研究了不同掺杂浓度Yb∶YAG晶体的发光特性和荧光寿命.Yb3+在YAG晶体中的掺杂浓度分别为5at%、10at%、20at%、30at%.Yb3+离子掺杂浓度越高,Yb∶YAG晶体的吸收系数越大.采用940 nm波长的LD泵浦源和TRIA X550荧光谱仪,对这一系列掺有不同浓度Yb3+的Yb∶YAG晶体进行了荧光光谱的测定.结果表明:在1030 nm主发光波段的荧光强度以10at%Yb∶YAG的为最强.同时发现它在450 nm-680 nm波段有明显的可见发光,其强度随Yb3+掺杂浓度的增加而迅速地增强.Yb∶YAG晶体的荧光寿命存在浓度猝灭现象,对猝灭机制进行了分析研究,指出浓度猝灭的主要原因是合作发光和痕量稀土离子的上转换发光.  相似文献

采用传统无压烧结工艺制备了Yb3+/Er3+共掺的氧化镧钇透明陶瓷并对其光谱性能进行了研究.样品具有较大的吸收和发射截面.La2O3的添加使样品的荧光寿命(τs)与玻璃接近,当Yb3+和Er3+的掺杂量分别为5at%和0.5at%时,测得τs=9.65 ms.这种荧光寿命长、发射截面大和线宽窄的特性有利于微型、可集成化和大功率激光输出的实现.  相似文献

研究了Yb∶FAP晶体的光谱特性.用980nm的InGaAs激光二极管激发测量了Yb∶FAP晶体的偏振发射光谱和荧光寿命,结合晶体的偏振吸收光谱,采用对易法计算了晶体的吸收截面和发射截面.讨论了Yb3+掺杂浓度对Yb∶FAP的光谱参数的影响.在较低掺杂浓度下,Yb∶FAP晶体π偏振方向在903nm处的吸收截面为10×10-20cm2,在1.043μm处的发射截面为5.8×10-20cm2,激光上能级的荧光寿命为1.1ms.比较了Yb∶FAP晶体和Yb∶YAG晶体的光谱性能参数.  相似文献

采用提拉法生长Y3Al5O12(YAG)晶体和Yb3 掺杂原子数分数分别为5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,50%和100%的Yb:Y3Al5O12(Yb:YAG)晶体.系统表征和分析了Yb3 掺杂浓度对拉曼光谱的影响.随着Yb3 掺杂浓度的增加,晶体的振动模式没有明显的变化,晶体结构没有改变;在370 cm-1和785 cm-1附近,振动吸收峰的半峰全宽逐渐增大.分析得出,Yb3 掺杂浓度对晶体的晶格、对称性、荧光寿命均有影响,从而可能影响到晶体的光谱和激光性能.  相似文献

Short lived isomers of Yb were produced by neutron irradiation of enriched isotopes and have been investigated with the aid of scintillation spectrometers. Yb169m decays with a half-life ofT 1/2=(46±2) sec emitting only L-radiation. This decay is assumed to be the same as the E 3-transition of 24 keV following the electron capture of Lu169. Yb175m [T 1/2=(0,072±0,005) sec] emitsγ-rays of (495±15) keV. The measured K-conversion coefficientα K 495=0,24±0,04 and the total conversion coefficientα 4 5=0,6±0,3 indicate the transition to be M3. Yb177m [T 1/2=(6,4±0,1) sec] decays by a cascade of twoγ-rays. The isomeric (228±3) keV-transition is followed by a (104±1,5) keV-radiation. The measured conversion coefficients areα K 228=4,1±0,4 andα K 228=6,5±0,5 for the first transition andα K 104=0,39±0,05 andα 104=0,51±0,05 for the second, indicating a M3-E1-cascade. For the M 3-transition the measured coefficients agree well with those calculated for a nucleus of finite size, but they differ by a factor of 1,5 for the E1-transition.  相似文献

 Room temperature cw laser action of Yb3+-doped KY(WO4)2 and KGd(WO4)2 crystals at 1.025 μm and Er, Yb : KY(WO4)2 at 1.54 μm has been demonstrated under pumping by both Ti-sapphire laser and InGaAs laser diodes. Experimental and theoretical results of investigation of CW Yb:LiLuF4 (Yb:LLF) and Yb:Na4Y6F22 (Yb:NYF) lasers under longitudinal diode laser pump are reported. Slope efficiencies of 41%, 58% with 0.21, 0.53 W of output powers were obtained for the Yb:LLF and Yb:NYF lasers, correspondingly. The Yb:NYF laser demonstrated tunability in the region from 1005 to 1061 nm. The mathematical modelling of CW laser operation predicts under optimized laser parameters optical to optical efficiencies of about 55% and 51% for Yb:LLF and Yb:NYF lasers, respectively.  相似文献

The nuclear Zeeman levels of the odd isotopes of Ytterbium (171Yb,171 I=1/2;173Yb,173 I=5/2) were polarized in the atomic ground state (6s 2 1 S 0) by means of optical pumping with the resonance line (6s 2 1 S 0 ? 6s6p 1 P 1,λ=3988 å). The magnetic moments, calculated from the nuclear Hf-Zeeman transitions in a magnetic field of 228 Gauss are171 Μ I=0.49188 (2)Μ K 173 Μ I=0,67755 (3)Μ K (with diamagnetic correction applied).  相似文献

The energy spectra of the even-parity (K π = 2+, 3+) and odd-parity (K π = 3, 4) side-bands in the doubly even nucleus170Yb are studied in the framework of the microscopic method of variation after angular momentum projection with nucleon number conservation in each projected state. The calculated energy spectra of the ground band and the four side bands in170Yb are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental results.  相似文献

The Yb:YAG and Yb:YAP crystals have been grown by Czochralski method. The absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra of Yb:YAG and Yb:YAP crystals have been investigated. It is shown that the Yb:YAG crystal has better laser properties and smaller threshold power than Yb:YAP crystal. In addition, the absorption cross-section of the Yb:YAP crystal is 2.16 times of that of the Yb:YAG crystal,so laser diode pumped Yb:YAG lasing can be easily realized. Because YAP single crystal is anisotropic, it is provided with polarization characteristics.  相似文献
