Cognitive radio (CR) can provide a promising solution to the spectrum scarcity issue for upcoming wireless communication technologies. Cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) is generally adopted to improve spectrum utilization and minimize interference to primary users (PUs). The performance of CSS is significantly affected by imperfect reporting channels, and it is an easy target for Byzantine attackers. This paper studies CSS under imperfect reporting channels and Byzantine attacks. We have considered centralized CSS with a hard combining fusion rule. The binary symmetric channel (BSC) is used to model the imperfect reporting channels, and a centralized independent probabilistic small scale attack model is chosen to model Byzantine attackers. We first analyze the traditional CSS (T-CSS) under the imperfect reporting channel and the Byzantine attack. The performance of T-CSS is found to be greatly affected in the considered scenarios. We propose a reinforcement learning-based algorithm to detect cooperating secondary users (CSUs) experiencing weak reporting channels and Byzantine attackers. Generally, in literature, the detected malicious users (MUs) are removed to improve the performance. However, in case there are CSUs with weak reporting channels, the genuine CSUs may be detected as Byzantine attackers and hence removed. To overcome this issue, we propose a weighted sum-based CSS (WS-CSS) algorithm that can improve the CSS performance under weak reporting channels and attacks from Byzantine attackers. It is demonstrated using plots that the proposed WS-CSS algorithm significantly improves the CSS performance.  相似文献

Spectrum sensing based on a single user suffers from low detection performance due to fading, shadowing, and hidden node problems. Cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) is thought to be a potential method to overcome these issues and improve detection performance in determining the available spectrum in cognitive radio (CR). However, CSS suffers in case of erroneous reporting channels, and it is also susceptible to Byzantine attacks by malicious users (MUs). In this paper, we first analyze the traditional CSS under erroneous feedback channels. And then, we extend the analysis to include erroneous reporting channels in the presence of the Byzantine attack. We propose a single decision reporting (SD-R) algorithm immune to erroneous reporting channels. The proposed algorithm also improves the performance under the Byzantine attack. With the proposed algorithm, MUs can attempt only false alarm attacks, whereas the miss detection attack is not possible. An extensive analysis is carried out, and the plots are shown to prove the superiority of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

This paper presents the theoretical analysis of adaptive multiuser RAKE receiver scheme in frequency selective fading channel for direct-sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) system. Least mean square (LMS) algorithm is used to estimate the channel coefficients. Chaotic sequences are used as spreading sequence and corresponding bit error rate (BER) in closed form is derived for imperfect channel estimation conditions. Performances of chaotic sequences are compared with pseudorandom noise (PN) sequences. Under perfect synchronization assumption, various simulation results are shown to investigate the performance of the proposed system.  相似文献

The rapid time variations and large channel estimation errors in underwater acoustic (UWA) channels mean that transmitters for adaptive resource allocation quickly become outdated and provide inaccurate channel state information (CSI). This results in poor resource allocation efficiency. To address this issue, this paper proposes an optimization approach for imperfect CSI based on a Gauss–Markov model and the per-subcarrier channel temporal correlation (PSCTC) factor. The proposed scheme is applicable to downlink UWA orthogonal frequency division multiple access systems. The proposed PSCTC factors are measured, and their long-term stability is verified using data recorded in real-world sea tests. Simulation and experimental results show that the optimized CSI effectively mitigates the effects of the temporal variability of UWA channels. It demonstrates that the resource allocation scheme using optimized CSI achieves a higher effective throughput and a lower bit error rate than both imperfect CSI and the CSI predicted by the recursive least-squares (RLS) algorithm.  相似文献

针对大规模多输入多输出(multiple input multiple output, MIMO)系统信道估计中的导频设计问题,在压缩感知理论框架下,提出了一种基于信道重构错误率最小化的自适应自相关矩阵缩减参数导频优化算法.首先以信道重构错误率最小化为目标,推导了正交匹配追踪(orthogonal matching pursuit, OMP)算法下信道重构错误率与导频矩阵列相关性之间的关系,并得出优化导频矩阵的两点准则,即导频矩阵列相关性期望和方差最小化;然后研究了优化导频矩阵的方法,并提出相应的自适应自相关矩阵缩减参数导频矩阵优化算法,即在每次迭代过程中,以待优化矩阵平均列相关程度是否减小作为判断条件,调整自相关矩阵缩减参数值,使参数不断趋近于理论最优.仿真结果表明,与采用Gaussian矩阵、Elad方法、低幂平均列相关方法得到的导频矩阵相比,本文所提方法具有更好的列相关性,且具有更低的信道重构错误率.  相似文献

Cognitive radio (CR) is a wireless technology that is used to overcome the spectrum scarcity problem. CR includes several stages, spectrum sensing is the first stage in the CR cycle. Traditional spectrum sensing (SS) techniques have many challenges in the wideband spectrum. CR security is an important problem, since when an attacker from outside the network access the sensing information this produces an increase in sensing time and reduces the opportunities for exploiting vacant band. Compressive sensing (CS) is proposed to capture all the wideband spectrum at the same time to solve the challenges and improve the performance in the traditional techniques and then one of the traditional SS techniques are applied to the reconstructed signal for detection purpose. The sensing matrix is the core of CS must be designed in a way that produces a low reconstruction error with high compression. There are many types of sensing matrices, the chaotic matrix is the best type in terms of security, memory storage, and system performance. Few works in the literature use the chaotic matrix in CS based CR and these works have many challenges: they used sample distance in the chaotic map to generate a chaotic sequence which consumes high resources, they did not take into consideration the security in reporting channel, and they did not measure their works using real primary user (PU) signal of a practical application under fading channel and low SNR values. In this paper, we propose a chaotic CS based collaborative scenario to solve all challenges that have been presented. We proposed a chaotic matrix based on the Henon map and use the differential chaotic shift keying (DCSK) modulation to transmit the measurement vector through the reporting channel to increase the security and improve the performance under fading channel. The simulation results are tested based on a recorded real-TV signal as PU and Compressive Sampling Matching Pursuit (CoSaMP) recovery algorithm under AWGN and TDL-C fading channels in collaborative and non-collaborative scenarios. The performance of the proposed system has been measured using recovery error, mean square error (MSE), derived probability of detection (Pdrec), and sensitivity to initial values. To measure the improvement introduced by the proposed system, it is evaluated in comparison with selected chaotic and random matrices. The results show that the proposed system provides low recovery error, MSE, with high Pdrec, security, and compression under SNR equal to −30 dB in AWGN and TDL-C fading channels as compared to other matrices in the literature.  相似文献

该文研究了冗余中继, 次用户及中继用户数目, 检测门限, 信道传输错误率等因素对中继协作频谱感知系统性能的影响, 并提出一种新的自适应全局最优化算法.该算法基于获得最大无干扰功率的自适应中继选择方法, 确定备选认知中继集合;单个次用户以信道传输错误率最小为准则, 从备选认知中继集合中自适应选择最佳中继, 使总体检测率最大;在给定目标检测率的条件下, 以系统吞吐量最大为准则, 给出了自适应全局最优化算法.仿真实验结果表明新算法信道传输精度高, 信道吞吐量大, 节约带宽资源.  相似文献

针对水声正交频分多址(OFDMA)上行通信中用户导频数量少、分布不均匀, 导致传统内插信道估计方法产生误码平层的问题, 提出一种稀疏信道估计与导频优化方法. 基于压缩感知(CS)理论估计稀疏信道冲激响应, 并依据CS理论中测量矩阵互相关最小化原理, 提出基于随机搜索的导频图案和导频功率联合优化算法. 仿真结果表明, 所提方法在不同多径扩展信道下的性能均优于基于线性内插的最小二乘估计、未经导频优化的CS信道估计以及单纯基于导频图案优化的CS信道估计. 水池实验分别验证了交织式和广义式子载波分配的水声OFDMA上行通信性能, 在接收信噪比高于10 dB时利用所提方法实现了两用户接入的可靠通信.  相似文献

针对低信噪比下的激波信号检测问题,利用激波信号奇点在小波变换中的路径传递特征及信号奇点小波系数与噪声小波系数明显幅度差异,提出了一种基于信号奇点的连续小波变换检测算法。仿真实验结果表明,在恒定虚警概率下,该方法检测性能相较于能量检测器能提升约3 dB;实际数据实验结果说明,该方法在-3 dB信噪比下检测性能明显优于能量检测器和传统小波多尺度积检测器。   相似文献

In this paper, we investigate a decode-and-forward relay-assisted cooperative non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme, where the relay implements a time-switching (TS) based energy harvesting (EH). The impacts of the imperfect channel state information (CSI), inter-cell interference (ICI) and imperfect successive interference cancellation (SIC) are taken into account. We derive the end-to-end bit error rate (BER) expressions under imperfect CSI and ICI for both users. The effect of the EH parameters under the imperfect CSI on users’ BER performance is also examined. Furthermore, we discuss the impact of ICI on BER performance. Computer simulations are used for numerical analysis validation. The results reveal that the CSI deterioration reduces the SIC performance in each node despite the increase in EH parameters and causes an error floor at the higher signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Furthermore, the BER performance of the users increases by increasing the EH parameters. Also, the ICI affects the SIC and degrades the BER of users.  相似文献

将信号恢复中最优路径搜索的A*正交匹配追踪(A*Orthogonal Matching Pursuit,A*OMP)伪贪婪算法引入到水声通信信道估计中,可以有效改善正交匹配追踪(OMP)算法容易陷入局部最优的问题,并提出了一种改进型的A*OMP水声信道估计算法。改进了路径初始化方式,同时为了避免过多迭代引起的未知误差,将前后两次迭代残差之差作为停止准则。在正交频分复用(OFDM)通信体制下,对OMP、A*OMP和本文改进方法的估计误差和误比特率进行了仿真对比,随着信噪比的增加,改进方法未出现误差平台,且受导频间隔影响较小。仿真结果表明相对于OMP算法和传统A*OMP算法,在高信噪比下改进方法的估计误差分别降低约2和1个数量级,海试数据结果验证了改进方法的可行性,其误比特率分别平均降低42.0%和4.7%。   相似文献

This paper presents the performance analysis of a two-way relay system with nodes-mobility (NM) and channel estimation errors (CEE) under time-varying Rayleigh fading. Herein, analog network coding protocol is employed at the relay node. All the participating nodes are half-duplex and equipped with single-antenna devices. Specifically, we utilize first-order Markovian model to characterize the impact of NM in the channel. Along with the NM, we also consider that the CEE may exist in practical scenarios, where nodes require to estimate the channel state information. By incorporating these factors, we first derive the instantaneous end-to-end (e2e) signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) at two source nodes. Then, we obtain the exact closed-form expressions for distribution and density functions of the two e2e SNRs. After that, we derive the accurate expressions of various performance metrics, viz., sum-bit error rate, overall outage probability, and ergodic sum-rate. Further, to attain more insights into the considered system, we deduce the asymptotic behavior of these performance metrics. Finally, numerical and Monte-Carlo simulation results are provided to validate our theoretical analysis and to illustrate the impact of NM and CEE on the performance measures of the considered system.  相似文献

在深海远程正交频分复用(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing,OFDM)水声通信中,信道时延较长,导致信道频率选择性衰落严重,传统的压缩感知信道估计算法性能大幅下降。为此,本文利用深海远程信道在一定时间内具有相关性并呈较稳定簇状分布的特点,在分布式压缩感知信道估计中引入簇区域信息,进行簇约束的多数据块联合稀疏信道估计,提出一种簇约束的分布式压缩感知信道估计方法,并在深海开展了定点远程水声通信实验进行验证,实验结果表明,与传统的分布式压缩感知信道估计算法相比,本方法的能够降低50%左右的误码率。  相似文献

以一定的概率接受差解是强制进化随机游走算法(RWCE)换热网络结构进化、跳出局部最优的关键.首先分析接受差解策略对算法的优化作用,通过设置不同的接受差解概率,对比RWCE算法优化换热网络的结构进化过程,基于分析结论,提出以换热器数目为导向的接受差解概率控制策略,提升算法的计算效率和结构进化能力.通过算例验证,表明引入该策略的RWCE算法具有更强的全局搜索能力,优化质量得到有效提升.  相似文献

Generation of single-sideband (SSB) multi-carrier source based on a recirculating frequency shifter (RFS) is anal-ysed theoretically and realized experimentally.The effects of affecting factors originating from the deviation from the right operation bias voltage and unbalanced amplitude,and the phase of the radio frequency (RF) drive signals on the performance of the multi-tone source are discussed in detail.Based on the theoretical analysis,high-quality 50-tone out-put is successfully realized.Experiments under some implementation imperfections are also carried out.The imperfect and low-quality output results are in good agreement with theoretical analysis.  相似文献

Spectrum sensing (SS) is one of the principal challenges on which the mobile communication is based on. Identifying the available frequency bands, also called white spaces, is the main issue. A novel blind approach for SS in the narrowband context is proposed in order to improve the signal detection. Considering a channel with its angle of arrival (AoA), we use beamforming technique to exploit the maximum and minimum angular energy. Both theoretical developments of the threshold and performance analysis are developed. To validate our contribution, the analytical results of the performance developed in this paper are compared with those from simulation. A comparison of state-of-the-art SS method using the eigenvalue decomposition is provided which brings an interesting trade-off between complexity and performance. Finally, simulation results considering the probability of misdetection under very low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) are presented.  相似文献

声发射技术作为一种动态无损检测手段,主要实现对材料产生的缺陷进行动态监测及损伤位置的预测。微机电系统声发射传感器在检测材料疲劳裂纹位置和扩展方向上应用广泛,实现其对材料裂纹的3-D动态位移检测,对于无损检测技术的发展具有重要意义。该文提出了一种新型3-D微机电系统声发射传感器,首先对3-D微机电系统声发射传感器进行了结构设计和性能分析,结构方面主要包括z方向响应传感单元和x、y方向响应传感单元设计;其次通过传感器的阻尼、谐振点处灵敏度计算,证明传感器的性能良好;最后采用有限元软件ANSYS对z方向响应传感单元做了模态和谐响应分析,x、y方向响应传感单元做了模态分析和谐响应分析,仿真结果与理论值吻合较好,验证了结构设计的合理性,对实现材料裂纹的三维动态检测具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

针对声矢量阵幅相误差及阵元位置误差校正问题,基于特征分解法,提出一种简单实用的有源校正算法。该方法需要合作信源的至少3个方位信息,根据声矢量阵的通道特征,利用特征分解法构造矩阵方程组,通过矩阵运算得到声矢量阵阵元位置和幅相误差参数,从而实现对声矢量阵的校正。大量计算机仿真表明该校正算法具有良好的声矢量阵阵列误差参数估计性能。  相似文献

A novel distributed spatial media-based modulation scheme is proposed in this paper by cleverly utilizing distributed spatial modulation (DSM) and media-based modulation (MBM) principles. This proposed scheme is referred to as distributed channel modulation (DCM) for relay networks. In this scheme, decode-and-forward relaying protocol is adopted, and the channel states are exploited for transmitting extra information bits by using a number of radio frequency (RF) mirrors that are placed near each relay. To provide a fair comparison with the conventional state-of-the-art schemes, the symbol error rate (SER) performance of DSM scheme is evaluated. Besides, a low complexity detection technique known as iterative maximum ratio combining (i-MRC) is used in order to reduce the receiver complexity of the proposed scheme. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed DCM scheme significantly outperforms DSM scheme for the same average rate. It is also shown that there is a negligible degradation in the SER performance of the proposed DCM scheme when i-MRC detection is used as compared to the performance with maximum likelihood (ML) detection. Furthermore, a significant reduction in the receiver complexity is achieved by using i-MRC detection technique in contrast to the results with ML detector. It has been also revealed that the proposed DCM scheme shows a performance drop of about 3 dB when the availability of an imperfect channel state information (CSI) is assumed with the presence of channel estimation errors (CEEs). Finally, simulation results have confirmed the analytical findings.  相似文献

 针对附加像差为离焦的情况,对焦面位置误差、离焦量误差、图像对准误差以及图像噪声等因素带来的波前传感误差进行了数值模拟,并给出了确定焦面位置、对准焦面图像和离焦面图像、精确计算分光比、确定离焦量以及处理图像噪声的方法。使得传感结果的均方根误差分别由0.088 8λ,0.059 0λ,0.128 4λ,4.170 6λ,0.152 6λ降为0.002 1λ,0.002 1λ,0.002 1λ,0.002 1λ,0.029 2λ。结果表明:这些方法可以有效地减小传感误差,大大提高了传感精度,为相位差法的实际应用提供了重要的技术支持。  相似文献
