用小角x射线散射技术研究以直流磁控溅射方法制备TiNi合金薄膜其退火生成的晶化粒子的长大行为.发现在室温下溅射的TiNi合金薄膜存在小于1nm尺寸的微空洞,将退火后薄膜的小角x射线散射强度扣除退火前微空洞产生的小角x射线散射强度,用这种方法得到的散射强度遵从Porod定律;而用通常方法扣除背底得到的散射强度结果不满足Porod定律.TiNi合金薄膜在733—793K之间退火晶化粒子的长大激活能Eg=301kJmol.

针对特征尺寸为1.5 μm的国产静态随机存储器(SRAM),构建了三维SRAM存储单元模型,并对重离子引起的SRAM单粒子翻转效应进行了数值模拟.计算并分析了单粒子引起的单粒子翻转和电荷收集的物理图像,得到了SRAM器件的单粒子翻转截面曲线.单粒子翻转的数值模拟结果与重离子微束、重离子宽束实验结果比较一致,表明所建立的三维器件模型可以用来研究SRAM器件的单粒子翻转效应.

General Relativistic calculations in the linear regime have been made for electromagnetic beams of radiation known as optical vortices. These exotic beams of light carry a physical quantity known as optical orbital angular momentum. It is found that when a massive spinning neutral particle is placed along the optical axis, a phenomenon known as inertial frame dragging occurs. Our results are compared with those found previously for a ring laser and an order of magnitude estimate of the laser intensity needed for a precession frequency of 1 Hz is given for these “steady” beams of light. 相似文献

基于广义Mie理论, 研究了椭球粒子对在轴入射的拉盖尔-高斯光束的散射特性. 通过局域近似法求解椭球坐标系中的波束因子, 计算得到了波束因子之间满足的普遍关系. 对散射强度随椭球粒子不同尺寸参数和扁圆程度的变化特性进行了数值计算, 并针对不同拓扑荷时的散射强度进行了对比分析. 结果表明: 当椭球粒子尺寸在与入射光波长可比拟的范围内变化时, 散射强度随尺寸参数的增大而增大, 随椭球长短轴之比和拓扑荷的增大而减小. 本文的理论研究能够为拉盖尔-高斯光束在粒径测量、大气激光通信、 大气遥感等领域的应用提供更准确的粒子模型和参考价值.

Starting from the vector angular spectrum of the electromagnetic beam, the analytical vectorial structure of the radially polarized beams (RPBs) is presented. The energy flux distributions of the RPBs are demonstrated. The physical pictures of the RPBs are well illustrated from the vectorial structure. This particular electromagnetic field is entirely transverse magnetic, and on axis it only has a longitudinal (z) electric-field component (i.e., no transverse electric field and no magnetic field at all on axis). 相似文献

In this paper we show that laser beams containing phase singularity can be used for trapping and guiding light-absorbing particles
in air. The experiments were performed with agglomerates of carbon nanoparticles with the size in the range 0.1–10 μm; the
typical cw laser power was of a few mW. The stability of open-air three-dimensional trapping was within ±2 μm in both the transverse
and the longitudinal directions. The particle position on the beams axis within the trap can be controlled by changing the
relative intensity of two beams. The distinguishing feature of the trapping strategy is that particles are trapped at the
intensity minimum of the beam, thus with minimum heating and intervention into the particle properties, which is important
for direct studies of particle properties and for air-trapping of living cells. 相似文献

A coupled pair of nonlinear parabolic equations is derived for the two components of the particle motion perpendicular to the axis of a shear wave beam in an isotropic elastic medium. The equations account for both quadratic and cubic nonlinearity. The present paper investigates, analytically and numerically, effects of cubic nonlinearity in shear wave beams for several polarizations: linear, elliptical, circular, and azimuthal. Solutions of the parabolic equation which describes propagation of Bessel–Gaussian beams along the axis of an axially-symmetric medium having quadratic inhomogeneity have been obtained and investigated. It is shown that in the process of propagation the parameters of the beams change nonmonotonically. In the case of a transparent medium the beams periodically recover their initial structure. 相似文献
