宽带多普勒声纳采用重复相位编码技术和脉冲-脉冲相关技术,解决了窄带技术存在的距离分辨力和速度分辨力的矛盾。本文主要研究了重复相位编码信号的频谱特性,并与矩形正弦填充脉冲的频谱进行比较,同时研究了回波信号的频谱特性,推导出频域上的测速公式,并根据回波的频谱特性分析了宽带多普勒声纳产生测速模糊的原因,并提出一种解决测速模糊的方法。  相似文献

根据空间电荷波小信号基础理论,建立了多间隙耦合腔中单个间隙电子电导的计算模型与模式稳定性分析模型。以3间隙耦合腔为例,推导出了各个间隙电子电导的计算公式。通过理论计算与仿真模拟,研究了3间隙耦合腔中各个模式的电子电导特性,并进行了间隙中注波互作用研究与模式稳定性分析。模型计算发现:各个间隙不同模式的电子电导不同,第3间隙内电子电导受注电压及间隙距离影响最大,对整个间隙内的注波互作用及电路稳定性的影响也最大。该模型还可以用于分布作用速调管注波互作用的计算模拟。  相似文献

针对辐射率的漫射近似、P3近似等正向模型在描述小源探距离及低约化反照率介质下光子传输时存在的局限性,推导了用于小源探距离低反照率无限媒质中各向同性稳态点光源下辐射传输方程在P5近似下的解析解,并将P3近似、P5近似计算的辐射率分别和蒙特卡洛模拟结果进行对比.结果表明:在高约化反照率(0.97)条件下,P5近似和蒙特卡洛模拟结果的最大相对误差为13.17%,而P3为41.57%.在低约化反照率(0.69)条件下,最大相对误差分别为27.78%,286.70%.在其他光学参数下,P5近似与蒙特卡洛模拟的最大相对误差均小于P3.在P5适用的范围内舍弃最大特征根相关项,可以简化解析表达式,提高计算速度,且对P5的计算结果影响甚微.稳态辐射率测量系统仿体验证表明,在高、低约化反照率介质中的小源探距离下,由P5近似计算得到的辐射率和实验测量结果相符.  相似文献

推导出了基于高斯分布的毫米波的功率分布函数,并分别根据传统的pennes方程和新提出的HBHE方程以及毫米波在动物皮肤内的传播特性,建立了33.5GHz毫米波不同辐照强度下的大鼠皮肤的非稳态多层传热模型,在二维柱坐标下进行离散计算,得到了长时间辐照条件的温度变化规律,并将理论结果与实验数据进行了比较,发现HBHE的结果与实测结果更为吻合,特别是在高功率条件辐照下,与实测结果基本一致,验证该理论模型的优越性。  相似文献

为了解不同激光测距精度下的选通成像信噪比,本文利用外场实验系统对不同门宽条件下的图像信噪比进行了分析。首先,根据激光距离选通成像理论建立作用距离模型,初步确定系统各项参数。在此基础上,构建外场实验系统,并利用实验系统进行外场实验研究。对不同门宽条件下的图像进行分析对比,获得门宽与图像信噪比关系曲线。实验结果表明:在门宽2 μs范围内,图像信噪比≥8,图像质量满足自动识别要求,充分证明了距离选通成像系统对测距精度要求较低,完全满足实际应用需求。  相似文献

基于经典电动力学理论,从麦克斯韦方程组和麦克斯韦张量出发,推导出无工质微波推力器的推力计算方程. 应用有限元分析软件,计算了特定谐振模式下的特定圆台谐振腔在不同功率条件下的电磁场分布;根据推导出的理论计算公式,计算了不同功率条件下推力器的总推力. 计算结果表明:推力与功率成正比,而且磁场力决定着总推力的大小;圆台谐振腔消耗20–200 W电磁波功率时所产生的推力在20–250 mN范围内. 关键词: 电磁波 麦克斯韦张量  相似文献

全球卫星导航系统信号处理中,多普勒频移至关重要。本文对地心惯性坐标系下载波多普勒频移最大值计算进行了研究,其推导中没有考虑地球自转速度和地面用户位置的影响。本文针对这个问题进行分析,通过建立卫星和用户位置和速度之间的立体几何模型,提出了地心地固坐标系下任意用户位置载波多普勒频移最大值的精确计算方法。同时针对多普勒频移计算问题,通过构建卫星与用户之间的距离向量,提出了基于精密星历的任意用户位置载波多普勒频移计算方法。最后使用GNSS仿真数据和实测数据进行验证,两种方法的计算结果均和实验结果相符合。两种新方法能够解决地心地固坐标系下特定位置处的多普勒频移最大值和特定位置处载波多普勒频移的计算问题。  相似文献

An in-motion alignment algorithm of strapdown inertial navigation system (SDINS) aided by Doppler velocity log (DVL) is described. As the bias and scale factor errors of DVL cannot be estimated by using conventional algorithm, error model of DVL along axes on local level navigation frame is developed while the ship is sailing at a constant speed. Analysis shows that by using this error model in Kalman filter, the observability of state variable can be improved by the angular motion of the ship. Simulation results show that the DVL measurement error can be estimated precisely and the accuracy of the DVL-aided in-sail alignment can be enhanced greatly by using the proposed approach.  相似文献

As a basic velocity, DVL is introduced in the navigation solution process of Fiber Optic Gyro Strapdown Inertial Navigation System (FOG SINS). According to the special application background, DVL error is unavoidable to be introduced to navigation information that is calculated by FOG SINS. Firstly, the effect of DVL error on steady-state error of misalignment angles is derived. Secondly, the estimation method of DVL error is proposed: the DVL velocity error is calculated by attitude information, which is resolved respectively from compass solution method and inertial navigation solution method. A 1.3-μm wavelength vertical-mesa ridge waveguide mulitple-quantum-well (MQW) distributed feedback (DFB) laser with high directly modulated bandwidth and wide operation temperature range is reported. With the optimization of the strained-layer MQWs in the active region, the surrounding graded-index separated-confinement-heterostructure waveguide layers, together with the optimization of the detuning and coupling coefficient of the DFB grating, high directly modulation bandwidth of 16 GHz at room temperature and wide working temperature range from -40 to 85 ℃ are obtained. The mean time to failure (MTTF) is estimated to be over 2×10^6 h. The device is suitable as light source of high-bit-rate optical transmitters with small size and reduced cost.  相似文献

设计和搭建了一套5.2—300K温区的温度计标定系统,以G-M制冷机为冷源,进口已标定温度计为定标源,对Cernox负温度系数温度计、硅二极管温度计、PT100铂电阻温度计等进行了标定,获得了其温度特性曲线并进行对比,分析了标定误差,发现该系统具有较高的标定精度,所标定的温度计在其有效温区内能达到±15mK以内的不确定度,与定标源温度计处于同等量级。  相似文献

激光成像雷达在工作时会受到噪声干扰,因此需要滤除距离像中无法反映真实信息的异常点。根据激光成像雷达距离像噪声的分布,推导出距离像中非异常值的分布特性,并提出了一种距离像异常值的判定条件。将判定条件表示为小范围内抽样分布的函数,利用稳健统计中的中位值法可估算出判定条件的取值,从而可以移除异常点得到噪声抑制后的距离像。利用该算法分别对激光雷达距离像进行仿真和实际获得的激光雷达距离像进行处理并进行数学分析,并与中值滤波进行了比较,结果表明基于统计特性的噪声抑制算法同时具有很强的噪声抑制能力和保护目标细节信息能力,可以满足激光成像雷达距离像噪声抑制的要求。算法充分利用了激光成像雷达较高的测距精度,可以应对多种场景下的需求,具有很强的实用性。  相似文献

We propose a scheme for measuring the angular velocity of absolute rotation using a three-mode optomechanical system in which one mode of the two-dimensional(2 D) mechanical resonator is coupled to an optical cavity. When the total system rotates, the Coriolis force acting on the 2 D mechanical resonator due to the absolute rotation will affect the mechanical motion and thus change the phase of the output field from the cavity. The angular velocity of the absolute rotation can be estimated by monitoring the spectrum of the output field from the cavity via homodyne measurement. The minimum measurable angular velocity, which is determined by the noise spectrum, is calculated. The working range of the gyroscope for measuring angular velocity is discussed.  相似文献

Electrostatic actuation is widely used because of its rapid speed and low power consumption. The parallel-plate actuator is one of the most basic, but also most common electrostatic actuators for Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) applications. The effective working range of parallel-plate actuator is limited to only one-third of the initial gap owing to the pull-in instability. Different strategies have been reported to extend the stable working range, but are mostly focused on improvement of the control circuit. In this paper, we aim to report some progress toward solution of the working range problem from the design of suspension beam. A suspension beam called “two-beam” is presented to achieve parallel-plate actuator with extended working range, but without penalties of complex control circuit and large actuation voltage. A bumper structure is employed in the design of two-beam to change the spring constant near the critical point of pull-in, and a two-layered polysilicon surface process is used to fabricate this two-beam structure. Theoretical calculation and numerical simulation indicate that the working range can be extended depending on the position and depth of the bumper. The fabrication of a 2×2 array of parallel-plate actuators suspended by four sets of two-beam is implemented, and a somewhat larger working range, i.e. about 50% of the initial gap is achieved in the experiment.  相似文献

In recent years, many scientific and industrial centres in the world developed a virtual reality systems or laboratories. The effect of user “immersion” into virtual reality in such systems is largely dependent on optical properties of the system. In this paper, problems of luminance distribution uniformity in CAVE-type virtual reality systems are analyzed. For better characterization of CAVE luminance nonuniformity corner and edge CAVE nonuniformity were introduced. Based on described CAVE-type virtual reality laboratory, named Immersive 3D Visualization Lab (I3DVL) just opened at the Gdansk University of Technology, luminance nonuniformity of the system is evaluated and discussed. Data collection of luminance distribution allows for software compensation of intensity distribution of individual images projected onto the screen (luminance non-uniformity minimization) in the further research.  相似文献
