在数字散斑干涉术中,通常由物体变形前后得到的两幅原始散斑场用相减方法来得到条纹图,并由相移后的多幅(三幅以上)条纹图来求取相位场。介绍了一种基于条纹等值线相关的条纹图生成新方法,并在此基础上提出了基于单幅干涉条纹图的相位场提取新方法和基于条纹等值线相关的单步相移新方法。实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的结果和发展前景。  相似文献

为了解决在数字散斑干涉技术测量时,散斑干涉相位条纹图像中大量噪声对相位解包裹结果和精度产生严重影响的问题,介绍了一种条纹正余弦分解和频域低通滤波结合的方法,实现了散斑干涉相位条纹图的高精度滤波。该方法的基本思路是在对相位图像进行滤波处理前,先将相位图通过正余弦函数进行映射转换成两幅图,分别经过频域滤波,然后再合成为相位图。这种分解频域滤波方法可以在滤波的同时,有效保留相位跳变信息。实验结果表明:与传统的图像降噪方法相比,该方法能够在保留图像“尖峰”信息的基础上,较好地滤除图像中的散斑噪声,方法简单有效,有效解决了传统滤波方法应用在相位条纹图中,相图灰度信息丢失10%~40%的问题。  相似文献

Dot-matrix holograms created by two-beam writers contain many grating dots. Because the phase difference between two laser beams for interference cannot be controlled accurately, the fringe positions of grating dots are randomly determined. Therefore, fringe positions are a good kind of tool to identify dot-matrix holograms. In this paper, a number difference between two special fringes of a target grating dot is used to identify a dot-matrix hologram. The two special fringes are determined by three grating dots with parallel fringes. The first special fringe is corresponding to a fringe pair with the best matching for the fringes of the target grating dot and the fringes of the second grating dot. The second special fringe is corresponding to a fringe pair with the best matching for the fringes of the target grating dot and the fringes of the third grating dot. An experiment has proved the proposed method practical and feasible. Because reproducing a grating dot with a specified fringe number difference is difficult, the proposed method is excellent for anti-counterfeiting.  相似文献

Time-average electronic holography (also known as TV holography) is a widespread technique used in real-time, non-contact, whole-field vibration measurement. The quantitative interpretation of time-averaged fringe patterns is difficult because of speckle noise and of the decreasing visibility of higher-order Bessel fringes. Speckle noise may only be reduced during image acquisition, by multiple-frame averaging.The objective of this paper is to present two new methods allowing to obtain time-averaged fringe patterns presenting a high resolution and a high contrast between dark and bright fringes, as well as the associated quantitative interpretation. They are based on the elimination of the random phase component and on the reduction of the random intensity component of the time-averaged fringe pattern. The fringe patterns obtained by this method may be efficiently filtered in order to provide the precise locations of the Bessel-type fringes associated with the object vibration. The methods rely on the use of the simplest standard equipment, without any need for modulators or stroboscopic devices. Quantitative fringe interpretation is straightforward and based on the method of fringe skeletonizing and indexing. Fringe contrast is so high that skeletonizing may be done by simple thresholding.  相似文献

A simple but effective approach for the demodulation of a single fringe pattern is proposed. The phase with an undetermined sign is directly obtained by taking the arccosine value of a preprocessed fringe pattern. The local frequencies, also with an undetermined sign, are then estimated by local matching. The sign ambiguity is then removed simply by forcing the continuity of the local frequencies. The priority of sign determination is guided by the value of total local frequency (fringe density) so that the critical points are processed last. The proposed approach is verified by successful demodulation of a simulated fringe pattern and two experimental fringe patterns.  相似文献

Determination of the phase or phase derivative from interferometric fringe patterns is an important task in optical interferometry. The use of wavelet ridges was recently shown to be an effective method for phase retrieval from a single fringe pattern. One necessary requirement in this method is the need for carrier frequency. In cases when carrier frequency is not available, the novel phase-shifting windowed Fourier ridges method can be used. Phase derivatives with the proper sign can be directly retrieved even in the presence of noise. An application for curvature determination from speckle shearographic fringes demonstrates the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

A recently published method for the determination of phase derivatives maps by direct manipulation of three or more phase-shifted interferograms is tested for accuracy. The method is evaluated on computer-simulated holographic and electronic speckle pattern interferometry fringes and the results are assesed through the calculation of two comparative parameters: the relative image difference and the linear correlation coefficient. It is shown that errors in the phase derivative strongly depend on the filtering method used for smoothing the fringe patterns. An experimentally recorded ESPI fringe pattern is used to confirm the predictions of the numerical simulations.  相似文献

A novel Fourier transform 3D shape measurement method based on color fringe projection is proposed in order to solve the spectrum overlapping and phase unwrapping problems existed in Fourier transform profilometry (FTP). The R and G components of the color fringe are set to two sinusoidal patterns with different frequencies and the B component is set to the average value of R or G component. Then this pattern is projected to the object and the deformed fringe image is captured. Three gray patterns are separated from the color fringe, the background and high frequency noise can be eliminated using our method and the accurate unwrapped phase can be got. Only one shot color pattern is projected to get the 3D information of the object. Experiment results show that the 3D information of an object can be obtained rapidly and accurately.  相似文献

针对散斑噪声很难用常用的滤波方法进行滤除,在已有等值线滤波方法的基础上,提出一种更优的自适应窗口滤波方法。由于等值线窗口是在条纹方向图的基础上得到的,深入研究条纹方向的求取方法,提出了一种更为可靠的条纹方向求取算法,在得到高精度条纹方向的同时,还能估计出条纹的密度。使用等值线窗口技术,保持了窗口形状的自适应能力,然后利用对条纹密度的估计,根据条纹的宽度来确定滤波窗口的大小,实现了滤波窗口大小的自适应。最后,根据条纹方向和滤波后的图像可以直接得到条纹密度变化较大的单幅散斑图的相位结果。  相似文献

We propose a new approach for the denoising of a phase fringe pattern recorded in an optical interferometric setup. The phase fringe pattern which is generally corrupted by high amount of speckle noise is first converted into an exponential phase field. This phase field is divided into a number of overlapping patches. Owing to the small size of each patch, the presence of a simple structure of the interference phase is assumed in it. Accordingly, the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the patch allows us to separate the signal and noise components effectively. The patch is reconstructed only with the signal component. In order to further improve the robustness of the proposed method, an enhanced data matrix is generated using the patch and the SVD of this enhanced matrix is computed. The matrix enhancement results in an increased dimension of the noise subspace which thus accommodates more amount of noise component. Reassignment of the filtered pixels of the preceding patch in the current patch improves the noise filtering accuracy. The fringe denoising capability in function of the noise level and the patch size is studied. Simulation and experimental results are provided to demonstrate the practical applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献
