用量子理论计算了Dy3Al5O12的晶场能谱、Zeeman劈裂能级和波函数. 在外磁场He为0<He<9 T, 温度为3<T<42 K 范围内, 计算了该晶体的磁矩、磁熵变, 计算结果与相关实验数据吻合较好. 该计算结果表明, Dy3Al5O12内磁性离子间的交换作用非常微弱, 可以忽略. 从理论上给出了绝热退磁过程中温度变化ΔTT的关系, 并与Gd3Ga5O12晶体进行了比较, 发现不同外磁场下, Dy3Al5O12和Gd3Ga5O12的低温制冷性能在不同温区有差别. 在进行低温(T<10 K)制冷时, 若外磁场较低, 选择Dy3Al5O12作为磁制冷材料较好; 若外磁场较高, 选择Gd3Ga5O12作为磁制冷材料较好.  相似文献

研究了Mn42Al50-xFe8+x合金的结构、磁性和磁热效应. 通过成分调节, 居里温度TC在室温附近一宽温区连续可调, 分别为270 K (Mn42Al42Fe16), 341 K (Mn42Al40Fe18)和370 K(Mn42Al38Fe20). 磁化强度在相变温度处发生一陡降, 热磁曲线和等温磁化曲线均未观察到热和磁的滞后, 表明发生一可逆的二级相变. 在各自居里温度附近, 0-5 T的外磁场变化下磁熵变峰值分别为2.48, 2.52和2.40 J·kg-1·K-1. Mn50-xAl50-yFex+y合金的磁熵变峰值虽然与许多优良的磁制冷材料相比并不大, 但是制备该化合物的原材料价格非常低廉, 制备工艺简单, 加工成型也较容易, 化合物本身耐腐蚀性、延展性较好, 且在居里温度附近发生的是可逆的二级相变, 无晶格或结构的变化, 有利于制冷剂的多次循环使用. 关键词: 磁性 磁热效应 二级相变  相似文献

熵调控材料因其独特的设计理念和优于传统合金的性能而受到广泛关注.本文将熵调控的设计理念引入金属间化合物中,设计并通过真空电弧熔炼的方法制备了一系列熵调控的Gd2Co17金属间化合物,期望通过熵调控的方法来稳定其结构,改善其磁性能.应用热力学理论预言熵调控的Gd2Co17系列金属间化合物具有稳定的单相,其单相性被X射线衍射实验所证实.通过组态熵调控原子尺寸因素,获得了菱方和六方两种晶体结构.熵调控改善了Gd2Co17系列金属间化合物的室温磁性能,过渡族金属位的熵调控使磁各向异性发生由基面到易轴的转变,稀土位的熵调控有助于提高其矫顽力,所有熵调控样品室温时的饱和磁矩均比二元Gd2Co17显著提升,可能是稀土或过渡族金属子晶格磁矩无序取向削弱了金属间化合物中稀土的4f电子与过渡族金属的3d电子磁矩之间的反平行交换作用所导致.磁价模型研究表明:熵调控设计导致Gd2Co17系列金...  相似文献

通过等温示差扫描量热法研究了Zr60Al15Ni25大块非 晶合金的晶化动力学.实验结果表明,晶化过程的孕育期很短,即使在743 K这样低的温度下也不过0.52 min,而放热峰宽(反应整个晶化过程进行的时间)却随退火温度的降低明显增大,这说明了结晶过程是一个晶核长大控制的过程.Avrami指数表明在不同的退火温度,该合金的晶化机制发生了变化.晶化机制的变化是由于合金原子在不同温度下的扩散能力相差很大所致. 关键词: 晶化动力学 60Al15Ni25大块非晶合金')" href="#">Zr60Al15Ni25大块非晶合金 示差扫 描量热法(DSC)  相似文献

用磁控电弧炉在氩气气氛中熔炼了Gd3Al2-xGax(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5)系列合金.通过X射线粉末衍射和振动样品磁强计研究了样品的结构和磁熵.发现样品都是由Zr3Al2相组成的,且GdAlGa系列合金的ΔSm要比Gd3Al2的大,峰值在室温附近,温区较宽,是一种较好的磁致冷材料. 关键词:  相似文献

The magnetic cooling utilizing magneto-caloric effect is recognized as promising energy efficiency and environmentally friendly technology.Here we report a systematical study on the microstructures,magnetic properties and cryogenic magneto-caloric performances of the Gd20Ho20Tm20Cu20Ni20 amorphous ribbons.It is found that the ribbons reveal a second-order phase transition and are accompanied by a table-shaped magneto-caloric effect.The calculated magneticentropy-change maximum |ΔSM|,temperature averaged entropy change(i.e.,TEC(10)),and refrigerant capacity reach 13.9 J/kg·K,13.84 J/kg-K and 740 J/kg with magnetic field change of 0-7 T,respectively,indicating that the present Gd20Ho20Tm20Cu20Ni20 amorphous ribbons are good candidates for magnetic cooling.  相似文献

基于金属熔体结构的遗传性, 激光熔池的快速熔凝导致粉末的晶化状态可能会对最终成形件的晶化产生重要影响, 理清其影响规律对于制备大块非晶合金具有重要意义. 本文选取等离子旋转电极法所制粉末和1000 K退火态粉末为沉积材料, 采用激光立体成形技术沉积Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5块体非晶合金, 考察了粉末中已有晶化相对熔池及热影响区晶化行为的影响. 结果发现, 原始粉末组织由非晶相及粗大的Al5Ni3Zr2相组成; 当激光线能量较低时, 相应熔覆层的熔池和热影响区皆含有Al5Ni3Zr2相; 随着线能量的提高, 熔池中Al5Ni3Zr2相消失, 保持了非晶态, 但热影响区晶化加重, 并有大量Al5Ni3Zr2相析出; 当采用退火态粉末时, 即使线能量较小, 相应熔覆层仍主要由非晶构成, 几乎无Al5Ni3Zr2相析出. 这是由于原始粉末在退火时其微观结构发生重排, 与Al5Ni3Zr2相关的原子短程/中程有序结构减少, 导致已沉积层非晶区的热稳定性提高, 不利于Al5Ni3Zr2相析出. 可见, 提高线能量将会加剧非晶沉积体的晶化, 而粉末中的Al5Ni3Zr2团簇相状态对Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5合金沉积层的晶化有重要影响.  相似文献

室温下在等静压最高达~0.5GPa的条件下,利用超声回波技术测量了超声波横波和纵波在Nd60Al10Fe20Co10块体金属玻璃中的传播时间来确定横波和纵波速度.测量时所采用的超声波频率为10MHz.利用所测量的数据,建立了超声波波速、样品的密度、弹性模量以及Debye温度等与所施加的压力之间的相互关系.并且推导出Murnaghan状态方程.另外,基于非晶态与晶态物理性能的相似性,对此块体非晶的压缩曲线、弹性常数和Debye温度等进行了理论计算,结果表明Nd60Al10Fe20Co10块体金属玻璃的弹性性能与其组成的元素有着密切的关系. 关键词: 块体金属玻璃 弹性性能 等静压  相似文献

The perovskite bilayers La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (LCMO) (100 nm) / La0.67Sr0.33MnO3(LSMO) (100 nm) and LSMO (100 nm) / LCMO (100 nm) are fabricated by a facing-target sputtering technique. Their transport and magnetic properties are investigated. It is found that the transport properties between them are different obviously due to distinguishable structures, and the different lattice strains in both films result in the difference of metal-to-insulator transition. Only single-step magnetization loop appears in our bilayers from 5K to 320K, and the coercive force of LSMO/LCMO varies irregularly with a minimum ~ 2387A/m which is lower than that of LCMO and LSMO single layer films. The behaviour is explained by some magnetic coupling.  相似文献

The first-order phase transition in Gd5Si2Ge2 is sensitive to both magnetic field and pressure. It may indicate that the influences of the magnetic field and the pressure on the phase transition are virtually equivalent. Moreover, theoretical analyses reveal that the total entropy change is almost definite at a certain Curie temperature no matter whether the applied external field is a magnetic field or a pressure. The entropy change curve can be broadened dramatically under pressure, and the refrigerant capacity is improved from 284.7 J/kg to 447.0 J/kg.  相似文献

The magnetocaloric properties of the Gd 5 Ge 2.025 Si 1.925 In 0.05 compound have been studied by x-ray diffraction,magnetic and heat capacity measurements.Powder x-ray diffraction measurement shows that the compound has a dominant phase of monoclinic Gd5Ge2Si2-type structure and a small quantity of Gd 5(Ge,Si) 3-type phase at room temperature.At about 270 K,this compound shows a first order phase transition.The isothermal magnetic entropy change(△SM) is calculated from the temperature and magnetic field dependences of the magnetization and the temperature dependence of MCE in terms of adiabatic temperature change(△Tad) is calculated from the isothermal magnetic entropy change and the temperature variation in zero-field heat-capacity data.The maximum S M is 13.6 J·kg-1·K-1 and maximum △Tad is 13 K for the magnetic field change of 0-5 T.The Debye temperature(θD) of this compound is 149 K and the value of DOS at the Fermi level is 1.6 states/eV·atom from the low temperature zero-field heat-capacity data.A considerable isothermal magnetic entropy change and adiabatic temperature change under a field change of 0-5 T jointly make the Gd5Ge2.025Si1.925 In 0.05 compound an attractive candidate for a magnetic refrigerant.  相似文献

Measurements of magnetic susceptibility χ as a function of temperature T and of magnetisation M as a function of applied magnetic field H at a number of fixed temperatures were made on polycrystalline samples of Cu2FeGeSe4. The χ versus T data show that an antiferromagnetic transition occurs at 20 K and that a second transition occurs at 8 K, indicating a transition to weak ferromagnetic form. The M versus H curves indicated that at all temperatures below 70 K bound magnetic polarons (BMP) occur, in the paramagnetic, antiferromagnetic and weak ferromagnetic ranges. Below 8 K, the M versus H curves exhibited magnetic hysteresis, and this is attributed to the interaction of the BMPs with tetragonally anisotropic matrix. The B versus H curves were well fitted by a Langevin-type of equation, and the variation of the fitting parameters determined as a function of temperature. These showed that above 20 K the total BMP magnetisation fell almost linearly with increasing temperature and effectively disappeared at 70 K. The number of BMPs remained practically constant with temperature having a mean value of 6.55×1018/cm3. The analysis gave a value of 213 μB for the average magnetic moment of a BMP, corresponding to 42.4 Fe atoms. Using a simple spherical model, this gives the radius of a BMP as 12.0 Å.  相似文献

Two junctions of Co/Al2O3/NiFe (J1) and La0.7Ca0.3MnO3/Al2O3/La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (J2) were prepared to compare their tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) in consideration of interfacial state effects. The structural and transport properties of the layered samples were characterized by X-ray and magnetic measurements, showing indeed an interfacial state dependence. The influences such as from a CoO sublayer in J1 and from interfacial coherence in J2 were discussed. The largest TMR observed amounts to 16% (290 K) for J1 and 65% (40 K) for J2.  相似文献

研究了Tb掺杂对双层锰氧化物La_(4/3)Sr_(5/3)Mn_2O_7磁熵变和电输运性质的影响.样品采用传统固相反应法制备,两样品的名义组分可以表示为(La_(1-x)Tb_x)_(4/3)Sr_(5/3)Mn_2O_7(x=0,0.025),磁场为7 T时的最大磁熵变?S_M分别为-4.60 J/(kg·K)和-4.18 J/(kg·K).比较后发现,Tb元素的掺杂使得最大磁熵变值减小,但同时增大了相对制冷温区.电性测量结果表明,x=0.025的样品在高温区的导电机制可以用小极化子模型解释,与母体三维变程跳跃模型不同;当温度降低至三维长程铁磁有序温度(T_c~(3D))附近时,掺杂样品发生金属绝缘相变;掺杂后样品在T_c~(3D)附近,磁电阻取得极大值(约为56%),表明是本征磁电阻效应.  相似文献

采用磁控溅射,紫外线光刻和离子束刻蚀制备了La2/3Ca1/3MnO3/Eu2CuO4/La2/3Ca1/3MnO3磁性隧道结.通过对获得的磁性隧道结的I-V特性测量,发现非线性的I-V特性,显示结样品的隧穿特性.有趣的是发现在电极材料La2/3Ca1/3MnO3的金属-绝缘体转变温度(Tp)以下,I-V曲线出现一个跳变.随着温度降低,开始出现跳变的临界电流增大,但是跳变都发生在同样的电压下~209mV.当电流增大或减小在跳变点附近出现回滞.这一跳变只发生在铁磁金属态,表明这是一个磁性相关联的效应,可能对应一种新的磁性开关过程.虽然,目前对这一现象背后的物理机理还不清楚,但是,这一现象有可能在未来自旋电子学器件方面具有潜在的应用价值. 关键词: 庞磁电阻 磁性隧道结 开关效应  相似文献

研究了Fe和Cr掺杂对La0.4Ca0.6MnO3 中电荷有序反铁磁基态的调控作用. 磁性质的测量结果表明, 两种离子掺杂均能有效抑制原型样品中的长程电荷有序相, 但是Fe离子掺杂样品均具有反铁磁的基态, 而Cr掺杂样品中则出现了显著的铁磁性. 结合电输运测量结果显示, Cr掺杂引起的铁磁态同时具有金属性, 表明其中是电子双交换作用占主导. 对比两种掺杂离子的电子结构发现, Cr离子空的eg电子轨道促进了电子双交换作用, 而Fe掺杂则只是引入了不同的自旋交换作用, 导致自旋无序. 关键词: 磁性氧化物 反铁磁  相似文献

The domain structures of Nd13Fe80B7 alloy at different stages of the HDDR process have been revealed using a magnetic force microscope. In the as-cast samples, the columnar crystals with easy axis perpendicular to one another are clearly characterized by their different domain structures. For the insufficient and sufficient HD treatment, an obvious change of domain structure occurs, which is related to the variation of composition and crystalline microstructure during the HD process. And for the samples after sufficient DR processing, it is confirmed that the configuration of the columnar crystals is retained by the detected domain structures.  相似文献
