通过引入振动力学中的连续系统离散化的思想,将一维集中质量法延伸至二维,提出一种二维声子晶体带隙特性计算的集中质量法. 进而采用该算法对两种正方晶格的二维声子晶体的带结构进行了计算,计算结果与传统的平面波展开法相符合. 通过对计算结果以及两种算法收敛性的分析,发现集中质量法的收敛性对组成声子晶体的不同材料弹性参数差不敏感,这使得该算法在计算大弹性常数差二维声子晶体的带隙特性时较平面波展开法收敛速度更快. 此外,集中质量法对二维声子晶体单元形状没有特殊要求,这使得它更加适用于声子晶体带隙特性的计算. 关键词: 声子晶体 声子带隙 集中质量法  相似文献

提出了一维准周期结构的声子晶体模型.对弹性波通过该一维准周期结构声子晶体的透射系数进行了数值计算,并与周期结构的透射系数进行了比较.计算结果表明,弹性波通过一维准周期结构声子晶体时,同样会有带隙的出现,且带隙所在频率范围与周期结构的情形完全一样,不同的是在准周期结构声子晶体中,带隙内有很强的局域共振模.对此局域模性质的研究有助于声波或弹性波滤波器的制作. 关键词: 准周期结构 声子晶体 局域化  相似文献

提出了不同结构的一维弹性波复合材料系统模型,包括一维周期结构声子晶体、标准Fibonacci准周期结构声子晶体、广义Fibonacci准周期结构声子晶体以及完全无序结构的复合材料系统. 采用模式匹配理论法,数值计算了弹性波通过一维复合材料系统的透射系数. 计算结果表明,利用特殊的准周期结构声子晶体可获得比周期结构声子晶体更宽的带隙范围,准周期结构排列的复合材料系统相当于在周期结构中引入了缺陷体一样,带隙内出现了丰富的局域模式. 对弹性波/声波在复合材料系统中局域态性质的研究有助于弹性波/声波滤波器、导波器 关键词: 弹性波复合材料 局域化  相似文献

本文利用集中质量法对弹性纵波在一维指数形截面有限周期声子晶体中的传播进行了研究, 得到了频率响应函数的表达式. 与一维等截面的声子晶体相比, 指数形变截面声子晶体带隙内的衰减值随着输出端截面积的增大而减小, 同时带隙的起始频率降低而截止频率升高, 也即带隙的宽度会得到拓展. 晶格常数和材料组份比变化时, 变截面声子晶体带隙的起始频率和截止频率的变化趋势与等截面时的声子晶体相同. 希望本文的研究能够推动声子晶体在减振降噪等领域中的应用.  相似文献

磁振子晶体是光子晶体或声子晶体在磁性材料领域内的替代品,是近来的一个研究热点. 本文提出了磁振子晶体领域内的一种平面波展开法,其较传统的平面波展开法能节约一半以上的计算时间. 采用此方法,数值计算了由Fe/EuO二种铁磁材料构成的二维磁振子晶体带结构. 数值计算结果表明,在一定的体积填充率下,有自旋波带隙的出现;影响磁振子晶体带隙结构形成的主要因素是有效场中的交换作用场,其他作用场的影响相对很小. 关键词: 磁振子晶体 带隙 平面波展开法  相似文献

基于传输矩阵法研究了一维压电Fibonacci类准周期声子晶体的传输特性, 比较了一维Fibonacci序列压电准周期声子晶体与非压电准周期声子晶体以及压电周期性声子晶体的透射性. 计算结果表明:弹性波通过一维准周期结构压电声子晶体时与周期性声子晶体一样会有带隙的出现, 且发现具有压电性的Fibonacci序列准周期声子晶体禁带宽度发生了展宽. 进一步讨论了入射角度对固定频率下声子透射系数的影响,结果表明一维压电Fibonacci序列准周期结构声子透射性依赖于入射角度的选取.  相似文献

In this paper, the properties of anisotropic photonic band gaps (PBGs) for three-dimensional (3D) photonic crystals (PCs) composed of the anisotropic positive-index materials (the uniaxial materials) and the epsilon-negative (ENG) materials with body-centered-cubic (bcc) lattices are theoretically studied by a modified plane wave expansion (PWE) method, which are the uniaxial materials spheres inserted in the epsilon-negative materials background. The anisotropic photonic band gaps (PBGs) and one flatbands region can be achieved in first irreducible Brillouin zone. The influences of the ordinary-refractive index, extraordinary-refractive index, filling factor, the electronic plasma frequency, the dielectric constant of ENG materials and the damping factor on the properties of anisotropic PBGs for such 3D PCs are studied in detail, respectively, and some corresponding physical explanations are also given. The numerical results show that the anisotropy can open partial band gaps in such 3D PCs with bcc lattices composed of the ENG materials and uniaxial materials, and the complete PBGs can be obtained compared to the conventional 3D PCs containing the isotropic materials. The calculated results also show that the anisotropic PBGs can be manipulated by the parameters as mentioned above except for the damping factor. Introducing the uniaxial materials into 3D PCs containing the ENG materials can obtain the larger complete PBGs as such 3D PCs with high symmetry, and also provides a way to design the tunable devices.  相似文献

In this article, the investigation of the Lamb wave propagation in two-dimensional phononic crystals (PCs) composed of an array of periodic coating on a thin plate is presented. Compared with the traditional PCs usually consist of cylindrical scatters with uniform coatings in their exterior structure, the newly exterior coating structures with periodic alternant arrangement of two different materials are proposed. The band structures are calculated using finite element method. We discover that a complete band gap can be exhibited at low frequency. Furthermore, for a finite PCs plate, the computed transmission and resonance spectra shown an evident resonance nature which can be directly related to formation of the low-frequency gaps. The effects of different material parameters and arrangement mode of coating on the acoustic energy transmission and attenuation are also studied. Finally, the experimental transmission spectrum of the periodic coating PCs are also presented and compared with the numerical results. This study will provide useful support to the design of tuning band gaps and isolators in the low-frequency range.  相似文献

In this paper, dispersive properties of three-dimensional (3D) photonic crystals (PCs) with face-centered-cubic (fcc) lattices composed of the isotropic positive-index materials and epsilon-negative materials are theoretically investigated based on a modified plane wave expansion (PWE) method. The eigenvalue equations of such structure (spheres with epsilon-negative materials inserted in the dielectric background) are deduced. The band structures can be obtained by solving such nonlinear eigenvalue equations. It can be obviously seen that a photonic band gap (PBG), a flat band region, and two stop band gaps (SBGs) in the Г-X and Г-L directions appear, respectively. The results show that the upper edges of flat band region cannot be tuned by any parameters except for the electronic plasma frequency. The first PBG and the first SBGs above the flat band region in the Г-X and Г-L directions for the 3D PCs can be modulated by the filling factor, relative dielectric constant and electronic plasma frequency, respectively. However, the damping factor has no effect on the locations of the first PBG and the first SBGs above the flat band region in the Г-X and Г-L directions. These results may provide theoretical instructions to design the future optoelectronic and communication devices containing epsilon-negative materials.  相似文献

By means of the theory of electromagnetic wave propagation and transfer matrix method,this paper investigates the band rules for the frequency spectra of three kinds of one-dimensional (1D) aperiodic photonic crystals (PCs),generalized Fibonacci GF(p,1),GF(1,2),and Thue-Morse (TM) PCs,with negative refractive index (NRI) materials.It is found that all of these PCs can open a broad zero-nˉ gap,TM PC possesses the largest zero-nˉ gap,and with the increase of p,the width of the zero-nˉ gap for GF(p,1) PC becomes smaller.This characteristic is caused by the symmetry of the system and the open position of the zero-nˉ gap.It is found that for GF(p,1) PCs,the possible limit zero-nˉ gaps open at lower frequencies with the increase of p,but for GF(1,2) and TM PCs,their limit zero-nˉ gaps open at the same frequency.Additionally,for the three bottom-bands,we find the interesting perfect self-similarities of the evolution structures with the increase of generation,and obtain the corresponding subband-number formulae.Based on 11 types of evolving manners Q i (i=1,2,...,11) one can plot out the detailed evolution structures of the three kinds of aperiodic PCs for any generation.  相似文献

In this paper, the properties of the omnidirectional photonic band gap (OBG) realized by one-dimensional (1D) photonic crystals (PCs) with a staggered structure which is composed of plasma and isotropic dielectric layer have been theoretically studied by the transfer matrix method (TMM). From the numerical results, it has been shown that such OBG is insensitive to the incident angle and the polarization of electromagnetic wave (EM wave), and the frequency range and central frequency of OBG can be effectively controlled by adjusting the plasma frequency, the average thickness of plasma layer, the average thickness of dielectric layer and staggered parameters, respectively. The frequency range of OBG can be notably enlarged with increasing the plasma frequency, average thickness of plasma layer, respectively. Moreover, the bandwidth of OBG can be narrowed with increasing the average thickness of dielectric layer. Changing staggered parameters of dielectric and plasma layer means that the OBG can be tuned. It is shown that 1D plasma dielectric photonic crystals (PPCs) with such staggered structure have a superior feature in the enhancement of frequency range of OBG compared with the conventional 1D binary PPCs. This kind of OBG has potential applications in filters, microcavities, and fibers, etc.  相似文献

A two-dimensional phononic crystal (PC) composed of textile fiber and air is initially discussed in this paper, which is different from the previous PCs with rigid inclusions. The plain wave expansion method is used to calculate band structure of different PCs by altering fiber material properties and structure parameters. Numerical results show that the effect of material properties of soft fiber on band structure of phononic crystal can be ignored, while the effect of structural parameters is obvious.  相似文献

基于超声浸水透射技术, 实验研究了有限尺寸二维正方晶格钢/水声子晶体多点缺陷模态性质. 利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立该声子晶体有限元计算方法, 求解了9×9超胞多点缺陷声子晶体能带结构, 把缺陷局域模态频率与数值仿真和实验结果进行对比, 结果表明: 实验数据和理论值能够很好符合. 进一步分析发现, 点缺陷数量影响声波局域效应、本征模态和传播特性, 为设计有限尺寸声波器件提供理论依据. 关键词: 声子晶体 多点缺陷 实验研究 有限元  相似文献
