strategy is presented, which only needs a state of new UUCS. The proposed controller can achieve synchronization between a response system and a drive system, and ensure the synchronized robust stability of new UUCS. Numerical simulations of new UUCS show that the controller can make chaotic systems achieve synchronization or anti-synchronization in a quite short period and both are of good robust stability.  相似文献

This paper presents robust synchronization algorithms for the Rossler systems in the presence of unknown time-varying parameters. First, an adaptive synchronization algorithm based on the Lyapunov theory is introduced for identical Rossler systems with mismatched uncertainties. This method does not require a priori information regarding the bound of uncertainties. In addition, this technique is such that the states of the synchronization error system are uniformly ultimately bounded. Since in practice the parameters of the drive and response systems are not necessarily the same, two synchronization approaches are used for the drive and response systems with different parameters. In the first approach, a simple controller is designed for the nominal error system, as if there is no uncertainty in the system. The stability analysis is then investigated as the uncertainties are reintroduced, and it is shown that the size of the uncertainties directly affects the synchronization performance. To deal with this problem, an H controller is designed in which the effects of unknown bounded uncertainties can be attenuated at an appropriate level. It is shown that, using these two approaches, the Rossler systems can be synchronized effectively and the synchronization error is uniformly ultimately bounded. Numerical simulations confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

A method of chaos synchronization and parameter identification is proposed in the paper. The synchronization controller and the parameter recognizer are designed. Two coupled map lattices with different structures are taken as examples to verify the effectiveness of the method. Simulation results show that the identification variables in the parameter recognizer can substitute for the unknown parameters in both target and response systems. Then global synchronization of the two uncertain coupled map lattices can be realized after the designed controller is added.  相似文献

In this article, a novel synchronization scheme, modified function projective lag synchronization (MFPLS) in two different dimensional chaotic systems with parameter perturbations, is proposed. In the proposed method, the states of two nonidentical chaotic systems with different orders are asymptotically lag synchronized up to a desired scaling function matrix by means of reduced order and increased order, respectively. Furthermore, based on the reality situation, the parameter perturbations are involved, which are assumed to appear in both drive and response systems. With the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive controller is designed to achieve MFPLS. Theoretical proof and numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

Synchronization of nonlinear dynamical systems with complex variables has attracted much more attention in various fields of science and engineering. In this paper, the problem of parameter identification and adaptive impulsive synchronization for a class of chaotic (hyperchaotic) complex nonlinear systems with uncertain parameters is investigated. Based on the theories of adaptive control and impulsive control, a synchronization scheme is designed to make a class of chaotic and hyperchaotic complex systems asymptotically synchronized, and uncertain parameters are identified simultaneously in the process of synchronization. Particularly, the proposed adaptive–impulsive control laws for synchronization are simple and can be readily applied in practical applications. The synchronization of two identical chaotic complex Chen systems and two identical hyperchaotic complex Lü systems are taken as two examples to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed controllers and identifiers.  相似文献

This paper addresses a master-slave synchro- nization strategy for complex dynamic systems based on feedback control. This strategy is applied to 3-DOF pla- nar manipulators in order to obtain synchronization in such complicated as chaotic motions of end-effectors. A chaotic curve is selected from Duffing equation as the trajectory of master end-effector and a piecewise approximation method is proposed to accurately represent this chaotic trajectory of end-effectors. The dynamical equations of master-slave manipulators with synchronization controller are derived, and the Lyapunov stability theory is used to determine the stability of this controlled synchronization system. In numer- ical experiments, the synchronous motions of end-effectors as well as three joint angles and torques of master-slave manipulators are studied under the control of the proposed synchronization strategy. It is found that the positive gain matrix affects the implementation of synchronization con- trol strategy. This synchronization control strategy proves the synchronization's feasibility and controllability for com- plicated motions generated by master-slave manipulators.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the \(H_\infty \) synchronization control problem for a class of chaotic systems with multiple delays in the presence of controller temporary failure. Based on the idea of switching, the synchronization error systems with controller temporary failure are modeled as a class of switched synchronization error systems. Then, a switching condition that incorporates the controller failure time is constructed by using piecewise Lyapunov functional and average dwell-time methods, such that the switched synchronization error systems are exponentially stable and satisfy a weighted \(H_\infty \) performance level. In the meantime, a switching state feedback \(H_\infty \) controller is derived by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. More incisively, the obtained results can also be applied to the issue of aperiodically intermittent control. Finally, three simulation examples are employed to illustrate the effectiveness and potential of the proposed method.  相似文献

This letter investigates the synchronization of a class of three-dimensional fractional-order chaotic systems. Based on sliding mode variable structure control theory and adaptive control technique, a single-state adaptive-feedback controller containing a novel fractional integral sliding surface is developed to synchronize a class of fractional-order chaotic systems. The present controller, which only contains a single driving variable, is simple both in design and implementation. Simulation results for three fractional-order chaotic systems are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of optimization of the synchronization of a chaotic modified Rayleigh system. We first introduce a four-dimensional autonomous chaotic system which is obtained by the modification of a two-dimensional Rayleigh system. Some basic dynamical properties and behaviors of this system are investigated. An appropriate electronic circuit (analog simulator) is proposed for the investigation of the dynamical behavior of the proposed system. Correspondences are established between the coefficients of the system model and the components of the electronic circuit. Furthermore, we propose an optimal robust adaptive feedback which accomplishes the synchronization of two modified Rayleigh systems using the controllability functions method. The advantage of the proposed scheme is that it takes into account the energy wasted by feedback coupling and the closed loop performance on synchronization. Also, a finite horizon is explicitly computed such that the chaos synchronization is achieved at an established time. Numerical simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization strategy. Pspice analog circuit implementation of the complete master–slave controller system is also presented to show the feasibility of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

Unlike taking the same external electrical stimulation to discuss chaotic synchronization in the literature, the synchronization between two uncouple FitzHugh?CNagumo (FHN) neurons with different ionic currents and external electrical stimulations is considered. The main contribution of this study is the application of a robust adaptive sliding-mode controller instead of the active elimination. The proposed sliding mode controller associated with time varying feedback gains cannot only tackle the system uncertainties and external disturbances, but also compensate for the mismatch nonlinear dynamics of synchronized error system without direct cancellation. Meanwhile, these feedback gains are not determined in advance but updated by the adaptive laws. Sufficient conditions to guarantee the stable synchronization are given in the sense of the Lyapunov stability theorem. In addition, numerical simulations are also performed to verify the effectiveness of presented scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the synchronization problems of delayed competitive neural networks with different time scales and unknown parameters. A simple and robust adaptive controller is designed such that the response system can be synchronized with a drive system with unknown parameters by utilizing Lyapunov stability theory and parameter identification. Our synchronization criteria are easily verified and do not need to solve any linear matrix inequality. This research also demonstrates the effectiveness of application in secure communication. Numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the main results.  相似文献

In this paper we study certain aspects of non-linear dynamical systems arising in atmospheric physics from the viewpoint of their synchronization. Apart from phase synchronization, a new method using an adaptive controller is formulated. The model under investigation was originally obtained by Stenflo (Phys. Scr. 53 (1996) 83) in case of acoustic gravity waves and its chaotic properties were studied by Liu (Phys. Scr. 61 (2000) 526), Zhou (J. Math. Phys. 38 (1997) 5225) and Banerjee et al. (Phys. Scripta 63 (2001) 177). Here, we have shown how an adaptive controller can be constructed for the synchronization of two such systems by analysing the error equation and utilizing the properties of the corresponding Hurwitz matrix. As a result, suitable criteria are obtained for synchronization. On the other hand, the phase of such a chaotic time series is defined from the view of Hilbert transform and is shown that the technique of phase synchronization can be equally applied to such systems.  相似文献

分析了一类分数阶对称金融非线性系统的复杂度特性,利用有限时间同步理论设计控制器,实现了有限时间同步。根据分数阶系统定义和Adomain分解法对该系统的非线性项进行Adomain分解,结合分解系数定义系统的表达式,将其离散化。基于谱熵复杂度及C0复杂度的基本算法,利用Matlab仿真其复杂度曲线及复杂度图谱。为进一步探究对称金融非线性系统的动力学特性,利用有限时间同步理论设计误差控制器,实现有限时间同步,仿真结果表明该控制器可使系统在极短的时间内实现同步且鲁棒性好。  相似文献

Chaos synchronization of Rikitake system applying the passive control method is investigated in this paper. Based on the passive technique, the passive controllers are designed. The nonlinear controller for the synchronization of two identical Rikitake systems or two different chaotic systems is simple and convenient to realize. In this paper, we investigate the projective synchronization between two different time-delayed chaotic systems. A suitable controller is chosen using the active control approach. We relax some limitations of previous work, where projective synchronization of different chaotic systems can be achieved only in finite dimensional chaotic systems, so we can achieve projective synchronization of different chaotic systems in infinite dimensional chaotic systems. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, we suggest a generic method to achieve the projective synchronization between two different time-delayed chaotic systems. The validity of the proposed method is demonstrated and verified by observing the projective synchronization between two well-known time-delayed chaotic systems; the Ikeda system and Mackey–Glass system. Numerical simulations fully support the analytical approach.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of finite-time synchronization control for uncertain Markov jump neural networks in the presence of constraints on the control input amplitude. The parameter uncertainties under consideration are assumed to belong to a fixed convex polytope. By using a parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional and a simple matrix decoupling method, a sufficient condition is proposed to ensure that the considered networks are stochastically synchronized over a finite-time interval. The desired mode-independent controller parameters can be computed via solving a convex optimization problem. Finally, two chaos neural networks are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach.  相似文献
