本文利用钴 ( ) -聚乙烯醇 -亚硝基 R盐 -硫酸铵体系的析相光度法测定钴 ( ) ,最适宜的酸度为p H5 .0 (Na Ac- HAc)缓冲溶液 ,其络合物的最大吸收位于 4 18nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.5 6× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1,钴的浓度在 0— 2 0 μg/m L范围内符合比耳定律。本法用于合成样品中微量钴的测定。结果令人满意。  相似文献

本文用光度法研究了新显色剂5-(4-氯苯基偶氮)-8-苯磺酰氨基喹啉(CPBSQ)与钴的显色反应和最佳条件.结果表明,在pH 9.5-11.5范围内及有氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)和硫脲-酒石酸钾钠存在下,Co(Ⅱ)与CPBSQ形成1∶3的稳定配合物,其最大吸收波长为590nm.依此建立了一种测定Co(Ⅱ)的新光度法.Co(Ⅱ)的浓度在0-15.0μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,其摩尔吸光系数为1.15×105L*mol-1*cm-1.常见离子对Co2+的测定均无严重干扰.本法具有灵敏度高、选择性好的特点.用于VB12针剂中钴含量的测定,相对标准偏差为0.5%-0.6%,标准加入回收率为98%-104%.  相似文献

合成了新试剂 2 - (2’-喹啉偶氮 ) - 5 - N,N-二甲氨基苯甲酸 (QADMAB) ,并研究了其与钴的显色反应 ,在 p H=4 .0的 KH2 PO4- K2 HPO4缓冲介质中 ,CTMAB存在下 ,QADMAB与钴反应生成 2∶ 1稳定配合物 ,λmax=6 2 0 nm,ε=1.2 5× 10 5L·mol-1· cm-1。钴含量在 0— 0 .4 mg/ L范围内符合比耳定律 ,方法用于钢铁样品中钴含量的测定 ,结果令人满意  相似文献

在 1,10 -邻菲罗啉显色体系中 ,引入二阶导数光谱 -峰面积积分技术 ,建立了同时测定痕量铁 ( )和钴 ( )的新方法。该法可有效消除共存离子的干扰 ,提高了准确度和灵敏度。对铁和钴的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为 εFe5 .4 5× 10 6 L·mol-1·cm-1,εCo 1.1× 10 4 L· mol-1· cm-1;铁含量在 0 .0— 8.5 μg·m L-1,钴含量在 0 .0— 7.3μg· m L-1范围内遵守比耳定律。可用于芦荟中铁和钴的同时测定 ,结果令人满意  相似文献

在 p H10 .5的 Na2 B4O7- Na OH介质及 CS(NH2 ) 2 、氯化十六烷基吡啶 (CPC)存在时 ,室温下镍 ( )与5 - (4 -氯苯基偶氮 ) - 8-苯磺酰氨基喹啉 (CPBSQ)反应 ,生成络合比为 1∶ 4的有色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 6 0 0 nm。研究了反应的最佳条件 ,建立了一个测定 Ni( )的光度分析新方法。 Ni( )的浓度在 0—10 .0 μg/2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,其摩尔吸光系数为 1.93× 10 5L· mol-1·cm-1。考察了 2 0多种共存离子的影响 ,大多数常见离子在氨水沉淀分离后不干扰测定。方法用于合金钢中镍的测定 ,其相对标准偏差为 1.9%— 2 .1% ,标准加入回收率为 97%— 10 4 %。  相似文献

在 CTMAB存在下 ,基于盐酸羟胺能定量还原 Fe( )离子为 Fe( )离子 ,利用显色剂 5 - Br- PADAP建立了间接分光光度法测定盐酸羟胺的方法。在 p H3.6的 KHC8H4 O4 - HCl缓冲溶液中 ,Fe( ) - 5 - Br-PADAP络合物的最大吸收峰位于 75 0 nm处。盐酸羟胺含量在 0— 35 μg/ 2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,ε=2 .4 0× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1。本方法用于盐酸羟胺 (工业品 )的测定 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

本文研究了新显色剂 2 - ( 1,3,4 -三氮唑偶氮 ) - 5 -二乙氨基苯甲酸 ( TZDBA)与铜显色反应的条件。在0 .1mol/L的 HCl介质中 ,TZDBA与 Cu2 +形成稳定的紫红色络合物。其最大吸收波长在 5 78nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 4 .0× 10 4 L· mol-1·cm-1,Cu2 +质量浓度在 0— 10 μg/2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律。所拟方法可不经分离直接测定镁合金和铝合金标样中的微量铜 ,加标回收率为 10 1.0 %— 10 1.4 % ,RSD( n=6)为 2 .0 %— 3.9% ,结果令人满意  相似文献

根据 2 - (2 -喹啉偶氮 ) - 1,5 -苯二酚 (QADHB)与钴的显色反应及 C18固相萃取小柱对显色络合物的固相萃取 ,建立了一种测定生物样品中痕量钴的新方法。在 p H=4 .0的 HAc- Na Ac缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,QADHB与钴反应生成 2∶ 1稳定络合物 ,该络合物可用 C18固相萃取小柱富集 ,小柱上富集的络合物用乙醇 (内含 2 %乙酸 )洗脱后用光度法测定 ,络合物最大吸收波长为5 80 nm,钴含量在 0— 0 .8μg/m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,摩尔吸光系数 ε=5 .6× 10 4L· mol-1·cm-1。本方法用于几种生物样品的分析 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

A transient suppression method for piezoelectric ceramic transducer is presented. By adding some special pedestal pulses to the original transmitted signal, the transient effects in the output of the transducer can be just precisely transmission by use of a narrowband transducer. canceled, thereby achieving the broadband The experimental results show that the transient responses of the sinusoid pulses and coded signals are suppressed successfully and the acoustic waveforms radiated into the surrounding water are improved significantly.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained.  相似文献

The(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger(NLS)equation with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities is investigated,which describes propagation of light in(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities.New types of optical modes and nonlinear effects in optical media are presented numerically.The results reveal that the regular split of beam can be obtained in (2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities,by adjusting the guiding parameter.Furthermore,the stability of beam regular split is discussed numerically,and the results reveal that the beam regular split is stable to the finite initial perturbations.  相似文献
