Hg－Ba－Ca－Cu－O系超导性的研究

我们用Ｓｃｈｉｌｌｉｎｇ等人的方法制备出了Ｈｇ－Ｂａ－Ｃａ－Ｃｕ－Ｏ超导化合物系，并用Ｘ－ｒａｙ衍射、ＴＥＭ、磁化率及电阻等实验测量对它们进行了初步研究．由ＴＥＭ观察，证实了在ＨＢＣＣＯ系中存在Ｈｇ－１２０１相，Ｈｇ－１２１２相和Ｈｇ－１２２３相．用高－Ｑ振动子技术，对ＨｇＢａ２ＣｕＯ４＋ｙ样品作了磁通点阵融化的力学测量，从而估计出该样品的不可逆线的形状．我们还对Ｈｇ－１２２３样品作了事后退火处理研究，在氧气中退火可使该样品的Ｔｃ略有增高，这些结果表明Ｈｇ－１２２３样品的超导相可能处在微弱的“ｕｎｄｅｒ－ｄｏｐｅｄ”态．     

银－2－羧基－4－溴苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯－Triton X－100－SDS显色体系的研究及应用

新三氮烯类试剂之一，２－羧基－４－溴苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯，在ｐＨ１１．０的Ｎａ_２Ｂ_４Ｏ_７－ＮａＯＨ缓冲介质中，有非离子表面活性剂ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００及阴离子表面活性剂ＳＤＳ的共同存在下，可与Ａｇ（Ⅰ）生成稳定的２∶１红色配合物，红色配合物的λ_（ｍａｘ）＝５４０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数ε_（５４０）＝１．１０×１０￣５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）。Ａｇ量在０－１０μｇ／２５ｍＬ符合比尔定律。方法用于工业废水中痕量Ａｇ的测定，结果满意。

Two kinds of M-particle d-dimensional Schmidt-form entangled state teleportation protocols are presented.In the first protocol,the teleportation is achieved by d-dimensional Bell-basis measurements,while in the second protocol it is realized by d-dimensional GHZ-basis measurement.

采用５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ－ＯＰ显色体系测定铜，考查了测定条件。以正三辛胺萃取分离干扰高子，考查了萃取分离条中。人工合成样品回收率１００．８％，铝合金标样测定误差＜－２．２％，人发分析结果的相对标准偏差＜４．０％。

On the Thermal Property of Arbitrarily Accelerating Charged Black Hole with a New Tortoise Coordinate Transformation

After a new tortoise coordinate transformation is adopted, the entropy and non-thermal radiation of an arbitrarily accelerating charged black hole are discussed as an example of non-stationary black holes. The same cut-off relation is chosen as static case, which is independent of space-time, and then the entropy of the non-stationary black hole is also proportional to the area of its event horizon. Meanwhile, the crossing of the particle energy levels near the event horizon is studied, the representative of the maximum value of the crossing energy levels is the same as the usual tortoise coordinate transformation.     

Quantum nonthermal effect of the Vaidya-Bonner-de Sitter black hole

Using the Hamilton-Jacobi equation of a scalar particle in the curve space-time and a correct- dimension new tortoise coordinate transformation, the quantum nonthermal radiation of the Vaidya-Bonner-de Sitter black hole is investigated. The energy condition for the occurrence of the Starobinsky-Unruh process is obtained. The event horizon surface gravity and the Hawking temperature on the event horizon are also given.     

Quantum statistical entropy for Kerr－de Sitter black hole

Improving the membrane model by which the entropy of the black hole is studied, we study the entropy of the black hole in the non-thermal equilibrium state. To give the problem stated here widespread meaning, we discuss the (n 2)-dimensional de Sitter spacetime. Through discussion, we obtain that the black hole‘s entropy which contains two horizons (a black hole‘s horizon and a cosmological horizon) in the non-thermal equilibrium state comprises the entropy corresponding to the black hole‘s horizon and the entropy corresponding to the cosmological horizon. Furthermore, the entropy of the black hole is a natural property of the black hole. The entropy is irrelevant to the radiation field out of the horizon. This deepens the understanding of the relationship between black hole‘s entropy and horizon‘s area. A way to study the bosonic and fermionic entropy of the black hole in high non-thermal equilibrium spacetime is given.     

Schwarzschild-de Sitter黑洞的Hawking辐射

利用延拓Damour-Ruffini方法,研究Schwarzschild-de Sitter黑洞的Hawking辐射.在保持时空中总能量守恒的条件下,考虑辐射粒子对时空的反作用和黑洞事件视界与宇宙视界的相互关联后,得到黑洞辐射谱.此辐射不再是严格的纯热谱,与黑洞事件视界和宇宙视界对应Bekenstein-Hawking熵变有关,发现其结果仍然符合幺正性原理. 关键词： Damour-Ruffini方法 Hawking辐射 能量守恒     

Quantum Thermal Effect of Nonstationary Kerr-Newman Black Hole

The Hawking radiation and the entropy of non-stationary Kerr-Newman black hole whose metric changes slowly are calculated via the method of Damour etc. and the thin film brick-wall model. First, we obtain the Hawking radiation temperature and the thermal spectrum formula. Second, we get the entropy density at every point of the horizon surface as well as the total entropy of the black hole, which is just the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and relies on the notion of the local equilibrium crucially that can be met if the evaporation and the accretion of the black hole is negligible. The results show that the temperature of the event horizon depends on the time and the angle, and the entropy of the non-stationary black hole is also proportional to the horizon area with appropriate cutoff relationship as in the case of stationary black holes.     

Tunnelling effect from a Vaidya-de Sitter black hole

In this paper, we extend Parikh＇ recent work to the Vaidya-de Sitter black hole which is non-stationary. We view Hawking radiation as a tunnelling process across the event horizon and calculate the tunnelling probability when the particle crosses the event horizon. From the tunnelling probability we also find a leading correction to the semiclassical emission rate.     

NON-THERMAL RADIATION FROM A NON-KERR－NEWMAN BLACK HOLE

In the spacetime of a charged spinning black hole, the distribution of particle energy levels has been studied. Near the event horizon of such a black hole a crossing of the particle energy levels exists, which leads to the occurrence of non-thermal radiation of the black hole. This quantum effect is non-thermal and also different from those of the Kerr and Kerr－Newman black holes.     

NEW KINDS OF DIRAC ENERGY LEVELS AND THEIR CROSSING REGIONS

In the space-time of a non-Kerr-Newman black hole, the Dirac energy levels and their crossing regions are investigated. Near the event horizon of the black hole there are crossing Dirac energy levels, which lead to the occurrence of non-thermal radiation.     

Reissner-Nordstr?m de Sitter黑洞的量子隧穿效应

运用Parikh的量子隧穿模型，研究了Reissner-Nordstrm de Sitter黑洞的量子隧穿效应.结果表明，在能量守恒的条件下，黑洞外视界和宇宙视界处的粒子出射率与Bekenstein-Hawking熵有关，辐射谱不再是严格的纯热谱.     

Kerr-de Sitter黑洞任意自旋粒子的隧穿辐射及其熵修正

运用超越半经典近似理论研究了Kerr-deSitter黑洞事件视界处的任意自旋粒子的隧穿辐射,并得到了修正的Hawking温度和粒子隧穿率.利用修正的Hawking温度和迹反常理论,进一步得到了此黑洞的修正熵,结果表明,超越半经典近似理论可适用于各种自旋粒子的隧穿辐射.
