针对红外鱼眼告警系统在对几公里以外的目标成像时表现为点目标,无距离、几何形状和纹理信息可以利用,很难对来袭目标的威胁程度做出较准确的评估问题,研究了红外鱼眼系统下的多目标威胁评估排序方法。提出了一种红外鱼眼系统下的多目标威胁评估模型。该模型利用激光测距机所获取的各目标的初始距离信息推导出了目标在各时刻的距离和径向速度,从而建立起了以目标的距离、径向速度、航向角和高低角为威胁指标的多目标威胁评估模型。然后根据多目标威胁评估的非线性特点,以及神经网络在解决非线性复杂问题所具有的良好的自适应能力和自学习能力,利用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络对多目标威胁程度进行评估并讨论了训练样本的生成方法。实验结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

为了快速无损鉴别婴幼儿奶粉品种,提出了结合偏最小二乘(PLS)法和人工神经网络(ANN)综合预测婴幼儿奶粉品种的新方法.获取婴幼儿奶粉样本在400~1 000 nm波段的漫反射光谱,采取平均平滑法和多元散射校正(MSC)进行预处理,用PLS建立校正模型进行模式特征分析及主成分的提取.经过交互验证法判别,提取7个主成分作为神经网络的输入变量,奶粉的品种值作为输出,建立了三层BP神经网络.9个典型品种的婴幼儿奶粉各取样本30个,共计270个作为训练集.随机抽取的各个品种的10个样本,共90个作为预测检验样本,结果表明,90个未知样本的品种预测准确率为100%.说明提出的方法具有很好的分类和鉴别作用,为婴幼儿奶粉的品种快速无损鉴别提供了一种新方法.  相似文献

BP神经网络是一种多层前馈网络,数据经过网络的输入层、隐含层逐层处理后,由输出层进行输出,通过和期望输出的对比进行反向传播,调整网络参数使输出不断逼近期望输出;在使用BP神经网络对语音特征信号进行分类的过程中,会出现BP神经网络易陷入局部最优解、学习收敛速度慢的问题;针对此问题提出一种基于SFLA优化BP神经网络权值和阀值的方法,引入SFLA算法优化网络权值和阀值,利用SFLA优化后的BP网络模型进行语音特征信号分类;仿真结果表明,经SFLA优化后的BP神经网络与未优化的神经网络相比,不仅训练速度快, 而且误差小,语音特征信号分类的正确率平均提高1.31%。  相似文献

The term systems pharmacology describes a field of study that uses computational and experimental approaches to broaden the view of drug actions rooted in molecular interactions and advance the process of drug discovery. The aim of this work is to stick out the role that the systems pharmacology plays across the multi-target drug discovery from natural products for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Firstly, based on network pharmacology methods, we reconstructed the drug–target and target–target networks to determine the putative protein target set of multi-target drugs for CVDs treatment. Secondly, we reintegrated a compound dataset of natural products and then obtained a multi-target compounds subset by virtual-screening process. Thirdly, a drug-likeness evaluation was applied to find the ADME-favorable compounds in this subset. Finally, we conducted in vitro experiments to evaluate the reliability of the selected chemicals and targets. We found that four of the five randomly selected natural molecules can effectively act on the target set for CVDs, indicating the reasonability of our systems-based method. This strategy may serve as a new model for multi-target drug discovery of complex diseases.  相似文献

We present a novel approach for improving particle filters for multi-target tracking. The suggested approach is based on drift homotopy for stochastic differential equations. Drift homotopy is used to design a Markov Chain Monte Carlo step which is appended to the particle filter and aims to bring the particle filter samples closer to the observations while at the same time respecting the target dynamics. We have used the proposed approach on the problem of multi-target tracking with a nonlinear observation model. The numerical results show that the suggested approach can improve significantly the performance of a particle filter.  相似文献

Windows are the weakest part of a façade in terms of acoustic performance: the weighted sound insulation index (Rw), measured according to ISO 140-3, is the fundamental parameter to evaluate the façade acoustic insulation.The paper aims at developing an artificial neural network (ANN) model to estimate the Rw value of wooden windows based on a limited number of windows parameters; this is a new approach because acoustic phenomena are non-linear and affected by a plurality of factors and, therefore, usually investigated through experimentation.Data set is taken from experimental campaigns carried out at the Laboratory of Acoustics, University of Perugia. A multilayer feed-forward approach was chosen and the model was implemented in MATLAB. On the basis of the results obtained by means of a preliminary training and test campaign of several ANN architectures, five main parameters were selected as network inputs: window typology, frame and shutters thickness, number of gaskets, Rw of glazing; Rw value of the window is the network output. Different ANN configurations were trained and a root mean-square error less than 3% was obtained, comparable to measurement uncertainty.This approach allows to develop a model which, with input parameters varying within appropriate ranges, can easily estimate the acoustic performance of wooden windows without experimental campaign on prototypes, saving both money and time. If the training data set is large enough, the presented approach could be very useful for design and optimization of acoustic performance of new products.  相似文献

Renewed interest in capillary format immunoassays has lead to increasingly costly and complex approaches to preparation and readout. This study describes a simple multi-target method based on a capillary platform using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labelled IgG to visualize an antibody antigen complex. When goat-anti-human IgG was employed as the probe and human IgG as target, the system allowed detection of target to less than 1 ng/mL using a standard detection approach. The capillaries were read visually or with a commercial grade CCD camera. Multi-target detection was demonstrated using a model system of rat-anti-mouse, goat-anti-human and mouse-anti-rat IgG. These probes were encoded to different locations in the capillary, providing a simple inexpensive approach to achieve multi-target assays.  相似文献

According to the requirements of multi-target and pseudo-random coded laser semi-active terminal guidance, as well as the fast target ranging and other application environments, a hundred hertz and hundred millijoules all-solid-state nanosecond laser was designed to meet the requirements of integrated, miniaturized and practical prototype. Based on the modular time-sharing pump mode, the heat dissipation pressure of the unit volume laser working material and its pump source was effectively reduced. At the same time, the unstable laser resonator technology was adopted to improve the quality of the outgoing laser beam. Finally, the two resonant lasers were combined into one beam through polarization control to realize the output of a high beam quality hundred hertz and hundred millijoules nanosecond pulse laser. The weight of the integrated prototype is only 15.5 kg. At the operating frequency of 100 Hz, the average output laser energy is 112 mJ, the energy stability is better than 8%, the pulse width is 10.8 ns, and the beam quality reaches 11 mm·mrad. This results can basically meet the requirements of multi-target and pseudo-random coded laser semi-active terminal guidance and fast target ranging for laser source excitation. © 2022 Editorial office of Journal of Applied Optics.
