本文给出1988、1989和1992年夏季南黄海海域三站位(水深34米、44米和39米)处的温跃层声脉冲反向散射实验结果。实验用窄带脉冲声源的中心频率分别为120kHz、160kHz和200kHz。实验过程中同时用CTD仪昼夜分段记录温、盐、深参数和分层拖网采集浮游生物样本。作者根据R.Kind关于平面波在任意分布不均匀层系上反射系数谱的计算方法,求出以实测温、盐垂直分布构成的不均匀层系上反射系数谱,得到跃层散射在时域上的数值模拟散射信号,与海上实测记录在时域和幅度进行对比。三年同期重复实验结果表明:实测跃层散射波到达接收点的时间与按温度剖面所做数值模拟计算结果相符。浮游生物样品分析数据与声信号记录看不出确定的对应关系,说明声散射主要是海水介质的物理不均匀性引起。  相似文献

Statistical averages of acoustic scattering and attenuation in sea bed sediments, and of the corresponding sea bed absorption coefficients, are obtained. The multiple scattering interactions among the particles in concentrated suspension are taken into account. The suspensions are assumed to be a collection of spherical particles of various sizes, and for which the masses corresponding to various radii follow a normal distribution. The numerical results obtained show that the absorption coefficient has a linear dependence on frequency if there is a sufficiently broad distribution of the particle radii. However, if βR ? 1, where R is particle radius and β is the viscous wavenumber, the absorption may be proportional to the frequency raised to a power higher than unity. Comparisons of results with some published experimental data are presented.  相似文献

A monopole scattering of sound by microparticles in a liquid is considered for microparticles of two types: spherically symmetric particles similar to gas bubbles in a liquid and disk-shaped gas-filled particles whose bases may oscillate in antiphase. A transformation of the scattering amplitude to the function that, in particular, describes the oscillations of a particle removed from the liquid is proposed. This function extends the possibilities of the acoustic diagnostics of such particles. Estimates of the sound velocity in water containing disk-shaped particles suggest that the sound velocity increase observed in sea water with plankton can be explained by the monopole scattering of sound from a single plankton particle modeled as a rigid gas-filled disk with oscillating parts of its bases.  相似文献

Methods for the characterization of bubbles in sea water by acoustic scattering are analyzed. Nonstationary linear and nonlinear sound scattering methods are proposed. The transient linear and nonlinear sound scattering allows the scattering by resonant gas bubbles to be distinguished from the scattering by other microinhomogeneities. The application of parametric arrays in oceanic experiments, together with the broadband frequency analysis of the backscattering coefficient, allows information about bubbles in sea water to be obtained. Experimental results on sound scattering and gas bubble distribution functions are presented for different conditions in the ocean.  相似文献

The energy loss rate of an electron in degenerate surface layers of a compound semiconductor for inelastic interaction with deformation and piezoelectric acoustic phonons is calculated with due account of the screening of the perturbing potential under the condition of low lattice temperature when the approximations of the well known traditional theory is not valid. The numerical results obtained for GaAs and CdS exhibits interesting features, significantly different from what follows if one either makes the traditional approximation of negligible phonon energy or disregards the screening of the scattering potential.  相似文献

Pulse inversion acoustic imaging is useful as it allows second harmonic imaging to be obtained with short acoustic pulses. This allows high axial resolution, but removes any overlap in the frequency spectra of fundamental and harmonic. We demonstrate pulse inversion ultrasound modulated optical tomography using an optical speckle based detection method. Inverted and non-inverted acoustic pulses combined with synchronized strobed illumination are applied to an optically scattering medium. Over the acquisition time of a camera, multiple pulses are summed and at the next frame the phase of the ultrasound is shifted by π/2 and the process repeated. Combining the two frames allows a second harmonic signal to be obtained. A reduction in linewidth is observed (DC=9.26 mm, fundamental=4.02 mm, second harmonic=2.43 mm) in line scans of optically absorbing objects embedded in a scattering medium (thickness=16 mm, scattering coefficient=2.3 mm(-1), anisotropy factor=0.938).  相似文献

为了研究随机起伏海面的散射对水声信道特性的影响,以及不同信道估计算法在该信道条件下的性能问题,该文从利用Monte Carlo方法模拟的基于PM海浪谱的二维随机起伏海面出发,提取了与风向不同夹角的一维随机起伏海面,并利用Kirchhoff近似法计算了其散射强度。将得到的声散射特性和海面环境信息融入到信道模型中,建立了基于PM海浪谱的随机信道模型。通过仿真分析了不同风速、传播距离条件下,声波的传播损失和信道冲激响应变化,并利用l_0-最小均方误差法、匹配追踪算法和正交匹配追踪算法进行了信道估计。给出了不同环境条件下,三种算法估计性能的综合比较结果,验证了算法针对该信道模型的有效性。  相似文献

The rates of scattering of the conduction electrons in degenerate two-dimensional electron gas in the surface of compound semiconductors at low lattice temperatures have been obtained for interaction with the piezoelectric and deformation potential acoustic phonons, under different prevailing conditions. The calculations have been carried out taking due account of the screening of the interaction potential at low temperatures where again the phonon energy cannot be neglected in comparison to the average thermal energy of the electrons and, as a result, the equipartition approximation for the phonon distribution can hardly be valid. The scattering rates thus obtained for inversion layers in GaAs and ZnO are found to depend upon the carrier energy, the lattice temperature and the level of degeneracy in quite involved manners, which are very different from what follows if one makes the simplifying approximation of negligible phonon energy or disregards the effects of screening. The mobility characteristics are then obtained using these scattering rates. The results show how the screening of the interaction potential and the finite energy of the intravalley acoustic and piezoelectric phonons significantly change the mobility characteristics of the degenerate surface layers at low lattice temperatures. The inadequacies of the present theory are pointed out and recommendations for possible refinements are discussed.  相似文献

We present a multilayer Saint-Venant system for the numerical simulation of free surface density-stratified flows over variable topography. The proposed model formally approximates the hydrostatic Navier–Stokes equations with a density that varies depending on the spatial and temporal distribution of a transported quantity such as temperature or salinity. The derivation of the multilayer model is obtained by a Galerkin-type vertical discretization of the Navier–Stokes system with piecewise constant basis functions. In contrast with classical multilayer models in the literature that assume immiscible fluids, we allow here for mass exchange between layers. We show that the multilayer system admits a kinetic interpretation, and we use this result to formulate a robust finite volume scheme for its numerical approximation. Several numerical experiments are presented, including simulations of wind-driven stratified flows.  相似文献
