报道了用“联合D0和D+单双标记”测定衰变分支比的方法.基于北京谱仪(BES)在北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)质心系能量s=4.03GeV处获取的数据,利用联合D0和D+单双标记的方法,可以测定D0和D+介子单举和遍举衰变分支比.作为该方法的应用举例,利用BES实验组发表的数据,在90%置信度的情况下,测得D+→e+ν衰变过程分支比的上限为Br(D+→e+ν)<1.6%.此上限值与BES曾发表的结果一致.  相似文献

利用北京谱仪(BES)在北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)e+e-质心系能量为4.03GeV处采集的积分亮度为22.3pb-1的数据,从D介子的5个非轻子衰变模式中共选出2471±218组tagD+X(X可能是γ或π0或π±)和7629±251组tagD0X介子样本. 在这些样本中没有找到D+→φe+υ,φK-π+e+υ,和D0→φK-e+υ,φK-μ+υ的衰变事例,测定在90髎置信度下分支比的上限分别为B(D+→φe+υ)<1.38髎,B(D+→φK-π+e+υ)<2.01髎,B(D0→φK-e+υ)<0.53髎,和B(D0→φK-μ+υ)<0.53髎.  相似文献

利用北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)和北京谱仪(BES),基于在质心系能量s=4.03GeV的e+e–湮没中,D+s单标记的分析结果,测定了D+s→K0K+和D+s→K0K+衰变的分支比.其结果Br(D+s→K0K+)=(3.02±0.94±0.91)%,Br(D+s→K0K+)=(3.28±1.22±0.94)%与世界平均值在误差范围内一致.用π+,K0K+,K0K+作为单标记,共观测到94±13个D+s事例,测得在e+e–湮没中D+sD–s对产生的截面为σprod D+s D–s=451±63±118pb.  相似文献

在标准模型中,稀有衰变道B+→D+s(-K)*0只有通过纯湮没图才可以发生.这样这个衰变道的分支比很小.利用基于kT因子化的微扰方法给出分支比的预测,发现它在10-8的量级上.这个衰变道估计在将来的LHC上得到测量,对检验标准模型以及探寻新物理有着重要的意义.  相似文献

We study the branching ratios of D+→D0e+ν,DS+→D0e+ν,BS0→B+e-ν,DS+→D+e-e+ and BS0→B0e-e+ rare semileptonic decay processes,which are induced by decays of light quarks,the heavy quarks remain unchanged.The branching ratios of these decay processes are estimated in the heavy quark limit and with SU(3) flavor symmetry.We find that the decay rates are very tiny in the framework of the Standard Model.We also estimate the sensitivities of the measurements of these rare decays at the future experiments,such as BES-Ⅲ,super-B and LHC-b.Observations of these decays may shed some light on new physics beyond the standard model.  相似文献

Summary The FLAG® peptides DYKDDDDK and MDYKDDDDK are widely used affinity tags. Here we describe new variants of the FLAG peptides which, in direct ELISA, showed selective and differential binding to the commercially available anti-FLAG monoclonal antibodies M1, M2 and M5. Variants of the FLAG peptides were synthesized on polymer-grafted plastic pins, and in an ELISA incubated with mAbs M1, M2 and M5. Among the newly identified tag sequences are those that bind only one of the anti-FLAG mAbs and those that bind only two or all three of the anti-FLAG mAbs. Examples of new tag sequences are MDFKDDDDK (which binds mAb M5 and does not bind mAbs M1 and M2) and MDYKAFDNL (which binds mAb M2 and does not bind mAbs M1 and M5). The sensitivity in direct ELISA of some variants was increased, e.g. using mAb M2 it was found that replacing DDDDK in MDYKDDDDK by AFDNL increased the sensitivity in ELISA at least 10-fold. The activity of this peptide was studied in more detail. In different direct ELISAs, in which MDYKAFDNL was synthesized on polyethylene pins, coated onto polystyrene microtiter plates or onto nitrocellulose paper, the activity of this peptide was similar, i.e. increased at least 10-fold over that of MDYKDDDDK. Remarkably, in competitive ELISA the binding activity of soluble MDYKAFDNL was decreased 10-fold over those of soluble MDYKDDDDK or DYKDDDDK. The results seem to suggest that, in solution, the conformation of MDYKAFDNL is more unstructured compared to its conformation when coated or linked to a carrier. 讨论了无源超高频射频识别(UHF RFID)系统的信号传输过程及性能测试方法,以软件定义无线电方式实现了符合ISO/IEC18000-6C标准的无源标签的部分性能测试,研究了部分通信参数动态变化时标签应答功率的变化,并对不同标签的灵敏度进行了测试.所有实验在常规条件下完成,测试研究表明在基带编码采用较小的Tari值、PW为50%以及较高的调制系数时,阅读器能够接收到标签反射回来的最大功率,系统的识别距离最远. 关键词: 射频识别 无源电子标签 标签灵敏度 性能测试  相似文献

We make the supergravity solutions describing the branes (D3 branes and D4 branes) localized within the D6 branes in the near core region of D6 brane. From the D=11 solutions (M3 branes and M4 branes with the ZN identifications in the transverse space) we obtain the D=10 supergravity solutions of D3 branes localized within D6 branes and D4 branes localized within D6 branes by reducing the dimension down to D=10 along a circular direction of S3 part of the transverse space. M3 brane solution leads to D=10 background representing D3 branes localized on D6 branes in the region close to the D6 branes core. M4 branes lead to the D4 branes localized on D6 branes in the region close to the D6 brane core.  相似文献

There is an increasing interest in developing surface enhancement Raman spectroscopy methods for intracellular biomolecule and for in vitro protein detection that involve dye or protein–dye conjugates. In this work, we have demonstrated that protein adsorption on silver nanoparticle (AgNP) can significantly attenuate the surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) signal of dye molecules in both protein/dye mixtures and protein/dye conjugates. SERS spectra of 12 protein/dye mixtures were acquired using 4 proteins [bovine serum albumin (BSA), lysozyme, trypsin, and concanavalin A] and three dyes [Rhodamine 6G, adenine, and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)]. Besides the protein/dye mixtures, spectra were also obtained for the free dyes and four FITC‐conjugated proteins. While no SERS signal was observed in protein/FITC mixtures or conjugates, a significantly reduced SERS intensity (up to 3 orders of magnitude) was observed for both R6G and adenine in their respective protein mixtures. Quantitative estimation of the number of dye molecules absorbed onto AgNP implied that the degree of R6G SERS signal reduction in the R6G/BSA sample is 2 to 3 orders of magnitude higher than what could be accounted for by the difference in the amount of the absorbed dyes. This finding has significant implications for both intracellular SERS analyses and in vitro protein detection using SERS tagging strategies that rely on Raman dyes as reporter molecules. Measured and simulated minimum quench energies (MQE) for short samples are doubtful when estimating disturbance tolerance of an impregnated superconducting magnet. If measurements are performed at liquid cryogen, the cooling provided by the cryogen causes MQE to be high. At a conduction-cooled system, the transverse heat conduction is neglected causing low MQE. Even though these conditions can be artificially brought closer to the ones in an impregnated magnet, it is difficult to estimate by short-sample measurement the MQE of a superconducting coil. These similar difficulties are present at simulations. On the other hand, 1D and 2D measurements and simulations can be used, e.g., to compare wires or consider effect of insulation layer thickness, but according to the results only in a rough quantitative way. In this paper, we compare MQE and normal zone propagation velocity simulations of an MgB2 wire with 1D, 2D and 3D finite element method models to focus on the different results given by the models employing different dimensions.  相似文献

In this note we study the Landau–Hall problem in the 2D and 3D unit sphere, that is, the motion of a charged particle in the presence of a static magnetic field. The magnetic flow is completely determined for any Riemannian surface of constant Gauss curvature, in particular, the unit 2D sphere. For the 3D case we consider Killing magnetic fields on the unit sphere, and we show that the magnetic flowlines are helices with the given Killing vector field as its axis.  相似文献
