利用自聚焦原理,研制了一种新型的球面弯晶谱仪。晶体分析器采用云母材料,其弯曲半径为380 mm,布拉格角为51°。利用成像板接收光谱信号,其有效面积为30 mm×80 mm,从等离子体源经晶体到成像板的光程长为980 mm。物理实验在中国工程物理研究院激光聚变研究中心20 J激光装置上进行,入射激光能量为6.78 J,成像板获得了铝激光等离子体X射线的光谱空间分辨信号。球面云母弯晶谱仪的光谱分辨率达到1 000~1 500,在相同环境放置的PET平晶的光谱分辨率为50~100。结果表明:球面弯晶具有较高的光谱分辨率和信噪比,适合于激光等离子体X射线的光谱学研究。 相似文献

针对准单色近平行光束X射线背光成像诊断需求,提出了一种用球面弯晶进行X射线衍射选单从而获取准直光束的新方案.在神光Ⅱ装置上,设计了基于球面弯晶X射线衍射选单准直光束系统,完成了该系统的安装、调试和实验应用,获得了准单色(10~(-3)△λ/λ10~(-2))、小发散角(2 mrad)和大辐照匀斑(直径φ500 m)的X射线光源.同时基于衍射光学和球面镜成像理论,研究了不同布拉格角对球面弯晶X射线衍射光束发散角及其像散差的影响.结果表明,布拉格角会影响球面弯晶X射线衍射光束的发散角.用控制布拉格角范围的方法有望获得发散角优于1 mrad的近平行光束X射线光源.这种准单色、极小发散度和均匀角分布的X射线光源可应用于高分辨X射线成像诊断. 相似文献

介绍了基于球面弯晶的X射线高分辨单色背光成像技术。通过对球面弯晶背光成像系统的分析,获得成像关键性能参数随成像系统设计参数变化的关系,设计了应用于神光Ⅱ激光装置的单色背光成像系统。利用石英球面弯晶,采用Mg的类H共振发射线以及利用云母球面弯晶,采用Mo连续谱中3.14 keV能点进行背光实验,获得了内爆靶丸的单色投影图像,空间分辨在较大范围内好于5 m。这种成像技术在现阶段惯性约束聚变(ICF)实验研究中能够发挥许多重要的作用,特别是对内爆靶丸压缩流线的测量和流体力学不稳定性的诊断。 相似文献

An X‐ray one‐dimensionally focusing system, a refracting–diffracting lens (RDL), composed of Bragg double‐asymmetric‐reflecting two‐crystal plane parallel plates and a double‐concave cylindrical parabolic lens placed in the gap between the plates is described. It is shown that the focal length of the RDL is equal to the focal distance of the separate lens multiplied by the square of the asymmetry factor. One can obtain RDLs with different focal lengths for certain applications. Using the point‐source function of dynamic diffraction, as well as the Green function in a vacuum with parabolic approximation, an expression for the double‐diffracted beam amplitude for an arbitrary incident wave is presented. Focusing of the plane incident wave and imaging of a point source are studied. The cases of non‐absorptive and absorptive lenses are discussed. The intensity distribution in the focusing plane and on the focusing line, and its dependence on wavelength, deviation from the Bragg angle and magnification is studied. Geometrical optical considerations are also given. RDLs can be applied to focus radiation from both laboratory and synchrotron X‐ray sources, for X‐ray imaging of objects, and for obtaining high‐intensity beams. 为了满足地物成像光谱分析的需要,设计了同轴安装、体积小、重量轻的适用于无人机载的棱镜-光栅-棱镜型可见近红外成像光谱仪.通过角放大率选择、光焦度分配、相对孔径计算设计了视场较大的前置物镜;通过光栅方程求解、体相位全息光栅布拉格条件约束、棱镜折射定律设计了光谱系统的初始结构;通过工作光谱上下限出射角与探测器光谱维宽度的关系确定了成像物镜的焦距;通过出射光角度明确了出射光谱的非线性.设计的无人机载成像光谱仪工作光谱范围为400~1 000nm,视场角为40°,全工作波段在空间截止频率20.8lp/mm处的传递函数值均大于0.67,光谱分辨率小于3nm.装调了无人机载成像光谱仪对室外绿化树木进行光谱推扫成像实验,实现了树叶的多光谱成像.该成像光谱仪能够有效实现光谱成像,性能良好. 相似文献

围绕内爆压缩及阻滞阶段相关物理实验的诊断需求,提出了一种满足阿贝正弦条件的短焦距高放大倍率Wolter-Ⅲ型X射线显微镜的光学设计。详细介绍了Wolter-Ⅲ型显微镜的结构特点和设计方法,与Wolter-Ⅰ型相比可以通过将主平面向靠近物点方向移动的方式减小系统焦距,从而获得更大的放大倍数,实现显微镜与探测器的像质匹配,提高诊断系统的空间分辨。由光线追迹可以得出,在±190 μm的视场范围内,空间分辨率优于3 μm;在±240 μm范围内分辨率优于5 μm;在±300 μm范围内分辨率优于8 μm,几何集光立体角约为5×10?6 sr。 相似文献

A novel X‐ray Bragg optics is proposed for variable‐magnification of an X‐ray beam. This X‐ray Bragg optics is composed of two magnifiers in a crossed arrangement, and the magnification factor, M, is controlled through the azimuth angle of each magnifier. The basic properties of the X‐ray optics such as the magnification factor, image transformation matrix and intrinsic acceptance angle are described based on the dynamical theory of X‐ray diffraction. The feasibility of the variable‐magnification X‐ray Bragg optics was verified at the vertical‐wiggler beamline BL‐14B of the Photon Factory. For X‐ray Bragg magnifiers, Si(220) crystals with an asymmetric angle of 14° were used. The magnification factor was calculated to be tunable between 0.1 and 10.0 at a wavelength of 0.112 nm. At various magnification factors (M≥ 1.0), X‐ray images of a nylon mesh were observed with an air‐cooled X‐ray CCD camera. Image deformation caused by the optics could be corrected by using a 2 × 2 transformation matrix and bilinear interpolation method. Not only absorption‐contrast but also edge‐contrast due to Fresnel diffraction was observed in the magnified images. 相似文献

An ultracompact optical imaging system allowing various magnifications or demagnifications and based on microlenslet arrays is presented for the first time to our knowledge. This research generalizes recent findings regarding microlenslet-array-based 1:1 relay systems [Appl. Opt. 42, 6838 (2003)]. Through optical ray tracing, the feasibility of magnifying gray-scale images through a stack of two dissimilar microlenslet arrays is demonstrated for the first time to our knowledge. Results presented specifically demonstrate that a compact imaging system operating at a magnification of 2 is feasible with an overall length of approximately 9 mm. 针对地基大口径望远镜的机上自适应光学系统构建的低轨空间目标偏振成像系统,提出一种基于非偏振标准星和机上起偏装置的宽带偏振定标方法。该方法以非偏振标准星作为光源,并在望远镜系统的一次像面处加入起偏装置对入射光的偏振态进行调制,再结合基于非线性最小二乘拟合的偏振定标方法分两步对整个偏振成像系统进行宽带偏振定标。为验证该偏振定标方法的效果,利用Matlab软件基于相干矩阵和偏振追迹构建了相应的模型进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明该偏振定标方法可以有效减小望远镜系统偏振效应对偏振探测准确性的影响,并且偏振定标元件的初始角度误差在±5°范围内时对偏振定标准确性的影响极小。 相似文献

采用光线追迹法详细分析线阵二极管激光器经微球面柱透镜快轴准直后的光强变化情况,利用快轴准直微球面柱透镜的球差可调整输出激光光强分布的特性,得出了快轴准直输出发散角约5°时光强分布具有较好的平顶形式。根据叠阵二极管激光器输出光的特点,设计了由25个二极管激光器组成的叠阵二极管激光器的光束整形输出系统,该系统由快轴准直微透镜、快轴耦合透镜和慢轴耦合透镜组成,把需要泵浦的激光介质薄片设计在快轴耦合透镜的焦点上,并且在慢轴耦合透镜的成像面附近,得到了7mm×8mm的泵浦光斑,光强不均匀性约10%,输出效率达到85%。 相似文献
