纳米集成光子学的核心关键技术之一在于新型高效纳米光耦合器、纳米光波导等纳米光子器件的设计与制备.表面等离子体激元(SPPs)是由外部电磁场与金属表面自由电子相互作用形成的一种相干共振,除具有巨大的局部场增强效应外,还具有将激发电磁场能量限制在纳米尺度范围的特点.基于SPPs的各种纳米光子器件被誉为当今最有希望的纳米全光集成回路的基础,成为目前国际上的一个研究热点.文章对基于SPPs的纳米集成光子器件的最新研究进展和研究成果进行评述。  相似文献

在光子晶体的缺陷层内掺入Kerr介质,基于Kerr非线性效应导致的缺陷态迁移原理,设计了两种一维光子晶体全光开关结构.应用时域有限差分(FD-TD)法,编制Matlab计算程序,对全光开关进行数值特性分析.讨论频率混合效应对全光开关的影响.观察光子局域效应增强光子晶体非线性的现象,验证了光子局域效应与光子晶体完整周期结构的层数有关,层数太少光子局域效应不明显.  相似文献

表面等离子体是沿着导体表面传播的波,当改变金属表面结构时,表面等离子体激元(surface plasmon polaritons,SPPs)的性质、色散关系、激发模式、耦合效应等都将产生重大的变化.通过SPPs与光场之间相互作用,能够实现对光传播的主动操控.表面等离子体光子学(plasmonics)已成为一门新兴的学科,它的原理、新颖效应以及机制的探究,都极大地吸引研究者们的兴趣.SPPs具有广阔的应用前景,例如,应用于制作各种SPPs元器件和回路,制作纳米波导、表面等离子体光子芯片、耦合器、调制器和开关,应用于亚波长光学数据存储、新型光源、突破衍射极限的超分辨成像、SPPs纳米光刻蚀术、以及生物光学(作为传感器和探测器).文章介绍了表面等离子体光子学原理、新颖效应和物理机制,并简述若干应用。  相似文献

报道了国际上关于硅基光子集成的最新研究进展和本课题组在该领域的研究成果,包括对一些光收发模块、III-V族/硅基激光器等集成器件的结构改进和工艺的探索,展示了兼容互补金属氧化物半导体工艺的硅基光子集成在信息技术领域中的巨大前景.可以预见,硅基光子集成已成为硅光子学的主要研究内容,硅光子学及硅基光子集成的发展目标是趋向更高速率、更低功耗及更大集成密度.  相似文献

The masses of the excited heavy tetraquarks with hidden charm are calculated within the relativistic diquark–antidiquark picture. The dynamics of the light quark in a heavy–light diquark is treated completely relativistically. The diquark structure is taken into account by calculating the diquark–gluon form factor. New experimental data on charmonium-like states above open charm threshold are discussed. The obtained results indicate that X(3872), Y(4260), Y(4360), Z(4248), Z(4433) and Y(4660) could be tetraquark states with hidden charm.  相似文献

The self-assembly behaviour of poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(propylene oxide)-b-poly (ethylene oxide) copolymers, (EO)13(PO)30(EO)13 (Pluronic L64), and (EO)70 (PO)30(EO)70 (Pluronic F68) in water and in p-xylene has been elucidated by using viscosity and dynamic light scattering measurements to investigate the effects of hydrophilic chains length on their conformational changes. The viscosity measurements were performed for a range of temperature varying from 27°C to 60°C and concentration from 4 to 60 mg/ml. The variation of the viscosity and the conformational changes in aqueous solution depends on the kinds of interactions and the balance between excluded volume effects and hydrophobic interactions. Some dynamic light scattering measurements were also performed at room temperature for the same range of concentration to provide more information on the micellar structures in aqueous and organic solution.  相似文献

We present the first general analysis of New Physics contributions to the D0-D[over ](0) lifetime difference (equivalently DeltaGamma(D)). We argue that New Physics (NP) contributions to |DeltaC|=1 processes can dominate the lifetime difference in the flavor SU(3) limit. We provide several specific examples of models that produce sizable effects in DeltaGamma(D) for realistic values of light quark masses, even if such NP contributions are undetectable in the current round of D0 decay experiments. This makes DeltaGamma(D) a viable observable for studies of indirect effects of New Physics.  相似文献

New effects are predicted which appear at the phase conjugation of a light wave transmitted through a dynamical optical system (nonstationary medium). The theory of these effects is developed and their relation with the dynamical form factor of the system is established. The predicted effects may be used as a basis of a new optical method for studying fast processes in matter which does not require either short light pulses or fast photodetectors.  相似文献

Since the combination D 21 = 8f HFS(2s)-f HFS(1s) of hyperfine intervals in hydrogen and light two-body hydrogen-like atomic systems weakly depends on the nuclear structure, comparison between theory and experiment can be sensitive to high order QED corrections. New theoretical and experimental results are presented. Calculations have been performed for the hydrogen and deuterium atoms and for the helium-3 ion. Experiments on the 2s hyperfine splitting (responsible for the dominant contribution to the error in D 21) have been conducted for hydrogen and deuterium. The theory and experiment are in good agreement, and their accuracy is comparable to that attained in verifying the QED theory of the hyperfine splitting in leptonic atoms (muonium and positronium).  相似文献

The integrability of string model of WZNW model type with constant SU(2), SO(3), SP(2) torsion is investigated. The closed boson string model in the background gravity and antisymmetric B-field is considered as integrable system in terms of initial chiral currents. The model is considered under assumption that internal torsion related with metric of Riemann-Cartan space and external torsion related with antisymmetric B-field are (anti)coincide. New equation of motion and exact solution this equation was obtained for string model with constant SU(2), SO(3), SP(2) torsion. New equations of motion and new Poisson brackets (PB) for infinite dimensional hydrodynamic chains was obtained for string model with constant SU(n), SO(n), SP(n) torsion for n → ∞.  相似文献

Development of simple, robust, and noninvasive therapeutic approaches to treat cancers and improve survival rates is a grand challenge in clinical biomedicine. In particular, the sizes and shape of the nanomaterials play a vital role in dictating their biodistribution and clearance pathways. It remains elusive how the size and shape of a nanomaterial affect its therapeutic efficacy in cancer diagnosis and treatments. To tackle the above problem, the effects of size and shape of Cu2(OH)PO4 nanostructures (nanosheets and quantum dots) on the photodynamic therapy (PDT) in destroying malignant drug-resistant lung tumors and on combating the tumor hypoxia problem are investigated and compared. The photocatalytic mechanism of Cu2(OH)PO4 nanostructures mainly involves the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as hydroxyl radical (·OH) and singlet oxygen (1O2). Under an oxygen deprivation condition, Cu2(OH)PO4 nanosheets still can generate OH radicals to kill cancer cells upon near-infrared (NIR) light irradiation. Overall, in vitro and in vivo experiments show that Cu2(OH)PO4 nanosheets can overcome tumor hypoxia problems and effectively mediate dual modal PDT and photothermal therapeutic (PTT) effects on destruction of NCI-H23 lung tumors in mice using ultralow doses (350 mW cm−2) of NIR (915 nm) light.  相似文献

The amplitude and dispersion of the cubic susceptibility-tensor components χ ijkl (3) (?Ω; Ω, ω, ?ω) and of their combinations responsible for the Kerr and Faraday optical effects, as well as for the self-rotation of the polarization ellipse, are calculated within a simple model of a material with semiconducting spherical quantum dots without the inclusion of the excitonic effects and of processes of higher orders in field. It is shown that the susceptibilities increase smoothly in amplitude below the two-photon absorption threshold while remaining negative. Above the threshold, the susceptibilities exhibit sharp maxima associated with two-photon resonances. The regions with positive and negative real parts of the χ(3) tensor components alternate. The magnitude of the induced linear or circular birefringence obtained suggest the possibility of using the nonlinear optical polarization effects in these materials to control light with short, high-intensity light pulses.  相似文献

Anisotropic strain effects by strain relaxation on TE-polarized light emission characteristics of c-plane CdZnO/ZnO quantum well (QW) structures were theoretically investigated by using the multiband effective-mass theory. The CdZnO/ZnO QW structure with anisotropic strain has much larger emission intensity than conventional CdZnO/ZnO QW structure without the strain relaxation. In the case of the strain relaxation along x(or y)-direction, the x(or y)-polarized light emission is observed to be larger than the x(or y)-polarized light emission. In particular, in the case of the strain relaxation along both x- and y-directions, the increase in the spontaneous emission peak is significant. This can be explained by the fact that the internal field is reduced owing to the decrease in the piezoelectric field by the strain relaxation.  相似文献
