利用有效场理论研究了纳米管上稀释晶场中Blume-Capel模型格点的磁化强度、内能、比热和自由能,得到了系统格点的磁化强度、内能、比热和自由能与温度和稀释晶场的关系.结果表明:稀释晶场取值概率和晶场强度等诸多因素相互竞争,使系统表现出比含恒定晶场作用的Blume-Capel模型更为丰富的磁学特性;稀释晶场会抑制系统格点的磁化强度,导致其基态饱和值小于1;温度较低时,系统格点的磁化强度表现出复杂性;晶场较强时,系统的内能、比热和自由能也呈现出不同的磁学性质.  相似文献

A bilayer nano-stanene-like structure with Ruderman–Kittel–Kasuya–Yoshida (RKKY) coupling described by the Ising model is proposed. The magnetic and thermodynamic properties are studied using the effective-field theory with correlations. The exchange coupling, longitudinal magnetic field, number of non-magnetic layers, and anisotropies had major influences on the magnetization, specific heat, and internal energy. Different saturation magnetizations are observed on the magnetization curve. The variation in the system blocking temperature is studied. The results provide theoretical guidance for the magnetic investigation of nanomaterials with RKKY coupling.  相似文献

Using Monte Carlo simulations, we have investigated the classical $XY$ model on triangular lattices of ultra-thin film structures with middle ferromagnetic layers sandwiched between two antiferromagnetic layers. The internal energy, the specific heat, the chirality and the chiral susceptibility are calculated in order to clarify phase transitions and critical phenomena. From the finite-size scaling analyses, the values of critical exponents are determined. In a range of interaction parameters, we find that the chirality steeply goes up as temperature increases in a temperature range; correspondingly the value of a critical exponent for this change is estimated.  相似文献

采用随机级数展开的量子蒙特卡罗方法研究二维硬核的玻色-赫伯德模型的热力学性质. 首先通过算符变换将模型映射成为二维反铁磁准海森伯模型. 变换后的模型比通常的海森伯模型多一项, 该项正比于系统的格点总数 N, 对于大粒子数的系统, 该项使模拟耗时指数增加, 所以难以计算大粒子数系统.采用非局域操作循环更新后, 这个困难可以得到很好的解决, 可使粒子数总数增大到几千个.研究结果表明, 粒子数密度在0-0.5范围内增大时, 能量呈递减趋势, 并趋于某一定值, 随着正方晶格系统尺度增大, 能量也随之增大;正方晶格系统尺度一定时, 能量和磁化强度随着温度的升高而增大, 化学势的变化对能量和磁化强度没有影响, 能量随着正方晶格系统尺度增大而增大, 磁化强度却随之减小;正方晶格系统尺度一定时, 化学势的增大对比热没有影响, 随着温度的升高比热出现先增大后减小的趋势, 最后趋于某个值, 达到平衡, 而正方晶格系统尺度越大, 比热曲线增大部分的趋势越大, 减小部分的趋势也更明显, 参照朗道超流理论, 本文模拟的能量和比热曲线趋势与朗道二流体模型下He II的理论研究一致; 不同正方晶格系统尺度的影响不大, 均匀磁化率倒数在0-0.5(J/kB)的低温范围内有很小的波动, J为耦合能, kB为玻尔兹曼常数, 温度在0.5-2 (J/kB)的范围内, 均匀磁化率的倒数随着温度的升高而增大, 且曲线的趋势显示了一种类似近藤行为.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of a mixed spin-2 and spin-1/2 ferromagnetic diamond chain are studied by effective-field theory and Monte Carlo(MC) simulation based on the Ising model.The temperature dependences of magnetization,magnetic susceptibility,internal energy,and specific heat are studied,respectively.The exchange interaction dependences of magnetization and the critical temperature are calculated by MC simulation.The changes of magnetization depending on the field increasing and then the field decreasing under steady-static conditions are also given.  相似文献

The two-dimensional GaAs parabolic quantum dot (QD) is investigated in the static fluctuation approximation (SFA) where both the magnetic field and the electron-electron interaction are fully taken into account. The thermodynamic properties of the system are computed as functions of the temperature and magnetic field for different numbers of electrons (N). It is noted that the mean internal energy increases with increasing number of electrons and magnetic field. This increase is not smooth, and a sudden change in slope is observed at a certain value of magnetic field for N≥4. It is found that the magnetization has sharp jumps for N≥4; for N≤3 a smooth monotonic diamagnetism is exhibited. A sharp peak is observed in the specific heat when the magnetic field is increased. It is found that the lowest-state transitions occur at a critical value of magnetic field. These transitions appear in the mean internal energy and magnetization.  相似文献

A generalization of mean field theory in a cluster with many sites was obtained for the spin-1/2 Ising model from the Gibbs-Bogoliubov inequality. The expressions for the free energy and the magnetization were obtained. The generalization was applied in a structure of the nanowire and nanotube hexagonal lattices, for clusters of seven sites and six sites, respectively. The results for the magnetization, the free energy, the internal energy, the entropy, the specific heat, and the critical frontiers were obtained. The critical temperature and the compensation temperature in a cylindrical Ising nanowire are investigated, in order to clarify the distinction between the ferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic behaviors when the core-shell exchange coupling takes a different sign. Domain walls in nanoconstrictions are investigated with a focus on thermal properties. In general, the magnetization component perpendicular to the easy axis which in a domain wall usually occurs has a value different from the easy-axis bulk magnetization value with a separate phase transition at a critical temperature below the Curie temperature. Since this effect is the more pronounced the smaller the domain wall width is, we investigate it especially in domain walls with a confined geometry, using analytical arguments, mean-field theory, and Monte Carlo simulations. Our findings may contribute to the understanding of magnetoresistive effects in domain walls with sizes of only a few atomic layers, as, e.g., in nanocontacts or nanoconstrictions.  相似文献

建立了铁电/铁磁双层膜模型,铁电层的电矩用连续标量描述,而铁磁层的自旋应用经典矢量描述.利用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了体系的热力学性质和极化、磁化行为.给出了零场下体系的内能、比热、极化和磁化随温度变化的关系,并分别研究了体系在外磁场和外电场下的极化和磁化行为.模拟结果表明,双层膜体系的内能、比热、极化和磁化性质因层间耦合系数的不同而明显不同,当界面耦合较弱时,双层膜表现出各自的热力学性质,当层间耦合增强到一定程度时,双层膜耦合为一个整体,表现出统一的热力学性质.该双层膜在外场中形成电滞回线和磁滞回线,并表现出偏置特性,界面耦合强度和温度影响滞后回线和偏置现象.  相似文献
