 建立了S波段相对论速调管放大器双间隙输出腔开放腔的3维模型。采用时域有限差分法,通过监测激励电流源的响应计算了该双间隙输出腔的谐振频率、有载Q值、场分布以及特性阻抗,并分析了腔体结构尺寸对谐振频率、有载Q值和特性阻抗的影响。研究表明:腔体半径对开放腔的谐振频率影响很大,耦合孔尺寸对腔体谐振频率的影响较小;随着耦合孔张角增加,有载Q值逐渐减小;随着腔体半径增大、间隙的减小,腔体特性阻抗降低。研究结果可为S波段强流相对论速调管放大器双间隙输出腔的设计提供理论依据。  相似文献

设计制作了SU-8光栅结构的染料掺杂手性向列相液晶激光器件,在器件正面和侧面均实现了随机激光辐射。将激光染料PM597、手性剂S-811、向列性液晶TEB30A按一定比例均匀混合,注入反平行摩擦处理的液晶盒中,器件的下基板通过光掩模法刻蚀出周期为15μm的光栅。利用532 nm的Nd∶YAG固体脉冲激光器作为泵浦源,器件的侧面既在580~590 nm范围内出现了多个离散分立的随机激光辐射峰,FWHM约0.19 nm,又在579~585 nm范围内出现独立的两个激光辐射峰,FWHM约0.19 nm;在器件正面获得了584~590 nm范围的随机激光辐射谱,FWHM约0.17 nm。加热器件至61℃,液晶相变为各向同性态,器件侧面仍出现了波长约590.60 nm、FWHM约0.24 nm的激光辐射峰。分析得出,液晶盒中引入SU-8光栅结构后,光子同时在液晶分子间多重散射和SU-8光栅中布拉格反射获得反馈放大,两种机制相辅相成。器件侧面出现的独立激光辐射峰主要由SU-8光栅布拉格反射提供反馈放大形成,而器件侧面和正面的随机激光辐射峰主要由液晶分子间多重散射提供反馈放大形成。  相似文献

针对成品相移光栅反射谱中透射窗口位置的小可调谐性,提出了一种由单模光纤谐振环和普通布拉格光栅组成的新型器件.利用信号流程网的方法,详细分析了该器件的工作原理,给出了该器件的反射输出表达式,并推导了该器件的精细度和半峰全宽的表达式,利用Matlab进行了数值模拟.结果发现光栅辅助的光纤谐振环的反射谱具有相移光栅反射谱的特点,并且该器件反射谱中透射窗口的深度和位置还具有可调谐性.最后,分析了光纤谐振环参数对该器件反射谱的半峰全宽和精细度的影响,为进一步提高该器件作为窄线宽单频光纤激光器选频元件的性能提供了理论依据.  相似文献

基于800nm飞秒激光脉冲对标准单模光纤采用非载氢技术刻写长周期光纤光栅的机理进行了研究.搭建了水平、垂直双CCD视频监控的飞秒激光脉冲逐点刻蚀长周期光纤光栅系统,研究了光栅长度、激光脉冲能量和光栅占空比等参数对光栅光谱特性的影响.研究结果表明,当光栅周期长度不变,光栅周期数和激光脉冲能量的变化使光栅谐振峰强度发生变化,光栅透射谱是单峰的;光栅占空比的改变导致光栅谐振峰由单峰转变为多峰.在谐振波长1 540nm处,得带谐振峰强度达到15dB、带外损耗不足2dB,在3dB衰减处带宽为15nm的谐振透射谱.  相似文献

 提出采用大口径、浅褶皱和短周期分段式慢波结构作为高功率毫米波绕射辐射振荡器的高频系统。采用通用理论对器件的色散特性进行了分析,用PIC方法对整体器件进行了模拟。在此基础上,开展了实验研究工作,测试了器件输出微波功率和频率。初步实验结果与理论分析和PIC模拟结果的趋势基本吻合。  相似文献

相移光栅是光子集成电路的基本元件之一,被广泛应用于多种领域中。与传统的反射型相移光栅相比,反向耦合型相移光栅无需光环形器,易实现大规模集成。提出了一种高Q值、超窄带宽的反向耦合型相移光栅。利用光栅的Moire效应,通过将不同周期的波导光栅组合在一起,实现了Q值为12893、3 dB凹陷带宽为0.12 nm的反向耦合型相移光栅。该相移光栅具有尺寸小、Q值高和凹陷带宽窄等优势,能被广泛应用于生物传感、激光器和波长滤波等领域中。  相似文献

为了研究史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光的输出频率和光栅槽深、光栅槽长、光栅槽宽的关系,对于基于矩形光栅的史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光利用粒子模拟软件进行模拟和理论分析。首先,利用粒子模拟软件模拟对于基于矩形光栅的史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光进行了研究,发现史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光的输出频率随光栅槽深、光栅槽长、光栅槽宽的增大而减少。接着,对史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光的光栅槽进行了理论分析,发现每个光栅槽都可以等效为一个LC谐振电路,并发现在史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光中存在两种辐射,一种是史密斯-帕塞尔辐射,另一种是LC振荡辐射。最后,对光栅槽的LC振荡辐射进行了估算,发现史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光输出频率的模拟值与光栅槽的LC振荡辐射估算值的数量级均为102 GHz,且变化规律上一致。据此推测决定史密斯-帕塞尔自由电子激光输出频率的应该是光栅槽,而不是谐振腔。  相似文献

主要探讨了一种基于多层多齿谐振光栅结构的高性能偏振无关反射镜。得益于TE和TM偏振光泄漏模谐振的共存及相互作用,该器件在1.65~1.72μm较宽的频谱范围内具有反射率大于97%、角度带宽约为24.6°、插入损耗小于0.25dB、偏振相关损耗小于0.18dB的优越性能。通过严格耦合波分析方法验证了此器件在现有工艺误差范围内具有较好的工艺容差性。  相似文献

本文提出在Kα波段圆柱过模结构绕射辐射器件(RDG)中引入一种带有锥度结构的同轴内开槽布拉格反射器.采用复功率守恒技术(CCPT)对该反射器的频率响应特性进行分析.研究了相位匹配段长度,波纹槽深及锥度对反射器频率响应特性的影响,分析了波纹初始相位对反射器选模特性的影响,发现该反射器具有良好的模式选择特性.本文的研究工作为同轴Bragg反射器结构的研究提供了重要的理论分析手段. 关键词: 同轴Bragg反射器 频率响应特性 复功率守恒 绕射辐射振荡器  相似文献

A novel means of producing coherent radiation by passing an electron through a dual-grating resonator is presented, The observed radiation is in accordance with the Smith-Purcell dispersion relation for a single grating. Feedback is provided by a second grating. Experiments carried out at beam energies from 30-55 keV produced radiation at wavelengths from 6 to 0.75 mm. Power measurement were used to clarify the grating beam interaction, Indications are that operation could be easily extended to shorter wavelengths to provide an inexpensive and compact radiation source in the far-infrared  相似文献

A quasi-optical reflection cavity intended to be used as the resonant load of a submillimeter wavelength oscillator has been designed, constructed, and tested. The resonator consists of three elements in cascade: a high Q, high finesse folded Fabry-Perot resonator, a lower Q, low finesse Fabry-Perot resonator, and a Littrow mounted diffraction grating. The resonator exhibits a Q of 6600 and 2.5 dB of loss at 63 GHz. The design can be scaled to 1 THz, where waveguide structures become impractical, to serve as the resonator for high frequency quantum well resonant tunneling device oscillators.  相似文献

A 2W cw laser diode (LD) with an external cavity produced by a reflecting volume Bragg grating (VBG) demonstrated a spectral width of 7GHz (full width at half-maximum) at 780nm. The device output power exceeded 90% of the output power of the free-running LD. The emission wavelength was tuned over a 300pm range by thermal control of the VBG. Rb vapor was shown to absorb more than 95% of the laser radiation.  相似文献

Based on the femtosecond accelerator device, we are planning to build a broad band and tunable THz source using the Smith-Purcell radiation mechanism. Coherent Smith-Purcell radiation could be achieved owing to the super-short bunch produced in the device. To shorten the distance between the beam and grating, we use Transport to match the beta function producing a sheet beam on the grating surface. The optimization of grating length, groove depth and groove width are given in the paper. Then the radiation power for the shallow and deep grating using these parameters are presented. 基于电介质光栅的光谱合成是实现高功率高光束质量激光的重要途径. 在电介质光栅的光谱合成系统中, 光栅色散效应是影响合成激光光束质量的重要因素. 本文推导了单光栅和双光栅光谱合成系统中由于光栅色散引起M2因子的变化公式; 详细讨论了这两种合成系统中单路激光线宽、单路激光光斑半径、相邻两路激光波长差、相邻两路激光间距以及光栅周期对光束质量的影响. 研究表明对于单光栅合成系统, 在合成过程中若保持光束质量M2因子的大小不变, 则单路激光带宽随光斑半径的增加而减小; 在双光栅光谱合成系统中, 在保持光束质量的前提下, 单路激光带宽可随光斑半径的增大而相应增加. 数值计算表明, 若要满足合成光束的光束质量M2 ≤1.2的要求, 在单光栅系统中激光线宽需窄于亚纳米量级, 在双光栅系统中激光带宽可为亚纳米. 本文为高功率、高光束质量的光纤激光光谱合成系统的搭建提供了理论指导.  相似文献

Simple and efficient surface acoustic wave(SAW)two-port resonators with low insertion loss and high Q-values on ST-X quartz substrate using a corrosion-proof A1/Au-stripe electrode structure are developed for gas sensing.It was composed of two shorted grating reflectors and adjacent intedigital transducers(IDT),and an active metal film in the cavity between the IDTs for the sensitive film coating.The devices are expected to provide good protection towards metal electrode for gas sensors application in chemically reactive environments.Excellent device performance as low insertion loss,high Q factor and single-mode are achieved by carefully selecting the metallic electrode thickness,cavity length and acoustic aperture.Prior to fabrication,the coupling of modes(COM)model was performed for device simulation to determine the optimal design parameters.The fabricated single-mode SAW resonator at operation frequency of 300 MHz range exhibits matched insertion loss of~6.5 dB and loaded Q factor in the 3000 range.Using the fabricated resonator as the feedback element,a dualresonator-oscillator with excellent frequency stability(0.1 ppm)was developed and evaluated experimentally,and it is significant for performance improvement of SAW gas sensor.  相似文献

We demonstrate a novel technique for coupling extreme-ultraviolet (XUV) harmonic radiation out of a femtosecond enhancement cavity. We use a small-period diffraction grating etched directly into the surface of a dielectric mirror. For the fundamental light, this element acts as a high reflector. For harmonic wavelengths, it acts as a diffraction grating, coupling XUV radiation out of the cavity. Using this method, we observed the third through twenty-first odd harmonics with a dramatic increase in usable power over previous results of high-harmonic generation at high repetition rates.  相似文献

A Smith–Purcell (S–P) free electron laser (FEL) composed of a metallic diffraction flat grating, an open cylindrical mirror cavity and a relativistic sheet electron beam with moderate energy, is presented. The characteristics of this device are studied by theoretical analysis, experimental measurements and particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation method. Results indicate that coherent radiation with output peak power up to 50 MW at millimeter wavelengths can be generated by using relativistic electron beam of moderate energy.  相似文献

Intracavity amplification of the idler radiation of a nanosecond optical parametric oscillator (OPO) is achieved within a single dual-grating PPLN crystal composed of a uniform-grating section followed by a fan-out grating section. While all the OPO wavelength-tuning capabilities are preserved, this configuration leads to a 60?% increase of the 4-??m idler power and a significant beam quality improvement when compared to a conventional singly resonant OPO.  相似文献
