最近,北京测量与通信总体技术研究所设计并研制了一种激光参数综合测试仪。该测试仪主要由激光发射参数测试分系统、激光接收参数测试分系统、数据处理分系统及其辅助设备组成。激光发射参数测试分系统主要完成脉冲能量、输出功率、功率稳定性、脉冲宽度、工作重频、脉冲编码、激光发散角等参数的测试,包括激光功率能量计、数字存贮示波器、光斑测试仪等。激光接收参数测试分系统主要用于激光接收机灵敏度与动态范围等参数的测量。由激光光源、可变激光衰减器、激光功率能量计等组成。  相似文献

随着激光器朝向大功率、高能量的方向发展,激光损伤阈值成为了衡量光学元件抗激光损伤能力的重要参数之一,因此,能否准确地测量出光学元件的激光损伤阈值成为研究的重点。而光学元件激光损伤阈值测试的关键是能否准确地判别光学元件是否发生激光损伤。为解决目前常见的损伤判别方法存在的精度低、识别时间长、适用材料范围窄、操作复杂等不足,提出了一种新的激光损伤的判别方法,即等离子体诊断法。以K9玻璃为例,搭建激光损伤阈值的测试平台,利用光纤光谱仪采集强激光辐照K9玻璃时所产生的激光等离子体闪光光谱,并对该光谱进行诊断分析,将该光谱中是否含有待测试光学元件材料中特征元素的光谱峰作为其是否收到激光损伤的标准。同时,对K9玻璃进行了激光损伤阈值的测试,并将测试结果与等离子体闪光法和显微镜法所测的激光损伤阈值进行了对比分析。实验表明,提出的等离子体诊断方法的判别精度高、速度快、测试装置结构简单,易实现在线测量,可以大大地提高光学元件激光损伤阈值测试工作的效率。  相似文献

为研究高能脉冲激光远场光束质量,设计了一套激光远场多参量测试系统.首次将远场激光束的空间分布、脉冲波形和中心能量测试纳入到一个体系中.从总体设计、硬件构成、软件设计等三个方面对系统进行了阐述,重点介绍软件系统的实现过程.光束质量测试系统能够有效地获取远场激光的时空参数,为进一步进行远场激光性能评价奠定了基础.  相似文献

介绍了一套355nm紫外激光损伤阈值自动测量装置。该测量装置由一台Nd:YAG激光器产生紫外355nm激光,经过紫外激光传输系统,紫外激光聚焦形成测试激光。脉冲激光能量由激光能量计监测,Normaski显微镜判断样片的激光损伤。另外,整个测量装置和测量过程由计算机集成控制,具有良好的操作性和运行参数控制能力,可实现1—on-1,n-on-1,s—on—1,R-on-1等多种激光损伤测试。  相似文献

 采用单脉冲激光进行了大气环境下激光烧蚀小钢珠实验,得到其推进效应参数,发现并分析了钢珠在不同放置位置(焦前与焦后)时不同的物理现象;为了得到一系列定量实验数据,采用自行研制的激光冲量靶仪进行了单脉冲激光烧蚀推进效应实验测试,得到了不同环境条件、不同靶材料的激光推进效应参数,并与国外的实验数据以及数值计算结果进行了比较。实验表明,靶材料和激光功率密度是影响冲量耦合系数的主要因素,冲量耦合系数随环境气压的降低而升高。  相似文献

Refractive index knowledge is an important parameter when physical properties of liquids are investigated. For the easy and fast determination of refractive index of liquids, we established a computer-controlled optical facility in National Metrology Institute of Turkey, based on laser beam deviation technique. Basic components of the established facility are stabilized laser sources, temperature-controlled rectangular cells, servomotor-controlled knife edges and trap detectors. The facility was used to measure the refractive index of four liquids; pure water, acetone, methanol and n-propyl alcohol. Temperature and dispersion characterizations of each liquid were also investigated and are presented in this paper.  相似文献

精确控制激光束使其始终对准并跟踪焊缝是保证激光焊接质量的前提.针对大功率(激光功率10 kW)光纤激光焊接304型不锈钢紧密对接焊缝(间隙为0-0.1 mm),研究一种基于红外热像的焊缝跟踪偏差检测新方法. 采用红外传感高速摄像机摄取焊接区域熔池红外动态热像,分析激光束对准和偏离焊缝中心时的熔池温度分布和红外辐射特性,以熔池匙孔形变参数和热堆积效应参数作为激光束与焊缝中心偏差检测特征值,通过图像识别技术研究和分析特征值与焊缝偏差之间的关系. 激光焊接试验结果表明,熔池匙孔形变参数和热堆积效应参数与焊缝偏差 关键词: 大功率光纤激光焊 焊缝跟踪偏差 红外热像 检测  相似文献

可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)是利用二极管激光器的波长扫描和电流调谐特性来实现痕量气体吸收曲线二次谐波检测的一种新技术,具有高灵敏、高选择性、高精度等特点。理论分析和实验结果表明:利用二次谐波检测到的信号特征除了与被测气体的吸收特征有关外,还与波长扫描参数和电流调制参数有密切的关系。通过研究不同波长的扫描参数和在功率调制参数下的二次谐波曲线,分析了它们的波形特征和稳定性,以便寻求最佳的波长扫描参数和功率调制参数,从而使二次谐波曲线的稳定性和形状达到最佳。  相似文献

In this paper, an optical surface curvature measurement technique based on digital holography is proposed. Unlike the previous digital holographic methods, which only involve a small part of the measured data for parameter estimation, the proposed method adopts more of them using least square method. Hence, the analyzed result is not affected by data extraction direction and less sensitive to imperfect phase compensation. The proposed method is demonstrated with a sample of reflection mirror in laser resonator, and verified by comparing the measurement result with that of the white light interferometer.  相似文献

Nd:YAG laser turning is a new technique for manufacturing micro-grooves on cylindrical surface of ceramic materials needed for the present day precision industries. The importance of laser turning has directed the researchers to search how accurately micro-grooves can be obtained in cylindrical parts. In this paper, laser turning process parameters have been determined for producing square micro-grooves on cylindrical surface. The experiments have been performed based on the statistical five level central composite design techniques. The effects of laser turning process parameters i.e. lamp current, pulse frequency, pulse width, cutting speed (revolution per minute, rpm) and assist gas pressure on the quality of the laser turned micro-grooves have been studied. A predictive model for laser turning process parameters is created using a feed-forward artificial neural network (ANN) technique utilized the experimental observation data based on response surface methodology (RSM). The optimization problem has been constructed based on RSM and solved using multi-objective genetic algorithm (GA). The neural network coupled with genetic algorithm can be effectively utilized to find the optimum parameter value for a specific laser micro-turning condition in ceramic materials. The optimal process parameter settings are found as lamp current of 19 A, pulse frequency of 3.2 kHz, pulse width of 6% duty cycle, cutting speed as 22 rpm and assist air pressure of 0.13 N/mm2 for achieving the predicted minimum deviation of upper width of ?0.0101 mm, lower width 0.0098 mm and depth ?0.0069 mm of laser turned micro-grooves.  相似文献

A simple dispersion measurement technique has been proposed and demonstrated by using the self-seeding laser oscillation of a Fabry-Perot laser diode through an optical closed-loop path. When the multi-mode optical pulses emitted from the laser are re-injected into the laser after traversing a fiber-under-test, a single mode laser oscillation occurs through the closed-loop path due to the group velocity difference between the pulses of different wavelengths. We measured the dispersion parameter of the fiber-under-test from the modulation frequency changes required to induce single-mode laser oscillations through the optical closed-loop path. The maximum measurement error was less than 1.5% for the optical fibers as compared with a commercial instrument.  相似文献

 报道了一台灯泵浦大功率连续Nd:YAG激光器。对影响大功率固体激光器模块输出功率和光束质量的主要因素进行了理论分析,并提出提高激光器效率的措施:对聚光腔的形状、结构和材料以及冷却方式,泵浦灯的参数和材料,激光晶体的参数和镀膜进行优化设计,采用径向固定的谐振腔镜。该灯泵浦YAG晶体棒总体电光转换效率为4%,光束质量为22mm·mrad,输出功率647W。  相似文献

In this paper, based on a system composed of a multimode emitted laser diode and a single-mode received laser, chaos synchronization performance has been investigated numerically under different optical injection patterns. The results show that, for single mode injection (SMI) which means the received laser is injected by a selective longitudinal mode of the multimode emitted laser whose wavelength corresponds to that of the single-mode received laser, the system synchronization performance is better than that with multi mode injection (MMI); depending on the optical spectrum of the received laser, the physical mechanism of chaos synchronization deterioration for MMI is given. Additionally, after taking into account the parameter mismatches, the chaos synchronization performance of the system with different injection pattern have also been discussed. For either SMI or MMI, the synchronization performance with negative parameter mismatches is better than that with positive parameter mismatches.  相似文献

The influence of the parameter of amplitude-phase coupling for nonlinear amplification on the phase-frequency characteristics of an injection laser in the regime of pumping current modulation has been investigated theoretically. The parameter is defined as the coefficient of proportionality between changes in the real and imaginary parts of the refractive index during variation of the density of photons in the cavity. The substantial dependence of the coefficient of phase modulation on the parameter of the amplitude-phase coupling for nonlinear amplification at small modulation frequencies is shown. A technique to determine the indicated parameter based on the frequency dependence of the ratio between the coefficients of phase and amplitude modulation is suggested.  相似文献
