ZnO纳米颗粒受激发射的时间分辨特性 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在飞秒脉冲激光激发下,观察到了均匀沉积法获得的ZnO纳米颗粒的受激辐射现象,并从频域和时域两方面研究了ZnO纳米多品的室温激射特性.氧化锌纳米颗粒中出现激子-激子散射导致的激射阈值为7.2GW·cm-2,激射模式类似于F-P谐振腔模式,时域谱则表现为寿命曲线中出现快速衰减成分.与荧光的时间衰减曲线不同,P带时间衰减具有对称结构,高斯拟合结果只有几个ps,接近条纹相机的时间分辨率极限.研究ZnO纳米颗粒的受激发射与激光特性对揭示ZnO晶体的内部结构和激子激发态的性质、激光产生的机理等有重要意义. 相似文献

ZnO的激子特性对制备氧化锌基的光电子器件至关霞要,因此对ZnO量子点中激子的发光性质及其跃迁过程进行研究显得十分必要.采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZnO纳米晶,X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明样品具有六角纤锌矿多晶结构.研究了在不同泵浦功率激发下ZnO纳米晶的紫外发射的时间积分光谱和时间分辨光谱,观察到自南激子发光,激子-激子碰撞和电子-空穴等离子体引起的受激发射,研究了在不同泵浦功率激发下自由激子及激子-激子碰撞随泵浦功率依赖的动力学过程.研究结果对理解激子带边发射有一定帮助,对ZnO材料在短波长半导体光电器件方面有潜在的应用价值. 相似文献

利用飞秒激光Z-扫描与泵浦-探测技术,研究了室温下ZnO/ZnS与ZnO/ZnS/Ag核-壳胶体量子点的双光子吸收效应.研究发现:ZnO基核-壳量子点的本征双光子吸收系数比ZnO体材料增大了3个数量级;测量得到的660 nm处的ZnO/ZnS核-壳量子点双光子吸收截面约为4.3×10-44 cm4·s·photon-1,比相应的ZnS、ZnSe及 CdS量子点大2个数量级;当ZnO/ZnS核-壳量子点镶嵌了银纳米点时,非线性吸收有所增强.ZnO基复合纳米结构的双光子吸收增强可归因于量子限域与局域场效应. 相似文献

本文报道锂蒸气中由双光子泵浦所产生的位于紫外、可见和红外区的相干和受激辐射。包括:由一特殊六波混频过程产生的在1.03μm附近的可调谐相干辐射,由锂分子双光子离解或原子串级跃迁产生的波长为812.6nm的受激辐射,以及由四波混频产生的位于323.3nm和670.8nm的相干辐射。

基于ZnO纳米柱制备及发光实验,建立了ZnO纳米柱的位置和大小都是无序的二维介质结构模型.通过构建增益模型,用时域有限差分法数值模拟了无序介质中频谱特性以及ZnO增益频谱范围内的某一个共振峰对应的波源在无序介质中的光场分布情况,发现了局域模的存在.分四种情况讨论了此局域模的受激辐射与泵浦面积的关系:改变泵浦功率,从左到右依次增加两层ZnO纳米柱泵浦和单独泵浦一个局域区域;泵浦功率一定时,增加泵浦局域区域和非局域区域中ZnO纳米柱个数.结果表明:存在一个临界泵浦功率,当泵浦功率小于临界泵浦功率时,无论泵浦面积多大都不能激发局域模;当泵浦功率大于临界泵浦功率时,对于不同的泵浦功率,局域模被激发所需的临界泵浦面积不同;随着泵浦功率的增加,当泵浦面积一定时,光场相对强度呈递增趋势,当泵浦功率超过临界功率时,光场相对强度急剧上升. 相似文献

利用气相输运方法,在(111)面硅衬底上制备了名义上原子数分数为2%的Li掺杂的ZnO纳米棒(样品A)。作为比较,我们在相同的生长条件下制备了没有任何掺杂的ZnO纳米棒(样品B)。XRD分析测试表明:样品A和样品B中的ZnO纳米棒具有纤锌矿六边形结构,没有其他氧化物,例如Li2O。Hall效应测量表明:样品A导电类型为p型,空穴载流子浓度为6.72×1016cm-3,空穴载流子迁移率为2.46 cm2.V-1.s-1。样品B为n型,电子载流子浓度为7.16×1018cm-3,电子载流子迁移率为4.73 cm2.V-1.s-1。低温光致发光光谱测试表明,样品A和样品B发光峰明显的区别是位于3.351 eV(样品B)和3.364 eV(样品A)处。根据文献报道,在没有掺杂的ZnO中,3.364 eV发光峰源于施主束缚激子发光。通过变温光致发光光谱的测试,证明了在样品A中,位于3.351 eV的发光峰源于受主束缚激子发光,其光学受主能级位于价带顶142meV处。 相似文献

Intense ultrashort light pulses are generated i) by two-photon induced amplified spontaneous emission in a dye generator cell and ii) by two-photon induced seeding pulse amplification of a picosecond light continuum. The generated signals are amplified in a twophoton pumped dye amplifier. A passively mode-locked Nd: glass laser is used as pump source. Red frequency-upconversion fluorescence emission is observed in europium(Ⅲ) complex with encapsulating polybenzimidazole tripodal ligands, pumped with 930- and 1070-nm picosecond laser pulses. The lumines- cence of transition 5D0 →7F2 (612 nm) is induced by two-photon absorption of hypersensitive transitions 7F0 →5D2 (465 nm) and 7F1 →5D1 (535 nm). Analysis results suggest that the two-photon excitation strength of these hypersensitive transitions is increased dramatically owing to the C3 symmetry of the coordination field. 相似文献

The emission properties of a newly synthesized organic two-photon absorption dye, trans-4-[p-(N-ethyl-N-ethylamino)-styryl]-N-methyl-pyridinium tetraphenylborate, have been investigated. When pumped by infrared pulses from a picosecond Nd∶YAG laser, the dye exhibits intense upconverted fluorescence and strong superradiance properties. For comparison, the one-photon induced fluorescence and superradiance are also measured. The one- and two-photon excited fluorescent lifetimes are 86 and 64 ps, respectively. The maximum efficiency of the dye is measured to be 1.97% and the upconversion efficiencies at different pump wavelengths have also been investigated by the optical parametric amplifier. 相似文献

The two-photon absorption (TPA), TPA-induced frequency up-conversion emission, and two-photon pumped (TPP) frequency up-conversion lasing properties of a new synthesized dye Trans-4-[p-(N,N-diethylamino)styryl]-N-methylpyridinium iodide (DEASPI) were experimentally studied. This new dye has a moderate TPA cross-section of σ2=6.9×10-48 cm4*s/photon at 1064 nm, but exhibits a high lasing efficiency. The overall superradiant lasing conversion efficiency is as high as 10.7% at the pump energy of 2.14 mJ. 相似文献

We report a novel phenomenon in sodium-calcium-silicate glass doped with Ta(5+). Under irradiation with a 780 nm femtosecond pulsed laser, strong blue emission centered at about 420 nm could be observed. The spectral characteristics are similar to those pumped by ultraviolet photons. The log-log correlation between integrated emission intensity and pump power reveals that a two-photon absorption process is involved in the phenomenon. It is suggested that the presence of localized Ta(5+)5d(0) energy levels is responsible for the appearance of the blue emission. The results indicate that transition metal ions without d electrons play an important role in fields of optics when embedded into glass hosts. 相似文献

We report observation of enhanced emission of the diffuse violet band at 436.0 nm when sodium vapor is optically pumped with a pulsed dye laser with output wavelength in the 570–595 nm region. A significant enhanced emission is observed in the forward direction along the propagating laser beam when the laser wavelength is tuned to near the two-photon excited 4d state of the Na atom. At a vapor density higher than 1015 cm-3 the diffuse violet emission is predominantly produced through processes associated with the excitation of Na2. The dependence of the enhanced emission on vapor density and laser power density is presented. 相似文献

We examined the steady-state and time-resolved emission of liver alcohol dehydrogenase resulting from one-photon and two-photon excitation. Previous studies with one-photon excitation revealed that the two nonidentical tryptophan residues display different emission spectra and decay times. The use of two-photon excitation resulted in similar emission spectra, multiexponential intensity decays, time-resolved emission spectra, and anisotropy decays as was observed for one-photon excitation. These results suggest that both nonidentical tryptophan residues are excited to a similar extent for one- and two-photon excitation. However, the limiting anisotropy (r
