从理论上和实验上研究了转换反射中光自旋霍尔效应的自旋堆积方向的方法,建立了描述光束在空气-棱镜界面反射的自旋堆积模型,揭示了横移与光束入射偏振角的定性关系。研究发现,当入射角小于布儒斯特角时,随着入射偏振角的逐渐增大,自旋堆积的方向发生反转。而当入射角大于布儒斯特角时,自旋堆积的方向不再随入射偏振角的变化而反转。结果表明,在光束入射角为确定值且小于布儒斯特角的情况下,可以通过调控光束的入射偏振角转换自旋堆积的方向。转换自旋堆积方向的研究为有效调控光自旋霍尔效应提供了新的途径。 相似文献

On the basis of the Shannon sampling theorem, we present a relationship between the maximal scattering angle step and the radius of particles in the calculation of light scattering intensity distribution. For the first rainbow intensity application, the relationship between the maximal scattering angle step and radius of particles is derived from that between the ripple frequency and radius and refractive index of particles using this method. For the geometrical-optics approximation, the incident angle is used to calculate the scattering intensity distribution. To get the highest speed, the maximal incident angle step is necessary. The relationship between the maximal step of incident angle and radius of particles is deduced from the maximal scattering angle step equation. As indicated by our result, the maximal step of the incident angle is not a constant and it varies with incident angle. 相似文献

The work presented in this study is concerned the development of a new solar cell prototype in order to improve photovoltaic efficiency In this model we show that the material can have five and more successive incident ray absorptions instead of three currently, where we changed the direction of the reflected ray, by varying the angle between the two neighbouring pyramids, the incidence angle, the opening between the heads of the two closest pyramids and their height. Thus, with an angle between the two neighbouring pyramid varying between 24° and 12° and for angle of incidence varying between 78° and 84°. For these values of the angle between the two neighbouring pyramids and incidence angle, the opening between the heads of the two closest pyramids varied respectively from 4.25 to 2.10 μm for a pyramid height of 10 μm. This lead to a substantial increase of the spectral response and the photovoltaic efficiency. 相似文献

The work presented in this paper is concerned a detailed study about the light transmission through textured surfaces in a surface made up of pyramids [1, 2]. We investigate to what extent and under what conditions we want to take advantage of ray incidence five times and more [3, 4]. It is found that these analyses can be used to determine the optimal surface texture which provides the best light trapping for solar cells in terms of the total internal reflection occurring in the high-index medium at incidence angles larger than the nominal critical angle [5–11]. One of the main contributions of this paper is the analysis and quantification of the influence of the opening between the heads of the two closest pyramids in textured surface for solar cells and its application on the photovoltaic parameters such as the quantum efficiency. In this model we show that the material can have five and more successive incident ray absorptions instead of three currently, where we changed the direction of the reflected ray, by varying the angle between the two neighbouring pyramids, the incidence angle, the opening between the heads of the two closest pyramids and their height. Thus, with an angle between the two neighbouring pyramid varying between 20° and 12° and for angle of incidence varying between 80° and 84°. 针对激光角度欺骗干扰中自然地物假目标应用需求,在分析了干扰能量传输和干扰过程中武器威胁角、地物倾角以及入射角、反射角等角度关系的基础上,建立了自然地物假目标干扰能量分布模型。依据所建立的模型,对砂石类和建筑类地物反射干扰能量分布进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,在相同功率激光照射的条件下,地物倾角相同时对相同位置的激光制导武器,砂石类地物比建筑类地物干扰效果好,在实际防护中砂石类地物选择优先级要高于建筑类地物;同一种地物反射的干扰能量随地物倾角的增大而增大;对于漫反射特性较好的建筑类假目标,威胁角一定时,地物倾角在大致与威胁角互余时反射能量达到最大;对于砂石类目标,存在随入射角大小变化的镜像反射分量,使得导引头接收到地物反射能量达到最大值时威胁角和地物倾角不满足互余关系。进一步研究了在导引头接收到的砂石类地物反射能量最大值时地物倾角和武器威胁角的关系,通过数据分析,得到在实际防护过程中,砂石类自然地物的倾角选择要至少大于31°的结论。根据地物倾角和威胁角关系的散点图特征,分别采用一阶、二阶、三阶、四阶多项式对二者进行拟合,在充分考虑函数复杂度、拟合性能的前提下,确定三阶多项式为最佳拟合函数。在武器威胁角已知的情况下,可以通过三次多项式拟合得到最佳干扰效果时砂石类自然地物的倾角取值。研究结果对自然地物假目标的选择具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

对于一维光子晶体反常折射的研究大都基于光子晶体的色散关系解析解,文章作者认为,在光线非正入射时上述方法是不适用的,有必要使用更加合适的方法对一维光子晶体的折射规律加以系统研究,从而对一维光子晶体器件的设计起到些指导作用.文章将一维光子晶体作为二维问题来考察,使用数值方法(平面波展开法)来计算光线在光子晶体中沿各个方向传播时的色散关系,进而得到了折射角与入射角和频率的关系.结果表明:对于一维光子晶体,考查在第一能带范围内的频率,当频率越接近能带边,且入射角越接近敏感区时,折射角对入射角和频率的变化越敏感.而且,敏感区随频率的增大有向小角度移动的趋势. 相似文献
