建立了分散液液微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(DLLME-GC-MS)的同步检测红葡萄酒样品中α-BHC、β-BHC、δ-BHC、林丹(γ-BHC)、p,p'-DDE、p,p'-DDT、p,p'-DDD和o,p'-DDT 8种有机氯农药(OCPs)残留的快速、高效和经济的新方法.在样品中添加1mg/L浓度的农药,分别以氯苯、二硫化碳、二氯甲烷和四氯化碳为萃取剂,以丙酮、乙腈、甲醇为分散剂,进行农药提取,平行3次,取平均值,考察农药加标回收率和富集倍数.结果表明,以80μL二硫化碳和四氯化碳(3∶1,V/V)为提取剂、1mL丙酮为分散剂时,提取效果最佳,在0.10-20.0μg/mL线性范围内,回收率在85%-110%之间,方法对所有待测农药的检测灵敏度均低于0.01mg/L,最低可至0.1μg/L.  相似文献

建立了适合养殖水中总氮的高效液相色谱测定方法.方法采用Hypersil ODS-C18(5μm,250mm×416mm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水(20∶80,V/V)体系,流速为0.20mL/min,紫外检测波长为204nm.校准曲线回归方程为A=5189C(mg/L)+ 7195,决定系数(R2)为0.9996,方法检出限达0.02mg/L.方法应用于实际样品养殖水中总氮的测定,5次平行测定相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.09%-5.47%,加标回收率为91.0%-98.6%.  相似文献

应用高效液相色谱外标定量法对 2 -对甲氧基苯基 - 4 -苯基 - 1,5 -苯并硫氮杂 艹卓 -α- (丁二酰亚胺基 ) -β-内酰胺进行了测定。采用 Hypersil- ODS2 ( 4 .6mm× 2 5 0 mm,5 μm)柱 ,乙腈与水按 70∶ 30 ( V/ V)组成流动相 ,测定波长为 2 4 2 nm,该方法线性范围为 0— 0 .1mg/ m L ,回归方程 A=1.91× 10 8C- 3.82× 10 5,相关系数 r=0 .9994 ,相对标准偏差为 0 .72 %,检出限为 0 .0 5μg/ m L,平均回收率在 98.4 %— 10 1.8%之间。该法重现性好、灵敏度高、简单、快速。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)测定不同厂家中/长链脂肪乳注射液中溶血磷脂酰胆碱(LPC)的含量。采用Lichrospher Diol色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以正己烷-异丙醇-水(29.5:59:11.5,V/V/V)为流动相A,正己烷-异丙醇(43:57,V/V)为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min,漂移管温度85℃,气体流速2.7L/min。结果溶血磷脂酰胆碱在0.299—2.99mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.62%,RSD为0.89%。不同厂家产品中溶血磷脂酰胆碱的含量为0.92—1.34mg/mL。方法准确、方便,可以准确测定中/长链脂肪乳注射液中溶血磷脂酰胆碱的含量。  相似文献

建立了测定生菜中高效氯氰菊酯残留量的气相色谱分析方法.样品采用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,正己烷-丙酮(9∶1,V/V)淋洗,HP-5石英毛细管柱程序升温分离,微池电子捕获检测器测定,外标法定量.高效氯氰菊酯的线性检测范围为0.05-2mg/L,相关系数为0.9997.添加浓度为0.1,0.5mg/kg和1mg/kg时,生菜中高效氯氰菊酯的平均回收率在87.5%-92.1%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)为6.7%-12.1%.方法检出限为0.0008mg/kg,定量限为0.0028mg/kg.该方法操作简单,灵敏度、准确度和重复性良好,可用于生菜中高效氯氰菊酯的残留检测分析.  相似文献

采用Kromasil C18不锈钢柱(250mm×4.6mm i.d..5μm),以甲醇-水混合溶剂(65:35,V/V)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,光电二极管阵列检测器,检测波长236nm和柱温35C,建立了不同水体中氯虫酰胺残留的高效液相色谱分析方法.氯虫酰胺水样直接用二氯甲烷进行液-液分配萃取.在0.10-10mg/L的浓度范围内,氯虫酰胺峰面积(y)与质量浓度(x)呈现良好的相关性,其线性回归方程为y=2170.4x 2641.7,r2=0.9991.井水和池塘水中添加质量浓度为0.01-1.00mg/L时,其平均回收率分别为94.70%-100.37%和89.14%-100.22%,变异系数分别为0.81%-5.11%和1.81%-5.30%,水样中的氯虫酰胺最低检测质量浓度(LOQ)为7.5×10-3mg/L,方法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,具有较好的准确度和精密度,可用于环境中水样和土壤样中氯虫酰胺的残留检测分析.  相似文献

建立了河豚鱼肉中河豚毒素的基质固相分散萃取的提取方法,并采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器进行测定。通过样品前处理的优化,确立选取0.5g样品与2.0g阳离子交换(SCX)吸附剂混合研磨,并采用10mL 5%氨水:甲醇溶液(5:95,V/V)作为洗脱剂。经HPLC-PDA检测,结果表明,河豚毒素在1—100mg/L浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.9990),检出限为3.8ng,定量下限为12.7ng;加标回收率为77.9%—108.1%,RSD为2.23%—5.45%。该方法操作简单、耗时少,符合河豚毒素分析检测的要求。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained.  相似文献

The(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger(NLS)equation with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities is investigated,which describes propagation of light in(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities.New types of optical modes and nonlinear effects in optical media are presented numerically.The results reveal that the regular split of beam can be obtained in (2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities,by adjusting the guiding parameter.Furthermore,the stability of beam regular split is discussed numerically,and the results reveal that the beam regular split is stable to the finite initial perturbations.  相似文献

In the real-world application of face recognition system, owing to the difficulties of collecting samples or storage space of systems, only one sample image per person is stored in the system, which is so-called one sample per person problem. Moreover, pose and illumination have impact on recognition performance. We propose a novel pose and illumination robust algorithm for face recognition with a single training image per person to solve the above limitations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is an efficient and practical approach for face recognition.  相似文献
