对具有轴向初始速度即竖直下抛液体燃料的爆炸抛撒云雾形成过程进行了数值研究。近场的数据来自丁珏等的工作,以此数据作为远场初始参数。远场是燃料液滴与空气、燃料蒸汽、不同尺寸的液滴颗粒组成的多相体系之间的相互作用的过程。液滴的直径比较小,把液滴看成连续介质,且相互作用只考虑液滴的蒸发、破碎、碰撞聚合。轴向初速为0(静爆)时计算结果与实验结果相吻合。这说明本模型可以模拟爆炸抛撒云雾的形成过程,进而可以预估高速运动下云雾的形成过程。用以上模型计算了竖直下抛初速为100m/s、装填5kgPO的FAE装置的爆炸抛撒过程。所得的结果表明,100m/s的初速将影响云雾的最终形状及云雾内部的浓度分布。 相似文献

在实验室条件下利用组合式激波管设备,对运动状态下液体轴对称抛撒进行了实验研究。通过纹影装置获得其所形成雾化场的外形轮廓照片,测量获得了液核发生首次破碎的位置与对称轴之间的距离。通过对抛撒过程中R-T不稳定性与K-H不稳定性的分析认为,轴向气流作用下液体轴对称抛撒的首次破碎点与对称轴的距离主要由轴向气流的速度、轴向气流的密度、液体轴对称抛撒的出口速度、抛撒液体的表面张力系数、环形喷口的宽度等参数所决定。在此基础上,利用相似性理论和无量纲分析,获得了运动状态下液体轴对称抛撒首次破碎点与对称轴之间的距离与相关参数的无量纲关系式。 相似文献

在轴向气流作用下液体轴对称抛撒的研究,是以飞行物体在运动状态下向大气抛撒液体燃料所导致的破碎和雾化为背景的。为了研究在轴向气流作用下液体轴对称抛撒所产生的雾场特性,本文提出了一种新的组合型实验设备。该设备由两台激波管、一套电子同步控制系统组成,可以观察在轴向气流作用下液体轴对称抛撒、破碎和雾化的过程。通过在此设备上的一系列实验,获得了在不同压力和不同气流速度下液体轴对称抛撒的近场纹影照片。通过对照片的研究发现,液体轴对称抛撒具有两个明显的阶段:液核生长阶段和液核稳定阶段。另外近场云雾区轮廓有明显的转折点,此转折点即为液核发生首次破碎的位置。进一步分析表明,轴向气流能促使液体轴对称抛撒首次破碎发生的时间缩短。 相似文献

通过固液界面摩擦力测试装置研究了微液滴在PDMS软基体表面运动时的动态摩擦学行为,并对微液滴体积、滑动速度及软基体力学性能对固液界面动态摩擦行为的影响进行了分析. 结果表明:微液滴在软基体表面运动时表现出最大静摩擦力和动态摩擦力. 最大静摩擦力与微液滴黏度和速度梯度呈正比,动态摩擦力与微液滴体积、滑动速度和基体力学性能有关. 随着微液滴体积的增加,三相接触线长度增加,动态摩擦力增加;随着相对滑动速度增加,三相接触线长度及接触角滞后增加,动态摩擦力增加;随着软基体弹性模量降低,固液界面黏附力增加,固液界面运动能量耗散增加,动态摩擦力增加. 研究结果可为PDMS软基体表面微液滴的精确驱动和运动参数优化提供理论指导,也可进一步丰富固液界面摩擦理论. 相似文献

The mechanical effects of dilute liquid inclusions on the solid-liquid composite are explored,based on an analytical circular inclusion model incorporating the internal pressure change of the liquid and the surface tension of the interface.Several simple explicit dependences of the stress field and effective stiffness on the bulk modulus and the size of the liquid,the surface tension,and Poisson’s ratio of the matrix are derived.The results show that the stresses in the matrix are reduced,and the stiffness of the solid-liquid composite is enhanced with the consideration of either the surface tension or the internal pressure change.Particularly,the effective Young’s modulus predicted by the present model for either soft or stiff matrices agrees well with the known experimental data.In addition,according to the theoretical results,it is possible to stiffen a soft solid by pressured gas with the presence of the surface tension of the solid-gas interface. 相似文献

A novel acoustic technique is described for following the motion of the solid-liquid interface during the freezing of mercury,
n-hexadecane and n-octadecane where heat transfer is unidirectional. It is shown that the actual amount of solidification
occurring in a given time differs from that predicted using a numerical solution to the transient heat conduction problem.
The differences are small for mercury but large for the paraffins. They are interpreted in terms of the nature of the solid-liquid
interface. Furthermore the experimental and predicted temperature distributions in the liquid and solid phases differ. These
differences are extremely small for mercury. The data for the three materials conform to a relationship observed previously
according to which the thickness of the solidified layer is a linear function of the square root of time.

Inward solidification has been studied experimentally and analytically under conditions where the liquid phase is above the fusion temperature (i.e., superheated). The liquid was housed in a horizontal circular tube in which the surface was maintained at a uniform, time-invariant temperature during test runs. Three phase change materials (n-heptadecane,n-octadecane, and water) were used in the tests. Both analysis and experiments have established that for inward solidification, natural convection in a superheated liquid is not important in controlling the solidliquid interface motion for Stefan numbers less than unity. The interface velocity is determined primarily by the thermal resistance across the solid layer. Good agreement has been obtained between experimentally measured and analytically predicted solid-liquid interface positions when the density differences between the phases were accounted for. 相似文献

本文利用分子动力学计算机模拟的方法,研究了氪的固-液、液-气和气-固的界面现象。显示了液体的零级径向分布是有序的,与固体相邻的液体部分有类晶结构,固体表面出现了气体吸附层。表面张力计算结果与实验值很好的吻合,证明Lennead-Jones势对球形原子的相互作用作了很好的描述,在表面张力计算中可以忽略去截断效应。 相似文献
