利用化学沉淀法制备了纳米ZnO粉体,室温下测量了样品的光致发光谱(PL)、X射线衍射谱(XRD),给出了样品的透射电子显微照片(TEM).X射线衍射(XRD)的结果表明:纳米晶ZnO具有六角纤锌矿晶体结构,颗粒呈球形或椭球形.观察到二个荧光发射带,中心波长分别位于398 nm的紫带和510 nm的绿光带.发现随退火温度升高,粒径增大,紫带的峰值减弱、绿带的峰值增强.证实了纳米晶ZnO绿光可见发射带来自氧空位形成的施主和锌空位形成的受主之间的复合.  相似文献

CeOx与ZnO纳米复合粉体的制备及其发光性能   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备CeOx/ZnO纳米复合粉体,并对其结构和光致发光特性进行了研究。发现500℃烧结出的复合粉体在502nm处的绿光发射同纯ZnO的相比有显著的增强;600℃烧结的样品在603nm出现新的发光峰。通过XRD和XPS分析认为荧光增强的主要原因同粉体中铈主要以Ce^3 形式存在有关,新的发光峰可能来源于ZnO/CeO2界面处形成的新的能级跃迁。  相似文献

氧化锌纳米晶体的光谱分析   总被引:2,自引:5,他引:2  
采用沉淀法并通过控制前驱体的煅烧温度来制备粒径不同的氧化锌(ZnO)纳米晶体,对粒子的透射电镜照片进行分析,结果表明,制备出的纳米粒子分散性好、形貌一致、粒径分布集中.样品的X射线衍射光谱分析表明,随着前驱体煅烧温度增加,晶体粒径增大、结晶度提高;样品的紫外-可见吸收光谱的峰位随粒径减小而发生蓝移,这一实验结果表明ZnO纳米晶体呈现出较明显的量子限域效应;红外吸收光谱测量结果表明,用沉淀法制备的ZnO纳米晶体的表面会吸附一小部分残余的离子,对红外吸收光谱中的ZnO特征振动峰随粒径减小发生宽化和红移的现象进行了理论分析;光致发光光谱测量结果表明,ZnO纳米晶体在紫外区(360 nm)存在一较弱的发光峰,而在可见区(468 nm)存在一较强的发光峰,与理论计算结果进行比较后,认为锌空位点缺陷是导致ZnO纳米晶体可见区发光的主要原因.  相似文献

本文对采用湿化学方法合成的ZnO纳米棒样品的拉曼光谱和发光光谱进行了研究。由扫描电镜结果可知,合成的ZnO纳米棒具有很好的尺寸发布均匀性,直径在30 nm左右,长度大于1微米。采用显微拉曼光谱技术,得到了632.8 nm波长激发的拉曼光谱,并和体相样品的拉曼光谱进行了对比分析;由325 nm激光波长激发得到的荧光光谱可知样品具有很好的紫外发光性质。  相似文献

探究与缺陷相关的氧化可见区发光机制对获得高效激子发光和实现紫外激光有重要的意义,也是该领域研究的基本问题之一,本文用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱,电子顺磁共振和光致发光谱研究了ZnO:Mn纳米薄膜的结构和发光性质,证明了氧空位或缺陷分布于纳米晶表面,提出了可见发光中心是Vo^**和[Vo^*,electron]或[Vo^**,two electrons]复合体的发光模型。  相似文献

用柠檬酸盐法合成了不同掺杂浓度的纳米ZnO,粒径约为15nm。探讨了Sb掺杂对ZnO光致发光峰的影响。随着掺杂量的提高,样品的发射峰从428nm移至444nm。未掺杂ZnO的发光主要是源于电子从锌填隙形成的缺陷能级到价带顶的跃迁;随着掺杂量的提高,体系的氧空位增加,从而使得电子从氧空位所形成的缺陷能级到价带顶的跃迁占据主导,光致发射峰向长波方向移动。  相似文献

利用分子束外延(MBE)和氧等离子体源辅助MBE方法分别在Si(100)、GaAs(100)和蓝宝石Al2O3(0001)衬底上用Zn、ZnS或以一定Zn-O化学计量比作缓冲层,改变衬底生长温度和氧压,并在氧气氛下,进行原位退火处理,得到ZnO薄膜。依据X射线衍射(XRD)图,表明样品的结晶性能尚好,且呈c轴择优取向;实验结果表明在不同衬底上生长的ZnO薄膜,由于晶格失配度不同,其衍射峰也有区别。用原子力显微镜(AFM)观测薄膜的表面形貌,为晶粒尺寸约几十纳米的ZnO纳米晶,且ZnO晶粒呈六边形柱状垂直于衬底的表面。采用掠入射X射线反射率法测膜厚。在360nm激发下,样品的发光光谱是峰值为410,510nm的双峰谱,是与样品表面氧缺陷有关的深能级发光。  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米ZnO薄膜,室温下测量了样品的光致发光谱(PL)、吸收谱(ABS)、X射线衍射谱(XRD).X射线衍射(XRD)的结果表明:纳米ZnO薄膜呈多晶状态,具有六角纤锌矿晶体结构和良好的C轴取向.观察到二个荧光发射带,中心波长分别位于395 nm的紫带、524 nm的绿带和450 nm附近的蓝带.证实了纳米ZnO薄膜绿光可见发射带来自氧空位(VO)形成的浅施主能级和锌空位(VZn)形成的浅受主能级之间的复合;450 nm附近的蓝带来自电子从VO的浅施主能级到价带顶或锌填隙(Zni) 到价带顶或导带底到VZn的浅受主能级的复合.  相似文献

采用热蒸发锌(Zn)粉的方法制备了大量的ZnO纳米棒状和四角锥状结构。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman Spectra)和光致发光谱(PL)对样品进行了形貌,结构和发光特性分析。结果表明:合成的ZnO纳米棒具有良好的晶体结构,直径约100~500 nm,长度约2~5μm,还有一些四角锥状结构。在325 nm波长光激发下,有微弱的391 nm带边紫外发射和很强的488 nm蓝光发射,呈现出纳米ZnO优异的蓝光特性,并对其生长机理和发光机理进行了初步的探讨。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

A transient suppression method for piezoelectric ceramic transducer is presented. By adding some special pedestal pulses to the original transmitted signal, the transient effects in the output of the transducer can be just precisely transmission by use of a narrowband transducer. canceled, thereby achieving the broadband The experimental results show that the transient responses of the sinusoid pulses and coded signals are suppressed successfully and the acoustic waveforms radiated into the surrounding water are improved significantly.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained.  相似文献

The(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger(NLS)equation with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities is investigated,which describes propagation of light in(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities.New types of optical modes and nonlinear effects in optical media are presented numerically.The results reveal that the regular split of beam can be obtained in (2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities,by adjusting the guiding parameter.Furthermore,the stability of beam regular split is discussed numerically,and the results reveal that the beam regular split is stable to the finite initial perturbations.  相似文献

In the real-world application of face recognition system, owing to the difficulties of collecting samples or storage space of systems, only one sample image per person is stored in the system, which is so-called one sample per person problem. Moreover, pose and illumination have impact on recognition performance. We propose a novel pose and illumination robust algorithm for face recognition with a single training image per person to solve the above limitations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is an efficient and practical approach for face recognition.  相似文献
