介绍了热容激光技术的发展历史及现状,介绍了固体激光器热容方式工作的基本原理,报道了二极管泵浦NdYAG圆片激光器热容方式工作的实验结果.用热像仪测量了激光器工作时增益介质通光面上的温度分布特性;采用干涉测量的方法测量了工作中的增益介质的与光束传输方向相垂直的方向上的折射率分布特性;结果表明片状固体增益介质热容方式工作对振荡光束波前畸变影响很小.给出了与光束传输方向相垂直的截面上增益介质的荧光分布.得到输出平均功率达47.5 W,此时的光-光转换效率为17%. 相似文献

利用中红外相机及干涉测量技术研究了二极管泵浦小型Yb∶YAG激光增益介质在激光及非激光条件下的温度分布、温度梯度、热透镜效应,同时根据对热效应的研究,对激光器的参量进行了优化.研究了在不同掺杂浓度下激光器的输出特性.对于2.3at.%掺杂浓度,得到激光输出功率为1.7 W,斜效率26.2%,光-光转换效率为13.5%的实验结果;对于5.0at.% 掺杂浓度,得到激光输出功率为2.5 W,斜效率51%,光-光转换效率为24%的实验结果. 相似文献

为研究烟火泵浦激光输出性能,对烟火泵浦激光器中泵浦源与激光晶体棒进行匹配实验研究和烟火泵浦激光器出光实验研究,以及烟火泵浦激光器光纤耦合输出实验研究。实验结果表明:烟火泵浦激光器选用锆氧闪光灯作为泵浦源,与工作物质为Nd∶YAG激光工作物质是相匹配的,烟火泵浦激光器输出能量4.82 J,满足烟火泵浦激光火工系统的能量输出需要;烟火泵浦激光器光纤耦合输出能量2.87 J,光纤耦合装置耦合效率达到50%以上,为烟火泵浦激光器用于战斗机舱盖抛放、飞行员座椅弹射逃生等火工系统研究提供了重要的技术支持。 相似文献

为LDA侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG棒状固体激光器的优化设计、参数选取及后续试验提供了理论依据和参考,建立了环形侧面泵浦棒状介质泵浦光场分布数值计算模型,研究了LDA侧面泵浦固体Nd∶YAG激光器泵浦光场的分布特点。模拟分析了LDA的bar间距、玻璃管厚度、激光晶体半径等几个主要泵浦结构参数对泵浦光场分布的影响。通过对不同泵浦参数下泵浦光分布特性的数值计算,优化了LDA侧面泵浦固体激光器的泵浦结构参数,优化后的仿真结果表明:在泵浦距离为2 mm条件下,晶体直径为4 mm,玻璃管套筒厚度为1 mm,冷却水层厚度为1 mm时,泵浦光在晶体中心处强度相对值为40.8%,在晶体轴心附近分布比较均匀,且均匀分布区域相对较大。 相似文献

为探索新的高能激光体系,搭建了二极管泵浦的液体激光器。采用激光二极管作为泵浦光源,单侧泵浦掺钕离子的无机激光液体,进行了出光实验。通过测量输出光束的近场分布、脉冲波形和光谱,证实实现了激光输出,输出激光的波长为1 053 nm。输出的单脉冲激光能量达到47 mJ,光-光转换效率达到14%。其光-光转换效率高出闪光灯泵浦液体条件下2个数量级,说明该激光体系具有向高能激光体系发展的前景。 相似文献

为便于评价两种光场空间分布之间的偏离程度,引入一个数学参数δ进行研究。将该参数应用到谐振腔内分析了抽运光空间分布对基模振荡光光束质量的影响。这种影响主要表现为:若抽运光在激光介质中引起非均匀的增益分布,基模振荡光将偏离高斯分布。利用δ参数对这种影响的程度进行了定量估算。定量研究表明:δ参数可以直观地反映泵浦光分布对激光器光束质量的影响程度,而且在激光器的设计中δ参数的大小可衡量泵浦光分布的优劣。对于端面泵浦二极管泵浦固体激光器(DPL),稳恒运转下最理想的抽运光分布形式是高斯型抽运光,其半径等于谐振腔的基模高斯振荡光半径。 相似文献

We describe the design and operation of a compact femtosecond Ti:Al2O3 laser based on a novel multipass cavity (MPC) design. The laser is all solid state, has prismless dispersion compensation with double-chirped mirrors, and uses a tight-focusing geometry to facilitate efficient low-threshold operation. We increase output pulse energies by extending the resonator length with a compact, scalable MPC, which preserves the characteristics of the Gaussian beam for the short cavity. Although the effective cavity length is approximately 5 m, an extremely compact laser that measures only 30 cm x 45 cm is achieved. With only 1.5 W of pump power, the laser generates 23-fs pulses at a repetition rate of 31.25 MHz and with 88 mW of average output power, corresponding to 2.8 nJ of pulse energy. 相似文献

利用棱镜对引进频谱空间啁啾来补偿飞秒脉冲激光二次谐波产生中的相位失配,提高了倍频效率建立了一套全固态、多波长(1065nm, 532nm,823.1nm, 402nm)飞秒脉冲激光系统自制的Nd:YVO4激光器输出532nm绿光激光,最高平均功率可达5.6W当用2.5W绿光激光泵浦时,从自制的钛宝石激光器及经BBO倍频可分别输出中心波长为823.1nm和402nm,平均功率300mW和73mW,谱宽32.3nm和5.1nm,脉宽22fs和33.3fs、重复率108MHz的近红外和蓝光激光整个系统具有结构紧凑、倍频效率高、运行稳定的特点. 相似文献

高功率全固态碟片激光器在运行中产生的热透镜效应会引起激光器输出功率降低、光束质量退变,针对该问题本文将多孔碳化硅泡沫和毫米通道引入到全固态碟片激光器的换热热沉中,并将其应用于多冲程泵浦的全固态碟片激光器.利用有限元分析软件对其结构模型参数进行了优化,当碳化硅厚度为2 mm,孔隙率为40%,入水口压力为4 kg(0.4 MPa)时,系统理论换热系数为1.51×10^5 W/m^2·K,实验测量结果为1.45×10^5 W/m^2·K,理论和实验结果较为接近,验证了理论模型的正确性.最后利用该新型热沉搭建了基于Yb∶YAG的24冲程全固态碟片激光器实验装置,获得输出功率为393 W,波长为1030 nm的连续激光输出,光-光转换效率达到52%,光束参数乘积为5.918 mm·mrad. 相似文献

589-nm yellow laser generation by intra-cavity sum-frequency mixing in a T-shaped Nd:YAG laser cavity 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
To obtain high power 589-nm yellow laser, a T-shaped thermal-insensitive cavity is designed. The optimal power ratio of 1064- and 1319-nm beams is considered and the fundamental spot size distribution from the output mirror to the two laser rods are calculated and simulated, respectively. As a result, a 589-nm yellow laser with the average output power of 5.7 W is obtained in the experiment when the total pumping power is 695 W. The optical-to-optical conversion efficiency from the fundamental waves to the sum frequency generation is about 15.2% and the pulse width is 150 ns at the repetition rate of 18 kHz. The instability of the yellow laser is also measured, which is less than 2% within 3 h. The beam quality factors are Mx^2 = 4.96 and My^2 = 5.08. 相似文献

报道了激光二极管端面抽运Tm,Ho:YLF固体激光器的输出特性.室温下,选用不同透过率的输出耦合镜进行了实验研究,确定了最佳输出耦合镜透过率为2%. 利用小孔扫描的方法,得到了激光远场的光强分布,证明激光为基横模输出,并且给出了热焦距随抽运功率的变化关系.通过在激光谐振腔内插入两个固体Fabry-Perot标准具的方法,获得了2μm激光的单频输出,阈值功率为250mW,在抽运功率为2.8W时,单频输出功率为118mW.此单频激光器可用作激光振荡器和激光放大器的种子源.

The rotating hollow cylinder glass laser is one of the approaches for the generation of high average output powers scaling to kilowatt levels from solid-state laser materials. An analytical solution of the heat conduction equation is presented for a thin wall, infinitely long glass medium, with boundary conditions given by Newton's law of cooling. The theoretical result is applied to predict thermal effects of this geometry which ultimately limit the laser performance, and the design of such a laser. A flashlamp pumped rotating Nd-doped phosphate glass hollow cylinder laser has been demonstrated. An average power output of 300 W has been achieved at 3.8% slope efficiency and 2.6% overall efficiency. Our investigation shows that the development of a kilowatt average power rotating cylinder laser is feasible. 相似文献

We report on a passively mode-locked all-fiber laser oscillator at 1.5 microm based on heavily doped phosphate-glass active fiber. An active fiber only 20 cm long is sufficient to produce as much as 2.4 W of average output power directly from the oscillator. The width of the mode-locked pulses varies from 8 ps at the lowest output power in the mode-locked state to 44 ps at the highest power. Our picosecond laser oscillator features a high repetition rate of 95 MHz and high peak pulse power of approximately 540 W. The oscillator combines the convenience of all-fiber construction with power performance that was previously achievable only with mode-locked bulk-optic laser oscillators or more complex systems involving fiber amplifiers. 相似文献
