研究了原子吸收限附近非对称布拉格条件下完整平板晶体的X射线异常透射.当衍射主要由原子散射因子的虚部引起时,在严格的布拉格角处,晶体内部驻波的波节位于衍射原子面上,从而导致异常透射的发生.透射波主要来源于晶体内部坡印廷矢量指向晶体下表面(入射面为上表面)的波场.该波场的有效吸收系数随非对称因子a的增大而减小,所以整个晶体的透射系数随a的增大而增大.当原子散射因子的实虚部对衍射的贡献之比一定时,晶体内坡印廷矢量偏离色散面实部法向的程度随反射的非对称程度的增大而增大. 关键词:  相似文献

采用紫外写入光纤Bragg光栅研究其应变传感特性。光纤光栅要借助外界应力引起轴向应变和折射率变化造成光栅Bragg反射波长移动。在温度20℃,利用波长在400 ̄1800nm范围色散的光谱仪并用InGaAsP/InP ELD作宽带光源,从实验上测量了光纤光栅的应变与Bragg反射波长间的关系,结果表明Bragg反波长移动与光纤光栅外界应力变化在155.4 ̄156.8nm波长范围呈线性。外界应力引起的  相似文献

基于三维耦合波理论,研究了两束有限宽度的任意偏振平面波干涉产生的局域体全息光栅的衍射问题。以单位均匀振幅的任意偏振平面波为例,给出了透射波和衍射波振幅的主分量和交叉分量的解析表达式,讨论了记录过程和再现过程中入射的参考光波的偏振角对透射波和衍射波振幅的影响。计算结果表明,记录过程中的偏振角越小,形成的光栅内的耦合越强,衍射效率越高,但光束质量越差;再现过程中不同的偏振角,由于入射波和衍射波的电矢量的不同方向的耦合强弱不同,透射波和衍射波振幅的主分量和交叉分量的振幅变化行为不同。  相似文献

X射线Bragg-Fresnel元件是近十年发展起来的一种用于X射线波段的新型光学元件。本文介绍一种具有二维聚焦效能的Bragg-Fresnel元件的设计理论和方法。设计中采用衍射理论并用C语言编制计算机程序系统对衍射图形进行设计。对于使用波长13.8nm,入射角5°,使用焦距200mm的使用条件,设计结果为35Mo/Si双层多层膜,周期厚度7.14nm,理论反射率约为60%;衍射图形共400个环带,最内环半宽度52.5μm,最外环宽度1.3μm。  相似文献

利用一维耦合波理论研究了入射方向相互垂直的一束平面波与一束柱面波干涉形成光折变局域体全息光栅的波前转换情况。给出了透射波和衍射波振幅的解析表达式。讨论了该局域体全息光栅的几何尺寸以及全息透镜的焦距对光栅衍射效率的影响。结果表明,随着光栅横向尺寸的增加,光栅的衍射效率也逐渐增加。然而,光栅的衍射效率却随着光栅纵向尺寸的增加而减小。全息透镜的焦距越长,光栅的衍射效率也越大。此外,分析了光栅的布拉格选择特性,该光栅具有非常好的角度选择特性。在平面波与柱面波干涉形成全息透镜的设计中,为了获得最优的衍射效率,应当根据要求合理地选择记录所用柱面波和设计光栅的几何尺寸。  相似文献

研究了原子吸收限附近对称劳厄和布拉格情况下完整晶体内的能流方向.发现在对称劳厄情况下,只有当原子散射因子的虚部对衍射的贡献可以与实部的贡献相比较时,晶体内与色散面上某一结点相对应的能流会偏离色散面的实部的法向;而在对称布拉格情况下,即使在原子散射因子的虚部对衍射的贡献可以忽略时,在所谓的“全反射”区内也会偏离.当衍射仅由原子的虚部引起时,这种偏离在对称劳厄情况下最大,而在对称布拉格情况下最小. 关键词:  相似文献

The propagation of an x-ray wave field in an elastic field of an edge dislocation crossing a scattering triangle exactly along the bisector of the scattering angle has been considered. The scattering of the x-ray wave field by a complex elastic field of the edge dislocation has been analyzed using the methods of geometrical optics. It has been established that the fine structure of a diffraction image of defects in thick crystals is determined by the differences in scattering of the normal and anomalous modes of the x-ray wave field in the vicinity of the Bragg reflection. In the case of thick crystals, the x-ray diffraction image of defects can have a symmetry different from the symmetry of the function of local misorientations of the crystal lattice. X-ray wave scattering by local distortions of the crystal lattice can occur according to two different mechanisms depending on the gradient of space changes in the deformation field. In the crystal regions where the elastic field varies slowly with a change in the distance, the x-ray wave field has had time to adjust itself to follow the course of deviations of the crystal lattice from the exact Bragg condition. In the crystal region where the elastic field changes significantly at distances of the order of the extinction length, this region leaves the reflecting position and interference scattering occurs at the interface of the region. It is important that the form of the deformation field in this case is of no significance.  相似文献

Summary X-ray double-crystal rocking curves of Ga1−x Al x As/GaAs heterostructures have been calculated using a dynamical diffraction model for the general case of Bragg reflection geometry. Different experimental configurations have been considered and the possibility of studying both slightly mismatched and relatively thin layers has been investigated. Experimental rocking curves have been measured using the Cu 1 radiation, the 004 symmetric reflection and a perfect crystal as the monochromator. An excellent agreement between calculated and experimental rocking curves has been found and this demonstrates the reliability of both the experimental procedure and the theoretical approach.  相似文献

A structural study of [Formula: see text], grown from aqueous solution, was performed using anomalous x-ray scattering near the Cs K absorption edge to determine an absolute configuration of constituent atoms. The sense of the helical structure of the [Formula: see text] chain was found to be predominantly right-handed through a comparison of observed Bragg Bijvoet ratios with calculated ones. Assuming that [Formula: see text] consists of the two domains (i.e. right- and left-handed helices), we estimate that the volume fraction for the right-handed helix is [Formula: see text].  相似文献

The X-ray asymmetric Bragg diffraction in a perfect semi-infinite crystal with plane entrance surface is considered taking into account the two-dimensional curvature of the wave front of an incident wave. An expression for reflection coefficient using the Green function is obtained in the approximation of locally plane wave and the rocking curves are investigated as functions of angular departure from the selected exact Bragg direction in the diffraction plane and in the direction perpendicular to the diffraction plane. The shape, position and dimensions of total reflection region of rocking curves are studied depending on the degree of asymmetry of diffraction geometry. The requirements to the spatial and temporal coherence for obtaining the rocking curves are estimated.  相似文献

In this paper are studied the possibilities of investigating the structure of B+ -implanted Si single crystals by measuring X-ray rocking curves (the Bragg case). From the viewpoint of the dynamical diffraction of X-rays the structure of an implanted layer is described by a depth-profile of the statistical disorder of the layer structure and by a depth-profile of the relative change in the specific volume. These quantities take place in a modified form of the Takagi equations which are numerically computed for various values of the parameters of the layer, in order to trace their influence to the shape of the rocking curve. A great amount of free parameters and the complexity of their influence on the rocking curves make it impossible to fit the experimental and theoretical curves. On the basis of the theoretical study of the rocking curves the experimental curves measured on Si samples (dose 5×1015 cm–2 of B+, energy 50–200 keV) are interpreted qualitatively.  相似文献

The angular dependences of nuclear resonant scattering are considerably different from respective X-ray reflectometry curves because of some special features of their detection and nuclear decay acceleration (speedup effect) in the conditions of coherent scattering. Model calculations show that the kinematic formula relating the intensity of the nuclear Bragg reflection maximum at different stages of annealing to the diffusion coefficient is inapplicable when the Bragg peak falls near the critical angle.  相似文献
